The export demand for various public services of e-government is growing. This study defines the new services that are required in each step of export processes for public services in order to develop the new services for supporting the commercialization of the export public services. And the study arrives at a conclusion of the main problems and requirements of the current export processes for the public services through the previous literature, the open-ended questions and the focus group interview. The new services are divided into six steps including the general information and consultation of the export public services; specifically, 'evaluation of the export capabilities', 'information of export pubic services', 'network of export companies', 'knowledge exchange of export', 'guide map of export information' and 'place for communication'. Furthermore, the score test about importance of 14 detailed services and the ease of implement is conducted. Based on the results of the test, Portfolio Evaluation Quadrant analysis derives a conclusion that 'the guide map service of export information' in the step 5 is preferentially considered to be in need of implementation.

The purpose of this study is to find the beneficial plan for business success by the advantage of social media service in the business organization. There is few research for applying social media on a variety of fields in business organization although many companies are trying to find the way for its application. Hence, this study identifies the possibility for the utilization of social media services, and it also finds the plan for their effective application. The social relationship is created by increasing communications between users of social media service. The research model is established on the basis of the hypothesis that the social relationship affects knowledge share, pursuit of ego, social participation, amusement. To maximize the impact of results, the research was conducted on the basis of the target on two groups including the business men and non-business men who use social media services. As results of the research, the business men tend to appeal their impression based on sharing knowledge with anonymous people. Also, it is necessary to make a social participation to a management participation, and to utilize the social media in the organization by including amusement to its function. This research is expected to have significant implication to companies which wants to apply social media services in the future.

Objective : This study conducted in rural areas, elderly services voucher business and leisure satisfaction survey based on data from the use of community-dwelling older people considering service needs was to find ways to take advantage of leisure time. Methods : Buyeo county residents in this study 71 patients were elderly, the characteristics of elderly gender, the presence of spouse, health status, education level, monthly living expenses, number of children, occupation, and the variables were included. Subjects' self-esteem, life satisfaction, quality of life, program satisfaction questionnaire for the survey were used, t-test and correlation analysis using the correlation between each factor were analyzed. Results : In a survey of participants in leisure activities, TV watching, meeting friends, such as phone calls to static and time-consuming activities were surveyed about satisfaction of the voucher business, the elderly oral health care services, health screening services, sports massage such as health-related services is relatively high degree of satisfaction. Conclusion : The results of this study of elderly people in rural communities through meaningful leisure time were utilized to determine what is lacking, a strong desire for health-related services that could be confirmed. Therefore, further experience and knowledge about activities by providing opportunities for meaningful leisure time needs to improve, and it based on a variety of programs to meet the needs of the elderly should be provided.

A large and reliable citation database is necessary to identify and analyze citation behavior of Korean researchers in science and technology. Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) built the Korea Science Citation Database (KSCD), and have provided Korea Science Citation Index (KSCI) and Korea Journal Citation Reports (KJCR) services. In this article, citing behavior of Korean scientists on Korean journals was examined by using the KSCD that covers 459 Korean core journals. This research dealt with (1) statistical numeric information of journals in KSCD, (2) analysis of document types cited, (3) ratio of domestic to international documents cited and ratio of citing different disciplines, (4) analysis on immediacy index, peak time, and half-life of cited documents, and (5) analysis on impact of journals based on KJCR citation indicators. From this research, we could find the immediacy citation rate (average 2.36%), peak-time (average 1.7 years) and half-life (average 5.2 years) of cited journals in Korea. We also found that the average journal self-citation rate is more than 50% in every field. In sum, citing behavior of Korean scientists on Korean journals was comprehensively identified from this research.

This study analyzed global Knowledge Sharing Platforms and collected stakeholder's suggestions to develop the "Korea-ASEAN Wetland Knowledge Sharing Platform (KSP)." As a result of the analysis, ① financial support and ② knowledge outcomes are essential to maintain the KSP and conduct the platform sustainably. Stakeholder suggest three significant projects (① comparative analysis of the inventory of wetlands in the Korea-ASEAN region, ② knowledge gap analysis in wetland research trends, and ③ establishing a web infrastructure for wetlands information sharing). The "Korea-ASEAN Wetland KSP" defined to be consistent with the international conventions (e.g., Ramsar Convention, Convention on Biological Diversity) goals by comprehensively considering the literature analysis and stakeholder suggestions. Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) selected as the fundamental model of the KSP. As with IPBES, knowledge management and assessment, capacity building, policy support, communication and participation adopted as the platform's core objectives. The KSP will be able to share knowledge related to the same type of wetland ecosystem within the Korea-ASEAN region and provide necessary information for establishing science-based policies.

Recently, in the global financial transaction field, global transactions using computer systems and server hubs between foreign exchanges beyond the one-dimensional offline transactions and two-dimensional online transactions have been actively conducted. In the previous research by Lee Hyung-wook and Lee Min-jae (2018), as the globalization has accelerated following the development of digital technology and the expansion of ubiquitous communication network, the role of companies, the attribute of economic value creation and economic structure are being reorganized. It is said that O2O (Online to Offline) transactions are increasing due to the development. As a result, a new financial transaction paradigm is emerging that solves the inconveniences of existing financial services and enhances speed and convenience. Considering the global network trend and the rapidly developing and evolving digital bank environment, the necessity of utilizing the business platform model is emerging. However, despite this necessity, there are very limited cases in which such an attempt has been applied in practice. Accordingly, this study seeks to explore the business platform of the new financial transaction system. Specifically, the case study systematically examines the actual implementation of a unique network connection model with Koscom's global investment bank, which is currently in charge of the domestic financial transaction system, and improves ICT innovation performance and process through this. I would like to suggest a solution. In particular, this study analyzed a variety of business model construction and use cases by pursuing a platform connection with digital banks, which has recently been increasingly in demand. Therefore, this study intends to pursue the original and long-term profitability of the company by utilizing ICT innovation and platform business model, and also analyzes the convenience and excellence of trading for institutional and individual investors using the platform of digital bank. The implications of this study are significant in that it explores and explores the actual cases of ICT innovation and additional digital bank platform-connected business models based on this, and suggests a unique and preemptive business strategy of the company in the future.

Recent IT (information technology) environmental changes, such as emerging social network services or increasing user participation in multimedia environment, have made it necessary for e-learning systems to undergo changes in various ways. Metadata is an agreement for interoperability between different systems. The standardization of metadata for e-learning system has been driven by some domestic and international organizations, but applying diverse environmental changes into the design of e-learning metadata is in dire need. In this paper, we present a methodology for the analysis and design of modeling e-learning metadata and elicit the design requirements, on the basis of the metadata standard KEM 3.0, about the elements that are expected to be needed in future e-learning systems. Based on the requirements from the analysis, we present the three-layer model for classifying the requirements by the importance of metadata elements per Kana Model. An intelligent e-learning system is to be developed based on the proposed modeling design, which we hope to influence the development of an international standard in the future.

Today, to block spam texts on smartphone, a simple string comparison between text messages and spam keywords or a blocking spam phone numbers is used. As results, spam text is sent in a gradually hanged way to prevent if from being automatically blocked. In particular, for words included in spam keywords, spam texts are sent to abnormal words using special characters, Chinese characters, and whitespace to prevent them from being detected by simple string match. There is a limit that traditional spam filtering methods can't block these spam texts well. Therefore, new technologies are needed to respond to changing spam text messages. In this paper, we propose a knowledge graph-based new words detection mechanism that can detect new words frequently used in spam texts and respond to changing spam texts. Also, we show experimental results of the performance when detected Korean new words are applied to the Naive Bayes algorithm.

With the rapid evolution of mobile devices and the development of wireless networks, users of mobile social network service on smartphone have been increasing. Also the security of personal information as a result of real-time communication and information-sharing are becoming a serious social issue. In this paper, a framework that can be linked with a social network services platform is designed using OpenAPI. In addition, we propose an authentication and detection mechanism to enhance the level of personal information security. The authentication scheme is based on an user ID and password, while the detection scheme analyzes user-designated input patterns to verify in advance whether personal information protection guidelines are met, enhancing the level of personal information security in a social network service environment. The effectiveness and validity of this study were confirmed through performance evaluations at the end.

Due to the rapid development of AI-related industries, countless edge devices are working in the real world. Since data generated within the smart space consisted of these devices is beyond imagination, it is becoming increasingly difficult for edge devices to process. To solve this issue, EdgeCPS has appeared. EdgeCPS is a technology to support harmonious execution of various application services including AI applications through interworking between edge devices and edge servers, and augmenting resources/functions. Therefore, we propose a knowledge-sharing graph-based componentized AI application support system applicable to the EdgeCPS platform. The graph is designed to effectively store information which are essential elements for creating AI applications. In order to easily change resource/function augmentation under the support of the EdgeCPS platform, AI applications are operated as components. The application support system is linked with the knowledge graph so that users can easily create and test applications, and visualizes the execution aspect of the application to users as a pipeline.
