보건계열 대학생의 실습 스트레스에 관한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on Job Training Stress for University Students Majoring Healthcare)

  • Objectives: The study was performed to investigate job training stress for university students who have a major in healthcare. Methods: For the analysis, 11 fourth-year students who have experienced job training at healthcare-related agencies were interviewed. Interviews were conducted from May 2016 to June 2016 for 3 weeks. The data were collected with semi-structured open-ended questions and analysed by the method of Consensual Qualitative Research(CQR). Results: The main reasons for the job training stress for students fell into two personal and environmental domains. And the domains were analyzed by 12 categories in-depth. Students felt stress by tasks, personal relationship, and burden of duties. Conclusions: To deal with job training stress, students took emotional and behavioral treatments such as positive thinking, communication, and so on. Universities should provide sufficient information on the characteristics of training agencies and training programs to lighten the stress for students.

Effectiveness of a Training Program Based on Stress Management on NEDSA Staff and Line Staff

  • Background: The purpose of present study was to determine the effectiveness of training program based on job stress management in NEDSA and line staff. Methods: The study method of this study was quantitative and quasi-experimental research Methods: From the statistical population (all employees of the NEDSA and line staff in 2020-2021), 30 of these people were selected by judgmental sampling method and considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The participants were first matched based on age and education and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. First, pre-test was taken from both groups (Job Stress Questionnaire). The experimental group was presented with a job stress management training package and no protocol was presented in the control group. After the sessions, post-test was received from both groups (experimental and control). After two months, a follow-up test was performed. Results: The results were entered into SPSS-24 software and analyzed. The results of repeated measure showed high effectiveness of the job stress management package (researcher-made). The results showed that the job stress management training package showed 67.5% effectiveness and also the training effect of job stress management training was stable for two months (follow-up). Conclusion: Based on these results, Training program based on stress management can be effective in military staff.

A Case Study on Job Stress Prevention in Shipbuilding Industry

  • Objective: The aim of this study is to introduce activities for job stress management in shipbuilding industry. Background: Recently, workers are exposed many job stress like workload, interpersonal conflict while management condition of company changes day by day. Particularly, shipbuilding industry has poor environment which aggravating the stress to the workers. So managing job stress may be more important. Method: The method of this study is to investigate preventive actions of job stress in "S" shipbuilding company. Results: This study through case of "S" shipbuilding company introduce activities of prevention of job stress including identification of level of job stress, managing of psychological clinic, training of worker and manager. Conclusion: In order to manage the job stress in the workplace, 1) The total management system based on the concern of the management in the workplace has to be constructed. 2) Computerized system for operation of total management system has to be constructed. 3) New employees need training for Job Stress. Application: Through this case study, I hope to help prevention activities of job stress in the workplace.

전문교육기관 비행교관의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction of Flight Instructors at Aviation Training Centers)

  • Flight instructors at aviation training centers are exposed to various stresses, such as stress caused by special work environments, stress caused by working conditions, and stress related to uncertain future airline employment. These stresses are expected to not only affect flight safety, but also adversely affect the job satisfaction of flight instructors, and consequently negatively affect the performance of high-quality flight education. Therefore, this study was conducted to understand the effects of these stresses on the job satisfaction of flight instructors by examining the stress experienced by flight instructors in flight, psychological, and physical aspects based on the results of previous studies on stress. To the end, this study conducted a survey of flight instructors belonging to aviation training centers, and as a result of analyzing the collected data, it was confirmed that the physical stress of flight instructors had a significant negative effect on their job satisfaction.

직장의 교육훈련이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Job Training on Job Stress)

  • 본 연구는 직장에서 교육훈련을 1회 이상 참여한 근로자를 대상으로 2016년 10월 10일부터 10월 28일까지 총 63부를 설문 조사 분석하였으며, 교육훈련이 직무스트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석 하였다. IBM SPSS Statistics 20을 이용하여 요인분석 32개 문항을 사용하여 4개 요인을 도출하였고 유의확률 p=.000로 검증되었다. 연구결과 첫째. 직장의 교육훈련과 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향은 직장의 OJT 교육이 직무 스트레스 해소에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육훈련이 업무스트레스 간의 상관성은 OJT 교육(p<.01, ${\beta}=.526$)과 Off-JT 교육(p<.01, ${\beta}=.508$)이 업무스트레스와 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경력에 따른 업무 스트레스 간의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 경력은 10년 이상보다 3~6년 미만이 업무스트레스에 더 민감한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 교육훈련이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 검증한 것에 의의가 있다.

영업사원의 직무성과, 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증적 연구 - 직무교육과 전환손실의 조절역할을 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study of the Causal Relationship between Job Performance, Job Stress, and Turnover Intention of Salesperson)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 영업사원의 이직을 조장/억제하는데 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 생명보험회사에 종사하고 있는 영업사원을 대상으로 실증분석을 통해 영업사원의 직무성과, 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 구체적으로 직무성과와 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향에서 직무갈등의 매개적 효과와 직무교육 및 전환손실의 조절적 역할에 대해 검증하는데 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 실증분석 결과 직무성과가 높을수록 직무갈등이 감소하고, 직무스트레스가 증가할수록 직무갈등도 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무갈등을 통해 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무교육과 전환손실의 조절적 역할을 분석한 결과 직무 교육을 많이 받은 영업사원이 적게 받은 영업사원에 비해 직무성과가 직무갈등에 미치는 부(-)적 효과가 더 강한 것으로 나타났지만, 직무스트레스가 직무갈등에 미치는 효과에 대해서는 직무교육이 조정적 역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직무갈등이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 전환손실이 조절적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

임상간호사의 직무스트레스 요인과 반응에 관한 메타분석 (Meta Analysis about the Causal Factors and the Effect of Job-stress of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study analyzed domestic articles that studied job-stress of nurses using Meta Analysis to evaluate the responses resulted from job-stress and the factors affecting them. Method: To conduct this study, data were collected primarily from database of "richis" and additionally from 8 nursing journals and 5 theses for a degree on job-stress of clinical nurses. Result: As a result of Meta Analysis casual factor of job-stress, the result represented that two reasons; personal factor was the age, occupational factor were ward, duration of employment and position. By the result of analysis of effect of job-stress, satisfaction of the job, exhaustion, health status and immersion of the job were strongly related to job-stress. According to the general solution against job-stress that referred from job-stress related theses, there are several; Imagination Therapy, Assertive Training and Value Clarification Training could bring significant result. Conclusion: This study showed that because job-stress of clinical nurses had nothing to do with personal factors, job-stress management plans for nurses are needed to focus on occupational factors. Also the study suggested that various coping skills that proved to be effective are needed to be used to relieve job-stress and that's responses on nurses.

중환자실 간호사를 위한 자기주장훈련의 효과 (Effects of Assertiveness Training for ICU Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the effects of assertiveness training on Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurses' assertive behavior, job stress, communication conflict, and self-esteem toward improving their communication skills and coping. Methods: The assertiveness training program was developed to a 10-hour program consisting of 3 sessions. The goals were to understand assertive behavior and learn how to practice assertive communication in general conflict situations and/or a difficult conflict situation in the ICU. Participants were 65 nurses recruited from a tertiary teaching hospital and of these, 27 nurses completed the program. Data were collected from Jan. 30th to Mar. 28th, 2009 using a questionnaire which included demographic characteristics, assertive behaviour scale, job stress scale, communication conflict inventory-specific, and self-esteem scale. Data were analyzed using SPSS v. 14.0 for $x^2$ test and t-test. Results: ICU nurses in the experimental group had a significant increase in aspects of assertive behavior and a decrease in job stress. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that assertiveness training is effective in increasing ICU nurses' assertive behavior and decreasing job stress through reinforcement of assertiveness behavior.

마음챙김 훈련이 중등교사의 직무스트레스와 소진, 교사효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Mindfulness Training on the Job Stress, Burnout, Teacher Efficacy of Middle School and High School Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 마음챙김 훈련이 중등교사의 직무스트레스와 소진, 교사효능감에 주는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 실시하였다. G시 소재 중학교 및 고등학교 현직 교사 24명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 훈련 프로그램을 시행하였다. 사전, 사후, 추후 세 시점에서 중등교사의 직무스트레스, 소진, 교사효능감을 측정하여 자료를 분석하였다. 마음챙김 훈련 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 시점과 집단 간의 상호작용 효과를 혼합변량(Mixed ANOVA)으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 직무스트레스, 소진, 교사효능감에서 시점과 집단 간에 상호작용 효과가 유의함을 보여주었다. 또한 프로그램 효과의 지속성을 검증하기 위하여 실시 후 1개월 뒤의 효과를 대응표본 t-검정으로 분석한 결과 프로그램 효과가 지속된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중등교사의 직무스트레스 및 소진을 예방하고 업무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 방법 중의 하나로서 마음챙김 훈련이 유의미함을 밝혔다는데 그 의의가 있다.

감염관리간호사의 업무만족도 및 자아탄력성과 직무 스트레스와의 관계 (Relationships between Job Satisfaction, Resilience and Job Stress among Infection Control Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between resilience, job satisfaction, and job stress among nurses working at general hospitals. Methods: This study was a descriptive study using a questionnaire. The resilience scale, satisfaction scale and job stress scale were used. The data from 194 infection control nurses, who work for below 3 years at general hospitals, were collected from March 2 to September 30, 2017. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 Win program. Results: In this study, job stress showed significant negative correlations with resilience (r=-.14, p=.043) and job satisfaction (r=-.50, p<.001). However, there was a significant positive correlation with infection control experience (r=.32, p<.001). Also, the level of job requirement stress and job autonomy stress scored higher than other sub-dimension of job stress. Job satisfaction was the most significant predictor (β=-.43, p<.001) in job stress. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that systematic training courses and education programs for new infection control nurses should be developed to decrease nurses' job stress and increase their resilience. Holding this program can help reduce nursing job stress and help to adapt individuals to existing changes.
