  • Railload line design of the railroad construction project should be planed considering the variety of quantitative and qualitative factors, and needs to be selected the optimum altinative weighing from VE/LCC analysis of the planned design. The purpose of this research is for showing selecting plan of the optimum railload line and railway bridge applying VE/LCC analysis in selecting the optimum altinative of railroad construction based on quantitative and qualitative factors, such as initial construction cost, maintenance cost, owner and user's requirements. In this research showed the application plan by each stage using data analysis, function analysis, and alternative evaluation of VE/LCC analysis with AHP and LCC analysis program for the selection. This research is proved the rationality and application of the course of selecting the optimum alternative through case application

  • Service restoration following a complete or partial collapse starts with reenergizing a transmission line from black-start generators. Voltage problems can arise from Ferranti effect as unloaded transmission line is reenergized and has to be required to consider it when KPX makes a restorative plan on the massive blackout. This paper presents the investigation of seven regional blackstart lines which are chosen by KPX restorative plan and suggests the verification method for the new designed line according to the system modification.

  • Mungyeng line(Jupyung${\sim}$Mungyeng) was closed due to a rapid decrease in demand in 1995. However, as the rail transportation demand is expected to increase with the plan to develop a tourist resort and a traffic network in Mungyeng area, it is required to forecast future demand to meet the change of transportation environment in this region. This study predicts the rail transportation demand and analyzes financial benefit in operator's side in case of reopening this line, based on nation-wide traffic volume data from Korean Transportation Database(KTDB). The results of this research can be applied to not only establishing a train operation plan also improving customer service. Moreover, Korail will have an opportunity to develop new business by linking train service to tourist attractions around the Mungyeng area.

전원주택 배치와 평면에서의 자연 연계성에 관한 고찰 (A Study on The Relationship with Nature in the Layout and Plan of Contemporary Suburban House)

  • Contemporary Suburban House is a kind of 'Urban House in nature' that urban middle class peoples elect voluntarily to raise life quality and make their own identity. Therefore, 'The Relationship with Nature' is an essential item in the design of Suburban House. But in the site plan of Suburban House, 'The Nature' as outdoor space is only the rest of the indoor space. The outdoor space is hold in common visually but not actually. 'The Nature' is not a labour ground as the case in rural society but a background of village. The plan of Suburban House is based on the urban apartment plan. So in plan, 'The Nature' is also an object for contemplation as the case in urban house. The outline of the plan as a border line between indoor space and outdoor space is controlled uniformally and 'The Nature' is linked only visually in the direction the resident wants to see.

  • In relation to the connection of South-North railway(Kyongui-Line), the operating speed of the train in Kyongui-Line was reviewed. Due to the insufficient maintenance to support on the track of north section of Kyongui-Line, it is very old. The plan that the train run in the north section faster than present time was studied. Finally, the electric power required in the north section was predicted.

  • This study is the purpose of plan principle establishment of the class room for individualization, oriented information of education and various teaching, learning activity. Since the 1990's, school facilities also need to change the educational environment. The 1990's is the time to prepare for the change such as individualization, an information-oriented society, the world-oriented society. Open education is the new form of school and needs the change that individualization diversification, oriented information. For above the reasons, in order to satisfy the demand of change of the new educational environment deviating from uniform education of the past environment improvement of both school education and studying facilities is the emergency theme. The process of education of Korea studies the character that before modem times after modem times under the Japanese rule. The process of change of act in relation to education process and facilities of Korea arranges and studies after establishing government. The plan principle synthesize and analyses school building refering to plan standard and principle of books of various architecture plan, is general classroom in the educational process of the elementary schools.

온라인 ADR을 통한 전자상거래 분쟁해결제도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Electronic Commercial Disputes settlement system through on-line ADR)

  • On-line ADR is to use means of settling disputes online to settle disputes happened on-line or off-line. It gave important opportunity for engaging in a commercial transaction to small group or individual. If it uses judiciary proceeding, it will cost too much, complicate and take considerable time. So, because of these reasons, OECD even encourage on-line ADR as a mean for relieving consumer's damage actively on e-commerce. Korea is also trying to introduce on-line ADR partially or completely in Korea Consumer Agency, The National IT Industry Promotion Agency, The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. However, Korea's on-line ADR is more insufficient than advanced country's. Nevertheless, because on-line needs to introduce, this study suggests the problem and plan centering the type and the present condition of on-line ADR.

  • 승객들에게 보다 빠른 고속 열차 서비스를 제공하기 위해 무정차 열차를 비롯한 고속열차의 정차 패턴 최적화에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 이러한 논의는 이후 정차 패턴을 활용한 차별화된 열차 서비스 및 그에 합당한 가격을 통해 신규 고속 열차 서비스 및 수요를 만들 수 있다는 측면에서 보다 더 큰 관심을 불러오고 있다. 일반적으로 정차 패턴은 효율적인 노선계획 작성에 의해 고려되는데, 효율적인 노선계획이란 모든 수요가 만족되고 전체 여정시간이 최대한으로 감소되는 열차 운행 계획을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 두 개의 최적화 모형을 활용한 2단계 프로세스를 제시한다. 첫 번째 단계는 모든 열차의 all-stop 패턴을 가정한 최소 횟수 혹은 최소 킬로미터 노선 계획을 작성하는 단계이고, 두 번째 단계는 첫 번째 단계로부터 도출된 열차들을 다양한 정차 패턴으로 분해하는 과정이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 프로세스를 최근 고속 열차 실적 수요에 적용해 보았고 기존 열차 운행 횟수 및 정차 패턴과 비교분석하였다.

수치지도 갱신을 위한 선회함수 기반의 선형 단순화 기법 연구 (Study on the Line Simplification Method based on Turning Function for updating Digital Map)

  • 본 연구에서는 건설 CAD 도면을 수치지도 갱신을 위한 공간데이터로 변환하는데 있어서 선회함수를 활용하여 선형 데이터를 단순화시키는 기법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 이 기법은 선형의 형상을 수치적으로 표현하는데 유용한 선회함수 기법을 기반으로 절점 사이의 거리와 각을 정량적으로 평가하여 효율적으로 절점을 제거하는 선형 단순화 기법이다. 적용결과, 높은 형상 보존 효과와 절점 감소율을 보였으며 수치지도 작성내규에 대해 100%의 만족율을 보여 건설도면을 활용하여 수치지도 갱신을 위한 단순화 기법으로 유용하게 사용될 가능성이 높을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 인천광역시는 1999년 10월 도시철도1호선 개통에 따른 역세권 개발은 대규모 도시계획사업이지만 역주변의 토지이용을 특성화 하지 못하여서 교통 혼잡 발생과 이용자의 불편을 초례하고 도시문제가 개선되기 못하고 심화되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 인천 1호선 전철의 역세권 주변 인구 및 토지이용현황 등을 분석하여 도시전체에 대한 합리적인 기능의 배분과 적정한 개발수준을 결정하기 위해 각 역세권의 기능과 목적을 고려하였다. 각각의 역세권 유형별 특성변화를 분석하여 향후 건설될 역세권에 대한 건설로 발생하게 될 파급효과와 교통 및 토지이용의 변화를 고려한 통합적이고 특성화된 역세권 개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
