연속시간 선형시스템에 대한 탐색화된 정책반복법 (Explorized Policy Iteration For Continuous-Time Linear Systems)

  • This paper addresses the problem that policy iteration (PI) for continuous-time (CT) systems requires explorations of the state space which is known as persistency of excitation in adaptive control community, and as a result, proposes a PI scheme explorized by an additional probing signal to solve the addressed problem. The proposed PI method efficiently finds in online fashion the related CT linear quadratic (LQ) optimal control without knowing the system matrix A, and guarantees the stability and convergence to the LQ optimal control, which is proven in this paper in the presence of the probing signal. A design method for the probing signal is also presented to balance the exploration of the state space and the control performance. Finally, several simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed explorized PI method.

  • In this paper we present a Genetic approach to select weighting matrices of LQ(Linear Quadratic) controller for optimal TCSC(Thyristor Controlled Series Capacitor) control. A design of LQ controller depends on choosing weighting matrices. The selection of weighting matrices is usually carried out by trial and error, which is not a trivial problem. We proposed a efficient method using GA of finding weighting matrices for optimal control law. The proposed GA method was applied to design LQ controller of TCSC in one machine infinite bus system and showed good results.

  • 본 논문에서는 충돌각 구속조건을 갖는 비행체 호밍 제어 유도법칙에 대한 역최적 문제를 제시한다. 편향비례항법 유도법칙의 이득과 LQ 문제에서의 가중치와의 관계를 규명하고, Riccati 방정식으로부터 제어입력이 LQ 최적제어가 되기 위한 영역을 제시한다. 이를 근거로 종말 구속조건을 만족하는 호밍 유도법칙의 제어이득이 최적제어법칙이 되기 위한 범위를 제안한다. 이론적 해석 결과의 타당성은 3-DOF 모의시험을 통하여 확인한다.

Robust ILQ controller design of hot strip mill looper system

  • In this paper, we study design of a ILQ(Inverse Linear Quadratic optimal control) looper control system for hot strip mills. The looper which is placed between stands plays an important role in controlling strip width by regulating strip tension variation generated from the velocity difference of main work rolls. A Looper servo controller is designed by ILQ control theory which is an inverse problem of LQ(Linear Quadratic optimal control) control. The mathematical model for looper system is obtained by Taylor´s linearization of nonlinear differential equations. Then we designed linear controller for linearization model by using the ILQ control algorithm. Thereafter this controller is applied to the nonlinear model for model identification. As a result, we show the controller´s robustness for the model error, external disturbance and sensor noise.

  • 본 논문에서는 정지형 무효전력 보상기에 대한 최적 LQ 제어기의 가중행렬 선정과정을 유전알고리즘을 이용하여 최적의 가중행렬을 결정하는 기법을 제시하였다. FACTS로 분류되는 여러 기기중 고정된 용량의 커패시터와 싸이리스터 제어에 의하여 용량이 가변되는 인덕터가 병렬로 연결된 구조를 가지고 있는 SVC 시스템은 전압을 효과적으로 제어할 뿐만 아니라 동기발전기의 댐핑을 향상시킬수 있다. LQ제어기의 설계는 최적 가중행렬 선정에 의존하므로 본 논문에서는 종래의 일반적인 방법과는 달리, 자연 생태계의 진화를 모의한 전역적 탐색 최적화 기법인 유전 알고리즘을 이용하여 설계하였다. 이에 대해 고유치 해석과 시뮬레이션을 통해 제어성능을 검토하여 우수한 제어 성능을 가지는 제어기를 최적화 기법인 GA에 의해서 설계할 수 있음을 확인하였다

  • This paper studies on the design of a looper control system for hot strip mill finisher using ILQ(Inverse Linear Quadratic optimal control) control method. The loopers are placed between each rolling stands and looper control plays an important role in regulating strip tension. The strip tension is controlled by raising and lowering the looper and by changing the speed of main work rolls. Firstly, it is shown from a nonlinear dynamic simulation that the strip tension is more influenced by difference of rolling speed than that of the looper angle. Secondly, a servo controller of the looper is designed using ILQ control method of which the characteristics and algorithms are simply introduced. Finally, the performances of the ILQ servo controller are compared with those of the LQI servo controller from computer simulation. In result, it is shown that the proposed ILQ servo controller has the better performances and robustness far parameter perturbations and disturbances than those of LQI controller.

  • This paper investigates the control problem which is specified by an uncertain linear system and a linear quadratic performance index. Only the size of parameter uncertainty is assumed to be given instead of its statistics. In addition, a mathing condition which constrains the system structure is assumed to be satisfied. The control law can be obtained by solving an LQ optimal control problem for a nominal system.

LINEAR QUADRATIC OPTIMAL GUIDANCE WITH ARBITRARY WEIGHTING FUNCTIONS

  • In this article, the linear quadratic (LQ) optimal guidance laws with arbitrary weighting functions are introduced. The optimal guidance problems in conjunction with the control effort weighed by arbitrary functions are formulated, and then the general solutions of these problems are determined. Based on these investigations, we can know a lot of previous optimal guidance laws belong to the proposed results. Additionally, the proposed results are compared with other results from the generalization standpoint. The potential importance on the proposed results is that a lot of useful new guidance laws providing their outstanding performance compared with existing works can be designed by choosing weighting functions properly. Accordingly, a new optimal guidance law is derived based on the proposed results as an illustrative example.

  • 본 논문에서는 개방형 액체로켓엔진의 제어 알고리즘을 다룬다. 이를 위해 엔진의 각 구성품들을 기준으로 수학적 모델링을 하였으며 추력제어를 위하여 연소실 압력을 피드백하여 제어시스템을 구축하였다. 제어시스템을 위하여 최대추력 상태에서 선형 모델을 이용하여 최적 출력피드백 LQ 추종 제어기를 설계하였으며 시뮬레이션을 통해 제어기의 성능을 검증하였다.

  • In order to design the control system of the magnetic bearing for the high speed 3 phase induction motor, the mathematical modeling was conducted and LQ regulator system was designed. When the plant is controllable and detectable, the nominal stability of LQ regulator could be guaranteed. However, LQ regulator doesn't ensure the robustness of stability and performance for the real system because LQ control is the mathematical optimal theory. In this paper to ensure the robustness of stability and performance for the real system, the control systems are designed by the simulation to the variation system parameters and this method was confirmed as an effective means.
