Building Information Modeling (BIM) has the great possibility of transforming the AEC industry. BIM will require increased information exchange and mutual collaboration between all stakeholders. BIM implementation and such increased collaboration can affect legal issues and contract provisions. And some legal issues accompanying BIM Implementation will be raised while a large change also comes in responsibility and role between all stakeholders. However, current standard agreement system is based on fragmented agreement between the architect and the owner, and between the owner and the contractor. Another legal obstacles and considerations associated with BIM implementation will be arose from BlM technology and use of BIM. AEC professionals in Korea have long utilized the standard agreement forms as well and look forward complementation of current standard agreement for BlM implementation. Such complement direction for the standard agreement will be examined by investigating the legal issues and overview comparison between AlA E202 and ConsensusDOCS 301.

Using panel data from the Korean Labor and Income Panel Study(KLlPS), we examine the wage differentials between standard and Don-standard workers. To control for unobserved individual heterogeneities, we estimate the fixed effect models. Our results show that the OLS estimates are upwardly biased. We also find that labor unions and firm size are important determinants of the wage differentials.

This study has been reorganizing a standard breakdown structure of temporary technique focused on construction site. For this, first of all we, the authors, reviewed features and present statuss of construction temporary technique, and could develop to the standard breakdown structure through studying a construction site and researching a delphi method. By using the standard breakdown structure obtained from this study, it is expected that the application of to information of construction business and plan to a schedule and a work.

The electromagnetic coupling effect in standard CMOS process is simulated and evaluated. EM coupling transfer characteristic between planar spiral inductors by isolation methode in standard CMOS have simulated and measured. Measurement results show that suppression of EM coupling effect by ground guardring. The evaluated structures are fabricated 1P5M(one poly, five metal) 0.25um standard CMOS process. These measurement results provide a isolation design guidelines in standard CMOS process for Rf coupling suppression.

Development of waterproof methods and materials resulted in the huge changes in waterproof construction materials. In consequence, the construction-standard-production-rate underwent overall revision in 2018. Especially, from the development of the specification standard and construction methods, the waterproof construction which had lower applicability in the existing construction production rate was revised. The construction methods which did not have applicability were removed. In addition, as there was a material difference based on parts, the constructionstandard-production-rate was revised by distinguishing vertical part and floor. Furthermore, by suggesting more clear work extent, the practicability in creating the standard for calculation of the estimated price in the construction field will increase.

Standard capacitors, as like as Hamon resistor standards, of series connection/parallel connection ratio $10{\mu}F/1000{\mu}F\;and\;100{\mu}F/10000{\mu}F$ were fabricated for calibration of impedance bridges or analyzers with measuring ranges up to 1 F. The calculated correction terms to the ratio of one measured value in series connection to the value in parallel connection were evaluated to be $1.92{\times}10^{-7}$. These capacitors were designed to be used not only as 100:1 capacitance standards but also as single capacitors or decade capacitors with decade values at frequencies up to 1 kHz.

It is an important issue in cost management to contract with the standard of cost estimate by the reasonable way in public construction projects. For the standard of cost estimate based on the Standard Estimating System, there is a difference of labor inputs between Standard Estimating System and actual quantities in construction projects. The duration of form work in multi-family housing depends on the manpower compared with other work, which is the critical path on the schedule management to be decided quality, and is the important to the cost management of construction projects. This study presented a simulation model of the productivity analysis for selecting the standard work type of form work in Multi-family housing construction projects.

For labor-intensive sewing industry, productivity could be enhanced with the proper utilization of standard time system. This paper develops a standard data for sewing operations through three stages. The first is to identify the manual motions from sewing operations. The second is to simplify the MTM-1 data considering the frequency and the nature of basic motions occuring in the operations. Finally we synthesize the standard data using the simplified MTM-1 by the film analysis of the actual operations pictured in the field. The standard data developed is shown to be easier and faster with reasonable accuracy in determining the standard time compared to the MTM-1.

Despite the variety in sizes and shapes of agricultural products, the unified standardization of packing has been a long time necessity. In this study the stacking efficiency of packing standards for each box using packing Monte Carlo simulation based on the standard pallet is evaluated. As a result of simulation the unified packing standard for agricultural products is suggested by 550$\times$366 mm. With this study it is expected that the unification of the standards can help to increase the utilization of reusable packages and to improve efficiency of agricultural logistics.

This research surveys actual conditions on lighting environments of the elderly's houses. from the results of survey on actual conditions of lighting in the elderly's houses, they don't meet standard of illumination suggested by KS A 3011, and, standard of ovarall illumination is satisfied in general, but illumination in a side of work or other activities is lower than the standard and it has failed to suggest standard that is considering user's characteristics, visual characteristics going with their ages and so forth, it is thought to urgently prepare standard which considers visual characteristics of the elderly and their ages.
