여가전용 주택형 숙박시설의 내부공간계획 연구 (A study on The Space Planning of Housing type Accomodations for Leisure)

  • In accordance with recent highly advanced economic growth, the demand of leisure life is quite increasing, and also the increase of nature-friendly leisure with health-pursuing concept where human -being enjoys pleasant environment, is to me said as one of recent social traits. Accordingly, it is research the present situation and characteristic of the popularized housing-type accommodating facility, and then this study has discussed on the method how to plan the interior space of such facility to meet with environmental -friendly peculiarity and the object for health enhancement. At first, the program which applied the sustainable design techniques should be preceded, and when planning of interior space, the management method and space planning on the facility and the system should be properly considered in order to enhance the user's health. So to speak, in order to keep and promote the space user's health, those proposing methods such as the followings have been suggested likely as, consideration regarding to air-ventilation and lighting, usage of environmental-friendly material, use of life drainage, custom-typed plane planning, utilization of balcony space, storing furniture and systemization of kitchen space, themed bathroom, inducement of indoor-gardening, and so on. It is expected that this could be applied very usefully to the space plan of the small-scaled housing-type accommodation under planning to develop or renovation.

TBRI를 통한 청소년 교육시설 인테리어 테라피 사례 연구 (Interior Therapy Cases Analysis of Youth Educational Facilities through Trust-Based Relational Intervention(TBRI))

  • During adolescence, youths may experience many unexpected changes due to sudden variances. At that time, youths were found to show rebellious or abnormal behaviors due to psychological wounds. These are often caused by psychological wounds oriented at home or at school, which may make some problems in adolescents' self-respect and attachment. In this study, we plan to conduct an analysis of the case of the interior therapy of educational facilities through TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) to discover how psychological therapy for youths is applied to an interior environment. The cases analysis are conducted based on the three principles of TBRI and the twenty seven detailed keywords within each principle. The research method is oriented on the research of literature focusing on TBRI-related external studies and domestic/external studies of interior therapy. The ranges of the case study are studied in six educational facilities retrieved and extracted from the website 'Archdaily' and from the 2019 Journal of the Korean Institute of Educational Facilities. The research article are concluded that TBRI's principles were applied to shape, finish material, color, lighting, furniture layout, plan layout, sculpture, and built-in-furniture by analyzing the interior therapy of educational facilities according to the elements of TBRI.

  • This study purposes are improvement of system (lamp & ballast) efficacy with and optical characteristics through the developed ceramic arc tube. The designed electronic ballast is substituted for conventional magnetic ballast. These electric signal and optical, thermal characteristics through the improving efficacy of lighting system compared with conventional magnetic ballast. properties of lamp by driving method is researching in ballast. Particularly, electronic ballasts, which improved against weakness of Magnetic Ballast, are researching and applying to control of ceramic metal-halide lamp. but One major limitation is the acoustic resonance problem in CMH lamps at high-frequency operation. In order to avoid acoustic resonance, driving frequency decided 21[kHz]. Before discharge in this paper. The PSpice simulation result obtained sufficient voltage gain and the ignition voltage obtained over 3[kV] at 75[kHz]. After discharge, driving voltage obtained approximately 90[Vrms] at 21[kHz].

주유소 조명 실태와 조도패턴 분석 (Survey on the Current Lighting Level at the Gas Stations and its Analysis on the Illuminance Pattern)

  • 이 논문에서는 주유소 조명시설의 실태를 조사하고 주유소의 각 영역별 조도를 측정하여 그 결과를 KS와 IESNA의 기준과 비교하고 주유소의 전체적인 조명패턴을 분석하였다. 주유지역에 있어서 조도는 KS에 제시된 값보다 상당히 높은 반면 IESNA의 기준보다는 대체로 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 그 외의 지역 또한 조도값에 있어서 서로 많은 차이가 발생함을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과로부터 주유소 조명시설의 적절한 유지·보수에 의해 불필요한 에너지 낭비를 줄일 수 있고, 이러한 점을 고려한 설계과정의 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 KS규격에 있어서 다른 나라의 기준과 비교하여 각 영역별 작업특성을 고려한 철저한 평가와 기준설정이 이루어져야 하겠다.

  • Upon reviewing the tendency of the large-scale hospital buildings constructed so far, we may well know that the architectural space of the hospital buildings has been designed for users' conveniences in terms of functional elements fulfilled, efficiency, uniform colors and lighting, which means that patients may well feel difficult to find their ways in the hospital. The result may be that the patients who are weak mentally and physically feel uneasy or tensed when they wander in the hospital, which may lead to their increased physical fatigue, higher blood pressure or other harmful effects. Thus, patients' way-finding emerges as a new design challenge for the hospital building. The purpose of this study was to define the environmental variables and factors affecting patients' way-finding in the hospital and thereby, determine the correlations between the variables/factors and way-finding to provide for some framework of analysis useful to solutions of patients' way-finding problems, while identifying the causes for difficulty of their way-finding due to differences of perception between hospital building designer and user groups.

  • $(Na_{0.525}K_{0.4425}Li_{0.0375})(Nb_{0.9975}Sb_{0.065}Ta_{0.0375})O_3+0.3 wt%CoO$ ceramics were fabricated as a function of CuO addition by traditional solid state sintering process in order to develop excellent lead-free piezoelectric ceramics composition. The addition of CuO in the LNKNTS composition ceramics can effectively enhance the densification of the ceramics, resulting in the oxygen vacancies as hardening effect. The excellent piezoelectric properties of electromechanical coupling factor($k{\small}_P$) of 0.378, piezoelectric constant($d_{33}$) of 152 pC/N were obtained from the 1.0 mol% CuO doped LNKNTS ceramics sintered at $1,020^{\circ}C$ for 3 h.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 카메라를 통하여 획득한 이미지 정보를 캡쳐 후, 이를 분석하여 물체의 동작을 인식하는 Vision Box를 설계하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 고객 즉, 사용자의 요구조건을 최대한 반영하여 구현하고자 하였다. 구현하고자 하는 Vision Box 시스템은 특별한 외부의 부가적인 센서를 사용하지 않고 카메라를 통하여 들어오는 화상 정보만을 분석하여 물체를 식별할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 PLC와의 통신과 원격지에서 Vision Box를 제어 할 수 있는 방법도 지원할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 Vision Box의 성능을 자동차의 차종분류를 통한 성능분석 결과 최적화 된 환경조건에서는 100%의 차종별 인식률을 보였으며, 조명 및 잡음과 회전의 작은 변화에 따른 테스트에서 차종인식은 가능하였으나, 패턴점수가 낮아졌다. 따라서 제안한 Vision Box 시스템이 다양한 산업분야에 적용될 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

한국과 중국의 전통복식을 이용한 스마트 축제의상의 개발 및 활용 (Development and Utilization of Smart Festival Costumes for Korean Traditional Costumes and Chinese Traditional Costumes)

  • The smart festival costume developed in this study maximizes the design elements by attaching electronic device to clothing, and uses voice, movement, and light sensor to utilize as expression elements. In addition, as a way to maximize cultural exchanges between Korea and China, smart festival costume was developed by applying smart clothing technology to the traditional costumes of both countries. and it was exhibited for 10 days at the 'Andong International Mask Dance Festival 2018'. The smart festival costume has the effect of multiplying the dynamism and excitement of the festival by the use of colorful lighting and it has been evaluated that the experience of wearing traditional costume of both countries contributes greatly to promote international cultural exchange. However, since smart clothing is inconvenient to wear due to the use of electronic products, meticulous research for consumer safety is required for practical use. Smart devices is expected to utilize for the development of traditional culture resources and the fashion industry in the future.

아파트 자전거 주차장 이용실태에 관한 조사 연구 - 광주광역시 자전거 주차장 설치 아파트를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Current Status of the Use of Bike Parking Lots in Apartments - For the Apartments with Bike Parking Lots in Gwangju Metropolitan City -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the current status of the use of bike parking lots in apartment complexes located in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The results were as follows. While common respondents answered the use of a bike for leisure or health, relatively few respondents answered a means of transportation such as going to school or work. It suggests that systematic plans to expand the range of using a bike should be made such as the connection of an apartment complex with a bike road. The common places to keep bikes were the entrance, the inside of the house, or stairs rather than bike parking lots because of safety problems such as theft or damage. In this regard, it is necessary to prepare clear regulation guidances to complement the safety problems of bike parking lots such as CCTV installation in the parking lots or compulsory installation of night lighting. Based on the findings, the methods to improve a bike parking lot should consider safety solutions and the complement of locations or keeping types. To activate the use of a bike, it is necessary to improve facilities to help residents' use of bike parking lots and expand their size in the future and examine the design of bike racks.

지리적 특성을 고려한 범죄두려움 영향 요인 분석 - 범죄취약계층인 20대 여성을 중심으로 - (An Analysis of Factors Affecting Fear of Crime Considering Geographical Characteristics - Focused on Women in 20's who are Vulnerable to Crime -)

  • Recently, women's fear of crime continues to increase in space of everyday. By the way, the fear of crime has the spatial properties as crime. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to evaluate the spatial dependence of fear of crime and to suggest the physical environmental factors influencing fear of crime. For this, a spatial regression analysis using spatial weights was conducted based on the location data of the fear of crime measured through a survey. The results of this study are as follows; First, the fear of crime felt by women in their twenties who are vulnerable to crime has spatial dependence. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the spatial characteristics in analyzing the environmental factors affecting this. Second, in order to reduce the fear of crime, it is necessary to improve the environments of old housing and entertainment facilities. There is also a need for ongoing management. Third, careful consideration is needed in the installation of CCTV and street lights, which are factors influencing the fear of crime. It is necessary to establish a reasonable arrangement standard for CCTV and to analyze the street lighting in detail.
