A knowledge-based expert system has been developed implementing the ambiguous process of conceptual design of flywheels in earlier design stage to assist the selection of proper flywheel types and dimensions. Knowledge for the flywheel design consists of the rules for conventional as well as super flywheels and other informations required for the design process. Those knowledges were extracted from literatures and some experts in the field. With these knowledges, an integrated knowledge based expert system was developed to help users with informations and facilities to design flywheels interactively using a commercial package of knowledge-based system called INSIGHT2 of backward chaining and proprietary package of forward chaining written in LISP language. The developed system consists of the knowledge base part and calculation park : the first one consists of main module and user level modules and the other one is to assist in analyzing the stress distribution in the flywheels and deciding the flywheel dimensions and specifications for various types of flywheels using proper data bases and graphic facilities. With this flywheel design software, several examples were tried generating acceptable design results.

Open Network Management Systems (NMS) are not sufficient to use in a large and complex computer network environment because many-year experiences and skills are requeired for using NMS. And also, customizing NMS means a difficult programming with API(Application programming Interface) supplied by NMs. The more intelligent NMS you want, the more difficult programming you must do. In this paper, we proposed an intelligent network management system suign a structure of multiple and distributed expert systems, so as to represent expertises and knowledges of network managers into rule format, maintain the knowledgesstructurally and perform the network managmenet intelligently. expert system for amanaging computer network should understand the management protocol, analyze messages from agents, take a proper action, and report the situations by pre-defined network operation principle and strategy. A multiple expert sytem is composed of monitor expert module, fault expert module and manager expert module which are controlled by enconded knowledges.

The purposes of this study were to collect basic data on education of Sexuality(Health education) of consciousness & value of sexuality of elementary school children. 584,6th grade students in elementary school in Yong-In city were analysed and the results are as follow; 1. Knowledges of sexuality for children was at a average level, especially "physical change of puberty" and "sexual violence" were well recognized but "the physical characteristics of male & female" and "physiological phenomena of men" were less recognized. Attitudes of sexuality were positive for "relationship with partners" and "expression of mind". Practices of sexuality were at a low rate in the case of "shaking hands with partner" and "experience of sexual behavior". The Value of sexuality was at a high rates in the case of "the role of sex", "equality" & "self-identification", therefore students need good education of sexuality from childhood 2. Sexuality education of students increased knowledges of sexuality as a consciousness. There was no relationship between attitudes and pratices of sexuality. Educated children valued sexuality move highly than uneducated children. This result shows that education is needed with regard to both the knowledge and value of sexuality in a planned system. We need some program to provide more information on sexual attitudes and practices. 3. There was a high correlation between the consciousness of sexuality and value placed on it. As sexual awareness increases amongst students codes of morality develop Positive sexual attitudes served as good role models for sex. In particular positive sexual attitudes have a big effect on sexual values. In addition, as sexual awareness and attitude increase amongst students the role of sexual development. The elementary school phase sexual values are developed and determined. It is therefore an important phase.

There has been global efforts to prevent the further spread of the COVID-19 and get society back to normal. 'Contact tracing' is a crucial way to detect the infected person. However the contact tracing makes another concern about the privacy violation of the personal data of infected people, released by governments. Therefore Google and Apple are announcing a joint effort to enable the use of Bluetooth technology to help governments and health agencies reduce the spread of the virus, with user privacy and security central to the design. However, in order to provide the improved tracing application, it is necessary to identify potential security threats and investigate vulnerabilities for systematically. In this paper, we provide security analysis of Privacy-Preserving COVID-19 Contact Tracing App with STRIDE and LINDDUN threat models. Based on the analysis, we propose to adopt a verifiable computation scheme, Zero-knowledge Succinctness Non-interactive Arguments of Knowledges (zkSNARKs) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to ensure both data integrity and privacy protection in a more practical way.

The purpose of this study is to analyze pre-service science teachers' pedagogical content knowledge. For this study, two senior education students were selected. The data of this study were collected through interviews, CoRe questionnaire, and classroom observation recordings during the period of student-teacher practice. Data were analyzed using the constant comparative method. The results indicated that the two pre-service science teachers had low level pedagogical content knowledge. Two pre-service science teachers' knowledges of science curriculum were different from each other. Orientations toward teaching science shifted to undesirable direction after the experience of a student-teacher's practice-teaching. Their subject matter knowledges were imperfect. They also had low levels of knowledge of students' understanding.

Calculators can be instructional instruments to be used specially in problem situations which need calculations through calculators. A calculator-calculations is one of the various calculation methods. As there are problem situations for each method, there are problem situations for a calculator-calculation, too. Basically, calculator-calculations can be admitted in any cases which need not paper-and-pencil calculations, estimations, mental calculations, and computer-calculations. In this paper, some basic knowledges on how to use calculators in elementary mathematics education are offered. Students learn concepts easier by doing complex and tedious calculations through calculators than through paper-and-pencil calculations. And, by doing complex and tedious calculations in problem solving, they can focus on understanding problems, planning, and looking back. Calculator can be used directly in phases of understanding and planning. Calculators can be used to practice guess and check strategies. Problems which contain calculations beyond students' paper-and-pencil calculations abilities. So, as a result, students' experiences on problem solving can be extended. Calculators experiences can affect students' persistences, confidences, enthusiasms, self-esteems positively.

The present study deals with the results of a thermo-fluid analysis applied to the cooling plate of the water cooling system developed for IGBT stacks, which was designed to keep the power semi-conductors from over heating problems. The cooling plate is to absorb a maximum quantity of 10kW from 4 IGBTs which are to be placed on both sides of the cooling plate, 2 IGBTs of them on each surface. For the analysis, Adina of CFD Program was used and an analysis was conducted to obtain the knowledges on heat and mass flow at both the plate and fluid flow inside. For the simulation, the operational conditions of a temperature difference of $15^{\circ}C$ for the working fluid and a uniform heat flux of about 92000 $W/m^2$ on the surface in contact with an IGBTs.

Construction managers who are placed on the top of the construction production organization should exhibit its best knowledges concerning all aspects and control related members at every position properly. In case of CM firms in developed countries, they are equipped with a practical system of technology and management knowledge, and efficiently use the knowledge not only for novices but also experts. However, the domestic CM firms which are now at the lower level than those in developed country are not supported with the sufficient and systematic knowledge for CM tasks due to various reasons. Therefore, the objective of this study is to suggest the direction and strategy for the development of an experts-knowledge management system to enhance the construction productivity at the viewpoint of CM firms which conduct, manage and supervise various tasks of construction projects. Domestic CM firms would play a great role to enhance productivity and secure competitive advantage of project management as much as the firms in developed countries if experts-knowledge and information are supported by a computerized system.

Weaning is a complex phase when the mammal suffers the action of different stressors that contribute to negatively affect the efficiency of the intestinal mucosa and of the whole local integrated system, that acts as barrier against any nocuous agent. The components of this barrier are mechanical, chemical, and bacteriological; immunological and not. The development of contact with a saprophyte microflora and the maintenance of feed intake after the interruption of motherly nutrition are essential for the maturation of an equilibrated local immune function and for a functional integrity of villi. Opportunities and limits of some dietary strategies that can contribute to reduce negative effects of weaning on health and performance are discussed. Knowledges on the possible mechanism of action of probiotics are upgraded, particularly for their supposed role in the balance between different immune functions (effectory/regulatory). Some tools to control pathogen microflora are reviewed (acids, herbs, immunoglobulin sources) and practical feeding systems are proposed.

Making deicing countermeasure plan against snow accretion on power line is a very complicated problem, which should take into account both the possibility of accidents due to snow accretion on power line and the stable operation of power system. As knowledge engineering can be a good solution to this field of problems, a prototype expert system to assist power system operators in forecasting snow accretion on power lines and making a list of all the feasible and effective deicing countermeasures has been developed. The system has been remodelled into a fuzzy expert system by adopting fuzzy rulebase and fuzzy inference method to systematically process the fuzziness included in the heuristic knowledges. Simulation results based on the past snow accretion accident data show that the proposed system is very promising.
