  • In order to improve this, Korean universities should reorganize their curriculum such as job system research and job - based program development according to the demand of industry in order to improve their working ability due to the decrease of the school - age population and the youth unemployment rate. In this study, first, conceptualization of friendly education and definition of industry - university cooperation and analysis of cases related to friendly - educational cooperation between industry and academia, second, analysis of fusion healing majors in Healing Bio - I want to conduct research. Konkuk University Healing Bioresource College conducted a survey based on demand such as experts and industry for the development of industry - academic cooperation - friendly curriculum. As a result of this process, I developed a curriculum development committee to study the internal and external environment through the literature survey, focus group interviews, and Delphi research. The purpose of this study is to develop competitiveness curriculum reflecting competitiveness of human resource development in Korea, to develop competitiveness curriculum that reflects customized opinions of societal demand, to organize systematic curriculum to have practical ability, to strengthen the employment link through development of curriculum in accordance with the direction of human resources development, We will make contribution to build the system of operation from the center to the consumer center, evaluation of the practical ability through the curriculum and the feedback system.

강원지역 초등학교와 고등학교 영양사의 직무 만족도에 관한 연구 (Assessment of Job Satisfaction of Dietitian in Primary School and High School)

  • The purpose of this study was analyzed the general factors that influence school dietitians' satisfaction from their regular duties, the current status of food distribution to students and the relationship between dietitians and their governing authorities. Dietitians of primary school had higher score on direct management and working career. High school dietitian had higher scores on consignment management, freedom in amount of food distribution and number of meals a day. The highest score was on the relationship with other coworkers and the lowest score was on the poor working environment and salary. In general, dietitians in all schools are not satisfied the working environment and salary. Depending upon the duty time, there were differences in the nature of their duties. There was also a significant difference in the nature of duties and the professionalism based on the average income. Even though they got paid less, they felt satisfaction because of the less working times. The amount of labor for those in primary schools was more than the one for dietitians in high schools. It is likely that they got more satisfied when other related People feel satisfied with their own things and duties based on the nature of the duties, discretion of duties, professionalism, relationship with other coworkers and participation in decision making process. It is to develop the nature of the duties for all the dietitians in order to launch the new and right ideas in meal plans for students. It is also to promote and uphold the Professionalism and efficient management programs in association with the stable human resources. Assuming we will come up with a wide and broad nationwide survey, and further research shall be more reliable and objective than any others.

천연염색 교육을 통한 평택지역 일자리창출 활성화 연구 (Study on activation of job creation in Pyeongtaek area through natural dyeing education)

  • 본 연구에서는 제4차 산업혁명시대를 이끌어갈 신산업으로 주목되고 있는 산업 중 전통문화예술분야의 전문인력 필요성 증대에 따른 지역사회의 노력과 산·학·연의 협업이 절실한 상황에서 국내 전통문화예술을 살리고 지역사회의 고부가가치 산업을 활성화 할 수 있는 노동인력 확보 방안을 모색하고 더불어 지역 전통문화·예술·관광행사 및 디자인 상품개발을 통한 일자리 창출을 목적으로 한다. 특히 시대가 변화되고 전통기법 전승에 대한 교육이 갈수록 외면되고 소외 시 되는 현 상황에서 본 연구는 다년간 평택지역의 산업체, 지역대학, 연구소가 협동하여 실시한 천연염색교육과 문화예술행사를 통해 전통문화예술의 전승과 고부가가치 일자리창출을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

호텔 부서장의 리더십이 신뢰 및 조직 성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influence of Leadership of the Section Leader on Trust and Business Achievement in Hotels)

  • The most important factor in hotel business is the management system of human resources, and focuses on the role of a manager who successfully achieves the business objective. This study is based on a survey conducted on staff members from five-star hotels in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. It aims to look into the influence of leadership and confidence on a Department Chief in terms of overall business achievement. As a result of the verified analysis of this study is as follows: First, the influence of the Department Chief's leadership on confidence(Estimate=1.083, C.R.=12.977) was the highest. Second, the influence of the Department Chief's leadership on business achievement(Estimate=0.651, C.R.=5.864) was relevantly high. Third, the influence of confidence of the Department Chief on business achievement(Estimate=0.217, C.R.=2.054) was relevantly low, but still beneficial. As a result of this study concludes that in order to enhance business achievement, both leadership and confidence of the Department Chief were crucial. Especially, the Department Chief's leadership had an effect on the level of staff members' satisfaction, devotion and intention to change one's occupation in the form of having trust on the Department Chief. Such a result indicates that the Department Chief's leadership plays an active role in elevating the staff members' satisfaction on their job. An elevated satisfaction level will further enhance trust, business performance, devotion to company, cohesion, and productivity.

계산 그리드에서 워크플로우 기반의 사용자 환경 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Workflow-based User Environment on Computational Grid)

  • 고속의 컴퓨터, 대용량 저장장치, 초고속 네트워크는 현재 우리가 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 컴퓨팅 인프라이다. 하지만 분자 시뮬레이션과 같은 자연과학 및 응용과학 분야에의 시뮬레이션에서는 여전히 더 많은 컴퓨팅 파워, 더 커다란 저장장치를 필요로 한다. 이러한 요구는 그리드 컴퓨팅(1)이라는 차세대 분산 컴퓨팅 환경을 우리에게 제시하였다. 하지만 현재까지 제안된 그리드 컴퓨팅 기술은 통신 인터페이스와 프로토콜 등의 글로버스 툴킷(2, 3)과 같은 미들웨어 수준에 대한 연구만이 중심이 되고 있다. 이러한 환경은 응용 플랫폼에 대한 연구의 부족과 어플리케이션의 부족을 가져왔으며, 그 결과 사용자는 그리드 컴퓨팅 기술에 대한 이용을 미비하게 만들었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 분자 시뮬레이션 그리드 (MGrid: Molecular Simulation Grid System) 에서 적용을 목적으로 고효율(High Throughput)의 시뮬레이션 실험을 위한 사용자 환경(User Environment)을 정의하고, 사용자에게 친근한 추상화된 작업 모델을 제안함으로써 보다 효율적이고 안정적인 그리드 자원 이용을 가능하게 한다.(4, 5)

부산항 항만하역근로자의 근무환경에 대한 인식이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cargo Employee Recognition of Work Environment on the Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment in the Port Industry)

  • 본 연구는 부산항 항만하역근로자들의 근무환경에 대한 인식이 어떠한지 요인별로 파악하고, 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 연구의 대상은 부산항에 근무하고 있는 항만하역근로자들 중 부산항운노동조합 소속 부두조합원들을 대상으로 한정하였으며, 설문지는 부산항 북항과 신항을 대표하는 신선대 터미널, PNC 터미널 등을 직접 방문을 통하여 회수하였다. 가설의 검증결과 교육복지, 직무태도, 동료관계, 인사제도, 고용안정 등은 조직몰입에 유의미한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교육복지, 직무태도, 동료관계, 인사제도, 업무시간 등은 직무만족에 유의미한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 임금이 조직몰입이나 직무만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 부분은 기존 선행연구와 다른 점으로 갱단위로 작업하는 항만하역작업의 특수성이 반영된 결과로 볼 수 있다. 항만하역 산업이 인력의존도가 높고 작업반을 단위로 하는 협업이며 따라서 직무태도나 동료관계 등의 요인이 중요한 산업임에 따라 본 연구의 결과는 항만하역 산업 발전전략의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

융합 콘텐츠 산업의 일자리 창출방안:VR/AR 게임 산업을 중심으로 (Measures for the Job Creation in the Convergence Content Industry : Focused on the VR/AR Game Industry)

  • 과학기술의 급격한 발달과 새로운 산업 분야의 등장으로 4차 산업혁명이 급속하게 진행되고 산업 간의 융합으로 인해 새로운 가치가 창조되고 실현되고 있다. 연구자는 국내외 주요 신기술 융합 상품 및 서비스에 대한 선행연구를 통해 주요 질문내용을 작성하였다. 연구자가 계획한 질문내용은 질적 연구방법론의 하나인 심층면담으로 진행 하였고 단편적 선호 경향만을 파악하기보다 다차원적이며 전략적 판단을 구체화할 수 있는 Kano방식 설문도 실시하였다. 분석결과 VR/AR 게임 산업의 기술역량 강화와 함께 전문 인력 양성을 위한 정책적 필요성이 제기 되었다. 산업체와 교육기관의 긴밀한 협업을 통한 실무중심의 인력양성, 기존 게임 콘텐츠 인력의 재교육을 통한 지속적인 인력 공급이 VR/AR 게임 산업의 새로운 일자리 창출마련에 방향성을 제시해 주었다.

Administrative Leaders and Their Role in Bringing About Development and Organizational Change in Universities (Northern Border University Case Study)

  • The research aims to identify the role of administrative leaders working in universities in the success of organizational development and change, and the extent of the relationship and ability of administrative leaders at all levels of leadership within universities to the effectiveness of the process of development and organizational change at Northern Border University. In addition to presenting some recommendations and suggestions that can contribute to identifying the best leadership styles that contribute to the success of the development process and positive organizational change. Where leadership, whether in the private sector or the public sector, is one of the main functions concerned with the processes of direction, development, and modernization in the performance of the facility and an important element to activate the organizations' ability to perform their role and achieve their goals. The behavior and trends of leaders represent an important indicator in knowing the type of efforts made by them to improve performance and develop organizations and human resources. The research reached many results, perhaps the most important of which is that the dominant leadership style in universities is the democratic style, followed by the bureaucratic leadership style. The results also showed that there is a significant role for administrative leaders in bringing about development and positive change at Northern Border University at the level of individuals, groups, and organizations. And it became clear that there is an availability of leadership capabilities to an acceptable degree in the administrative leaders. The results of the statistical analysis showed a positive relationship between administrative leadership ability and democratic style. In addition to the existence of a negative relationship between the administrative leadership ability and the bureaucratic style and the freestyle. It was also clear that there were no differences in dealing between males and females, as well as age, educational qualification, experience, and job grade, but there were differences in dealing with the job title.

건설기능인력의 업무환경 및 생산성 분석을 통한 기능인력의 효율적인 관리방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effective Management Methods of Craftsmen through Job Environment and Productivity Analysis of Construction Craft Workers)

  • Construction work is a labor-intensive industry, which is required systematic production activities using materials, manpower, and equipment. Among them, manpower resources play a very important role in achieving efficiently production in the organization. Construction work is highly dependent on construction craft workers, and the level of proficiency can be directly related to the construction productivity and quality. However, a rapidly aging construction craft workers in Korea, is being replaced by a foreign construction craft workers because of advoidance of new laborers in the construction site. In the future, if the continuous development and management of construction manpower is not made properly, it may be lead to adverse effects such as setbacks in production, delayed completion, faulty construction, industrial disasters, and decreased productivity in construction site. In this study, it was proposed four important factors for work capacity management of construction craft workers. These were ensuring of physical strength through the health management of construction craft workers, securing of proficiency through career management, ensuring of productivity through work capacity and establing of informatization through work capacity management. By introducing a systematic system, it is possible to improve construction craft workers' professionalism, enhancing the level of welfare, reflecting the realities of labor costs, increasing the quantitative and qualitative levels of construction craft workers, Futhermore it was demanded the continued interest and policy support for the realization of effective management of construction craft workers.

A Study on the Analysis and Improvement of the Welfare Ordinance for the Elderly in Gwangju and Jeonnam

  • 지방자치단체에서 제정하여 현재 운영하고 있는 노인복지조례에 대한 현황을 살펴보고, 그 내용의 실태와 문제점을 분석하여 다양한 노인복지서비스 수요에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 노인복지조례의 제·개정 방향을 제시하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 연구대상의 범위를 광주광역시 5개 자치구와 전라남도 및 22개 시·군의 조례로 특정하여, 이들 지방자치단체의 노인복지조례에 대한 내용분석의 기준을 노인복지의 4대 분야인 소득 및 일자리, 돌봄, 건강, 여가활동 및 사회참여로 선정하여 비교·분석하였다. 분석결과에 따른 조례제정의 방향으로 노인복지 예산의 재원확보, 자치단체별 특성을 반영하는 차별화된 노인복지정책의 개발, 감염병 관련 조례 제정 확대, 비감염병 의료 지원 조례제정, 독거노인에 대한 생활맞춤형 조례 제정 등을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 지닌 연구대상과 분석범위에 대한 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
