Purpose - This study aimed to check the influence of job characteristics of members of small and medium businesses on authentic leadership awareness of superiors and organizational citizenship behavior, and if the MPS between awareness of authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior mediated. This study aimed to find the influence of job characteristics of SMEs members on leadership awareness and organizational citizenship behavior, and the role of motivating Potential Score. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Total of 150 valid questionnaires were collected. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, simple & multiple regression analysis, and 3-step mediated regression analysis were conducted. Results - The sub-factors of job characteristics all had positive influence on authentic leadership except skill variety and positive awareness on authentic leadership enhances organizational citizenship behavior of members. Also, MPS partially mediates awareness of authentic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion - Providing skill variety such as expanding jobs to members of SMEs does not have influence of positive leadership awareness of leaders and partial mediation of MPS means that job characteristics along with positive leadership awareness on superiors enhance organizational citizenship behavior and contributes in developing the organization.
This study is one on the effect of leadership behavior characteristics in Korea and China on organizational citizenship behavior by means of moderating effect of self-efficacy. This study conducted analysis using PLS as methodology. This study conducted analysis on the effect of leadership behavior characteristics in Korea and China on organizational citizenship behavior. It was found in both Korea and China that leadership behavior characteristics makes positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior but without moderating effect of self-efficacy. Results of this study could be practically used in educational institutions in charge of leadership training, besides college students, and help seeking for direction to nurture basic attainments on leader's behavior characteristics.

Fashion is the social process concerned with the spread of a new product from its source to consumer. Fashion leadership may be associated the shopping-related behaviors, such as shopping motives, on-going information search, impulse buying behavior. In order to study the relationship between the fashion leadership and the shopping-related characteristics, Three research problems were set up for the study as follows: Research problem 1: To investigate the fashion leadership. Research problem 2: To analyze the relationship between the fashion leadership and the characteristics of shopping-related behavior. Research problem 3: To analyze the relationship between the fashion leadership and other fashion-related behaviors. After statistical analysis using the SPSSWIN, the following results was found. Fashion leadership approximates the normal distribution curve, and its structure consists of one dimension. Using the factor analysis, the two kinds of shopping motive was confirmed hedonic motive and cognitive motive. Fashion leadership was related to the hedonic shopping motive. Also there were positive associations between the fashion leadership on-going information search behavior, and the impulse buying behavior. And there was significant association between the fashion leadership and expense for clothes and spending time for shopping.
The purpose of this study was to set related variables for leadership measurement in the leader of a community organization as an effort to Community development constantly. Therefore, in this study, first, various theories on leadership were reviewed. Second, approaches and variable relationships were reviewed by leadership theory study. Third, leadership measurement variables were set based on Bass's Transformational theory, one of new trend theory, to measure the leadership of the community organization leader. As a follow up, clear and scientific analysis, through empirical analysis, based on the variables set in this study will be made to measure leadership of a community organization after creating investigation tools based on the variables set in this study A literature study was mainly used. 'Human Behavior' by Dr Han-geom Lee, 'Leadership Theory' by Eung-seop Shin, many other related books, articles of the Human Relation Organization Association, and theses and Bass's writings. Major findings of this study, through the literature study, were as follows. As conventional leadership theories, characteristics theory, behavior theory and situational leadership theory were proposed. First, characteristics theory searches the characteristics of an effective leader. It proposes that effective leaders and ineffective leaders have different characteristics, respectively. Therefore, it proposes to study the leader's characteristics. However, there is not a flexed definition for leader's characteristics. Scholars make different definition on leader's characteristics, and they are very subjective. Thus it cannot be a valid theory. Second, behavior theory describes how the leader behaves to his fellows. It studies leader's behavior focusing on what type and what combination is the most effective in all situations. However, it has weakness in that it focuses on a leader's behavior only, and ignores the situational features. Third, situational theory describes the relationship between leadership type and situation. It suggests that there is not a single leadership style that can suit all situations. It emphasizes the relationship between leadership type and situation. Although situational theory considers more variables than characteristics theory or behavior theory, it also sees situations as static and flxed. Although Fiedler's theory tried to comply with situations, he did not analyze interactions between a leader and his fellows.

The purpose of this study sought to determine the impact of shared leadership perceived by organizational members on team effectiveness and team learning behavior. For this purpose, the results of the empirical analysis of 206 organizational members are as follows. First, shared leadership was analyzed to improve team effectiveness. Second, shared leadership had a positive effect on team learning behavior. Third, team learning behavior was statistically significantly analyzed for team effectiveness. This study confirmed the importance of shared leadership, which has a positive impact on team effectiveness and team learning behavior. This may require building a new culture that can demonstrate the inherent leadership of organizational members in the influence relationship between shared leadership, team effectiveness, and team learning behavior. In other words, in order to systematically demonstrate and implement shared leadership, the execution ability of executives, managers, and working-level managers is important. To this end, it is necessary to build an organizational culture that matches the characteristics of the organization and develop and continuously implement human resource development systems and programs that can implement this.
Purpose - This study reveals antecedent factors to help develop expressway rest areas in which employees were exposed to inferior environments, using Hackman and Oldham's Job Characteristics Theory. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted on 148 expressway rest area employees in Gyeonggi-do. After excluding questionnaires with invalid responses, 141 questionnaires were analyzed. Results - The sub-factors of job characteristics had a positive influence on the organizational commitment of employees, and organizational commitment had a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Further, the results of mediation effects showed that organizational commitment and self-leadership were partially mediated. Finally, the results of the moderation effect of self-leadership showed that self-leadership was thought to be vital to let members endeavor to promote the competitiveness of expressway rest areas. Conclusions - The expressway rest area company needed to design jobs to let employees be self-motivated, productive, positive, responsible, and aspirational; job redesign, including job enrichment and job enlargement can be considerably helpful for affirmative influence.

Professional micro account officers create top-notch state-owned bank human resources using their knowledge, attitudes, characteristics, and talents. Therefore, it is vital to undertake study to ascertain how the performance of micro account officers will impact the personality and leadership style mediated through motivation. The goal of this study is to identify the mediated role of motivation (MOT) in the relationship between micro account officers' performance (citizenship behavior/CB) and leadership styles (LS) and personalities (BFP). Data was collected from 1.510 micro account officers of banks in Indonesia using the causal survey method to determine their citizenship behavior, leadership styles, personality, and role of motivation. The data collected was analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM), with the result that leadership style, personality, motivation, leadership style, and personality have a significant effect on motivation and citizenship behavior. The interesting findings are related to the role of leadership style, micro account officer's personality, and citizenship behavior mediated by motivation. It was determined that micro account officers' enhanced performance (CB) was assigned by taking into account how their perceived superordinate leadership style, whether transformational direction or reversely by transactional propensity, and features of micro account officer including their personality, which was affected by five factors as well would then be well mediated by motivation.
Objectives: This study aims to examine the factors that influence the organizational citizenship behavior of clinical dental hygienists to use them as basic data for improving effectiveness and efficiency of dental clinics and hospitals. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was answered by 250 clinical dental hygienists in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Jeolla and Gyeongsang province areas who were chosen using convenient sampling method from May 1st to June 30th of 2017. The data was analyzed using IBM SPSS/WIN 22.0 factor analysis on clinical dental hygienists' organization citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction. T-test and one-way ANOVA were performed for subjects' general characteristics and organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction depending on their job characteristics. The mean comparison was drawn using the Scheffe test. Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis were performed to examine the relation of clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction Also, the significance level was set at 0.05. Results: Clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior was 3.84 points with organizational commitment of 3.27, empowerment of 3.41, self-leadership 3.45 and job satisfaction of 3.57. Factors that influence clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior appeared in the order of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, self-leadership, empowerment and job intensity, and the model's explanation power was 45.6%. Conclusions: Clinical dental hygienists' organizational citizenship behavior was correlated to career, organizational commitment, empowerment, self-leadership and job satisfaction, where organizational commitment had the biggest influence. Therefore, clinical dental hygienists organizational citizenship behavior needs further studies and investigtae more ways to promote factors that influence organizational citizenship behavior.

This study verified the structural relations among empowering leadership, self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in social welfare organizations. To this end, the study chose self-efficacy as an intervening variable and OCB as a dependent variable by considering the characteristics of social welfare organizations and their works. The study found that empowering leadership has a significantly positive impact on self-efficacy while both self-efficacy and empowering leadership have a significantly positive impact on OCB. Self-efficacy has meditating effects on the relationship between empowering leadership and OCB. Based on these results, the study suggests policy implications for the improvement of social workers' self- efficacy and OCB through empowering leadership in social welfare centers.
The importance of coaching leadership has been highlighted to enhance creativity and competence of human resources in convergence environment. This paper was validated through a structural relationships model, the impact of coaching leadership on behavioral dimensions of organizational effectiveness by focusing on mediating role of job characteristics. Coaching leadership activities showed a significant positive effect on job characteristics and turnover intentions. Job characteristics appear to have a mediating effect on the relationship between coaching leadership and organizational effectiveness, especially the coaching leadership itself not necessarily to improve organizational citizenship behavior, can increase organizational citizenship behavior when formed into a positive awareness of the job characteristics of organizational members.
