본 연구는 도서관의 문화프로그램 운영 현황을 살펴보고 개선사항을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 국립세종도서관 문화프로그램의 이용자 참여 로그를 분석하여 프로그램의 운영과 이에 대한 이용자의 실질적인 참여 현황을 살펴보았다. 이용자 참여 로그의 누적기간은 2015년 3월부터 2017년 12월까지이며, 해당 로그에서 프로그램 정보 722건, 프로그램 참여 정보 24,816건, 이용자 정보 6,729건을 추출 분석하였다. 세부 분석은 프로그램 분석, 이용자 분석, 시계열 분석 등 다각도로 진행되었으며, 분석결과를 토대로 국립세종도서관 문화프로그램의 문제점을 지적하고 이를 개선시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 서비스 제공 측면에서 문화프로그램을 분석했던 기존 연구와는 달리 실제 이용자 참여 로그를 활용하여 이용자 측면에서 문화프로그램을 분석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

본 연구에서는 국립어린이청소년도서관에서 운영하는 '도서관과 함께 책읽기' 프로그램에 참여한 어린이들의 독서교육의 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 '2009 도서관과 함께 책읽기' 프로그램에 참여한 46개 기관의 초등학생 590명을 대상으로 자아존중감, 사회성, 독서능력을 측정하고 분석하였다. 또한 설문지 조사를 병행하였다. '도서관과 함께 책읽기' 프로그램을 실시한 결과, 참여기관 46개관 중 42개관(91.3%)에서 자아존중감, 사회성, 독서능력 점수가 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, 통계적으로 분석한 결과 '도서관과 함께 책읽기' 프로그램의 효과가 나타난 도서관은 11개관(23.9%)으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 국립어린이청소년도서관에서 소외된 어린이를 위한 '도서관과 함께 책읽기' 사업과 연계한 프로그램으로 운영되었던 독서캠프 사례를 통하여 문제점 및 개선점을 조사하고 효과적인 독서캠프 프로그램으로 운영되기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 전국 6권역에서 개최된 독서캠프의 운영 사례를 조사하였다. 또한, 독서캠프에 참가한 어린이와 사서에게 독서캠프에 대한 의견을 설문지로 조사하여 독서캠프 운영상의 문제점을 파악하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 독서캠프 프로그램의 운영 방안을 제시하고 개선방안을 도출하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 사서의 전문성 강화를 위한 계속교육프로그램 교과내용을 제안하는 것이다. 문헌정보학과 졸업자가 학부에서 이수한 교과목 분석을 통하여 선행된 교육 이수 내역을 조사하였고, 국립중앙도서관의 계속교육프로그램을 분석하여 사서들의 교육 수요조사를 조사하였다. 외국의 계속교육프로그램으로는 ALA, SLA를 비교분석하였다. 새로이 개설되는 신규교과목 경향을 조사하였다. 그 결과 문헌정보학 주제분야별로 교육내용을 제시하였다. 제안되는 교과내용은 전자출판과 저작권, 도서관미래, 톡소노미 및 통제어휘, 특허정보, 과학정보리터러시, 오픈억세스프로그램, 도서관가치인식, 라이센스 이슈, 고객응대 등이다.

Purpose of this paper is to research about new building type of Korean library and suggest the design of Library which based on the building type changes. This research is based on the idea that change of building type could be derived from Architects' designs. So, we analyzed space programs of Gunpo Library competition, redefined the space programs and suggested the direction of building type changes with program changes through design processes. The conclusions of this research are follows; first, we suggested new zoning system in library building design that is consisted of three separate building based on each building's own functions. Second, new zoning and library design would be helpful to making plan about library building competition. The method that we tried at this projec is useful to other complex building designs which have necessities to redefine building type.

본 연구는 서울특별시 J구 구립도서관을 중심으로 '한 도서관 한 책 읽기' 프로그램의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질 요인(프로그램 도서 및 내용, 프로그램 작가 및 인력, 프로그램 서비스 지원, 프로그램 시설 및 환경)과 만족도가 이용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 통계적으로 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 프로그램 만족도에 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미치는 서비스 품질 요인에는 프로그램의 도서 및 내용과 프로그램의 작가 및 인력으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 프로그램의 만족도는 이용의도에 유의미한 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 향후 국내 공공도서관에서 실시될 '한 도서관 한 책 읽기' 프로그램 서비스의 질을 제고시키는데 유용한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 공공도서관에서 다룰 수 있는 독서치료의 위기상황 범주를 개발하고. 그 중에서 어린이들의 공격성 감소에 미치는 독서치료의 효과에 대한 검증을 통해 독서치료가 공공도서관 서비스로 구현되도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실험연구를 통해 독서치료 프로그램의 효과를 분석한 결과 매우 긍정적인 결과를 얻을 수 있었고 이러한 독서치료가 공공도서관의 서비스로 이루어지기 위한 방안이 요구된다.

공공도서관에서 문화프로그램 업무가 전체업무의 30% 이상을 차지하는 핵심 업무로 부각됨에 따라 국가차원의 지원방안이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전국 88개 공공도서관의 문화프로그램 운영 현황 및 지원요구 사항을 기초로 하여 정부기관 지역대표도서관 차원에서의 지원 사항을 6개 분야에서 제시하였다. 연구방법으로는 문헌연구와 전문가협의를 통하여 지원방안을 모색하였다. 제안 분야는 (1) 자문위원회 운영, (2) 프로그램 모형 개발 보급, (3) 프로그램 패키지개발, (4) 실무자 교육프로그램 개발 및 시행, (5) 자원(지역프로그램, 강사)보급을 위한 DB구축과 연결망이다.

이 연구는 도서관 자원봉사 활성화를 위한 기초 현황 조사로서 국내 공공도서관 564관에서 문화프로그램에 참여하는 자원봉사자 2,349명을 대상으로 활동 현황을 조사 분석하였다. 조사 내용은 지역별 참여자 수, 지역별 참여 도서관 수, 프로그램별 참여자 수, 참여 프로그램 수 등이다. 분석 내용은 자원봉사자들의 참여프로그램, 프로그램 유형, 참여 프로그램 중 도서관 고유의 분야인 독서프로그램분포 정도, 비독서프로그램의 내용 구성, 이용자 대상별로 가장 선호하는 프로그램, 지역별로 가장 많이 참여하는 프로그램에 대한 것이다.

Cooperative program planning and teaching is a strategy for developing and implementing resource based learning. This approach combines the classroom teacher's subject expertise and knowledge of the students with the teacher­librarian's specialized knowledge of the availability and use of learning materials. And the purpose of cooperative program planning is to develop learning experiences or units of study that effectively integrate the student's resource center activities with other learning experiences. There are also some conditions that are conducive to effective planning sessions. First, the teacher-librarian must be prepared to initiate planning with teachers, rather than waiting for teachers to come to them. Second, the teacher-librarian must be prepared to present suggestions in such a way that the teacher can respond. The purpose of this study is (1) to investigate the planning process of cooperative program planning and teaching in the previous studies and (2) to find general problems when the cooperative program planning and teaching apply in actual situation. For these purposes, I chose a school library and a teacher-librarian in Seoul to observe how this cooperative program planning and teaching carry out in the school library. Main findings are summarized as follows: (1) A teacher who teaches alone for one grade is more proper to carry out the cooperative program planning and teaching. Young teachers are usually more active to change their teaching methods. (2) The cooperative program planning and teaching is a program what needs a lot of materials. When there is no right reference book in a school library, it would be good to access DB through PC telecommunication. It is also possile to contact lirarians who work in large public libraries or university libraries. (3) The cooerative program planning and teaching needs cooperative working between a teacher-librarian and a teacher. Thus a teacher-librarian should be in his school in the day time like the other teachers for the program's planning process. ( 4) There has to be a guide to change into resource based learning in teaching method. Thus the Korean Library Association or Korean Library and Information Science Society should offer a seminar or a workshop about cooperative program planning and teaching for the teacher-librarians. (5) It needs a system that a teacher-librarian can know about student's assignments so that he can prepare reference books for them. (6) The school library can be able to offer excellent service like cooperative program planning and teaching to the teachers and students according to a teacher-librarian's enthusiasm.
