Google, NAVER와 같은 대형포털에서 지도 기반의 다양한 서비스를 제공함에 따라, 지역관련 정보를 얻으려는 사용자들의 관심과 요구 또한 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 대형포털의 서비스들은 특정 지역에 대한 상세정보가 충분하지 않고 관련 정보를 획득하는 과정이 반복되는 번거로움이 존재하기 때문에, 사용자가 특정 지역의 관련 정보를 자세하고 종합적이며 손쉽게 획득할 수 있도록 지원하는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 지역정보 획득에 유용한 시스템의 구축을 위해, 맵 인터페이스와 지식처리를 활용한 시스템 모델을 제안한다. 제안한 모델은 '지역정보 웹 문서 Layer', '고유지역키워드 Layer', '맵 인터페이스 Layer'의 3-Layer로 구성된다. 이 모델을 기반으로 한 지역관련정보 통합검색 시스템은 (l) 특정 지역의 대표 키워드 추출 (2) 관련 웹 페이지 수집 (3) 연관 키워드 집합 추출 및 키워드간의 연관도 계산 (4) 사용자 인터페이스 구축의 4단계 과정을 거쳐 구현한다. 구체적으로 고양시 지역을 대상으로 한 시스템의 구축을 통해 제안한 모델과 유사도 행렬을 이용한 지역정보의 지식처리 알고리즘, 사용자의 검색 편의를 돕는 UI 등의 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 시스템은 단순히 개별 '정보'로 존재하는 지역정보들을 융합하고, 새로운 '지식'을 생산 및 체계화하여 사용자들에게 제공해준다. 이를 통해 사용자는 다양하고 상세한 지역정보를 제공받을 수 있고 관련 정보도 쉽게 얻을 수 있다.

Coordination has been identified as a concern in the cross-cutting issues of food security and nutrition (FSN) in Cambodia. Food Security and Nutrition Information System (FSNIS) in Cambodia is the only "entry portal" to support policy formulation and decision-making with regard to FSN. While this knowledge and information management system has earned a respectful reputation, Council for Agricultural and Rural Development (CARD) faces many challenges in the implementation of the system. This paper will present how FSNIS has been developed and impacts on policy or strategy related to FSN. In addition, sustainability of the system is a key challenge for FSNIS; yet it is interesting to see how it works. Along with a success story, FSNIS is recognized by its stakeholders as the most successful knowledge and information management system in the field of FSN in Cambodia.

The purpose of this study was to make a comparative analysis of dental question and answer in portal sites. To achieve this, 4,212 questions were used for final analysis after connecting to Naver, Daum and Nate, which take first, second and third place in rank information of all sites at Rankey.com, to search dental information by keyword from January to late March. The results are as follows. Naver was the highest as a portal of Internet search engines. Questions on the use of dental clinics, the quality of dental services and the offer of dental services by types of dental clinics were very important. Dental clinics had to give dental patients customized services and information to please them through dental services and dental information services on the Internet, and questions and answers on this were increasing very explosively. Consequently, Dental clinics will have to give Internet users and health- and disease-related data searchers distinctive professional services by inquiring into factors affecting portal search and factors affecting health- and disease-related search, respectively.

건설산업의 특성상 엔지니어링 등 소프트웨어 부문은 지식이 곧 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우하기 때문에 철저한 보안 강화로 지식의 소재조차 불분명한 상황이며, 건설현장의 지식은 프로젝트의 종료와 함께 사장되어 가는 현실에 직면해 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 지식경영을 추진하고 있는 기존 업체의 지식관리 학습모델을 고찰하여 이를 근간으로 새로운 모델을 개발하고 건설업체에 적용하는 시나리오를 설정하는 것이다 이를 토대로 사장되어 가는 건설현장 지식을 유통시켜, 건설산업의 전반적인 수준 향상을 도모하고자 한다. 이에 지식관리와 관련한 선행 연구를 분석하여, EIP, EDMS, 지식 및 실패사례관리, CoP, e-Learning으로 구성되는 건설분야의 지식관리 학습모델을 개발하였다.

관절경 수술에 있어서 적절한 삽입구를 만드는 것은 수술에 있어서 가장 중요한 시작이며, 이후 수술의 진행 과정을 쉽고 원활하게 할 수 있느냐를 결정짓는 중요한 단계이다. 수술을 하고자 하는 견관절 내를 정확히 검사를 하고, 다음 삽입구를 만드는 데에도 영향을 미치며, 관절 내에서 기구를 조작하는 데에도 영향을 미친다. 정상 구조물 및 병리 해부학적인 지식과 삽입구(portal)에 대한 이해가 관절경 수술을 용이하게 하는데 필수적이다.

Ecological and ecosystem database is becoming very necessary to understand origins and relationship between human and nature and also to minimize disturbance caused by human activities. An ecological information portal can play important roles as a computing system to collect knowledge, distributed research findings and separated data from researchers. In this study, we designed and developed ecological information portal service (EcoBank 1.0) for collecting and providing ecological information for diverse classes of stakeholders. To reach the goal, we had reviewed related and comparable ecological database portals to design conceptual structure of EcoBank system including database management framework. Then, we developed some functions of ecosystem analysis for each stake-holders (researchers, general public and policy makers). As a result of this study, we successfully designed of EcoBank system covering the functions of Digital Object Identifier(DOI) publishing and data quality management process. Also, we (1) applied ecological indices for calculating biodiversity by administrative boundary for policy makers, (2) provided statistical information of econature map for general public and distribution characteristics of species for researchers. To make a successful establishment of EcoBank, we have to collect and build up related database and offer various and reliable ecological data consistently. We expect that the successful construction of EcoBank will help not only to accomplish sustainable development goals but also to raise the welfare of ecosystem in Korea.

As growth of the web-based applications, the requirements of the users who have been very familiar to the web-based user interfaces and customer-oriented services on the Internet would become more knowledge-intensive and higher technology involved in a more convenient and polite way of service delivery. Therefore, the service quality of information system department should be considered as a very important factor influencing success of information systems. The objective of this study is to provide the relationship between service quality of IS department and its impacts such as use, user satisfaction and job performance. For this purpose, we provide a research model for it and test it empirically for the users of the corporate portal in one of main telecommunication service providers in Korea. In result, our model with satisfiable validity and reliability shows not only importance of IS departments' service quality but also two-faced characteristics of service quality. That is, while technical competence which means with knowledge and expertise of IS department staffs is more related with user satisfaction on information systems, personal service which means the way and manner of service delivery is more related with use of it.

In this paper, we introduce knowledge sharing platform for production technology. Surface mount technology (SMT) is one of the important production technologies to fabricate electronic devices. The production technology of the SMT, however, has been propagated from an experienced worker to an inexperienced worker in a manufacturing field. The objective of the knowledge sharing platform is to convert the production experiences like a solder printing knowhow into quantitative values, to construct the database of the process technologies, and to share the technologies systematically via web portal service. In addition, the knowledge sharing platform contains the total production process of mobile products, the information of experts and facilities, and recent R&D output. In this manner, the knowledge sharing platform for production technology could strengthen the technological competitiveness of small and medium manufacturing companies in Korea.

A comprehensive electronic trade portal such as the electronic bills of lading, e-negotiations and so on, is developed by the Korea Ministry of Knowledge Economy and International Trade Association and serviced by KTNET. The portal, so called u-TradeHub, formally started to provide its services on 22nd May, 2009. If the shipper issues electronic bills of lading, the negotiating bank examines it through the established e-Nego system. However, the issuing bank overseas cannot examine the electronic bills of lading, because any interactive system does not exist. So, after the e-Nego, the electronic bills of lading gets automatically transformed into the paper-type electronic bills of lading and issuing bank examine paper B/L. In process of examining documents, the beneficiary using electronic means in letter of credit transactions may face some risks such as the corruption to the electronic bill of lading after its issuance by the carrier, the corruption after e-Nego and the corruption after the presentation to the issuing bank. In this paper, we studied the problems on corruptions to occur in the middle of the examination process of the electronic bills of lading and suggestions how to solve them are discussed.

Objectives To grasp the trend of constitution medical industry related to the metabolic disorders by analyzing the web resource.Methods Web search with the search formula ("constitutional" or "spirit") and ("Metabolic" or "diabetes" or "high blood pressure" or "hyperlipidemia" or "obesity") for 20 years (1995.09.10 ~ 2015.09.09.) in the web portal address "Web search with the search formula ("constitutional" or "spirit") and ("Metabolic" or "diabetes" or "high blood pressure" or "hyperlipidemia" or "obesity") for 20 years (1995.09.10 ~ 2015.09.09.) in the web portal address "http://web.search.naver.com".Results In the search area of news, blogs, cafes and knowledge-in, the number of searched pages retrieved by the word "constitution" was about 1.78 million. In the news 9760 cases of "obesity", 4046 cases of "hypertension" and 3253 cases of "diabetes" were searched. In Naver Web search Korean medicine clinics related to "constitution" were 24.3%. If we multiple 25.3% to 1000, the actual number of herbal hospitals, The constitution related to Korean medicine clinics is estimated to be approximately 3160 places. Among metabolic disorders, "Overweight", "Diabetes" and "Hypertension" were most frequently searched.Conclusions Constitutional industry related to metabolic diseases is very actively created on the internet in various areas. Among metabolic diseases, obesity, diabetes, hypertension were found with high frequency.
