This study examines the reporting factors of crime against business in Korea and proposes a corresponding predictive model using machine learning. While many previous studies focused on the individual factors of theft victims, there is a lack of evidence on the reporting factors of crime against a business that serves the public good as opposed to those that protect private property. Therefore, we proposed a crime prevention model for the willingness factor of theft reporting in businesses. This study used data collected through the 2015 Commercial Crime Damage Survey conducted by the Korea Institute for Criminal Policy. It analyzed data from 834 businesses that had experienced theft during a 2016 crime investigation. The data showed a problem with unbalanced classes. To solve this problem, we jointly applied the Synthetic Minority Over Sampling Technique and the Tomek link techniques to the training data. Two prediction models were implemented. One was a statistical model using logistic regression and elastic net. The other involved a support vector machine model, tree-based machine learning models (e.g., random forest, extreme gradient boosting), and a stacking model. As a result, the features of theft price, invasion, and remedy, which are known to have significant effects on reporting theft offences, can be predicted as determinants of such offences in companies. Finally, we verified and compared the proposed predictive models using several popular metrics. Based on our evaluation of the importance of the features used in each model, we suggest a more accurate criterion for predicting var.

본 연구에서는 도시부도로 신호교차로의 대기행렬을 단기(one cycle ahead)예측함에 있어 단일검지체계에 기반을 둔 한 지점의 시계열적 패턴을 갖는 검지자료(detection data)를 학습자료로 구성할 경우와 통합차량검지체계하에 기반을 둔 시공간적 상관관계를 갖는 검지자료를 학습자료로 이용할 경우를 가정하여 이에 대한 인공신경망의 학습능력과 예측능력을 비교하였다. 연구결과는 도시부도로 신호교차로상에서 차량군(platoon)의 이동에 따라 발생되는 시공간적인 상관관계를 갖는 교통류변수 $\ulcorner$상류유입교통량(k-1)->통행시간(k-1)->대기행렬(k)->유출교통량(k)->대기행렬(k+1)$\lrcorner$를 인공신경망의 학습자료로 구성할 경우, 교통류 패턴의 학습능력이 뛰어난 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Objectives: This study is for understanding the perceived job training of the public health promotion program officials and analysis the educational needs in order to serve as the basis for the development of the future educational programs. Methods: To this end, we have developed a survey based on references and consultations with experts. We had explained the purpose and the intent of the survey to nationwide public health directors in advance and an online questionnaire was conducted for health promotion program and service providing personnel; the results from a total of 763 survey respondents were used in the final analysis. Collected data were analyzed through SPSS Win 21.0. Results: The results shows that the tasks of public health promotion personnel are 'business practices,' 'planning and evaluation related work' and so on in order of importance while the duties of service providing personnel are 'counseling,' 'education' and so on. One of the factors affecting field applications of education is 'awareness of the connection between education and career development' which accounts for 33% of explanatory power; the selected six other factors constitute 41.7%. Necessary educational contents for public officials are 'public health service planning,' 'report writing skills' and 'project evaluation methods.' On the other hand, for service providers, the contents are 'counseling methods,' 'development of educational materials,' 'monitoring health status' and so on. Conclusions: In order for trained service personnel to accord with the changed health promotion environment and the demand of local residents, Public Health Promotion officials should increase educational opportunities based on the competencies for each job, provide continuous learning opportunities and information even after the training, and finally, create a system that can link to career development.

밀리미터 웨이브 대역을 링크로 갖는 셀룰러 통신 시스템에서는 하향링크 제어신호를 사용하여 빔 추적을 할 경우에는 오랜 빔 트레이닝 시간과 많은 네트워크 자원이 소요된다. 본 논문에서는 아날로그 빔형성 방식의 단말기와 디지털 빔형성 방식의 기지국으로 구성된 밀리미터 웨이브 링크를 갖는 OFDM 기반 셀룰러 통신 시스템에 적합한 빔 추적 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 Zadoff-Chu 시퀀스 기반으로 설계된 상향 링크 프리앰블 신호와 단말기 ID, 단말기의 송신빔 ID, 수신 신호의 DoA 등의 파라메터를 추정할 수 있는 메트릭을 사용하여 기지국과 단말기 사이의 송수신 빔 쌍과 서빙 기지국을 추적할 수 있다. SCM 채널을 사용한 모의실험을 통하여 제안된 기법은 다수의 단말기가 존재하는 환경에서도 각 단말기의 송수신 빔 쌍을 효율적으로 추적하고, 빔 추적 시 요구되는 소요 시간과 계산 복잡도를 크게 줄일 수 있음을 확인한다.

Inflammation can play an important role in cancer progression and the prognostic importance of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR), a marker of inflammation, in cancer is a current investigation topic. In the present study, we aimed to determine whether there is a prognostic link between NLR and metastatic gastric cancer (mGC). A total of 143 patients from the Akdeniz University and Antalya Training and Research Hospital database were retrospectively analyzed. The median NLR value was 3.34. The median overall survival (OS) and median progression-free survival (PFS) were 11.6 and 7.9 months, respectively, in patients with NLR<3.34 while these values were 8.3 and 6.2 months respectively in patients with NLR>3.34 (p<0.001 and p=0.011, respectively). Our study showed that increased NLR is an independent prognostic factor associated with short survival in patients with mGC.

As the new century begins, it is clear that K-l2 education is going through a major change. The increasing power and affordability of personal computers along with wide spread use of the Internet has not only changed the landscape for communication but it has opened up new and exciting opportunities for education. One of the ways that Internet could help improve education is to act as an interactive communication link to gather the knowledge and experience of all the teachers and to serve as an open forum for discussing and exchanging innovative ideas. But developing a successful site is not an easy task since the success of the site depends on the level of participation and cooperation of teachers. In this paper, learnings derived from the development of an interactive web based resource center for K-12 mathematics teacher are described and recommendations for developing an effective site for teachers are suggested. The development of an interactive resource center for mathematics teachers showed that while interest for a web based resource is very high, the main obstacle for effective teacher participation is lack of easy accessibility of internet by teachers, and lack of computer and internet training for teachers. The technical issues regarding hardware installation, software development and cost were minimal. Accessibility will improve in time as more and more schools are connected to the internet, but this alone will not be enough. The study suggests that in order to bring together teachers on the internet more effort needs to be made in training teachers on the use of computers and the internet.

본 연구는 치료공동체에 거주하고 있는 회복자들의 회복경험에 대한 연구이다. 연구에는 치료공동체에 거주하고 있는 회복자 9명이 참여하였다. 자료는 심층 면담을 통해 구성했고 Giorgi가 제안한 기술적 현상학적 분석 단계에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 연구참여자들은 직면의 용기, 책임감의 부활, 일상생활속의 사회기술 훈련, 치료동맹자 가족, 노동생산성 향상, 가족으로 돌아가는 황금의 다리, 자기실존과의 조우라는 경험을 한 것으로 나타났다. 연구자들은 연구결과에 근거하여 치료공동체 내에 직업훈련 프로그램의 도입, 치료공동체와 지역사회 자원과의 연계, 치료공동체 프로그램에 가족 참여를 제안하였다.

본 연구는 대기업, 중견기업에서 주로 사용되어온 QFD (Quality Function Deployment)를 창업기업에 접목하여 초기성장기의 창업 기업들의 성장 도태, 매출 정체에 대한 해결 방안으로 QFD 교육 훈련 프로그램에 참여하였던 창업 벤처기업들을 그 연구 대상으로 하였다. QFD 교육 훈련과정에서 임직원들이 배웠던 내용을 현업에 실제로 접목하고자 하였는지 즉 교육 훈련 성과가 있는지에 관하여 연구하는 과정에서 학습전이 의도 영향 요인과 그 경로 구조에 학습자의 개인적 특성이 조절 기능을 하는 지에 대해 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 실증분석의 결과는 학습자준비상태와 훈련내용의 타당성인지가 자기 효능감을 통해 학습전이의도에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 학습자의 인구통계학적 특성의 조절효과는 성별이 부분 조절효과, 직급이 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 연령과 학력수준, 창업경력은 통계적으로 유의한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 시사점은 현실에 접목하기 쉽게 실천중심으로 설계된 훈련 프로그램을 진행할 때 프로그램 결과가 그 기업에 직접적으로 성과를 달성하도록 하기 위해서는 창업기업의 의사결정에 큰 영향력을 미치는 대표이사가 참석하도록 의무화하는 것이 훈련 프로그램의 성과를 높이는데 큰 효과가 있다는 것을 실증적으로 규명한 것이다. 이를 통해 창업기업대상 교육 훈련 프로그램을 진행하는 집행 기관의 교육 기획 단계에서 정책적 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다.

제조현장에서 활용되는 생산 장비들의 시스템 발전 및 변화 추세는 PLC, DCS, SCADA 등 기존 시스템의 특성화된 영역들과 함께하고 있고 일부에서만 특성화된 영역이 고유의 영역으로 위치를 지키고 있다. 특히 시스템 간 통합, 감시제어시스템과 생산관리시스템, 경영정보시스템이 서로 연계 되어 가고 있으며 이러한 연계는 Open System을 요구하고 있는 현실이다. 이에 맞추어 최근 산업현장에서의 생산 자동화장비들은 단위기계의 자동화 단계를 벗어나 전체 공정의 흐름을 연계하여 생산하는 단계로 변해가고 있으며 급격히 융복합화된 기능과 성능을 요구하고 있지만 대부분의 학부 교육은 현장의 교육 요구 사항을 만족하지 못하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결할 수 있도록 관련 학부 교육과 재직자 교육을 연계하여 보다 현장감 있는 교육을 실시할 수 있도록 설계한 장비와 교육과정을 제안한다.

본 연구는 전국 16개 지방자치단체 교육훈련기관의 웹 접근성 평가를 통해 웹 접근성 향상 방향을 제안하기 위한 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 일부 웹사이트를 제외한 14개 교육훈련기관의 웹사이트를 대상으로 평가를 실시하였다. 평가는 Open-WAX를 통한 자동평가와 전문가 3명에 의한 수동평가를 통해 진행하였다. 분석결과 웹 접근성 준수율이 향상되기는 하였으나 아직도 대체 텍스트, 건너뛰기 링크, 마크업 오류 방지 등의 문제점이 발견되었다. 본 연구를 통해 지방자치단체의 웹 접근성 준수와 향후 연구방향에 대하여 제언하고자 한다.
