VARIOUS INVERSE SHADOWING IN LINEAR DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS

  • In this paper, we give a characterization of hyperbolic linear dynamical systems via the notions of various inverse shadowing. More precisely it is proved that for a linear dynamical system f(x)=Ax of ${\mathbb{C}^n}$, f has the ${\tau}_h$ inverse(${\tau}_h-orbital$ inverse or ${\tau}_h-weak$ inverse) shadowing property if and only if the matrix A is hyperbolic.

  • In this paper we consider multiobjective linear programming problems with coefficients of the objective functions specified by possibility distributions. Possibly and necessarily efficient solution sets are defined as funny solution sets whose membership grades represent possibility and necessity degrees to which a feasible solution is efficient. Considering efficiency condition and its dual condition in ordinary multiobjective linear programming problem, we propose efficiency test methods based on an extreme ray generation method. Since the proposed methods can be put in the part of a bi-section method, we can develop calculation and methods of the degree of possible and necessary efficiency for feasible solutions.

  • In this paper, we consider the problem of finding the stability region in state space for uncertain linear systems with input saturation. For stability analysis, two Lyapunov functions are chosen. One is for the lineal region and the other is for the saturated legion. Piecewise Lyapunov functions are obtained by solving successive linear matrix inequalites(LMIs) relaxations. A sufficient condition for robust stability is derived in the form of stability region of initial conditions. A numerical example shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • This paper presents a scheme to solve the congestion problem with phase-shifting transformer(PST) and power generation using linear programming method. A good design of PST and power generation control can improve total transfer capability(TTC) in interconnected systems. This paper deals with an application of optimization technique for TTC calculation. linear programming method is used to maximize power flow of tie line subject to security constraints such as voltage magnitude and real power flow. The proposed method is applied to 10 machines 39 buses model systems to show its effectiveness.

  • Let X, Y be normed linear spaces, and let p$_{1}$, p.sub 2/ be lower semi-continuous fuzzy norms on X, Y respectively, and have the bounded supports on X, Y respectively. In this paper, we prove that if Y is conplete, the set of all fuzzy continuous linear maps from X into Y is a fuzzy complete fuzzy normed linear space.

  • Stability robustness of a linear time-varying system with time-varying structured state space uncertainties is considered by using extended-mean theorem and Bellman's lemma.   • Linear motion and angular motion in task space are handled separately in joint velocity planning for redundant robot manipulators. In solving inverse kinematic equations with given joint velocity limits, we consider the order of priority for linear motion and angular motion. The proposed method will be useful in such applications where only linear motions are important than angular motions or vice versa.

  • This paper presents a method for Identification of a continuous time linear system parameters. We take the plant driven by percitently exciting input. To express the integral functions in terms of measured periodic output data. We use the Walsh function based on cal-sal functions. The linear algebraic equations for parameter identification is obtained. The present method Is simple and computationally advantageous.

  • This paper proposes an efficient sampled-data controller design technique for formation flying. To deal with the nonlinearity in the formation flying dynamics and to obtain a linear, rather than affine, model, we utilize the optimal linearization technique. The digital redesign technique is then developed based on the optimal linear model and formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Simulation results show the advantage of the proposed methodology over the conventional controller emulation technique.

  • This paper introduces a fast Fourier transform (FFT)-based spectral analysis method for the transient responses as well as the steady-state responses of linear discrete systems. The force vibration of a viscously damped three-DOF system is considered as the illustrative numerical example. The proposed spectral analysis method is evaluated by comparing with the exact analytical solutions as well as with the numerical solutions obtained by the Runge-Kutta method.
