  • One of the important topics concerning the safety of electrical and electronic system is the reliability of the wiring system. The Time-Frequency Domain Reflectometry(TFDR) is a state-of-the-art system for detection and estimation of the fault on a wiring/cable. The purpose of this paper is to implement a Labview based TFDR Real Time system though the instruments of PCI extensions for Instrumentation(PXI). The TFDR Real Time system consists of the five parts: Reference signal design, signal generation, signal acquisition, algorithm execution, results diplay part. In the signal generation and acquisition parts we adopt the Arbitrary Waveform Generator(AWG) and Digital Storage Oscilloscope(DSO) PXI modules which offer commonality, compatibility and easy integration at low cost. And execution of the PXI modules not only is controlled by the Labview programing but also the total system process is executed by the Labview application software.

  • 국내에는 규모가 큰 다리가 준공 중이거나 완공되고 있다. 또한 교량에서 발생되는 정보들은 중앙통제소에서 수집 및 제어 계측을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교량에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 정보 및 사고경보를 쉽고 빠르게 모니터링 하기 위해 Labview 프로그램을 이용한 교량 모니터링 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

  • Recently, intellectual property problem caused by illegal copy or circulation of digital contents with computer and advance of network. it will lose producer's desire and cause economic losses. so we need to demand ownership protection technology for prevent illegal copy without an owner consent and protect ownership with effect. in this paper, we change digital image at frequency domain and choose a factor choosing frequency area with human perceptibility. we inserted repetitive and adaptive watermark on the whole image by Labview Machine Vision. watermark inserted into the high frequency concentrated textual area with Wavelet Transform and then reduced damage of image by human visual feature after inserted watermark

  • The purpose of this paper is to implement a Labview based TFDR Real Time system through the instruments of Pci eXtensions for Instrumentation(PXI). The proposed load impedance measurement algorithm was verified by experiments via the implemented real time system. The TFDR real time system consisted of the reference signal design, signal generation, signal acquisition, algorithm execution and results display parts. To implement real time system, all of the parts wore programmed by the Labview which is one of graphical programming languages. In the application software implemented by the Labview we were able to design a suitable reference signal according to the length and frequency attenuation characteristics of the target cable and controled the arbitrary waveform generator(ZT500PXI) of the signal generation part and the digital storage oscilloscope(ZT430PXI) of the signal acquisition part. By using the TFDR real time system with the terminal resistor on the target cable, we applied to the load impedance measurements. In the proposed load impedance algorithm a normalized time-frequency cross correlation function and a cross time-frequency distribution function was employed to calculate the reflection coefficient and phase difference between the input and the reflected signals.

  • This paper describes technical method about remote control and monitoring of local system by use personal mobile device in anytime and anywhere. Therefore, the user don't need to stay in operation room of local system. The PC server environment for the mobile connection are constructed with Apache web server, PHP and MySQL ODBC. The mobile internet homepage for the remote mobile connection is designed by Anybuilder software and mobile simulator, Openwave SDK 6.2 is used for the development. The mobile internet program can be applicate to all of domestic communication companies LGT, SKT and KTF. We use KTF mobile contains WAP browser for the test. We used NI Labview software to control and monitoring of local system. The local system, which will be controlled remotely have constructed with analog/digital signal acquisition device, signal control board and their software. By experiments, we confirmed remote control by mobile device are possible.

  • This paper describes remote monitoring system for the various environments of a vinyl house, which was located in rural or outer of urban by use internet web connection system in a long distance office. We have constructed remote monitoring system by use a simple experimental model for the monitoring of various factors which need to operate common vinyl house. The experimental model includes temperature, humidity, smoke and infrared sensors for the measuring and AC 220V light bulb for the controlling in the USN system. Also, we have developed monitoring software by use NI Labview and communicate between PC and sensors through the DAQ-board, USN control board. We use CCD camera and grab board for the real time remote monitoring of wanted image in the house area. The computer server for remote connection is constructed in the local PC with Apache web server, PHP and MySQL ODBC. We construct internet communication system for the monitoring remotely the local environments of a vinyl house system.

  • This paper is a study on IoT based map inside the building and fire perception system using microprocessor and LABVIEW program. The smart control system implemented in this paper is designed to identify the location of fire by using microprocessor, flame detection sensor, carbon monoxide sensor and temperature sensor, and to guide the optimal travel route through Zigbee communication. And the proposed system uses QR code to interoperate with smartphone. The coordinator control verified that the sensor value of the smart control system installed through the LABVIEW software was confirmed. The IoT based control system studied in this paper was implemented with Arduino mega board and LABVIEW software, and the operation status was confirmed by display device and coordination.

  • 본 논문은 정상상태에서의 태양광 PV 모듈의 출력특성을 가지며 일사량과 온도의 변화에 따라 가 변하는 I-V 곡선의 특성을 나타내는 태양광 어레이 시뮬레이터의 제작에 관한 연구 결과이다. 본 시뮬레이터는 태양전지의 I-V 곡선상의 동작점을 실시간으로 표시하여, 가변하는 일사량과 온도를 설정하는 유저 인터페이스를 Labview 프로그램으로 구현하였으며 직류 프로그래머블 전원장치(DC programmable power supply)를 GPIB로 연결하여 구현하였다. 정상 부하조건 뿐만 아니라 개방조건, 단락조건에서도 동작하는 태양전지 동작점 추적 알고리즘을 개발하였으며 실험을 통하여 제안한 알고리즘의 효용성을 확인하였다.

  • 인간의 모션을 센싱해서 로봇을 원격조정함에 있어서 각 관절에 대한 제어명령을 무선으로 전달함으로서 배선의 어려움 등을 없앨 수 있다. 이에 대한 기초 연구로서 DC모터에 대한 원격제어를 Labview를 이용해서 구현하였다. 인간의 움직임은 3축가속도 센서를 사용함으로써 관절의 각도변화를 측정하여 그에 따라 따라 모터의 회전각이 변하도록 하였다 모터의 제어에 있어서는 NI사의 PXI를 사용하였으며 모션센싱부와 PXI와의 데이터 전송은 하는 RS-232 기반의 무선 모듈을 사용하였다. 제어기는 LabView 프로그램으로 작성된 PID제어기를 사용하였다.
