The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of quality management system requirements, a management innovation technique, on business performance to secure the competitiveness of SMEs in an environment of increasing uncertainty in the global economy and intensifying competition. To this end, a survey was conducted on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating a quality management system, and statistical analysis was performed through validity and reliability analysis, regression analysis, and group analysis using IBM SPSS 26.0. As a result of the study, it was found that planning, operation, support, and improvement, which are the core requirements of a quality management system, have a positive effect on business performance. In addition, through group analysis, it was found that the effect of quality management system requirements on business performance varies according to the level of the company. This means that the importance of quality management requirements required for strategy establishment varies according to the quality management introduction level of small and medium-sized manufacturers, and it can be used for small and medium-sized manufacturers to set strategic directions.

To determine the problems with the apartment management system in Korea and to make recommendations for its development, a review and content analysis of the 2010 and 2011 editorials of two newspapers, The APT News and The Korea Apartment News, was conducted. Apartment management is divided into four areas: maintenance management, operations management, community management, and synthetic management. More than 50 percent of the editorials were concerned with the problems of operations management. There were two management subjects: the apartment manager and the apartment management company. Interest in the apartment management system varied between apartment managers and apartment management companies, so more positive policies and more interest are needed for apartment management.

The study examines the relationship between credit risk and operational risk (understanding of risk management, risk identification, risk assessment and control, and risk monitoring) on risk management practices followed by private and public sector commercial banks. The cross-sectional data method was used to check the impact of risk management practices. Data was collected from the bank employees and a total of 284 respondents were finally selected for further analysis. Measurement Invariance of Composite Models analysis is used to test the quality of the measurement model for sub-samples, and multi-group analysis is used for path analysis in sub-sample through PLS-SEM. The findings of the study as the total sample show that both types of banks are managing adequate and significant risk management practices. On the other hand, sub-groups' results show private sector banks are more momentous than public sector banks. Risk identification is significantly different at the sub-group level, which shows public sector banks are more concentrating on this type of risk. Understanding of risk management has no significant effect on both types of banks and risk assessment & control for public sector banks, and there is a difference in the risk management practices among private and public sector commercial banks.

Purpose: This study was done to test a structural equation modeling of case management outcomes in order to identify parameters affecting case management outcomes for the community-dwelling vulnerable elders. Methods: Data were collected from 309 nurses (case managers) and community-dwelling vulnerable elders (clients) from public health centers. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, factor analysis, and covariance structure analysis were performed using SPSS Version 18.0 for Windows and Amos 16.0. Results: The hypothetical model had an acceptable fit: GFI=.97, CFI=.95, RMSEA=.02, SRMR=.05. The factor "case managers' singularity" had the greatest impact on case management outcomes in this model. In addition, the factor "case management practice" influenced case management outcomes; however, client characteristics did not. Case managers' singularity affected case management outcomes directly and indirectly, with case management practice mediating the latter effect. Conclusion: These results suggest that the causal relationship between case management outcomes and factors influencing these outcomes should be clarified through longitudinal research including a variety of client characteristics. In addition, in future studies, analysis of the effects of programs to improve manpower quality and examine the relationships among case management outcomes should be done.

Nowadays, diverse mass media discovers and introduces outstanding management cases of apartment complexes to induce vital competitions of constructors and active participation of residents to apartment management. This study statistically analyzed the management issues of outstanding apartment complexes that have been introduced by mass media with lexical criteria to examine the characteristics of their exemplary management. The key issues of outstanding apartment management are summarized as: efficient management of convenient facilities for residents, community activities based on residents' participation, and maintenance of pleasant living environments through transparent management. Also, the result of the relation arrangement of co-occurrence word from a Social Network Analysis included three key concepts of multi-family housing management - Maintenance Management, Operating Management, and Community Life Management - with emphasis on 'residents' and 'apartment complexes.' However, Operating Management was relatively deemphasized.

This study compared the Center for Children's Foodservice Management in 2012, 2014, and 2016 using big data and opinion mining. The data on the Center for Children's Foodservice Management were collected from the portal site, Naver, from January 1 to December 31 in 2012, 2014, & 2016 and analyzed by keyword frequency analysis, influx route analysis of data, polarity analysis via opinion mining, and positive and negative keyword analysis by polarity analysis. The results showed that nursery had the highest rank every year and education supported by Center for Children's Foodservice Management has increased significantly. The influx of data has increased through the influx route analysis of data. Blog and $caf\acute{e}e$, which have a considerable amount of information by the mother should be helpful for use as public relations and participation recruitment paths. By polarity analysis using opinion mining, the positive image of the Center for Children's Foodservice Management was increased. Therefore, the Center for Children's Foodservice Management was well-suited to the purpose and the interests of the people has been increasing steadily. In the near future, the Center for Children's Foodservice Management is expected have good recognition if various programs to participate with family are developed and advertised.

The purpose of this study was to investigation the importance and categorization of task elements of school food service dietician and to provide the useful data for standard model of the dietician′s tasks of school foodservice. This study was conducted in school food services nationwide in method of written questionnaire. The questionnaires were mailed to the dieticians of 3 type school foodservice system-conventional, commissary, joint management. Of the 660 schools that participated in this study, the responses from 212 conventional system and 212 commissary system and 200 joint management system were selected for analysis. Statistical analysis was performed with SAS/Win 6.12 package program for descriptive analysis, T-test, ANOVA, factor analysis using. The main results of this study can be summarized as follows Importance level was more than 4 score out of 5 scale in most of the task elements. The result was indicative of the appropriateness of definition of the 61 task elements. Of 61 task elements, importance level on ′nutrition education′ and on ′evaluation of foodservice operation management′ indicated the most significant difference between present and ideal situation. Through factor analysis, 61 task elements were regrouped into 7 dimensions; "Duty dimension of cooking and distribution management", "Duty dimension of cost management", "Duty dimension of raw material management", "Duty dimension of education management", "Duty dimension of menu management", "Duty dimension of record keeping of foodservice", "Duty dimension of general management (others)".

In the paper, we proposed the systematical and quantitative software risk management methodology based on risk analysis model. A software risk management consists of the basic risk management method(BRIMM) and the detailed risk management method(DRIMM). BRIMM is applied to unimportant phases or the phase which also the risk factor does not heavily influence to project. DRIMM is used from the phase which influences highly in project success or the phase where the risk factor is many. Fulfilling risk management combined two methods, we can reduce project's budget, term and resource's usage, and prevent risk with the optimum measures obtained by the exact risk analysis.

연구목적: 공급체인관리에서 다룬 선행연구를 기반으로 요인을 분석하여 비즈니스 연속성 관리시스템(BCMS)의 위험평가와 위험관리 요인이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. BCMS의 위험요인을 도출하고 예측 불가능한 위험을 평가함으로써 체계적인 위험관리 방안을 구축함과 동시에 기업이 업무중단 없이 경쟁우위를 선점하도록 기여하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법: BCMS의 위험평가, 위험관리, 경영성과의 구조적 관계를 도출하였다. 이를 위해서 124명의 우리나라 기업에 종사하는 책임자, 관리자를 상대로 설문을 조사하였다. 빈도분석, 타당성분석, 신뢰성분석, 상관분석, 단순회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 위험평가는 위험관리에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 위험관리는 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 위험평가는 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 결론: 기업의 경영성과는 BCMS의 위험평가와 위험관리 역량은 재무적 성과를 통해서 관리하고 위험관리 활동은 비재무적 성과를 통해서 관리해야할 것이다.

This study investigates application cases of facility management system model for enhancing facility productivity of industry filed around medium and small facility processing companies and finds the inefficiency of the existing management model. Following items are researched to seek out methods and measures to maximize facility productivity through empirical analysis by exploring and establishing a new management model. First, the empirical analysis, it is found that the overall equipment efficiency index used for facility productivity management in the companies has a difficulty being used as the index for it in actual medium-small processing companies. Second, a new facility management system model applying standard cycle time is suggested among facility management index system to measure facility productivity. Third, the empirical analysis is used to verify that developed facility management system model is a useful method to manage the facility productivity by applying the model to actual medium-small processing companies. Finally, it is necessary to implement comparison analysis on whether actual productivity enhancement induces a distinctly different result by using a new facility management index system model to be inhibited in this study.
