평생교육기관 교육서비스품질이 성인학습자의 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Educational Service Quality of Lifelong Education Institutions on Job Preparation Behavior of Adult Learners)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the educational service quality of lifelong education institutions on the job preparation behavior of adult learners, and to suggest important factors that enhance the job preparation behavior of adult learners and ways to contribute to the improvement of educational service quality. Methods: In this study, 260 adult learners using lifelong educational institutions located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were statistically analyzed with SPSS 22.0 as a study sample. Results: First, lecturer expertise, educational environment, educational programs, and administrative services of instructors, which are sub-factors of educational service quality, were all adopted as positive (+) influences on educational satisfaction. Second, the lecturer expertise and educational programs were adopted due to the positive (+) effect on job search efficacy, but the educational environment and administrative services were rejected. Third, educational satisfaction was adopted as a positive (+) effect on job search efficacy. Fourth, educational satisfaction was adopted as a positive (+) effect on job preparation behavior. Fifth, job search efficacy was adopted as a positive effect on job preparation behavior. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it suggests that educational satisfaction and job search efficacy are important variables for adult learners using lifelong education institutions, and provides basic data on variables necessary to increase their job effectiveness in a rapidly changing job environment.

공무원의 직무역량과 서비스질의 인과관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Casual Relations between Job Competence and Service Quality)

  • This study conducted a survey of 400 public officials in kyoung ki Do districts from July to September 2016, and used 390 copies for final analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the level of Job competence and service quality of public officias were statistically siqnificant. Second, the esults showed that both Job competence and sevice quality had a statistically significant influential relationship, so as these variables increased, the level of service quality improved. Third, the influential relationship of Job competence on the service quality of public officials was statistically significant and positive. These results provide a theoretical groung for the understanding and integrated approach to the causality of job competence and of service quality.

직무스트레스, 대처방식, 사회적 지지가 보육교사의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Stress, Coping Style, and Social Support on Quality of Life Among Child Care Teachers)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine how job stress, coping style, and social support were associated with quality of life among child care teachers. Methods: The participants were comprised of 281 child care teachers in the metropolitan area of Seoul. Job stress, problem-focused coping style, social support, and quality of life were assessed by a teacher-reported questionnaire. Results: Correlation and regression analyses revealed that while job stress predicted lower quality of life, having problem-focused coping style and family support enhanced quality of life among child care teachers. Furthermore, results showed significant moderation effects of support from directors at child care centers on the relationship between job stress and quality of life among child care teachers. Conclusion/Implications: The findings suggest the important role of problem-focused coping styles and family support in enhancing quality of life. Moreover, support from directors at child care centers appeared to buffer the effects of job stress on quality of life among child care teachers. Results were discussed in terms of their implications for educational and counseling programs for child care teachers.

Relationship between Participation in the Elderly Job Project and Quality of Life: focused on the Social Capital Mediating Effect

  • This study investigates income support, labor opportunities, and social capital by the demographic characteristics of the elderly who participate in the elderly job project, and especially the relationship between social and quality of life. We want to provide empirical data on how the elderly vocational business ultimately affects the lives of the elderly through the intervention of social capital. The intervention effect of social capital is as follows. Satisfaction with the elderly job project has a great impact on the quality of life, trust, network, and social participation. In particular, trust in the quality of life of the elderly had a great influence on the quality of life and was indirectly effective. In addition, the intervention of social participation between social capital was known, and the elderly job project increased social participation to improve the quality of life of the elderly. Therefore, it can be evaluated that the elderly job project has an important positive effect on the quality of life of the elderly, and the social capital formed through the elderly job project plays a role in directly or indirectly improving the quality of life of the elderly.

일부 재활관련 전문가의 업무 스트레스와 주관적 삶의 질의 관계 연구 - 물리치료사와 작업치료사 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relationship between Subjective Quality of Life and Job Stress among Physical and Occupational Therapists)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between subjective quality of life and job stress with regard to general characteristics and health characteristics of physical therapists (PTs) and occupational therapists (OTs). Methods: The study involved administering questionnaires to 93 PTs and OTs who worked in urban medical institutions between November 2009 and October 2009. A questionnaire (KvSBQOL) developed by Dunbar and colleagues and translated into Korean version by Yoon et al was used for measuring subjective quality of life. A questionnaire developed by Kim was used for measuring job stress. Results: Among PTs and OTs, the mean quality of life score was 3.10 points and the mean level of job stress was 3.42. Female PTs and OTs had significantly greater levels of job stress. Those PTs and OTs in the 'Lowest pay' group and in the 'Associated Degree' group reported the lowest quality of life. Those in the 'Very healthy' group of PTs and OTs had significantly lower job stress than the other groups. The group with the highest job stress had the lowest quality of life. A limitation of this study was that all data was self-reported and subject to associated bias. Conclusion: To prevent loss of business services by PTs and OTs, it is important to know how job stress affects quality of life. Our findings suggest that a reduction in job stress can improve quality of life among PTs and OTs.

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between job stress and service quality, and the moderating effect of organizational justice in food service restaurant. Based on the responses from 209 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) job stress(insufficient job control, lack of reward, occupational climate, job insecurity, interpersonal conflict) partly effect negatively on all service quality factors(tangibility. reliability, responsiveness, empathy). 2) distributive justice and procedural justice partly effect positively on the relationship between job stress and service quality.

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the impacts of empowerment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on service quality. So, this research attempted to test the hypothesized relationships between service quality and its determinants such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation. To measure these hypotheses, total 200 questionnaires were handed out and 185 were collected. Finally 163 questionnaires were used for the analysis, while 22 were found to be invalid. The frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression were conducted after coding and cleaning by SPSS 18.0 The result of this study are as follow. As a result of multiple regression, it shows that empowerment have an effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and service quality. And it shows that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have an effect on service quality.

  • The purpose of this research is to test the effects of employee perceived job characteristics on service quality. Empirical analysis was based on the data of 692 hotel employees from Seoul and Gyung-gi province. To test the relationship between job characteristics and service quality, multiple regression analysis was applied, and hierarchial regression analysis(Cohen & Cohen, 1983) applied to test the moderating effects of gender and tenure. Multiple regressional analysis showed that job importance, job variety, and feedback had an affirmative impact on tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, but autonomy had a negative impact on tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance.

  • 패밀리 레스토랑은 서비스 산업이라 해도 과언이 아니다. 서비스 운영자 혹은 서비스 제공자의 역할은 고객과의 접촉순간(MOT : Moment Of Truth)에 고객의 요구 및 욕구를 충족시켜 고객에게 제공하는 가치를 극대화하여 서비스 상품의 판매 향상을 도모하고자 하는 것이다. 향후 패밀리 레스토랑은 하드웨어(hard ware)측면보다 내적으로 어떤 서비스를 질적으로 나타낼 수 있느냐 하는 소프트웨어(soft ware)가 더욱 강조될 추세이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 패밀리레스토랑 종사원들의 직무만족이 서비스품질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 연구하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구전역에 위치하고 있는 패밀리 레스토랑에 근무하는 종사원을 연구대상으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2004년 4월 1일부터 5월 20일까지 50일간에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 본 연구에서 제시한 7개의 가설 가운데 4개가 유의한 것으로 검증되었다.

  • 공공기관에서 콜센터가 도입되면서 공공서비스에서 콜센터의 역할이 매우 중요하게 되었다. 특히 공공기관 콜센터에서는 팀장 또는 매니저의 역할이 증가하면서 중간관리자의 리더십이 매우 중요하게 되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 콜센터 상담원들이 느끼는 팀장리더십이 서비스품질과 직무만족에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고자 하며 콜센터 상담원들의 서비스품질이 직무만족에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고자 한다. 그래서 리더십과 직무만족사이를 서비스품질이 매개하는 지를 분석해 보고자 한다. 분석결과 콜센터 팀장의 리더십은 콜센터 직원의 직무만족과 서비스품질에 영향을 미치고 있었으며 직원들의 서비스품질은 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 리더십과 직무만족사이를 서비스품질이 매개하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이에 따라 콜센터 팀장의 리더십을 강화하기 위해 팀장에 대한 권한위임, 적절한 보상 등을 실시하여야 한다. 또한 팀장은 직원들의 서비스품질을 높이기 위해 콜센터 직원들 간의 협력성 강화프로그램을 운영하거나 각종 인센티브제도, 직무교육 등을 강화하거나 정비하여야 할 것이다.
