본 연구의 목적은 학교도서관 메이커 교육의 실험적 운영 사례를 공유하여 학교도서관 메이커 교육의 길잡이를 제공하고 관련 활동을 확산하고자 함에 있다. 이를 위해 대구 S 고등학교 도서관에서 실험적으로 이루어진 학교도서관 메이커 교육 사례를 설명하고 그 의의를 양적, 질적 방법으로 분석하였다. 학생 이용자가 가진 학교도서관 메이커 교육의 이미지와 역량 함양 효능감에 대한 인식을 분석하기 위해 기존 학교도서관 교육에 대한 인식과 비교하였다. 추가로 메이커 교육 경험 여부와 학년별 변인 등에 따라 메이커 교육 인식에 차이가 나타나는지 살펴보았다. 학교도서관 메이커 교육에 대한 인식이 기존의 학교도서관 교육 프로그램보다 긍정적으로 나타나지는 않았다. 하지만 학교도서관 메이커 교육을 경험한 학생이 그렇지 않은 학생과 비교하여 기존의 학교도서관 교육과 메이커 교육 모두에서 긍정적 이미지와 역량 함양 효능감에 대한 높은 수준의 인식을 지닌 것으로 나타난 것은 주목할 만하다. 이러한 결과는 학교도서관 메이커 교육이 학교도서관 교육에 대한 전반적 이미지를 개선하고 역량 함양 효능감 인식도 향상시킬 수 있는 가능성을 의미하기 때문이다. 본 연구가 학교도서관 메이커 교육의 확산에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

장애인과 비장애인의 동등한 정보접근권을 보장하고자 하는 흐름에 발맞추어 장애의 여부나 장애의 유형과 상관없이 모든 도서관 서비스를 제공해야만 한다. 이에 본 연구는 장애인 931명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시함으로써 국내 도서관 서비스에 대한 장애인 이용자의 이용 실태 및 요구 사항을 파악하였다. 조사결과, 장애인 이용자의 도서관 및 도서관 서비스 이용 경험은 상당히 저조한 편이었으며 그 원인은 도서관 및 도서관 서비스에 대한 정보가 부족하였기 때문이었다. 그리고 장애인들은 도서관에서 제공되는 자료의 다양성, 충분성, 접근성, 최신성 등에 대해 대체적으로 만족하지 못하였으며 장애유형별로 도서관에 희망하는 프로그램과 개선사항에 차이를 보였다. 결국 장애인 도서관 서비스를 개선하기 위해서는 도서관 서비스에 대한 적극적인 안내와 홍보, 전자자료 구축을 통해 이용자의 접근성을 제고하고, 협령망 구축을 통한 자원공유와 서비스 확대가 필요하고 장애인 서비스를 담당할 전문사서의 배치 및 직무교육 제공이 뒷받침되어야 한다.

For decades, general services and accounting officers have been dominant forces in collection development activities in college and university libraries in Korea. The role of certified librarians has been rather peripheral. This has been allowed by the fact that library acquisitions departments had to be headed by non-librarian general administrative officers by the government regulation. The philosophy behind this regulation was that acquiring library materials was not any different from simple purchasing act of other useful goods in the marketplace. In affiliation with the element of general administrative officers, domestic book-sellers also had a great influence in collection building activities in college and university libraries in Korea. This has been made possible by the fact that no other people could su n.0, pply library materials, especially foreign library materials. It has been pointed out for years that the mechanism in which general administrative officers and domestic book-sellers had a greater say in library acquisitions activities was especially inefficient in acquiring wanted materials in wanted speed and in wanted price. In this mechanism, books and periodicals were mere goods. They were not perceived as intellectual property holding information and knowledge in them. Since the student movement to revolutionize the library system of the Pusan National University, September 1987 to December 1988, the creative and progressive elements in this university library have been making great efforts to change the acquisitions system in this library into a more efficient one by putting certified librarians at the center of the whole acquisitions process. These efforts have been successful to a certain degree. In this discursive study of the case of the Pusan National University Library, I have tried to achieve a social description of the library process in which progressively motivated librarians succeeded in alienating administrative officers and book-sellers and in grasping in their hands the hegemony in the collection building aspect of library activities. It has been discovered that this was possible only when the librarians were mature enough to have their kind of professionalism, i.e., professional ethics and craftsmanship.

Diurnal variation of $PM_{10}$ concentration was investigated for 24 sites in library including reading room, bookstock room, lobby, office and so on, and 9 sites in student building at Kangwon National University using scattering light integrated type digital dust indicator. The dimensional conversion factors for mass concentrations (K) were determined by comparing between the $PM_{10}$ concentrations collected by $PM_{10}$ hig volume air sampler and the digital dust indicator. The dimensional conversion factor (K) was 3.33 for indoor air in this experiment. The highest concentrations were 649 $\mug/m^3$/day for smoking room in the library and 242 $\mug/m^3$/day for circle room in the student building. Most of spaces in the library except a office and bookstock rooms were over 150 $\mug/m^3$/day of $PM_{10}$ concentrations and 6 indoor spaces were over the guideline for indoor air quality in student building except a health center and two restaurants. Therefore, it should be required to make an improvement on the indoor air quaility for public facilities in the university buildings.

본 논문은 웹공간의 도서관 이용자들을 위한 하나의 서비스로서 디지털참고봉사를 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 공통선을 찾고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 웹에서 도서관의 참고봉사와 비슷한 기능을 수행하는 14개 벤처기업의 전문가서비스를 대상으로 사례조사를 하였다. 그 결과 각 인자별로 바람직한 요소를 발견하였지만 무엇보다 중요한 것은 참고봉사에 오랜 경험이 있는 사서로 하여금 디지털참고봉사를 전담하게 하는 것이 바람직하다.

With the recent emergence of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the government is promoting the development of smart construction technology and institutional improvement through various policies to induce cutting-edge and technological innovation in the construction industry. As part of such smart construction technology, the application of BIM is being activated, and related regulations and guidelines are constantly being supplemented. In relation to BIM, there are many studies on the fields of library, design standards etc., but research on specific unit price utilization and unit price DB construction for calculating construction cost is insufficient. Therefore, in this study, a basic study was conducted on the linkage of the construction standard market unit price and the BIM library. Based on the basic research conducted in the future, we intend to establish specific standards for calculating BIM-based construction costs.

In BIM environments for infrastructures, civil structures such as road, bridge and tunnel etc., created into 3D objects, integrated with their properties, securing BIM design productivity is very critical during 3D modeling. To solve this issue, configuring BIM libraries so that the users can utilize prefabricating in advance 3D objects that have been applying repeatedly during BIM design is essential so much. Current BIM libraries have made focused on Ready-Made for architectural facilities. However, establishing environment for delivering BIM library for civil facilities is very sparse. Accordingly, this study developed a web-based sharing system for delivering BIM library contents based on standardized drawing for civil area. To do this, we have analyzed core features and operation system of BIM library sharing system in domestic and overseas. Besides, functional requirements that are necessary for developing BIM library sharing system was derived, and through operation scenario configuration, the web-based system was developed according to the detailed mechanism. It is expected that this system can enhance BIM design productivity during library based modeling, and can be utilized as construction supporting tools that can help construction managers to make a design change.

이 연구는 BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease)방식에 의한 공공도서관 건립 현황을 조사하여, 이 방식의 문제점을 지적하고, 그 개선점을 제안하여 효율적인 도서관 시설 확충 방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구 수행을 위해 문헌조사, 현장조사 그리고 인터뷰 방법을 이용하였다. 우리 정부는 부족한 공공도서관 시설을 확충하기 위해 민간투자방식의 한 유형인 BTL방식을 채택하고 있다. 2008년 현재 이 방식에 의해 6개 지자체에서, 1개의 도서관이 건립되었고 8개 도서관의 건립이 추진되고 있다. 이 연구는 BTL방식에 의한 도서관 건립이 대형 도서관 건립 형태로 추진되고 있음을 지적하고, 개별 사업으로 소규모 도서관을 여러 개 건립하는 것이 부족한 공공도서관 시설을 효과적으로 확충하는 방안이 될 수 있음을 제안한다.

The Subject of this research is building integrated library to supported to CAAD of the A.E.C field that is oriented to the environment of integrated design. In this research, we design and implement a new library model as a solution of design-data sharing and multi-displaying that is on the rise among many problems in construction integration. We name this integrated library ACO(Actual Component Object) and using the ACO, we can share data without loss in the fields such as construction, estimation, structure. Together with this, the different expressions along each field provide the solution of sharing both graphic data and non-graphic data. This ACO is a newly conceptualized Library that is able to supply a composite structure to an architect(designer) through the internet-based ACO System. To the ACO System that supplies those ACO service, we introduce the concept of DBMS in design and design administrator, and we investigate the solutions that enable an architect to use this ACO directly on the Web.

21세기 국가 정보력 제고를 위해서 세계 선진국가들은 국가디지털도서관 구축을 위한 전략과 막대한 예산을 투입하고 있다. 우리나라도 국가디지털도서관을 시급히 구축하여 다양한 멀티미디어 정보를 국민에게 제공할 수 있어야만 국가발전경쟁에서 선진국과 어깨를 나란히 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 우리나라의 국가디지털도서관 구축 방안을 마련하기 위해 우선 선진 외국의 디지털도서관의 구축사례를 연구한 다음 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 국가디지털도서관의 건축, 시설, 장비, 조직과 인력, 각종 사업과 기능 등을 소요예산과 함께 가능한 한 구체적으로 연구 제시하였다.
