제주도 연안 연속식 갈치채낚기 조획시스템의 개량에 관한 기초적 연구 (A basic study on the improvement of the continuous type fishing system for largehead hairtail hand line in coastal area of Jeju island, Korea)

  • This experimental study was carried out to obtain the base data for saving the man power in the fishing operation of largehead hairtail hand line by using the continuous type hand line system with a rotary device which could make a main line move automatically. In order to solve the twists and entangling on the main line happened during operating test, the resistance board was suspended at the end of the main line at sea. As the result, there were no problems of tangling and so on due to up and down moving of a main line. According to the control of a fixed angle of guide roller, it was possible to prevent the main line to be separated from a side roller and a guide roller. In addition, PVC tube between a guide roller and a side roller enabled a main line to be moved smoothly without any entanglement.

치수보조선을 이용한 도면의 주벽인식 (A Main Wall Recognition of Architectural Drawings using Dimension Extension Line)

  • 본 연구에서는 아파트의 설계도면을 처리의 대상으로 하고 있다. 이러한 아파트 도면은 굵고 평행한 두 개의 선으로 표현되는 주벽과 심볼(문, 창, 베란다. 타일 $\cdots$), 치수선(Dimension Line), 치수보조선, 여러 가지 수치를 나타내는 숫자(치수)와 문자 등으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 아파트 도면 내에서 아파트 건물의 골격을 이루는 주벽을 인식하는 방법을 제시하고 있다. 이를 위해서 가는 라인을 제거하고 굵은 라인만을 남기는 이진화 방법을 사용하여, 이러한 라인들을 벡터화하고, 주벽의 존재위치를 한정하였다. 이를 이용해 치수보조선을 구하고 찾은 피수보조선을 이용하여 주벽을 검출하고, 찾아진 주벽에 연결되는 다른 주벽으로 영역을 확장해 나가는 방법을 구현하였다. 마지막으로, 주벽사이에 있는 창문은 비록 주벽이 아닌 창문 심볼로 표현되어 있더라도 주벽으로 인식해야 하기 때문에, 찾아진 주벽을 이용해 이들 주벽사이에 존재하는 창문을 찾는다. 실험결과 인식률에서 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법이 96.5%의 인식율을 나타내어 Karl Tombre 연구팀의 방법 90.7%보다 5.8% 더 우수하게 나타났고, 오인식의 수도 작게 나타났다.

  • This report was studied about speed-up for main line of KNR(Korea National Railroad) by High Speed Train. The maximum speed of Kyun-Pu line was recorded a 140km/h by Saemaul train in 1985 and the average speed its is a 107km/h now. For operation KTX Kyun-Pu High Speed Train and G7 Korea High Speed Train in KNR line, this report was studied about operation status of High Speed Train in advanced countries, operation situation of train in KNR line and plan of speed-up for main line.

통발 자동 분리기에 관한 연구 (A Study on Automatic Separating System of the Sea Eel Pots from Main Line)

  • In the fishing process on the sea eel pots, the most dangerous and difficult labor is manually separating process of several thousand pots from main line with high speed hauling operation. In this study, the automatic separating system of the pot from main line is developed. This system is composed with the clip connected to the pot by branch line, the keeper attached to the main line by pressing and the separator separating the clip and the keeper. In the experiment, static and dynamic characteristics of the system are investigated. From the considerations on the experimental results, it is ascertained that the automatic separating system of the pot from main line proposed in this study has good operating performance.

  • 본 연구에서는 장어 통발어선 자동화 조업장치 개발의 첫 단계로서 통발을 모릿줄에 기계적으로 연결, 분리할 수 있는 장치인 집게식 통발연결장치 및 통발자동분리장치를 개발하여 해상성능실험을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 집게식 통발연결장치가 무른 꼬임 트와인 고다리 및 된 꼬임 트와인 고다리에 각각 연결되었을 때, 그 사이의 최대 인장하중은 각각 1379 N및 1,603 N 이었다. 2. 집게식 통발연결장치에 대한 해상성능시험 결과 성능이 양호함을 확인하였으며, 통발 회수율은 100% 이었다. 3. 통발자동분리장치에 대한 해상성능시험 결과 성능이 양호함을 확인하였으며, 통발 분리율은 100% 이었다.

  • The characteristics of ice packing factor (IPF) at the ice slurry system using one line type are compared with the system using two lines type. The installation space for one transporting line is saved at the one line system. For the one line type, the ice packing factor is reduced along the downstream, but for the two lines type, the ice packing factor is fixed. For the one line system, mass flow rate in the main line is fixed along the down-stream, but for two lines system, the mass flow rate in the main line is reduced along the downstream. For one line system, along the down stream after IPF=0, the temperature at the main steam is increased, and the extracted mass flow is increased. The initial IPF, at which the IPF is not arrived at zero upto the final node, is proposed for the B area.

발전소 주증기 배관 소음 발생 원인 규명 (Identification of Noise Source from Main Steam Line in Power Plant)

  • In heavy nuclear power plant, high energy through main steam line is provided to turbine that generate the electric power. Since plant had generated power, high noise has been occurred. Noise make equipments and work environment worse. For finding out the location and the cause of making noise, noise was measured along main steam line at open/close test of Main Steam Isolation Valve (MSIV hereafter). As the result, it was identified that the vortex shedding in the cavity of MSIV is main noise source. The profile change of MSIV seat ring was proposed as the method of noise reduction. After filletting MSIV seat ring, the noise level reduced $10{\sim}20dB$ compared before the change of profile.

도시철도 본선 토공구간에서의 포장궤도 시험부설 (Test Construction of the Paved Track at Subway Main Line)

  • Recently, the development of the paved track is required as a low-maintenance of conventional line. The main reason is that the line capacity and bearing of track are increased progressively. The important factors of paved track are stability and applicability. To be based on this subject, cement mortar pouring type paved track is developed. The paved track is a kind of concrete track using the prepacked concrete technique. The most important thing to design the paved track is to optimize the track structure and materials considering various conditions. Until now, the paved track is verified a various material and structure test. In this paper, it is introduce to the test construction at the urban subway main line. The test construction is completed at Dec. 2007. A major object and substance is a guarantee of construction progress on main line, track performance, construction technique for curved section, transition zone and winter season, recycling the used ballast and application of specific sleeper for sharp curved section.

  • In this paper, the limiting characteristics of the fault current in a power system with a superconducting fault current limiter(SFCL) applied into neutral line of main transformer in a distribution power line were analyzed. The SFCL applied into the neutral line of main transformer power system can limit the unsymmetrical fault current from the single-line ground fault or the double-line ground fault. In addition, it could be decreased a number of SFCL and a load. This method could be expected to reduction of a power loss in the neutral line, because of a neutral line current is zero in ordinary times.

원전 주증기배관 웰더렛 용접부 위상배열초음파검사 적용연구 (A Study on the Application of Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing to Main Steam Line in Nuclear Power Plants)

  • KSNPs(Korea Standard Nuclear Power Plant) have been applied the break exclusion criteria to the high energy lines passing through containment penetration area to ensure that piping failures would not cause the loss of containment isolation function, and to reduce the resulting dynamic effects. Systems with the criteria are the Main Steam system, Feed Water system, Steam Generator Blowdown system, and Chemical & Volume Control system. In accordance with FSAR(Final Safety Analysis Report), a 100% volumetric examination by augmented in-service inspection of all pipe welds appled the break exclusion criteria is required for the break exclusion application piping. However, it is difficult to fully satisfy the requirements of inspection because 12", 8" and 6" weldolet weldments of Main Steam pipe line have complex structural shapes. To resolve the difficulty on the application of conventional UT(Ultrasonic Testing) technique, realistic mock-ups and UT calibration blocks were made. Simulations of conventional UT were performed utilizing CIVA, a commercial NDE(Nondestructive Examination) simulation software. Phased array UT experiments were performed through mock-up including artificial notch type flaws. A phased array UT technique is finally developed to improve the reliability of ultrasonic test at main steam line pipe to 12", 8" and 6" branch connection weld.
