카노 모형을 이용한 모바일 쇼핑몰 앱의 서비스 품질 요인 분석에 관한 연구 (The Study on the e-Service Quality Factors in m-Shopping Mall App based on the Kano Model)

  • Purpose - In this study, it is classified the service quality dimension of mobile shopping app using Kano model. In addition, it is evaluated quality factors suitable for strategic management from the viewpoint of service provider through mobile application through binary dimension analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, seven quality dimensions such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience, design, security and customer service were derived through related studies to make binary shopping quality app quality measurement. 37 sub-variables were set by each quality dimensions. Each questionnaire was composed of positive and negative items like Kano's proposed method, and the satisfaction coefficient suggested by Timko(1993) was examined to understand the influence of each factors on customer satisfaction. Results - As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. And, in information quality, the information overload was classified as an apathetic quality component, while the related information provision belonged to an attractive quality component. In reliability quality, customized service provision was classified as an attractive quality component. In instant connectivity, the quality of the connection during transport was classified as an attractive quality component. In convenience quality, access to product information was classified as a one-way quality component. All components of designs quality were classified as attractive quality components, and in security quality, all of their components were all classified as one quality component. Lastly, in customer service, they components were all classified as a single quality component. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. Conclusion - In the online service environment, which is difficult to differentiate in terms of upward upgrading only by technological implementation and function, the results of this study can be suggested as a differentiating factor for major channels with customers rather than improve the brand image.

Determining Attribute Importance Weights Using Priority for Improvement Model

  • Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) holds the assumption that the degree of physical fulfilment of quality attributes and the satisfaction of that attribute is linear. Therefore, IPA can be applied to the traditional one-dimensional attributes, not to other quality elements such as attractive or must-be attributes. To overcome this problem, several articles introduced methods that integrate IPA into the concept of two-dimensional quality. However, these articles are rather conceptual focusing on the differentiation of quality attributes depend on quality elements in IPA. To provide empirical evidence of the dependent relationship between attribute importance and satisfaction in IPA, this study introduces a weighted importance approach and provides validation method using Bacon's priority model, a regression model. For this, the current research investigates 23 quality attributes of TV set for the results of Kano's model, which are adopted from Kim et al., and conducted a survey of 118 university students for the results of the importance/satisfaction and improvement priority. The result of the proposed approach shows better result than those using the conventional way, based on R-square of the regression model.

  • This research determined priority of quality improvement of public institution's education service by using ASC for importance and applying Topsis, a multi-standard decision-making method simplifying various attributes and scales of evaluation items and deciding the comparative priority for satisfaction and discussed the differences so as to measure the quality of public institution's educational service and examine the priority of education service' quality improvement. This research classified the characteristics of quality improvement. As a result, it's significant to suggest positive direction and method to improve satisfaction and education service's quality from an angle of demander by analyzing educational satisfaction of education service quality of public education institution and effects on the following improvement.

레저활동을 위한 액션캠 사용자 경험 디자인 연구 (A study on action cam user experience design for leisure activities)

  • 이 연구는 최근 증가하는 레저활동에서 사용되는 액션캠의 기능에 관한 사용자 경험 디자인 연구이다. 사용하기 편리하게 발전하는 동영상 플랫폼과 함께 액션캠의 시장규모도 함께 커지고 있다. 하지만, 어떤 기능의 품질이 사용자 경험을 높여 주는지에 관한 연구가 미비하다. 따라서 카노 모델(Kano Model)의 분석 방법과 심층 인터뷰를 실행하여 사용자 경험 요소에 따른 액션캠 기능을 분류하였고, 기능별로 만족도 조사를 진행하여 액션캠의 기능에 따른 품질의 정도가 사용자의 경험에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 어떤 기능이 먼저 개선되어야 하고, 또한 어떤 기능이 지속적인 연구와 투자가 이루어져야 하는지를 알 수 있었다. 본 연구가 사용자 중심의 액션캠 개발 시 유용한 정보로 활용되기를 기대한다.

  • 최근 스마트폰이나 태블릿 PC와 같이 이동성, 편리성, 그리고 실시간성을 갖춘 스마트 장비의 개발로 소셜 미디어의 확산과 활성화가 촉진되고 있다. 또한 커뮤니케이션 방법도 혁신적으로 변화되고 있다. 2010년 이후, SNS(Social Networking Services)에 관한 연구들은 주로 SNS를 이용한 마케팅 전략의 개발에 초점을 맞췄다. 반면, 이 논문은 SNS의 내용 분석을 통해 스마트폰 사용자들의 요구사항을 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. SNS의 내용을 일일이 수작업으로 분석하는 것은 너무 많은 시간과 노력이 소요되므로 본 논문에서는 SNS 내용 분석을 자동으로 수행하기 위해 내용 분석 시스템을 개발했다. 또한 이 논문에서는 내용 분석의 결과와 Kano의 설문조사 결과를 비교하여 두 결과를 비교하였다.

  • Let 𝕽n be an Euclidean space and g : 𝕽n → 𝕽n be a monotone and continuous mapping. Suppose the convex constrained nonlinear monotone equation problem x ∈ 𝕮 s.t g(x) = 0 has a solution. In this paper, we construct an inertial-type algorithm based on the three-term derivative-free projection method (TTMDY) for convex constrained monotone nonlinear equations. Under some standard assumptions, we establish its global convergence to a solution of the convex constrained nonlinear monotone equation. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm converges much faster than the existing non-inertial algorithm (TTMDY) for convex constrained monotone equations.

품질기능전개를 통한 품질특성값 결정방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Determination Method of Engineering Characteristic Values by QFD)

  • First, in order to improve selecting method of quality characteristic level desired by customers, S/N(Signal-to-Noise) ratio of Taguchi in larger-the-better characteristics was applied. Second, the Matrix classification standard of ACE(Attribute Categorization Evaluation) is presented using KANO model on difference analysis of importance and satisfaction through questionnaire from customers. This is for reflecting the diverse EC which customers want in EC quality sufficiently. Also, establishing sales point will be helpful in business strategy through presenting types that are able to decide planning quality. Third, the important measure of EC about correlation among quality characteristics and a new weight of EC are calculated depending on importance of EC and the weight of customer attribute and materials of relationship matrix through correlation matrix analysis.

  • Logistics companies are worrying about securing of differential competitiveness so as to be competitive companies in keen logistics market. The ground is how users are satisfied by sell-established service system to respond not only economic feasibility of logistics costs but also diversity and advancement of logistics needs. The competitiveness of logistics companies is also caused by customer satisfaction of service and only companies finding and satisfying customer needs continuously may be more competitive. For the competitiveness, it's the most important to analyze demands of current and potential customers and their pursuing value properly. Therefore, this researcher grasped PSL for online logistics service users with 5-point Likert-scale and quality-level decision method that consider the weighted value based on Kano model, measured customer's potential Demand for service through PCDI, and suggested methodology for deciding the priority of the improvement with loss function of Taguchi.

인공지능 기반 신제품 개발 방법론 제안: 양손잡이(Ambidexterity) 접근 (Proposal of methodology for AI-based new product development: ambidexterity approach)

  • AI가 시장의 패러다임을 바꾸는 새로운 혁신 기술로 주목받고 있다. 기업은 AI의 기술적 이점이 잘 반영되면서 동시에 시장의 수요를 충족하는 방법을 적용하여 신제품을 개발해야 한다. 하지만 업계에는 이러한 요건을 충족하는 방법론이 부재하다 보니 기업들은 기존 제품개발 방법론을 이용해 AI 기반 제품개발을 추진하고 있다. 이로 인해 AI의 기술적 이점이 충분히 반영되지 못하거나 AI의 기술적 잠재성이 시장 가치로 연결되지 못하게 된다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 이 연구는 AI 기반의 신제품을 개발하기 위한 새로운 방법론을 제시한다. AI 혁신이 기존 방식과 다른 차별적 속성을 확인하고, 이러한 속성이 반영된 제품 설계 프로세스와 방법론을 제시한다. 이 연구는 AI 제품개발이 양손잡이 접근(Ambidexterity approach)을 지향해야 함을 강조하며, 테크놀로지 푸시(Technology push) 기반의 아이디어 생성, 마켓 풀(Market pull) 기반의 소비자 요구조건 분석, 제품 설계 구체화 등을 포함하는 AI 기반 제품의 설계(Design) 프로세스 및 구체적인 개발 방법을 제안했다. 이 방법론의 현실 적용 가능성을 검증하기 위해 사례연구를 실시, AI 기반의 차량용 인포테인먼트 시스템개발 전략을 도출한다. 기술적 가능성에 기반하여 13개의 혁신 아이디어를 생성했고, 카노(KANO) 분석과 TOPSIS의 결합에 의한 소비자 요구조건 분석을 통해 총 6개의 신제품 개발 전략을 도출했다. 이 연구제서 제안하는 방법론은 기업이 AI 기반의 혁신제품을 통해 신시장을 개척하거나 기존 제품의 고도화를 통해 시장 확장을 펼치는 데 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.
