터널 조사계획 혹은 공사중, RMR 및 Q분류법에 따라 암반분류를 수행하는데 있어 지하수조건에 대한 평가는 가능한 조건들의 제약 때문에 경험적 방법에 의존하고 있다. 절리 수압 및 지하수 유입량 측정, 수리전도도 모델 산정, 3차원 수치해석 및 해석해 방법을 사용한 대전 LNG Pilot Cavern의 결과를 바탕으로, 지하수 조건 평가에 관한 합리적인 접근 방법을 비교 검토하였다. 그 결과, Raymer(2001) 이론해 방법이 예비 조사단계에서 유용한 도구로 활용될 수 있음을 검증하였다.

Cosmetic lateral canthoplasty, in which the size of the eye is increased by extending the palpebral fissure and decreasing the degree of the eye slant, has become a prevalent procedure for East Asians. However, it is not uncommon for there to be complications or unfavorable results after the surgery. With this in mind, the authors have designed a surgical method to reduce complications in cosmetic lateral canthoplasty by preserving the lateral canthal angle. We discuss here the anatomy required for surgery, the surgical methods, and methods for reducing complications during cosmetic lateral canthoplasty.

Model reduction from high order systems to low order systems in frequency domain is considered four point (${\angle}$G(jw)=0, - ${\pi}/2$, ${\pi}$, and -3${\pi}$/2) instead of two point (${\angle}$G(jw) = - ${\pi}$/2,- ${\pi}$) of existing method in Nyquist curve. The Performances of reduced order model by proposed approach is similar to original model. In this paper, we proposed a new tuning algorithm for PID controller using model reduction in frequency domain. Simulations for some examples with varies dynamic characteristics are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed tuning algorithm for PID controller using model reduction.

In the present study, the effect of Z. jujuba Miller var. inermis Rehder extracts on the secretion of atopic dermatitis (AD)-related cytokines and hyaluronidase activity was investigated. We prepared four fractions, butylene glycol (JB), ethanol (JE), and water (JW), with Z. jujuba Miller var. inermis extracts. JW significantly reduced the secretion of interleukin-8 and JE reduced the secretion of tumor necrosis factor-alpha in human keratinocyte HaCaT cells. Also, hyaluronidase activity was measured by enzyme assay and the fractions inhibited the activity in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, the human dermal fibroblast, HDF-n cells were treated with the extracts and antioxidant activities were measured. The results showed that the extracts increased the free radical scavenging activity and the superoxide dismutase activity. Taken together, Z. jujuba Miller var. inermis extracts reduced the secretion of AD-related cytokines and inhibited the hyaluronidase. In addition, the extracts showed antioxidant activity.

기포크기는 컬럼부선에서 기포체류시간, 기포표면적플럭스(Sb) 및 운송율(Cr)에 영향을 미치는 중요 변수로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문은 부선컬럼에서 기포크기의 측정방법, 가동변수들의 관계 그리고 가스분산특성을 논한다. 기포크기는 고속카메라와 이미지 분석 시스템을 이용하여 가동변수들(가스속도, 세척수속도, 기포제농도)의 조건에 따라 부선컬럼에서 직접적으로 측정되었다. 각 측정과 산정된 기포크기 값들을 비교한 관계식이 ±15~20의 오차범위 내에서 도출되었고 평균 기포크기(Sauter mean diameter)는 0.718mm로 확인되었다. 본 시스템으로부터 기포크기 및 분포를 조절할 수 있는 경험식이 가동조건들(Jg: 0.65~1.3cm/s, JW: 0.13~0.52cm/s, frother concentration: 60~200ppm) 하에서 개발되었다. 기포제농도의 증가는 표면장면과 기포크기를 감소시킨다. 임계병합농도는 표면장력이 가장 낮은 49.24mN/m일 때인 기포제농도 200ppm이라고 판단된다. 공기속도의 감소, 기포제농도 및 세척수속도의 증가에 따라 기포크기가 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 가스홀드업은 가스속도와 비례관계에 있으며 고정된 가스속도 조건에서 기포제농도 및 세척수속도와 비례관계였다.

Rhizobium fredii USDA191 은 대기 중의 질소를 환원하여 식물체의 생육에 필요한 질소원을 공급해주는 세균으로 다량의 체외 다당류를 합성한다. 전위요소 Tn5의 삽입에 의한 돌연변이 유도로 다당류결핍 변이주 R. fredii YKL293 가 분리되었으며 이 변이주로부터 Tn5 에 인접한 DNA 단편이 pUC19 에 클로닝되었고(plyk5293),이 DNA 단편을 탐침으로 하여 .lambda.NM1149 에 구성되 USDA191 genomic library 로부터 야생형체외다당류 합성관련 유전자(exo) 를 함유한 클론 .lambda. NM1149 22E 를 plaque 혼성화에 의하여 분리하였다. 클론 NM1149.22E 에 들어있는 exo 유전자를 pBR322 에 옮겨서 pJW33을 만들고, 재조합체 pJW33 을 Escherichia coli POII734 에 도입시켜 lacZ 구조유전자를 함유한 MudI 1734 가 exo 유전자의 프러모토와 융합되어 lacZ 구조유전자의 전사가 이루어지도록 하였다. 위와 같이 만들어진 재조합체 플라스미드 pUM21을 함유한 E. coli JM83 은 .betha.-galactosidase 를 합성하였으며, 야생형 tacZ 유전자를 갖고 있는 E. coli LE392 에 비해서 14-25배 정도 낮은 역가를 보였다.

화경버섯의 자실체로부터 PAGE로 한 렉틴을 정제하고, LJAP(Lampteromyces japonicus antibacterial protein)라 이름 붙였다. LJAP는 17-kDa의 서브유닛트가 모여서 된 백 kDa이 넘는 회합 단백질이였다. 이 단백질은 아미노산 분석결과 세린, 글리신, 산성 아미노산의 함량이 높았다. LJAP는 대장균중 특히 JM 109, K 12, HB 101, JW 380에 대한 항세균작용이 뛰어났다. 한편, 항세균활성은 당단백질인 asialofetuin에 의하여 크게 억제되었다. 본 당단백질은 화경버섯에서 처음으로 얻어진 항세균활성과 적혈구 응집활성을 가진 렉틴이다.

Deviated nose deformities have always been a surgical challenge, and it is essential to achieve both functional and esthetic improvements. Various techniques have evolved over time to correct deviated noses but no one method applies in all cases. Successful correction requires a complete understanding of the various surgical techniques and concepts, including the three-dimensional nasal structure and the time-related changes to surgically-treated noses.

In this paper, we study the complex symmetric weighted composition-differentiation operator D_𝜓,𝜙 with respect to the conjugation JW_𝜉,𝜏 on the Hardy space H². As an application, we characterize the necessary and sufficient conditions for such an operator to be normal under some mild conditions. Finally, the spectrum of D_𝜓,𝜙 is also investigated.
