To have a fine understand the refractive error eye of Korean adult male, This study was researched visual acuity test using objuctive and subjective methods. The results are as follows: 1. The eye types were 93.3% positive for myopia, 5.4% for emmetropia, and 1.7 forhyperopia, respectively. 2. The refractive error eye was positive for compound myoptic astigmatism for a percntage of 62.6%, simple myopia(32.4%), simple myoptic astigmatism(1.6%), simple hyperopia(l.4%) simple hyperopia astigmatism(0.5%), and mixed astigmatism(1.6%). 3. In this study, an ICT-based underwater communication monitoring device for underwater structures is implemented based on lifting fixture that transport human bodies found on the seabed to sea level. The lifting fixture is packaged with a retback, sideback, and cartridge that injects air. Monitoring systems are developed in a mobile manner in a portable structure. The underwater ultrasonic sensor signal is supplied using a USB port, and the O/S consists of Linux. For the underwater communication dong test, a measurement test was conducted in real time from 6m to 40m in depth on the east coast. The ultrasonic sound sensor is converted to 2,400 bps to verify the transmission error according to the duality. The communication speed of sensor to monitoring is 115,200 bps, and the speed of communication from controller to receiver is 2,400 bps. In the commercialization stage of the lifting device, it is easy to develop a low-end type and the compatibility is wide.
Purpose In a cyclosporine experiment using a robotic liquid handing system has found a deviation of its standard curve and low reproducibility of patients's results. The difference of the test is that methanol is mixed with samples and the extractions are used for the test. Therefore, we assumed that the abnormal test results came from using methanol and conducted this test. In a manual of a robotic liquid handling system mentions that we can choose several setting parameters depending on the viscosity of the liquids being used, the size of the sampling tips and the motor speeds that you elect to use but there's no exact order. This study was undertaken to confirm pipetting ability depending on types of liquids and investigate proper setting parameters for the optimum dispensing ability. Materials and Methods 4types of liquids(water, serum, methanol, PEG 6000(25%)) and $TSH^{125}I$ tracer(515 kBq) are used to confirm pipetting ability. 29 specimens for Cyclosporine test are used to compare results. Prepare 8 plastic tubes for each of the liquids and with multi pipette $400{\mu}l$ of each liquid is dispensed to 8 tubes and $100{\mu}l$ of $TSH^{125}I$ tracer are dispensed to all of the tubes. From the prepared samples, $100{\mu}l$ of liquids are dispensed using a robotic liquid handing system, counted and calculated its CV(%) depending on types of liquids. And then by adjusting several setting parameters(air gap, dispense time, delay time) the change of the CV(%)are calcutated and finds optimum setting parameters. 29 specimens are tested with 3 methods. The first(A) is manual method and the second(B) is used robotic liquid handling system with existing parameters. The third(C) is used robotic liquid handling system with adjusted parameters. Pipetting ability depending on types of liquids is assessed with CV(%). On the basis of (A), patients's test results are compared (A)and(B), (A)and(C) and they are assessed with %RE(%Relative error) and %Diff(%Difference). Results The CV(%) of the CPM depending on liquid types were water 0.88, serum 0.95, methanol 10.22 and PEG 0.68. As expected dispensing of methanol using a liquid handling system was the problem and others were good. The methanol's dispensing were conducted by adjusting several setting parameters. When transport air gap 0 was adjusted to 2 and 5, CV(%) were 20.16, 12.54 and when system air gap 0 was adjusted to 2 and 5, CV(%) were 8.94, 1.36. When adjusted to system air gap 2, transport air gap 2 was 12.96 and adjusted to system air gap 5, Transport air gap 5 was 1.33. When dispense speed was adjusted 300 to 100, CV(%) was 13.32 and when dispense delay was adjusted 200 to 100 was 13.55. When compared (B) to (A), the result increased 99.44% and %RE was 93.59%. When compared (C-system air gap was adjusted 0 to 5) to (A), the result increased 6.75% and %RE was 5.10%. Conclusion Adjusting speed and delay time of aspiration and dispense was meaningless but changing system air gap was effective. By adjusting several parameters proper value was found and it affected the practical result of the experiment. To optimize the system active efforts are needed through the test and in case of dispensing new types of liquids proper test is required to check the liquid is suitable for using the equipment.

Active Safety system is requested on the market of the medium and heavy duty commercial vehicle over 4.5ton beside the market of passenger car with advancement of the digital equipment proportionally. Unlike the passenger car, the mounting position of camera in case of the medium and heavy duty commercial vehicle is relatively high, it is disadvantaged conditions for lane recognition in contradiction to passenger car. In this work, we show the method of lane recognition through the Sobel edge, based on the spatial domain processing, Hough transform and color conversion correction. Also we suggest the low error method of front vehicles recognition in order to reduce the detection error through Haar-like, Adaboost, SVM and Template matching, etc., which are the object recognition methods by frontal camera vision. It is verified that the reliability over 98% on lane recognition is obtained through the vehicle test.
PURPOSE. Several studies focused on the accuracy of intra-oral scanners in implant dentistry, but the data of inter-implant distances were not widely mentioned. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the effect of distance between two implants on the surface distortion of scanned models generated by intra-oral scanners. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Three models with the distances between two fixed scan bodies of 7, 14, and 21 mm were fabricated and scanned with a highly precise D900L dental laboratory scanner as reference models. Fifteen scans were performed with TRIOS3 and CEREC Omnicam intra-oral scanners. Trueness, precision, and angle deviation of the test models were analyzed (α=.05). RESULTS. There was a significant difference among inter-implant distances in both intraoral scanners (P<.001). The error of trueness and precision increased with the increasing inter-implant length, while the angle deviation did not show the same trend. A significant difference in the angle deviation was found among the inter-implant distance. The greatest angle deviation was reported in the 14-mm group of both scanners (P<.05). In contrast, the lowest angle deviation in the 21-mm group of the TR scanner and the 7-mm of the CR scanner was reported (P<.001). CONCLUSION. The inter-implant distance affected the accuracy of intra-oral scanner. The error of trueness and precision increased along with the increasing distance between two implants. However, the distortions were not clinically significant. Regarding angle deviation, the clinically significant angle deviation may be possible when using intra-oral scanners in the partially edentulous arch.
A domestic round robin test(RRT) for the quantitative analysis of minor impurities was performed by a standard procedure and standard reference material. The certified reference material(CRM)s for B-doped Si thin film and analysis specimens and the analysis specimens were prepared by an ion beam sputter deposition method. These samples were certified by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) with isotope dilution method which il one of the most quantitative methods in chemical analysis. By using an international standard procedure(ISO/DIS-l4237) for the quantitative analysis of B in Si by SIMS, a domestic RRT was performed for these specimens. Although only a few laboratories participated in this RRT, the average B concentration well agreed with the certified value within 2% error.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare with color reproducibility of the coating method and dipping method using a colour liquid. Methods: Two groups of square-shaped specimens ($10mm{\times}10mm$ in diameter, 1.5mm thickness) were prepared for analysis(n=15/group). The CM(Coating Method) group was fabricated as full zirconia specimens with the coating coloring method and Group DM(Dipping Method) was prepared as specimens of 0.7 mm-thick zirconia plate using the dipping coloring method and veneered with 0.8mm-thick porcelain. Color parameters were measured with ShadeEye $NCC^{(R)}$ spectrophotometer and color differences were calculated using the equation ${\Delta}E^*= \{({\Delta}L^*)^2+({\Delta}a^*)^2+({\Delta}b^*)^2\}^{1/2}$. Non-parametric statistical methods, the Mann-Whitney test, and the Kruskal-Wallis test were used to analyze the data. Type one error rate was set at 0.05. Results: Color difference values larger than 7 were observed between specimens with the coating method and the dipping method, which were detectable difference in a clinical setting. Conclusion: Cautious application of the coating coloring method in a clinical setting and further researches to standardize the coating method are needed.
Perceived exertion involves detection and interpretation of sensations arising from the body during physical exercise. Physiological variables such as heart rate and oxygen consumption positively correlate with ratings of perceived exertion (RPE). It is unknown whether the accuracy of predicting exercise intensity from RPE differs between men and women. Therefore, it was examined whether men or women could predict relative exercise intensity, determined by oxygen consumption, more accurately from RPE. Ten male and ten female young adult subjects aged 25.1${\pm}$3.52 yr volunteered to participate. RPE were determined by the Borg 15-category scale, and a standard Bruce treadmill protocol was used to perform graded exercise testing. There was no significant difference in slope means between males and females (p=0.501). No significant difference was observed when plotting rates of perceived exertion (RPE) vs. percentage of $VO_2$ max. The relative maximal oxygen consumptions ($VO_{2max,\;}_{rel}$) were 52.36${\pm}$7.35 ml/kg/min for males and 41.44${\pm}$6.71 ml/kg/min for females, respectively and there was a significantly high difference between the two groups in the relative $VO_{2max}$, as well as figures of 4.05${\pm}$0.36 l/min for males and 2.53${\pm}$0.39 l/min for females in the absolute $VO_{2max}$ in this study. There were no significant differences in slope, y-intercept, and standard error of estimate (SEE) between males and females. No significant difference with RPE according to exercise intensity was found between males and females. However, RPE was a useful predictor of exercise intensity in independent genders.

Purpose Estradiol (E2) is a steroid hormone mainly produced in women and is a useful indicator for diagnosis of gynecological diseases, menstrual cycle, menopause, and precocious puberty. E2 measurement is performed by diluting the $^{125}I$ radioactive tracer and tracer buffer in the kit. However, It was not precisely specified when the period of tracer is available after activating. The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate dilution time based on the measurement value with dilution time. Materials and Methods From December 2016 to February 2017, 60 E2 samples with concentrations ranging from 8 to 4577 pg/mL were divided into low, medium, and high concentrations. Dilution of the $^{125}I$ tracer was performed on a 230 RPM agitator for 30 minutes, 1 hour 30 minutes, and 2 hours 30 minutes, respectively. 24 hour dilution was gently shaken and refrigerated. To verify the difference and significance of the results according to the dilution time, a test of normality was performed using SPSS 18.0 and analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis test. The measured value according to the dilution time was compared with the interquartile range of the absolute error. Results The results of Kruskal-Wallis test were not significant (P>0.05). Measurement results are showed as interquartile range of absolute error. At low concentration, it is 0.052 between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes, and 0.105 between 30 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes. At medium concentration, 0.062 between 30 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes, and 0.038 between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes. At high concentration, it is 0.029 between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes, and 0.06 between 2 hours 30 minutes and 24 hours. Conclusion There were no statistically significant differences. However, the change in the measured value is the smallest between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes. Therefore, we recommend diluting time between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes.

In this study, we tried to predict tractor power output, fuel consumption rate and work performance indirectly in order to develop an eco driving system. Firstly, we developed equations which could predict tractor power output and fuel consumption rate using characteristic curves of tractor power output. Secondly, with actual engine rpm determined by initial engine rpm and work load, tractor power output and fuel consumption rate were forecasted. Thirdly, with speed signals of GPS sensor system, it was possible to foresee tractor work performance and fuel consumption rate. Lastly, precision of the eco driving system was evaluated through tractor PTO test, and effects of the eco driving system were investigated in the plowing and rotary tilling operations. Engine rpm, power output, fuel consumption rate, work performance and fuel consumption rate per plot area were displayed in the eco driving system. Predicted tractor power outputs in the full load curve were well coincided with the actual power output of prototype, but small differences, 1 to 6 ㎾, were found in the part load curve. Error of the fuel consumption rate was 0.5 L/h, 4.5%, the greatest, and 1 to 3 L/h at the part load curve. It was shown that 69% and 53% of fuel consumption rates could be reduced in plowing and rotary tilling operations, respectively, when the eco driving system was installed in tractor.
