최근의 IT기술의 발전과 더불어 지형 정보시스템(GIS, Geographical Information System)이 급격하게 발전되고 있으며 이를 이용한 위치기반의 물류시스템의 새로운 분야를 이루고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 GIS를 이용하여 3차원의 지형정보를 구현하고 지금까지의 고려하지 못하였던 3차원 위치기반의 거리산정과 이를 물류시스템의 여러 분야에 활용할 수 있도록 SW를 개발하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 물류시스템의 새로운 패러다임의 변화와 위치기반의 물류시스템의 예로 2차원의 GIS를 3차원의 GIS로 변환하였으며, 이를 3차원 거리산정하고, 이를 1) 거리산정모델, 및 2) 차량 운송계획 모델을 개발하고 이를 위한 SW를 개발하였으며 실제 물류시스템계획 문제에 응용한 사례를 보였다. 본 연구는 추후 보완 연구될 경우 실용적인 물류시스템의 방법으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Companies are reluctant to disclose information because of trade secret and corporate identity For the same reasons, logistics companies do not want to operate in the form of a community In urban areas, the loading of vehicles is 100% as the quantity of goods transported is too much. In mountain areas, however, the load condition of the vehicle is not 100% because of the low quantity of goods transported Therefore, the transportation costs will increase as the cost of transport increase, the competitiveness of firms will also decline In this paper, we studied a simulation to measure driving time and volume of cargo according to the change of the quantity of goods transported in the mountain area According to the research results, we got a conclusion that the proposed method makes the operation time be less and the volume of cargo increase compared with the existing operation method.

In this paper, we suggest postal RFID adaptation model, tag data structure and code which can be used for real time trace and track of parcel processing and pallet management. This paper also shows postal RFID application system architecture and testbed based on the proposed tag data structure and code, and shows recognition performance of tag on parcel and pallet by speed and mounting tag material such as can, water, and paper using implemented postal RFID system for postal logistics. The contribution of this paper is to stimulate deployment of RFID technology for postal logistics service and SCM (Supply Chain Management).

This paper deals with the application and effects of MES for H automobile plant in China. There existed the production planning and the different work order in PL painting plant, but we can simultaneously prepare the painting parts and parts delivery and assembly according to painting color by introducing MES. We can respond the change of production planning and operate integratively the PL painting, parts storage and parts delivery and then we can results in reasonable logistics. We obtained the exact production information, correct work order, precise delivery order. We obtained not only the improvement of logistics but also the reduction of inventory.

Recently, ordinary mail is decreasing continuously by the development of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) including E-mail, messenger service, and etc. On the contrary, parcel post is increasing by the increase of online shopping, home shopping, and etc. Aside from these changes, the demand for various mail acceptance and delivery means is increasing with the increase of single households and dual-income couples. To overcome these environmental changes, Korea Post installs unmanned post offices which are composed of various unmanned mail acceptance and delivery postal systems. In this paper, we propose the methodological approach for the site selection of unmanned post office among the existing post offices and the installation standard of unmanned postal system considering the operation cost by the mail volume.

Compound logistics is a service aimed to enhance logistics efficiency by supporting that shippers and consigners jointly use logistics facilities. Many of these services have taken place both domestically and internationally, but the joint logistics services for e-commerce have not been spread yet, since the number of the parcels that the consigners transact business is usually small. As one of meaningful ways to improve utilization of compound logistics, we propose a brokerage service for shipper and consigners based on the hybrid recommendation system using very well-known classification and clustering methods. The existing recommendation system has drawn a relatively low satisfaction as it brought about one-to-one matches between consignors and logistics vendors in that such matching constrains choice range of the users to one-to-one matching each other. However, the implemented hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system can provide multiple choice options to mutual users with descending ranks, which is a result of the recommendation considering transaction preferences of the users. In addition, we applied feature selection methods in order to avoid inducing a meaningless large size recommendation model and reduce a simple model. Finally, we implemented the hybrid recommendation system based brokerage agent service system that shippers and consigners can join, which is the system having capability previously described functions such as feature selection and recommendation. As a result, it turns out that the proposed hybrid recommendation based brokerage service system showed the enhanced efficiency with respect to logistics management, compared to the existing one by reporting two round simulation results.

본 연구에서는 교통수송분야 국가핵심기반 지정 및 관리시 연계성을 고려한 운영관리 전략을 제안한다. 산업구조가 고도화됨에 따라 국가핵심기반은 교통수송분야 연구개발 생애주기를 고려하여 교통수송분야의 연계 협업형 연구개발 계획과 심층분석을 적용하였다. 국가경제나 국민생활의 활동이 사회의 요건에 밀착되는 등의 포괄적인 국가안전과 국민의 안전 요구 증대로 정부의 책임이 점차 확대되고 있는 추세에 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구의 특징은 유지관리의 필요성과 국가의 책무인 대국민 서비스를 위한 종합적이고 과학적인 관리를 수행하였다. 이에, 교통수송분야 국가 핵심기반은 지속가능한 유지·관리를 위한 보호계획 수립과 가이드라인을 고려하여 작성·시행한다. 본 연구는 교통수송분야의 국가핵심기반 지정·관리시 연계성을 고려한 운영 전략을 제안함으로서 효율적인 국가핵심기반 재난관리에 기여한다.

본 연구는 한국우정의 우편물류통합정보시스템(PostNet)의 구축 사례를 통하여 정보시스템 통합의 단계별 추진과정과 성공적인 실행동인을 살펴보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. PostNet은 조직상의 통합(조직구조 개편), 전략적 통합(업무처리절차 재설계), 기술적 통합(데이터통합, 어플리케이션통합, 통합플렛폼 구축)을 상황적으로 고려하여 정보시스템 통합을 수행하였다. 또한 통합과정에서 세 가지 측면의 통합을 목적에 맞게 연계되도록 구현하였다. PostNet은 기존에 물리적 통합 및 하드웨어 통합의 단계에 머물러 있던 정보시스템 통합의 수준을 경영 목표, 운영 목표와 일치시키도록 진일보시켰다는데 큰 의의가 있다. 한국우정은 물류산업 내에서 최대의 물류망, 조직 서비스를 보유하고 있다 따라서 본 논문의 결과는 향후 정보시스템 통합의 이론적 근거의 틀을 제시할 뿐 아니라 특히 물류시스템 통합에 대한 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

And we will find a element through a analysis of cases, a statistical method of effective SCM, and actual survey to propose a alternative proposal. And, we will prove the facts that it could be a guiding company which has a ability of cooperation with entities through the founding of supply chain.
