In this study, two things were analyzed for Korean Standards certification factory review evaluation items. First, it was examined whether there is a difference between the Practice of factory review evaluation items and Post-Management according to the change in perception of the factory review evaluation items of Korean Standards certification personnel. Second, the moderating effect of the Korean Standards certification personnel's perception of the effect of the Practice of the factory review evaluation items of Korean Standards certification personnel on Post-Management was verified. Although there is a statistically significant difference between Practice and Post-Management according to changes in perception of Korean Standards personnel, there is no statistically significant difference in the impact (slope) of Practice on Post-Management according to changes in perception of Korean Standards certification personnel. As the perception of factory review evaluation items increases, the Practice and Post-Management of factory review evaluation items are increasing, but the impact of the Practice of factory review evaluation items on Post-Management does not affect it. In order to further advance Korean Standards certification, which plays an important role in maintaining the quality level of products produced by companies, efforts to raise the level of perception of Korean Standards certification personnel are considered necessary.

ISO 30301 기록경영시스템 표준은 전략적인 기록관리 방안을 제공하여 조직의 성공적인 경영을 지원한다. 국내에서는 해당 표준을 2013년 5월 국가표준(KS)으로 제정하였으며, ISO 30301 표준의 인증제도를 도입하기 위한 움직임이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 인증제도를 도입하기 위해서는 인증 운영체계의 정비는 물론 기록경영에 대한 사회 전반의 공감대를 형성해야 하므로 제도 도입에 대한 심도 있는 검토가 필요하다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구의 필요성에 따라 아직까지 국내에 ISO 30301 인증제도가 도입되지 않은 상황에서, ISO 30301 인증제도 도입에 대한 다양한 이해관계자들의 인식을 조사하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 심층인터뷰를 수행하였다. 첫째, 문헌연구에서는 ISO 30301 표준의 내용 및 구성과 해당 표준에 수반되는 인증제도에 대한 개념을 살펴봄으로써, ISO 30301 인증제도 도입의 필요성을 논의하였다. 둘째, ISO 30301 인증제도 도입에 대한 인식을 조사하기 위해 기록 및 인증제도 관련 업무담당자 5명과 국가기록원 직접관리기관 기록물관리 전문 요원 5명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 연구결과는 근거 이론방법(grounded theory methodology)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 ISO 30301 인증제도에 대해 관련 전문가들이 인식하는 문제점과 전략을 살펴봄으로써 향후 해당 제도의 도입방안을 구축하는데 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

As more and more companies pursue ISO 9000 certification, the adaptation of ISO 9000 has brought about some significant positive effects to domestic quality systems However, somenegative results occurred in domestic industries rushing to fulfill the requirements of these new quality systems. The primary objective of this research is to provide the efficient implemen tation process of ISO 9000 certification on the basis of total quality management concerning with ISO/ DIS 9000:2000, ISO/ DIS 9001:2000, ISO/DIS 9004:2000. this study has been conducted using the data collected from 325 Korean small and medium manufacturing companies which registered ISO 9000 certification in March 2000. The first, the adoption of a quality manage ment system needs to be a strategic decision of the organization. The design period of the adoption of a quality management system is influenced by the size of the organization, the products process, KS certification, the rate of management.

The purpose of this study is the necessity of collaboration, equilibrium or the differences of examination items about certification system which is focused on products, such as KS, formal approval, and ISO 9000 family, QS 9000, etc, for Quality management system. We make expert group control this problem. Also we make examination items to be united. And the differences of certification body and personnel necessary is dissolved by proper instruction. Examination process and corrective maintenance should be improved by clarity, fairness and reliability. Problems through preparation for certification and certified company should be focused on reform of consciousness of top management and continuous instruction. And desirable solution for mutual certification problem and others should be found by information interchange system of international cooperation.

Purpose: This paper provides a method to identify cost-effective standards by analyzing the relationships between certified company and standards. It also aims to provide a evaluation model to establish a certification portfolio strategy of institutions. Methods: By analysing the networks of certified company and certification standards, this paper developed an evaluation model of standards. The evaluation model uses an index(Certificated Standard Evaluation Index; CSEI) to assess the value of standards. Results: To verify the applicability of the evaluation model, the proposed model and the CSEL index have been applied to certification standards of Korean Standard Association. The results show that the evaluation model can effectively identify potential customers and thereby establish a certification portfolio strategy. Conclusion: The main contribution of this study is a provision of a new approach to certification portfolio strategy by evaluating the value of standards. The proposed model is expected to provide implications for the certification portfolio strategy.

Only ground source heat pump units certified according to the regulations in Korea can be adopted in ground source heat pump systems. In this study, domestic and international standards and regulations for ground source heat pump units were investigated. Unlike ISO 13256-1~2, which is the international standard, KS B 8292~8294 for ground source heat pump unit only included rated test conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement various test conditions to the KS B series, because its performance data, which is required to calculate the system's design capacity, is dependent on the change in entering water temperature. The difference between the coefficient of performance of the certified ground source heat pump units and the certified criteria changed significantly according to the operating mode, heat source, and load type, because the criteria increased by about 5% for all. Thus, it is highly suggested that the certification standards be revised while considering the product performance level and various conditions.

철도차량은 차량조건, 선로조건 및 운행조건들에 의한 많은 진동원에 의해 매우 복잡한 형태의 진동과 충격이 발생한다. 진동과 충격은 철도차량에 부착되어 있는 부품 및 구성품을 고장시키는 원인이 된다. 이러한 진동 및 충격에 의한 장치의 고장을 줄이기 위해서는 개발단계에서부터 진동과 충격시험을 통해 장치가 진동과 충격에 견디는 지를 확인한 후에 철도차량에 장착하고 있다. 국내에는 서로 상이한 방법을 적용한 여러 가지의 철도차량 진동 및 충격시험 규격이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서 대표적으로 사용되는 규격인 IEC 61373과 KS R 9144, KS R 9146에 대해 상대적 비교를 통해 진동과 충격시험의 방법에 대한 차이점을 고찰함으로써 진동시험 관련자들이 정확한 진동 및 충격시험을 할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

CIGS solar cells are thin film solar cells that have excellent light absorption coefficient and can be manufactured with high efficiency through the use of low materials. In Korea, they must pass KS certification for home and commercial installation. KS C 8562 is a standard for evaluating the durability of CIGS and thin film amorphous silicon solar modules and deals with contents such as light, temperature, humidity, and mechanical durability. Unlike general crystalline silicon solar modules, the CIGS solar module has a different behavior of output change through these environmental tests, so if it shows 90% or more of the rated output suggested by the manufacturer after the final test, it is judged to be a suitable product. In this paper, the output before and after individual tests was measured through the test method of KS C 8562 to observe the output change and to discover the vulnerabilities of the CIGS solar module when exposed to various environments. Through this, it was confirmed that humidity exposure was the most vulnerable and that it had output recovery characteristics for light (visible light and ultraviolet rays). This study attempted to present the output behavior characteristics and data of the CIGS module at the time when the high efficiency thin film photovoltaic module market is expected to be created in the future.

Crystalline silicon photovoltaic module certification began in 2007. "Renewable Energy Equipment Certification Scheme" was implemented until July 28, 2015. Then, the scheme was changed to "KS Certification Scheme" since July 29, 2015. A total of 2,331 models have been certified by 2016. The proportion of multi crystalline modules in certified products is higher than that of mono crystalline modules, and Korean modules account for 78% of the total certification modules. Chinese solar cells account for the highest percentage of 40% of the total modules and 62.4% of modules certified in 2016 use Chinese solar cells. With the development of technology, module power is continuously increasing, and efficiency is also rising. The average efficiency of mono crystalline module is 0.74% higher than the average of multi crystalline module. As a result of comparing domestic module with Chinese module, the highest efficiency of mono crystalline module and multi crystalline module and the average efficiency of mono crystalline module are higher than those of Chinese module, but the average efficiency of multi crystalline module is similar to that of Chinese module.

전력 공급과 전기안전은 전체 시스템과 네트워크에 대한 필수적인 요소이다. 전기안전기술은 u-IT, u-City 기반 기술의 발전과 함께 전력 u-IT 융복합화 제품개발은 제품에 대한 평가와 인증에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력기기와 u-IT기기의 융복합화 제품을 u-City에 적용시킬 전기안전 통합감시시스템을 개발하기 위해, 전력기기 단말에서 가장 많이 사용되는 아울렛에서 접속불량 검출장치가 내장된 전력 u-IT 융복합화 기기를 만들었다. 또한 전기안전 통합감시시스템에서의 원격 안전점검을 위한 ZigBee, RFID의 센서를 이용하여 통신모듈과 제품의 기능에 대한 성능 평가를 하고, 누전, 고전압, Arc, 화재 검출 센서 진단 시스템에서 성능 실험 및 평가를 하여 적합판정을 받은 제품은 KS, 전기안전제품 인증을 한다.
