This study analyzed the teaching and learning support web services of health-specialized colleges. It was searched for educational innovation and teaching and learning support on the portal site. Web services related to teaching and learning at eight health-specialized colleges were classified into five categories. CTL web service support, teaching support, learning support, CTL introduction, and differentiated web services were analyzed. Teaching and learning support and CTL introduction web services were subdivided and operated, and web services that increased access to teaching and learning support were provided to teachers and students by preparing for national exams. Students at health-specialized colleges must pass the national examination to get a job, and the quality of teaching and learning needs to be improved. Therefore, the excellence of providing teaching and learning programs is required for junior college teachers and students. Based on this study, it is expected to improve the quality of web services for teaching and learning support in specialized health colleges.

Purpose: This study was designed to identify the effects of social support, learning flow, and learning satisfaction on academic achievement in university students. Methods: This study involved university students who agreed to participate the investigation in D City using a structured online questionnaire from December 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022. Results: Social support, learning flow, learning satisfaction, and academic achievement had significant correlations. The influencing factors of academic achievement were age and learning flow, with an explanatory power of 20%. Conclusion: Further active management and attention are imperative for vulnerable students in high-age groups to search for the ways to improve learning flow.

The accurate estimation of software reliability is important to a successful development in software engineering. Until recent days, the models using regression analysis based on statistical algorithm and machine learning method have been used. However, this paper estimates the software reliability using support vector regression, a sort of machine learning technique. Also, it finds the best set of optimized parameters applying immune algorithm, changing the number of generations, memory cells, and allele. The proposed IA-SVR model outperforms some recent results reported in the literature.

This study analyzed on web services status of World Class College(WCC)'s Teaching and Learning Center. WCC refers to colleges equipped with educational environment which can accommodate the needs of industry and growth potential and vision. Web services of WCC's Teaching and Learning Center consist of center introduction, teaching support, learning support, service, and specialized menu. This study analyzed on menu and specialized web services from 9 colleges out of total 21 colleges. This study is to propose a way of Teaching and Learning Center's web services which college's Teaching and Learning Center aims at by analyzing on web services of World Class College's teaching and learning center.

This study analyzed the respective teaching and learning-related services offered by the Centers for Teaching and Learning and the academic libraries to find the proper roles of libraries regarding this type of service. We interviewed librarians to collect the data. The content analysis of the qualitative interview data enabled us to identify the librarians' perceptions of teaching and learning support, service provision method, strengthening relationships with other academic units, recognition of libraries' roles within the universities, and generating more investment for the libraries. Finally, the analysis led to six suggestions for libraries' teaching and learning support functions, such as advertising the availability of specific academic discipline or unit-oriented library services, strengthening librarian's capabilities as educators, bolstering digital information literacy of the faculty members and students, injecting libraries' views into the development and maintaining fundamental knowledge-related programs, emphasizing the notion of human-centered libraries, and finding new ways to utilize library space.

Ubiquitous computing technology makes an impact on the appearance of u-learning and presents an advanced direction of futuristic school education. In ubiquitous learning environments, various embedded computational devices will be pervasive and interoperable across the network for supporting the learning, so users may utilize these devices anytime anywhere. An important next step for ubiquitous learning is the introduction of context-aware learning service that employing knowledge and reasoning to understand the local context and share this information in support of intelligent learning services. However, the existing studies on design and application of ontology context model to support context-aware service in actual school environments are incomplete state. This paper, therefore, suggests a scheme of constructing ubiquitous learning space for existing school network by introducing USN to support context-aware ubiquitous learning services. This paper, also, designs an ontology based context model for ubiquitous school environments which describes context information through OWL. To determine the suitability of proposed ubiquitous learning space and ontology context model, we implement some of context-aware learning services in the ubiquitous learning environments.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the continuous effect of advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) simulation education according to Felder-Silverman learning style. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 94 students of emergency medical technology and nursing. There were 50 female students (53.2%) and 88 students (93.6%) had basic life support certification. The study instruments included knowledge, performance, and confidence. Data were analyzed using SPSS v. 20.0. Results: The learning style consisted of reflective type (51.1%), sensory type (76.6%), visual type (63.8%), and sequential type (64.9%). There was a significant difference in continuous effect on performance by learning type. Conclusion: It is necessary to identify the learning style of students before simulation education in order to maintain continuous effect of ACLS education.

PURPOSE: This study examined the status of the efficient supply of assistive devices for students with disabilities. METHODS: A complete investigation was conducted on the request and supply of assistive devices for students with disabilities at the Korea National University of Welfare. The subjects were 112 students with disabilities who applied for assistive device rental. The status of the supply of assistive devices according to the type of disability was investigated. The overall satisfaction with learning support was measured. The questionnaire content was categorized into the following three factors to determine learning support satisfaction: support overall (role, staff, facilities) learning support (learning support, learning counseling, life consultation), assistive device supply (counseling, rental, uses, rental period, maintenance services). RESULTS: The most common type of students with disabilities was physical disabilities 62 (29.38%) and hearing impairments 62 (29.38%). Students with physical disabilities and brain lesions rented manual and electric wheelchairs the most. Learning support satisfaction was evaluated considering the factors support overall, learning and assistive device supply effects. satisfaction of learning support for students with disabilities 83.5 points. CONCLUSION: The satisfaction with assistive device supply appears to be relatively lower than support overall. Each university will gradually secure assistive devices that suit the characteristics of students with disabilities.

The purpose of the study shall be to achieve an understanding of learning and emotional support services for adolescents being raised by their grandparents. In-depth interview and qualitative methodology were used to find changes in the service experiences of 10 adolescents being raised by their grandparents by analyzing their experiences at a health family support center. 1 agency in the Chungnam area was selected as a model for its program for adolescents being raised by their grandparents. Ultimately, 78 items as sub-concepts, 44 items as sub-categories, and 4 items as subjects were identified. Specifically, these included school achievement, peer group relationship, family relationship and significant others. In conclusion, they were found to experience slower physical and emotional development and tend to withdraw in social situations. They were also found to have experienced difficulties in communicating with other people and with school achievement. However, it was shown that these adolescents have made positive changes after participating in a program involving a family coach who supports and provides services for them. Also, they were found to have experienced psychologically changes, and improved in their school achievement and personal relationships. Consequently, we will require more effort to provide emotional support, adult role models, counseling intervention, and social support for them.

The digital transformation and COVID-19 are also causing major changes in teaching-learning methods. The biggest change is the spread of remote training and the emergence of various innovative learning platforms. Distance education has been criticized for not meeting technology trends and field demands..However, the problem of distance education is being solved through a system that supports various interactions and collaborations and supports customized learning paths. The researcher conducted a case study on domestic and foreign learning platforms that provide non-face-to-face ICT education. Based on the case study results, the researcher presented the functional characteristics of a learning platform that effectively supports non-face-to-face learning. In common, these sites faithfully supported the basic functions of the information system. In addition to learning progress check and learning guidance, some innovative learning platforms were providing differentiated functions in practice support, performance management, mentoring, learning data analysis, curation provision, and CDP support. Most learning platforms supported one-way, superficial interaction. If the platform effectively supports a variety of learning experiences and provides an integrated learning experience thanks to the development of IT technology, user satisfaction with the learning platform, intention to continue learning, and achievement will increase.
