Identification and spectral analysis of the CIBER/LRS detected stars

  • CIBER (Cosmic Infrared Background ExpeRiment) is a sounding-rocket borne experiment which is designed to find the evidence of the First stars (Pop.III stars) in the universe. They are expected to be formed between the recombination era at z ~ 1100 and the most distant quasar (z ~ 8). They have never been directly detected due to its faintness so far, but can be observed as a background radiation at around $1{\mu}m$ which is called the Cosmic Near-Infrared Background (CNB). The CIBER is successfully launched on July 10, 2010 at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, USA. It consists of three kinds of instruments. One of them is a LRS (Low Resolution Spectrometer) which is a refractive telescope of 5.5 cm aperture with spectral resolution of 20 ~ 30 and wavelength coverage of 0.7 to $2.0{\mu}m$ to measure the spectrum of the CNB. Since LRS detects not only CNB but also stellar components, we can study their spectral features with the broad band advantage especially at around $1{\mu}m$ which is difficult at ground observations because of the atmospheric absorption by water vapor. I identified around 300 stars from observed six fields. If we can classify their spectral types with SED fitting, we can study their physical conditions of the stellar atmosphere as well as making a stellar catalogue of continuous stellar spectrum.

흑인 스트리트 스타일이 현대 패션에 미친 영향 (Influence of Black Street Style on the Contemporary Fashion)

  • Black street style has made unique fashion in popular music such as Jazz, Soul, Rhythm Il Blues. Reggae, and Rap, and it is counterculture and subculture against white. Furthermore, the black street style has played a starring role in the development of white culture as well as black culture, which emerged in direct opposition to the dominant cultures practised by a fraction of fellow countrymen within the black diaspora. The objectives of this study are to examine the social chronology of the black street style and the contemporary fashion, and the influences of the black street style on white culture. The seeds of black's style were sown in the late forties, developing throughout the fifties with the arrival of black immigrants from the west Indies and its examples were zooties, hip cats 8l hipsters, modernists. Rude boy & two-tone was anti·fashion style in sixties and then rastafarians continued in seventies costume is used to convey an essential symbolic class and ethnic message. The latest black's street fashion is hip-hop dress, which is pluralistic and electric, and funk is also erratic. During its ten-year reign as an international style, it has undergone numerous shifts because it is decline of racism B-boy & flygirls toraggamuffins & bhangra style to acid Jazz. These have played a crucial part in influencing the gigh fashion and avant-grade fashion designers' work. Today's street fashion has characteristics of postmodern culture without a racism in global village. Moreover, pop music stars take an effect on the street style continuously. With the opening of a new century, the study of the street style will overcast popular fashion and suggest the direction of fashion design.

7대 디지털 패션위크의 비교분석 연구 (Comparative Analysis of Seven Digital Fashion Weeks)

  • In the COVID-19 era, globally, companies in the fashion industry are pursuing new convergence methods through digital technology. Conventional fashion shows have become difficult to run exclusively, instead, the shows are run through a combination of offline and digital arrangements. This paper examines the trends of seven digital fashion show weeks in London, Paris, Milan, New York, Seoul, Shanghai, and Tokyo, and presents strategies applicable in Korea's Seoul Digital Fashion Week. We focused on the digital technology used in the digital fashion weeks fashion brands, and the characteristics of the host cities. The study conducted a literature review and case study through corporate and research report data, and the Fashion Week website. Based on the study results, changes in fashion industry calendars like 'See now, Buy now', seasonless, and unified collections for men and women, expansion of D2C system, the rise of short-form contents, and the expansion to the virtual world space and physical limitations can be cited as changed trends. The study provides insight into the incorporation of the Korean Wave and K-Pop singers, industrial structure change, and the establishment of B2B system in the Seoul digital fashion week. The shift to the digital runway is not only an alternative method to cope with the COVID-19 era but also a new "new normal". Fashion shows are no longer fixed and planned in free spaces. As a venue displaying the creator's personality, digital fashion week is expected advance in the future.

공연분석: 오스터마이어의 <햄릿> (프랑스 2008, 한국 2010) (Performance Analysis of Ostermeier's Hamlet)

  • Ostermeier's Hamlet has no particular contemporary reinterpretation. Alternately devoting to show retrospect in illusion and existence through revenging actions. However, Shakespeare's metaphorical and implicative language is dissipated and the style of the play is not an illusive space-time, but a tragic theatrical production that uses rough language to express the depth of the story. The Perfomance of Hamlet is a sensuous jumble up of a diverse range of mass media. The double roles that the actors carry out give an affect of isolation between the audience and the play itself showing both empathy and liberty. Ostermeier's Hamlet distinctively shows a post-modern performance through the prominent elements of dirt, the use of mixed genre, theatric emphasis, making an image and the fulfillment of acting. Nonetheless, Ostermeier's performance stays off the point on the breakup strategy of the post-modern drama without suspending the narrative of Shakespeare's Hamlet. Besides aiming to show a performance centered by the imagery of physical expression, his performance shows New Realism in the 1960's, showing everyday life. Ostermeier thinks, that theatre helps give contemporary people an accurate reality check in the constant unstable periods of time. Therefore, Hamlet shows post-modern physical expression and outspoken dramaturgy using the effects of mass media in New Realism without breaking up realistic narration. With being the aberration of the Castle Helsingor, the main character Hamlet, expresses lunacy and can be considered as metaphor for young adults whom are broken down and isolated from the economic system. He is a substitute for those who experience agony, anger, torment, etc. and other suppressed emotions in everyday life. With the method of direction in the portrayal of Hamlet show signs of succession in the abundant popularization of the classics by communicating with the audience by following the trend of modern mass media and audio-visual perception; emphasizing the point of the philosophical topic 'life and death,' 'life and theatre,' and 'illusion and reality.'

팬덤 동기에 따른 BTS 굿즈 가치와 협업 브랜드 선호도 연구: BTS 팬클럽 ARMY를 대상으로 (A Study on the BTS Goods Values and Collaboration Brand Preference According to Fandom Type: Focusing on BTS Fan-club 'ARMY')

  • With rise in economic activity of fandoms, fashion brands often collaborate with K-pop stars such as BTS to enhance brand preference and sales. This study analyzes why people engage in fandom activity and its effects on collaboration fashion brand preference by focusing on 'BTS' and fandom 'Army'. This study aims to provide information to establish marketing strategies by identifying the influence of fandom culture related to the Korean Wave and the fashion industry, and empirically analyzing factors affecting active customer formation for long-term growth. The data were collected from BTS fan club 'Army' and a total data sets were analyzed using SPSS25.0 statistics program. The findings of this research were as following. Frist, BTS fandom motivation were identified as Need for Approval, Communication Need, Professionalism Need, Need to Belong, Consumption Need and the BTS fan groups were categorized into 3 groups. Third, comparing BTS goods values and collaboration brand preference an excess in each group was revealed. This study is significant because it provides essential data for the marketing strategy of fandom market by comparing marketing effects of BTS with the characteristics of fandom consumers and identifying the different desires of each group. As a result of this research, it can be seen that BTS an influential leading brand, has been adopted, and the research direction of empirical analysis has been presented. In practice companies can select specific fandom targets by using the sub-levels of fandom types that have become clear and implement marketing strategies of the fandom market.

DUR 제도 및 DUR 고도화 시범사업에 대한 인식 탐구: 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 기법 중심의 질적 연구 (Exploring the Perception on Drug Utilization Review System and DUR Modernization Pilot Project: A Qualitative Study Using Focus Group Interviews)

  • Objective: To explore the perception of drug utilization review (DUR) system and DUR modernization pilot project among healthcare professionals and patients. Methods: We conducted 8 times of focus group interviews (FGI) between August 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. The healthcare professionals and patients who participated in the DUR modernization pilot project were included in the present study. Based on the type of project participation or medical institution, the participants were divided into the following four groups: group 1, hospital; group 2, clinic; group 3, pharmacy; and group 4, patient. Within each group, interviews were conducted under a pre-defined agenda to identify the implicit perceptions of the participants; the contents of the interviews were, then, categorized. Results: Healthcare professionals established a consensus on the positive aspects of the DUR system and DUR modernization pilot project. However, substantial concerns remain, such as additional workload associated with monitoring adverse events or acquiring consents from patients. Furthermore, a difference of opinion over the DUR convenience system was observed. Among 3 DUR convenience system, the personal medication history review service was highly utilized, but pop-up hold function and communication system was rarely used. Conclusion: We observed that systematic intervention using the DUR system is effective for both healthcare providers and consumers. Adverse events caused by inappropriate drug use can be prevented by continuous patient monitoring. Therefore, the role of DUR system needs to be expanded to establish a safe drug management system.

세 번의 사과 - 한국문화예술위원회 블랙리스트 사건의 위기 커뮤니케이션 사례 - (Three Apologies: A Study of the Evolution of Crisis Communication Strategies by the Arts Council Korea (ARKO) in Response to the Blacklist Case)

  • 조직이 위기 상황에서 무엇을 어떻게 말할 것인가는 조직이 지속적으로 사회적 인정과 정당성을 획득하기 위해 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 문화예술계 블랙리스트 사례 중 2015년부터 2019년까지 불거진 한국문화예술위원회(이하, 예술위) 팝업씨어터 사건 관련 위기 커뮤니케이션 사례에 주목하고, 이 사태에 대해 예술위가 이해관계자들과 소통한 방식에 대해 살펴본다. 특히 Hearit(2006)의 위기 커뮤니케이션 연구모델을 분석틀로 적용하여 예술위가 팝업씨어터 사건과 이후 발표한 세 건의 사과문을 분석한다. 이를 통해 예술위의 위기 커뮤니케이션 방안이 세 번의 사과를 통해 어떻게 변화했는지 탐색하였다. 연구 결과 팝업씨어터 사건은 사회문화적 질서를 위반한 사건이며, 그 결과 조직의 역량과 사회적 사명의 측면에서 사회적 정당성을 위협하는 위기가 발생하였다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 Hearit의 분석틀을 통해 시기별로 발표된 사과문의 실질적인 변화를 탐색하였으며 사과의 핵심이 단순히 무조건적 사과나 유감 표명이 아닌 위기의 본질을 파악하여 준비되어야 한다는 것을 확인하였다.

패션산업의 경기변동은 뉴스의 영향을 받는가? -섬유의복 KOSPI와 미디어 의제의 ARIMAX 시계열 상관관계 분석- (Are Business Cycles in the Fashion Industry Affected by the News? -An ARIMAX Time Series Correlation Analysis between the KOSPI Index for Textile & Wearing Apparel and Media Agendas-)

  • The growth of digital news media and the stock price index has resulted in economic fluctuations in the fashion industry. This study examines the impact of fashion industry news and macroeconomic changes on the Textile & Wearing Apparel KOSPI over the past five years. An auto-regressive integrated moving average exogenous time series model was conducted using the fashion industry stock market index, the news topic index, and macro-economic indicators. The results indicated the topics of "Cosmetic business expansion" and "Digital innovation" impacted the Textile & Wearing Apparel KOSPI after one week, and the topics of "Pop-up store," "Entry into the Chinese fashion market," and "Fashion week and trade show" affected it after two weeks. Moreover, the topics of "Cosmetic business expansion" and "Entry into the Chinese fashion market" were statistically significant in the macroeconomic environment. Regarding the effect relation of Textile & Wearing Apparel KOSPI, "Cosmetic business expansion," "Entry into the Chinese fashion market," and consumer price fluctuation showed negative effects, while the private consumption change rate, producer price fluctuation, and unemployment change rate had positive effects. This study analyzes the impact of media framing on fashion industry business cycles and provides practical insights into managing stock market risk for fashion companies.

중국 동북부 지역에서 이화명나방(Chilo suppressalis)(Crambidae) 2화기 성충 발생 시기 추정 (Estimation of the Second Flight Season of Chilo suppressalis (Lepidoptera: Crambidae) Adults in the Northeastern Chinese Areas)

  • 중국 동북부지역 랴오닝성의 단둥(40°07'N 124°23'E)과 지린성의 궁주링(43°30'N 124°49') 및 룽징(42°46'N 129°26'E)에서 2020년과 2021년 벼 재배기간 중에 성페로몬트랩으로 이화명나방(Chilo suppressalis)(나비목: 포충나방과)의 성충 발생 시기를 조사하였다. 1화기 성충은 5월 중순부터 7월 하순 사이, 2화기 성충은 7월 중순부터 9월 중순 사이에 발생하여 세 지역 모두 연중 2회 성충 발생양상이 뚜렷하게 확인되었다. 위도가 높은 지역에서 발생시기가 더 늦었다. 각 지역에서 관찰된 1화기 발생 시기를 기준으로 발생 시기 모델링을 통해 2화기 발생 시기를 추정하고 관찰된 시기와 비교하였다. 네 개의 선행연구 자료로부터 성충, 알, 유충, 용 발육단계의 온도의존 생명현상(발육속도, 발육완성분포, 생존율, 성충 노화율, 총산란수, 산란완성분포, 성충 생존완성분포) 모델들을 수집하거나 작성하였고, 이들을 선행 연구에 따라 단독으로 사용하거나 혼합하여 곤충 발생 시기 추정 소프트웨어인 PopModel에서 결합하였다. 모델링 결과에서 유충 발육기간이 짧게 관찰된 선행연구 자료를 기반으로 하여 구성된 모형들이 2화기 성충 발생 시기를 더 근접하게 추정하였다. 2021년에는 단둥과 룽징에서 성충 조사 시기에 맞추어 이화명나방에 의한 벼 피해주율의 변화를 조사하였다. 피해주율은 벼 재배기간 중 누적되어 2번의 증가시기가 뚜렷하게 나타났고, 이화명나방의 각 세대 유충에 의해 발생한 것으로 추정되었다.

  • 한국경제는 지난 수십년간 정부의 수출전략정책에 힘입어 지속적으로 경제 성장을 이룩해왔으며, 수출의 증가는 경제의 효율성 향상, 고용창출, 기술개발 촉진 등 우리나라의 경제 성장을 견인하는 주도적인 역할을 해왔다. 전통적으로 우리나라 수출에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 크게 경제적 요인과 산업구조적 요인이라는 두가지 관점에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 첫번째, 경제적 요인은 환율과 글로벌 경기 변동과 관련된 것으로서, 환율이 우리나라 수출에 미치는 영향은 환율 수준 및 환율 변동성에 따른 영향으로 나누어 살펴볼 수 있으며, 글로벌 경기 변동은 세계 수입 수요에 영향을 미쳐 우리나라 수출을 좌우하는 절대적 요인으로 볼 수 있다. 두 번째, 산업구조적 요인은 국제 분업화의 둔화, 중국의 특정 수입품 자국내 대체 증가, 수출 주력 산업의 해외생산 형태 변화 등 산업이나 제품에 따라 발생한 고유한 특징이다. 가장 최근 글로벌 교류와 관련된 연구들을 살펴보면, 경제적 요인 및 산업구조적 요인과 더불어 문화적인 측면이 중요함을 여러 문헌에서 피력하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 각국의 한국 수입액 예측 모형에 문화적 요인을 함께 반영하여 예측 모형을 개발하고자 하였으며, 구체적으로 문화적 요인이 수입액에 미치는 영향을 PUSH-PULL 프레임워크 관점에서 반영해보고자 하였다. PUSH 관점은 한국이 자신의 브랜드를 개발하고 적극 홍보하는 관점으로 K-POP, K-FOOD, K-CULTURE 등으로 대표되는 한국의 브랜드에 대한 각국의 관심 정도로 정의할 수 있다. 또한, PULL 관점은 각 국가의 국민들의 문화적, 심리적 특징으로 해당 국가의 지배체계, 남성성, 위험 회피성, 시간에 대한 단기/장기 지향성 등으로 대표되는 각 국의 문화 코드로서 한류문화를 얼마나 수용할 성향을 띄고 있는지로 정의할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 최종 예측 모델의 고유한 특징은 Design Principle에 기반하여 설계한 것인데, 1) 신규로 추가한 데이터 소스를 통해 한국에 대한 관심 및 문화적 특성이 반영될 수 있는 모형으로 구축하였고, 2) 경제적 요인 등의 변화와 품목 및 국가 Code를 입력하면 예측값을 바로 불러올 수 있도록 실용적으로 편의성 있게 설계하였으며, 3) 이론적으로도 의미 있는 결과를 도출하기 위해서 입력과 목표 변수간의 관계를 해석 가능한 알고리즘을 중심으로 설계하였다는 점이다. 본 연구는 기술적 측면, 경제적 측면, 정책적 측면에서 의미 있는 시사점을 제시할 수 있으며, 수입액 예측 모형을 활용하여 중소·중견기업의 수출 지원 전략에 의미 있는 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
