전자석을 사용한 능동 미소진동 절연장치 개발 (Development of Active Micro-Vibration Isolator using Electromagnet)

  • 고정밀 광학계를 탑재한 관측 위성은 매우 높은 지향 안정성을 요구하지만 인공위성의 자세 제어를 위해 사용하는 반작용 휠, 극저온 냉각을 위한 cooler 등 다양한 진동원에 의해 미소 진동이 발생할 수 있다. 고정밀 탑재체를 외부 진동으로부터 보호하기 위한 가장 일반적인 방법은 진동이 전달되는 경로에 진동 절연장치를 도입하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 미소진동 절연을 위한 1 축 능동 진동 절연장치의 개발 및 진동 절연 성능 시험을 기술하였다. 개발한 절연장치의 고유진동수를 조절하기 위해 원하는 강성을 갖는 membrane 구조를 설계하였으며 능동 제어를 위해 전자석을 사용하였다. 절연장치의 성능 시험 결과를 통해 능동 제어 시 고주파수 대역에서 절연성능의 저하 없이 공진의 크기를 줄일 수 있는 것과 개발된 진동 절연 장치가 미소 진동을 효과적으로 절연할 수 있는 것을 확인하였다.

스월형 및 팬스프레이형 고압직분식 가솔린 분사기의 상온 평판에서의 분무 충돌 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on the Spray Behavior from Swirl and Fan Spray Type Gasoline Injectors Impinging on the Constant Temperature Flat Plate)

  • The behavior of spray impinging on the inclined constant temperature flat plate was experimentally investigated. To clarify the wall effect of a high pressure DISI injector, a relative angle of the inclined wall to a spray axis was varied. Spray penetration along the wall was observed optically and it was compared with that of a Fan spray type and Swirl type spray. To evaluate various spray motion quantitatively, a spray path penetration which describe the development of a spray tip along the wall was newly introduced. To observe the structure of an impinging spray, it was visualized by a controlled stroboscope light and its visualized image was captured on an CCD camera. Using the digital image of impinging spray $H_x$ and $R_x$ was extracted to clarify the structure of impinging spray. The main parameter of the relative position of the wall was the inclined angle which was defined as the angle was varied from $0^{\circ}$ (vertical impingement) to $60^{\circ}$ at the same condition.

공분산 및 신호관리를 이용한 RF탐색기 시선각 변화율 추정기법 (RF Seeker LOS Rate Estimation Method using Covariance and Signal Management)

  • 칼만 필터를 이용하여 RF 탐색기의 시선각 변화율 추정을 수행하였다. 김발형 탐색기의 모델링을 기반으로 칼만필터를 설계하였다. 필터 설계 시 주요한 인자인 공정 잡음 및 측정 잡음의 특성에 대해 살펴보았으며, RF 탐색기의 신호 특성에 맞는 측정 잡음치를 선정하여 필터링을 수행하였다. 측정 잡음관리를 위해 SNR 및 관련 신호를 이용하였으며, 공정 잡음에 따른 필터의 민감도 확인을 위해 대수적 방식을 사용하였다. 일식 등으로 탐색기 신호가 없는 경우 선형 해석을 통해 필터의 안정도를 분석하였다. 수치 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 시선각 변화율 추정기법의 타당성을 검토하였다.

Phenotypic Diversity of Shea(Vitellaria Paradoxa C. F. Gaertn.) Populations across Four Agro-Ecological Zones of Cameroon

  • Vitellaria paradoxa commonly called shea is an important agro forestry and fruit-bearing species present in four agro-ecological zones of Cameroon. The goal of this work was the morphological characterization of certain populations of V. paradoxa which will serve as a necessary step for a subsequent genetic study of the species. Morphological observations related to 20 agronomic traits, studied on 8-13 trees selected from each of the eight shea populations across four different agro-ecological zones located in four provinces of Cameroon were studied. The study showed that there was a variation between the populations, related to the traits measured on the trunk, fruit, nut, and leaf. Three shapes of the tree(ball, broom, and trained), five shapes of the fruit(round, oblong, reversed pear, ovoid, and oblong), three colors of the nut(clear brown, dark brown, and blackish brown) were identified. The principal component analysis(PCA) carried out on the quantitative characters revealed 72% of the total variance expressed on the first and second main axis. This variation was essentially explained by the traits measured on the fruits and on the nuts. The analyses showed that only the traits of the fruits and the nuts were discriminative. The shea populations studied were structured into two distinct groups using these discriminative traits.

Genotype $\times$ Environment Interaction for Yield in Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.)

  • Application of genotype by environment ($G\;{\times}\;E$) interaction would be used for identifying optimum test condition of the varietal adaptation in the establishment of breeding purpose. Yield and yield components were used to perform additive main effect and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) analysis. Significant difference for $G\;{\times}\;E$ interaction were observed for all variable examined. For yield, 0.18 of total sum of squares corresponded to $G\;{\times}\;E$ interaction. Correlation analysis was carried out between genotypic scores of the first interaction principal component axis (IPCA 1) for agronomic characters. Significant correlations were observed between IPCA 1 for yield and capsule bearing stem length (CBSL), number of capsule per plant (NOC). The biplot of grain yield means for IPCA1 which accounted for 34% of the variation in total treatment sums of squares showed different reaction according to $G\;{\times}\;E$ interaction, genotypes and environments. Taegu showed relatively lower positive IPCA1 scores, and it also showed smaller coefficient variation of yield mean where it is recommendable as a optimal site for the sesame cultivar adaptation and evaluation trial. In case of variables, Yangbaek and M1 showed relatively lower IPCA1 scores, but the score direction showed opposite each other on the graph. Ansan, Miryang1, Miryang4, and Miryang6 seemed to be similar group in view of yield response against IPCA1 scores. These results will be helpful to select experimental site for sesame in Korea to minimize $G\;{\times}\;E$ interaction for the selection of promising genotype with higher stability.

상악 제1대구치 근심협측 치근의 근관계에 관한 연구 (THE CANAL SYSTEM IN THE MESIOBUCCAL ROOT OF THE MAXILLARY FIRST MOLAR)

  • This study is to investigate the canal system in the mesiobuccal root of the maxillary first molar. 61 maxillary first molars were randomly selected. Serial transverse sections were made perpendicular to the long axis of the mesiobuccal root. Each section was placed in 3% sodium hypochlorite for 24 hours and rinsed in water and dried. The resected surface was stained with 2% methylene blue dye and examined with stereomicroscope. 1 Canal configuration analysis showed that 36.1% of the specimen classified as type I, 16.4% as type II , 37.7% as type III and 9.8% as type IV. 2. Type II canal was merged in one canal within 1 to 4mm of the apex. 40% of type II canal converged at 2mm of the apex. 3. Type IV canal was divided into two canal within 2 to 4mm of the apex. 66.6% of type IV canal branched off at 2mm of the apex. 4. None of the sections had more than two main root canal. 5. 48.4% of the sections in 3mm with two canals contained an isthmusand more than 70% with two canals has isthmus at 4 to 5mm sections. 63.9% of the mesiobuccal root of maxillary first molar had two canaland 76.5% of sections with two canals in 5 MM had an isthmus. Because of this complexity the clinician should always search for extra canal carefullyand root canal system, including an isthmus, should be cleaned and shaped completelyand obturated three dimensionally for successful endodontic treatment.

Relationship between Pod Development and Endogenous Cytokinin Content of the Floral Organ in Peanut

  • To find out the relationship between pod development and cytokinin contents during reproductive stage of peanut, the cytokinin contents, trans-zeatin ribo-side (t-ZR) and dihydrozeatin riboside (diZR), were investigated at 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after flowering (DAF). The amounts of t-ZR and diZR in cotyledon and first branch among primary branches were 3, 448 pmol/g (FW) and 4, 824 p/g (FW), respectively, which were higher than those of other branches. The t-ZR and diZR contents of lower parts on the branch from cotyledon node at 7 DAF were 579 pmol/g (FW) and 2, 028 pmol/g (FW), respectively, which were higher than those of upper parts. The cytokinin contents of reproductive organs as flowering progressed were increased at 0 and 14 DAF on branch and position of node. The cytokinin contents of upper part with pruning the lower part on the branch from cotyledon node were high 112-337% at 7 DAF and 14 DAF compared with those of the control. In case of remove the upper part of the first internode on main axis, t-ZR contents was 4.7 times higher than diZR contents at 7 DAF. The pod setting rate of flower and position on the branch from cotyledon node was closely related to the cytokinin contents during floral reproductive stage.

  • 우리나라 집단에너지 사업의 주요축인 지역난방 시스템은 경제성 있는 열에너지 공급시스템으로 국민편익과 안전에 많은 기여를 해 왔다. 하지만 관리주체의 불명확함, 전문기술인력 부족 등으로 인해 공동주택 수용가측의 열효율저하, 요금 불공정등의 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 관리사각지대인 지역난방 수용가측 설비의 효율 및 고장관리를 위해 필요한 모니터링 포인트를 제안하고, 이를 표준화 하기 위한 표준참조모델을 제안한다. 또한 IoT 센서 기술을 적용하여 실시간 모니터링 및 통합관리 시스템을 구축함으로써, 지역난방 수용가시설에 대한 서비스 질 개선과 에너지 효율향상을 위한 기술적 방법론을 제안한다.

A Mass-Processing Simulation Framework for Resource Management in Dense 5G-IoT Scenarios

  • Because of the increment in network scale and test expenditure, simulators gradually become main tools for research on key problems of wireless networking, such as radio resource management (RRM) techniques. However, existing simulators are generally event-driven, causing unacceptably large simulation time owing to the tremendous number of events handled during a simulation. In this article, a mass-processing framework for RRM simulations is proposed for the scenarios with a massive amount of terminals of Internet of Things accessing 5G communication systems, which divides the time axis into RRM periods and each period into a number of mini-slots. Transmissions within the coverage of each access point are arranged into mini-slots based on the simulated RRM schemes, and mini-slots are almost fully occupied in dense scenarios. Because the sizes of matrices during this process are only decided by the fixed number of mini-slots in a period, the time expended for performance calculation is not affected by the number of terminals or packets. Therefore, by avoiding the event-driven process, the proposal can simulate dense scenarios in a quite limited time. By comparing with a classical event-driven simulator, NS2, we show the significant merits of our proposal on low time and memory costs.

  • Statement of problem. Higher stresses at the cervical bone around dental implants have been seen as a primary cause of the bone resorption at the site. Purpose : To determine the possibility of stress reduction by assembly of different abutment and implant in diameters. Material and methods. Abutments of several different diameters assembled on the top of XiVE$^{(R)}$ implants were axisymmetrically modeled for a series of finite element analyses. Abutments of 3.4, 3.8, 4.5, and 5.5 mm diameters were assumed to be sit on implants of the same or bigger diameters. All the abutments with an exception of 3.4mm dia, are technically possible to be assembled on bigger implants. Main consideration was given to the stresses at the cervical cortical bone induced by loads of parallel to the implant axis. Results and conclusions. 1. Higher stresses were observed at the cervical area of all the models of the same diameters of abutment and future. The peak stresses, which were shown to be a function of the fixture diameter, were from 1-1.85MPa. 2. Difference in the diameters of the abutments and the implants actually reduced the cervical bone stresses. 3. Downsizing of the abutment by one step resulted in 0.1MPa (5%) reduction of the stresses. In light of the relatively lower bone stress, however, this amount of stress reduction was decided to be biomechanically insignificant.
