시나리오 기반 인터페이스 디자인 방법론에 관한 연구 - 웹 서베이를 통한 시나리오 수집과 검증 방법을 중심으로 (A Study on Methodology of Scenario-Based Interface Design - with an focus on Scenario Collection and Verification method through Web Survey)

  • 사용자 중심적, 참여적 디자인이 부각되면서 다양한 분야의 디자인 프로세스에서 시나리오를 활용하는 시나리오 기반 디자인 기법이 적극 도입되고 있다. HCI 분야에서도 사용자에 대한 정보와 태스크를 추출하기 위하여 시나리오를 활용하고 있으나, 현재의 요구사항 시나리오 수집 방법을 주요 기법으로 활용하는 시나리오 기반 디자인은 주로 시스템 존재 자체 에 대한 유용성의 상황을 묘사하는 디자인 단계에서 유용하게 활용되었고, 구체적인 인터페이스 디자인에서는 갭이 존재했었던 것이 사실이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 시나리오 기반 디자인 방법이 인터페이스 디자인 단계를 거쳐 디자인 해결안을 도출하기까지 가능한 갭이 없이 적절하게 연결될 수 있게 하는 시나리오 기반웹 서베이의 기법적 가능성을 탐색하고, 이를 홈네트웍 컨트롤러의 인터페이스 디자인 사례에 접목한 실험 연구를 진행하였다. 설문의 분석 결과, 디자이너가 일단 수집한 시나리오를 바탕으로 태스크를 설정한 결과를 다양한 사용자층에 의해 요구 정도의 우선 순위를 검증받을 수 있었으며, 이는 메뉴 구조의 깊이와 순위를 결정하는 근거가 될 수 있었다. 또한, 사용자 계층의 라이프스타일에 따라 다양한 태스크에 대한 요구 정도가 다르게 나타남을 발견하고 기본 태스크를 제외한 메뉴의 내용 및 상황 모드를 옵션으로 제시하여 개인에 맞게 선택, 추가하는 방식을 제안할 수 있었다. 또한, 질문의 방식과 내용의 적절한 선택에 의해 사용 시나리오 수집 및 이의 데이터베이스화에 대한 가능성을 탐색할 수 있었다.

웰빙트랜드가 식품포장디자인의 색채에 끼친 영향 (Influences of Well-being Trend on Color of Packaged Food Products)

  • 사회적 트랜드는 소비대중의 라이프스타일에 영향을 줌으로써 상품의 구매성향에 변화를 초래한다. 이런 연유에서 트랜드는 제품의 기획과 생산과정에서 중요한 고려 대상이 된다. 새로운 트랜드가 출현하여 어떤 변화가 일어났다면 우선 그 트랜드에 의한 영향의 폭과 깊이를 가늠해보는 것이 필요할 것이다. 최근 전 세계적으로 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 웰빙물결과 이로 인해 나타난 식품포장디자인의 변화는 주목할 만한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 웰빙트랜드의 영향으로 식품포장디자인이 어떤 형태로 변화되었는지에 알아보았다. 연구의 범위는 의식주 중에서 웰빙트랜드의 영향을 가장 잘 보여주는 식품을 대상으로 하였고 범위를 좁혀 공장에서 생산되고 대형할인점을 통해 판매되는 포장식품으로 한정했다. 식품포장디자인은 판매의 최종단계에서 소비자에게 충동적 구매를 유도하는 중요한 역할을 한다. 성공적인 디자인을 위한 제 요소들 중에서 색채는 그 중심적 위치에 있다. 색채는 트랜드의 변화를 민감하게 나타내고 소비자는 그 같은 상품의 구매를 통하여 심리적 욕구를 충족시킨다. 본 연구의 기초 자료는 시장조사를 통해 포장식품을 대분류한 후 사용된 색상을 추출하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 각4대 기본색상의 역할과 변화를 분석하여 트랜드의 영향을 구체적으로 제시하고자 하였다. 마지막으로 웰빙트랜드에 민감한 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 다수가 공감하는 웰빙칼라를 선정하였다.

유아의 숲동화 구연학습이 자기감정조절과 공동체의식 함양에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Oral Narration Learning for Children's Forest Fairy Tale on Self-Emotional Regulation and Community Spirit Cultivation)

  • 본 연구는 유아의 숲동화 구연학습이 자기감정조절과 공동체의식 함양에 미치는 효과를 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 S시소재 유아 40명을 대상으로 8주간 16회기 실험 연구 하였다. 연구결과 전체적으로 숲동화 구연학습을 한 실험집단이 통제집단보다 높게 나타나 실험집단의 숲동화 구연학습의 유용성을 입증해주었다. 특히 공동체의식 요인의 기본생활 습관과 공동체 의식, 사회성발달, 자기인식에서 모두 실험집단이 비교집단에 비해 높게 나타났다. 이는 숲 체험 활동에서의 자연과에서 소통과 함께 동화소재를 자연 속에서 읽으면서 듣고 직접 체험함으로써 유아들이 동화를 통해 주의 집중하고 자연과의 교감 속에 자연 그대로 느끼는 순수한 감성을 바탕으로 또래와 함께 상호 협력하고 공존을 위한 관계 향상은 물론 원칙과 질서를 지키고 이를 실천하려는 소중한 마음이 동화 속 이야기와 함께 자기감정조절까지 증가시킴을 실증해준 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이같은 결과는 숲 활동에 있어 단순한 놀이나 교육 중심에서 벗어나 숲동화 연계 활동을 통해 감정조절 뿐만 아니라 공동체의식 향상에도 긍정적인 교육효과를 가져다 줌에 따라 이의 활용이 보다 확산될 필요가 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

친환경농산물 선택기준이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 소비자 태도와 신뢰의 매개, 조절효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Selection Criteria for Eco-Friendly Agricultural Products on Purchase Intention)

  • Purpose - This study investigated the effects of consumers' selection criteria for environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention and the effects of consumers' attitudes and the reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention by using the theory of planned behavior. Subjective norms of variables of behavioral intention, attitudes toward behavior and control of the behavior were used to create selection criteria, consumers' attitudes and reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products. The study investigated the effects of consumers' selection criteria, attitudes, and reliability of environment-friendly agricultural products on purchase intention constructing models and hypotheses of mediation and moderation between selection criteria for agricultural products and purchase intention by consumers' attitudes and reliability. Research design, data, and methodology - The findings were as follows: first, consumers' selection criteria for environment-friendly agricultural products had a significantly affirmative influence upon purchase intention. Health was the most important factor of selection criteria convenience was more important than quality and familiarity was next. Consumers' attitudes and trust had a significant influence on purchase intention. Second, testing showed that consumers' attitude and trust partially mediated selection criteria: sub-factors and purchase intention were important in selection criteria. Third, testing showed that consumers' attitude and trust had a significant moderation effect between selection criteria and purchase intention. In the test of the moderation effect between sub-factors of selection criteria and purchase intention, consumers' attitude had a significantly positive influence upon health, convenience, and familiarity, and had no significant influence upon quality and purchase intention. Consumers' trust had no significant influence upon health, convenience, and quality. Results - The study provided several theoretical implications: first, an empirical analysis was undertaken with selection criteria for environmental-friendly agricultural products, consumers' attitude, and trust to investigate subjective norms, attitude toward behavior and control of behavior based on the theory of planned behavior. Second, this study investigated both the mediation effect and moderation effect of consumers' subjective norms on attitudes toward behavior, the mediating effects of perceived behavior control and changes of behavioral intention depending upon size and direction of the variables. This study also provided several practical implications. Conclusions - First, consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products did not increase despite rapid increase of production therefore, promotion of consumption and distribution was needed considering the supply and demand of the products. Second, definite standards for selection criteria were suggested to build up consumers' attitude and trust. Consumers' attitude could be improved by factors including the brand of environment-friendly agricultural products, consistent quality, solving physiological problems caused by adverse effects of environmental problems, supplementary approaches, treatment of adverse effects by eating food, and the development and supply of products in accordance with changes of lifestyle. Finally, consumers' demand for sub-factors of selection criteria could be much higher than health, convenience, and quality of the products. Therefore, a process was needed that could continuously check consumers' needs for the products. Limitations were described at the end of the study.

Worksite Marketing 상품과 언더라이팅 기법 (Underwriting Method of Worksite Marketing Product)

  • Internally Korean insurance market is that whole life products' growth are becoming slowdown that's why new insurance products have appeared on the market in consideration of consumer's needs recently. Externally domestic insurance market competitions has drifted from insurance industry to whole financial industry since bankasurance started. Life insurance companies should open up a new market to survive from severe competitions. Worksite marketing can be an alternative. An insurer make arrangements with an employer about an insurance terms which an insurer offers in Worksite marketing. Then eligible individuals enroll in the plans at their own discretion and pay 100 percent of the premium for coverage through payroll deductions. An employer doesn't need to pay extra money for additional benefit but can raise employee's loyalty and satisfaction of company through worksite marketing. An employee can be covered at discounted premium rate and less strict underwriting guidelines to an insurer compared to individual insurance. In developed countries specially U.S insurance market, Worksite marketing is getting very popular and growing rapidly due to the advantages. Worksite marketing has both individual insurance characters and group insurance characters. Individual insurance characters are that employees enroll in the plans at their own discretion and pay 100 percent of the premium for coverage. Group insurance characters are that actively at work and participation etc. An insurer have to reflect these two characters on Worksite marketing when an insurance company work out a plan for developing products and underwriting guidelines. When an insurer devise worksite products, one should consider participation level which means percentage of eligible employees participating. Participation is related to anti-selection. As we know underwriting is essential for every kind of insurance, especially underwriting plays major role in worksite marketing. We can see that in the below. Firstly, it has a function in calculation of premium rate. When calculate premium rate for worksite products underwriters have to estimate expected participation level and risk factors. So underwriters and acturies keep in close contact with each other. Secondly, underwriting methods are important. When an insurer underwrite worksite products, there are three kinds of underwriting methods. These are Simplified issue underwriting, Full underwriting and Guaranteed issue underwriting. Simplified issue underwriting typically requires no medical examination, but usually requires supplying satisfactory answers to one or several health and/or lifestyle questions. Full underwriting requires a complete medical history questionnaire that may further require an exam. Guaranteed issue underwriting means that coverage is issued without the employee having to provide evidence of insurability. When insurer set the GI limit are usually based on the type of industry, number of eligible employees, the average amount of coverage and participation level. In addition to insurer should have a clear definition of eligible employee on the insurance provision and application form. It will minimize possibility of trouble claims and anti-selection. An insurer also establish preexisting condition exclusion and special guidelines for late entrants. When an insurer introduce Worksite marketing to Korean insurance market, an insurer has to examine market research to analyze potential market and strategy of sales most of all. Also an insurer should review real situation of the U.S, England and Japanese market etc. There are a lot of new technologies about worksite marketing process that an insurer should learn. When an insurer consider many things which we explained it can be a real alternative.

국내외 커스텀 슈즈 디자인 현황 및 전망 (Forecasting and Analysis of Customized Shoes Design in Domestic and Overseas Brands)

  • 이 논문에서는 커스텀 슈즈 브랜드 중 현재 국내외 인지도가 높은 주요 커스텀 슈즈 브랜드의 디자인 특성과 현황을 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 커스텀 슈즈 시장의 전망을 예측하여 소비자 라이프스타일과 니즈에 맞는 커스텀 슈즈 디자인 발전 방향, 전망과 수요를 제시하였다. 커스텀 슈즈의 디자인 유형을 크게 두 가지로 나누었다. 슈즈의 외관을 선택할 수 있는 '스타일 중심의 커스텀 슈즈'와 개인의 신체조건에 맞게 디자인 및 제작하는 '기능 중심의 커스텀 슈즈'로 분류하여 세부 유형별 브랜드와 현황을 연구 하였다. 스타일 중심의 커스텀 슈즈는 크게 세 가지다. 첫째, 정장화. 둘째, 스포츠 및 캐주얼 커스텀 슈즈. 마지막으로 비스포크 슈즈로 구분지어 볼 수 있다. 기능 중심의 커스텀 슈즈디자인이란 슈즈의 외관부위에 대한 맞춤보다는 인솔과 아웃솔 부분을 개인의 족형에 맞게 섬세하고 세부적으로 디자인하여 신발의 기능을 강화한 것을 말한다. 일반적으로 전문 스포츠 선수화에 활용되며, 또한 족부 장애우들의 신발에 이러한 기능성 제화기술을 접목한 정형 제화도 여기에 포함된다. 다양한 장소와 상황에 따라 본인의 취향과 개성을 표출 하는 소품 중 하나로 신발을 선택하는 소비자들이 늘어나고 있고, 발 건강에 대한 관심도 늘어나, 커스텀 슈즈 시장은 확대 발전 가능성이 높은 고부가가치 시장이라고 할 수 있다. 앞으로 3D 스캐너와 3D 프린터 발전으로 커스텀 슈즈가 며칠 만에 주문 생산 될 수 있는 시대가 도래할 것이라 예측한다. 세부 전문 인력이 더욱 필요할 것이며, 온라인 매장 한계를 극복할 슈즈피팅전문가 및 디자인 컨설턴트의 수요도 상승할 것이라 예측한다.

파티웨어 디자인 개발을 위한 국내 여성 캐릭터 캐주얼 브랜드 디자인 분석 (Analysis of Domestic Woman Character Casual Brand Design for Party Wear Design Development)

  • Many efforts to develop the domestic fashion industry have continued under the influence of a rapidly changing fashion industry environment. The fashion industry has emerged as a future growth industry leading lifestyle and as a core industry for the culture biz. Since the 2000's the markets that combined party and fashion wear as a new cultural trend has grown and an in-depth study of design development for party wear is required. This study presents basic materials for design development for the future domestic woman character casual brand prior to the design development by analyzing design characteristics of domestic female character casual brands. In the research methods, nine brands were selected based on the discussion of ten fashion specialists and then the brand concept, target, configuration of items, price, and design characteristics were analyzed. The following conclusions were drawn from this study. First, each brand concentrated the main focus on establishing a clear and unique brand identity that meets the needs of consumers to enhance competitiveness in the woman's dress market. To enhance competitiveness, many character casual brands targeting women aged 20's and 30's (including BEART) held party wear goods exhibitions as the market for party wear has increased significantly. Second, according to study results of the selected nine brand designs, it was found that the style characteristic of each brand varies depending on concept. However, all nine brand designs developed various styles such as feminine and cute style making use of laces, ruffles, A line silhouette, colorful motifs, and a stylish style that used layers with various materials along with unique decorations based on romantic emotions. Third, seven hundred and thirty eight pictures of nine brands were analyzed by items without identifying brands. According to the result of the analysis, the percentage of items used by brands was as follows: a one-piece dress was 34.5%, jacket 25.7%, skirt and pants 15.5%, blouse and shirt 13.6%, and tops 10.6%. The result showed that one-piece dresses accounted for the highest percentage. Frill accounted for 16.6%, the highest percentage followed by ribbons at 16% in regards to detail and trimming.

석유화학공장 대정비 작업 근로자의 벤젠 노출과 요중 trans, trans-muconic acid 배설과의 관계 (The Relationship between Exposure to Benzene and the Excretion of Urinary Trans, Trans-muconic Acid in Petrochemical Factory Turnaround Process Workers)

  • Objectives: Using laborers participating in the petrochemical factory turnaround process as subjects, this study aims to identify exposure to benzene in the air and examine the relationship between exposure and the excretion of urinary metabolites by measuring concentrations of urinary trans, trans-muconic acid (t,t-MA). Methods: A passive sampler was used to measure the level of benzene in the air. In order to analyze urinary metabolites, the urine of laborers participating in the turnaround process was collected twice daily, both before and after work. In addition, a survey was conducted on work factors and lifestyle habits as factors affecting the concentration of urinary metabolites. Results: During the survey period, benzene was detected in the samples from all workers, and its average concentration was $0.16{\pm}0.22ppm$. The average concentration of t,t-MA after work was $1.20{\pm}1.86mg/g$ creatinine, and the results of analyzing urinary metabolites concentration before and after work showed statistically significant differences(p=0.003). There was also a statistically significant correlation (r=0.52, p=0.002) between benzene in the air and the concentration of after-work urinary t,t-MA. Conclusions: During the turnaround process, the average benzene concentration in workers was $0.16{\pm}0.22ppm$, which was below the exposure limit. However, their average t,t-MA concentration was $1.20{\pm}1.86mg/g$ creatinine, which exceeded the exposure limit of 1mg/g creatinine. The characteristics of turnaround process work require considerations such as underestimating the passive sampler being used and the skin absorption of benzene, and there needs to be a simultaneous assessment of working environment measurements and biological monitoring.

위치정보 및 사용자 경험을 반영하는 모바일 PA에이전트의 설계 (Designing mobile personal assistant agent based on users' experience and their position information)

  • 급변하는 모바일 환경에서 스마트폰을 비롯한 모바일 기기는 엔터테인먼트, 비즈니스, 정보서비스 등 사용자들의 삶의 방식을 직접적으로 변화시키는 핵심 도구로써의 역할을 하고 있다. 모바일 서비스 중 특히 사용자의 위치정보를 활용하여 서비스를 제공하는 위치기반 서비스(Location Based Service)는 검색, 증강현실, 모바일 SNS(Social Network Service), 게임 등의 다른 서비스 및 콘텐츠와 결합하여 사용자의 다양한 요구를 충족시키며 주요 서비스로 자리 잡아 가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 서비스가 갖는 잠재적 가능성을 이용하여 모바일 기기의 사용성을 증대시키며, 서비스의 복잡성을 해결하기 위하여 복잡한 태스크를 숨기고 사용자를 대신하여 프로세스를 수행시킬 수 있는 방안에 중점을 둔다. 사용자의 의도 혹은 선호도를 파악하여 사용자에게 개인화된 서비스를 제공하는 PA(Personal Assistant) 에이전트의 개념을 모바일 환경에 적용하기 위한 기법을 제시한다. 사용자의 선호도를 파악하고 개인화된 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 클러스터링 알고리즘과 데이터 분류 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 실험을 통하여 사용자 패턴별로 생성한 클러스터에 분류 알고리즘을 적용한 결과에 대한 분류정확도를 측정하였으며, 제안한 기법의 클러스터별 분류 정확도는 기존의 기법과 비교하여 17.42% 증가하였다.

목회자의 목회간호에 대한 역할기대 (Pastor's Expectations from Parish Nurses)

  • Parish nursing is a community health nursing role developed in 1983 by Lutheran chaplain Granger Westberg. An increasing emphasis on holistic care, personal reseponsibility for a healthy lifestyle, and changes in healthcare delivery systems have undoubtedly facilitated the establishment and nurturance of an innovative nursing role in the community. Parish nurses are functioning in a variety of church congregations of various denominations. The parish nurse is a educator, a personal health counselor, a coordinator of volunteers. The parish nurses helps people relate to the complexed medical care system and assists people to integrate faith and health. The autors conducted a study on pastor's expectations from parish nurses. Results of this study will be useful to those instrumental in planning, initiating, supporting, and evaluating a parish nurses program The research was done on 130 pastors in Taegue and Kyong Sang Buck Do, of various ages ranging from their 20's to 60's: and pastoring churches of various sizes, ranging from under 100 to over 300 members. 94.6% agreed that they needed a parish nurse on their staff; and 86.2% said they wanted to start a parish nurse program in their churches if certain basic conditions were met. The pastors responded that some would hire the nurses on a full-time basis(22.3%), a part -time basis (37.7%) or use volunteer nurses (40%). The pastors said they would expect the following from a parish nurse: health counselling (80.0%) regular health check-ups (78.5%) health care for the elderly (78.5%) health information and education (72.3%) hospice care (72.3%) visiting sick church members at home (69.2%) arranging and training volunteers to help the seek (59.2%) health care for expectant mothers (50.0%) introducing and taking people to health care facilities (46.2%) The pastors were surveyed about specific areas of health education they would want the parish nurse to teach(for example, high blood pressure and heart disease prevention and management(76.2%) ; stress management(74.6%); and diabetes prevention and management(73.8%). The pastors were surveyed about specific areas of health counselling they would expect the parish nurse to do (for example, drug abuse, (73.1), alcohol abuse(64.6%), marriage conflict(60.0%), recovery after the loss of a loved one(56.9%), and women's conflict with parents-in-law(53.8%). The pastors were surveyed about types of things they would want included in regular health check-ups, what they would want a parish nurse to do on home visits, and what they would want included in home care for the elderly. They were also surveyed on what kind of spiritual care they would like parish nurses to give. Most (90.7%) wanted their parish, parishioners to be involved in the parish nurses program as volunteers, and in a variety of ways(such as visiting sick in their homes(68.5%) and helping with housework(63.1%) and taking sick people to health facilities(60%). Parish nurses role, activities, and boundaries of practice should be continuously monitored and refined and a 'case manager' should be conceptualized as an additional or all-encompassing role. An initial parish / community needs and readiness assessment should be done prior to establishing a program to detemine if the congregation is ready, willing, and able to support such a position for at least a 2 to 3 year period.
