간호사의 업무스트레스, 자기효능감과 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Job Stress, Self-Efficacy and Job Satisfaction in Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine relationships among job satisfaction, job stress, and self-efficacy and to identify predicting factors on the job satisfaction among a general hospital nurses. Method: The subjects were 266 nurses working at C university hospital in G city. Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaires. The data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, & multiple stepwise regression by SPSS 12.0 program. Result: The job satisfaction indicated a significant relationship to self-efficacy (r=.310, p<.001) and work stress (r=-.273, p<.001) respectively. The powerful predictors of job satisfaction were general self-efficacy (22.6%), over ₩2,500,000 at monthly income (7.3%), job stress (4.9%), work period at present unit (2.6%), which explained 41.3% of total variance of job satisfaction. It has been confirmed that the regression equation model of this research may serve as a predictor of clinical nurses' job satisfaction. Conclusions: We need to develop self-efficacy promoting and stress relief program for clinical nurses in order to improve job satisfaction.

  • This study examined the effect of railway traffic controllers' negative perception of organizational culture on their job demand and job satisfaction in relation to the moderating effect of self-efficacy. Results showed that the aggressive/defensive culture based on power and competition, had a positive (+) effect on job demand and job satisfaction. On the other hand, in the conditional process model in which self-efficacy affects the relationship between organizational culture, job demand, and job satisfaction, self-efficacy played a significant role in lowering the level of job demand, and it contributed to the increase of job satisfaction through a mediating effect. This results suggest the needs for lowering the level of job demand by changing the present aggressive/defensive organizational culture into the constructive one. And also, much consideration for maintaining the level of their self-efficacy should be spent.

모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술사용에 영향을 주는 환경적 요인과 직무 관련성의 조절효과에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influence of Environmental Determinants on the Mobile Cloud Computing Technology Usage and the Moderating Effects of Job Relevance)

  • The recent development of mobile devices, including smartphones has maximized the user's convenience. This phenomenon has triggered the specification and activation of mobile cloud service and transformed the user's information usage and communication means. Despite such development of new technology, there is little understanding of mobile cloud. Therefor, in order to help the understanding of the usage of mobile cloud computing technology, this study developed the research model based on the UTAUT (the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology) model. The proposed research model included five external determinants, such as Interoperability, Information Organization, Adequacy, Information Security and Context Awareness, along with the moderating effects of Job Relevance, and empirically proved their influence on the user's job performance. This study proved the research model by analyzing the data collected from 287 copies of survey with the structural equation modeling approach. The result showed that all determinants, except Information Security have positive impact on the usage of mobile cloud computing technology. Thus, this study can compliment the limitations of previous research, suggest a new direction to analyze the user's perspective in the related research on mobile cloud and build a theoretical foundation for the further development of mobile cloud.

  • The purpose of this study was to understand effects of culinary staff's technology kitchen system upon perceived ease of use, usefulness, attitude, and job performance in the foodservice industry. Based on a total of 387 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of four hypotheses using the Amos program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi}^2$=226.501 (df=85), p<.001, CMIN/df 2.665, RMR .066, GFI .927, NFI .926, IFI .952, TLI .941, CFI .952. The results show that culinary staff's perceived ease of use(${\beta}$=.534) had a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness. Also, perceived ease of use (${\beta}$=.350) and perceived usefulness (${\beta}$=.297) had a positive significant effect on attitude. Further, attitude (${\beta}$=1.647) had a significant positive effect on job performance. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

내부마케팅과 동기부여, 간호조직유효성간의 경로모형구축 (A Path Analysis among the Internal Marketing Activities, Motivation, and Nursing Organizational Effectiveness)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to analysis path model of the research variables. Methods: The subjects of this study were 647 nurses who were working in the 8 general hospitals located in Seoul and Incheon area. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. Results: In the modified path model, overall fitness indexes were $X^2$= 223.27, goodness of fit index=0.90, root mean square residual=0.039, root mean square error of approximation=0.12, non-normed fit index=0.96, and normed fit index=0.90. From the model, among research variables that influence organizational effectiveness motivator, job satisfaction and organizational identification affected directly work performance. In internal marketing factors, paid-leave, communication and reward affected directly motivator. Motivator and hygiene factors affected directly job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational identification. Conclusion: With these findings, paid-leave, communication, reward, motivator, job satisfaction and organizational identification were direct or indirect predictors of the work performance. Therefore nursing managers ought to develop internal marketing strategies and motivation enhancing system for nurses based on this path model in order to improve the nursing organizational effectiveness.

유아교사의 직무스트레스와 교수몰입의 관계 : 내적·외적 회복탄력성의 매개효과 (The Relationship Between Job Stress and Teaching Flow of Early Childhood Teachers : The Mediating Effect of Early Childhood Teachers' Resilience)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of inner resilience and external resilience on the relationship between the job stress of early childhood education teachers and their teaching flow. Data were collected through questionnaires from 221 early childhood Korean teachers in the InCheon area. The instruments used in this study were the Kindergarten Teachers' Job Stress Scale, Early Childhood Teachers' Resilience Scale, and Teaching Flow Scale. The data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Baron and Kenny's method. It was adapted to SPSS ver. 18.0 for Windows. This study followed a mediated effect model. First, there was a negative correlation between the job stress and teaching flow. There was a positive correlation between the teaching flow and the resilience. Secondly, there was a negative correlation with job stress and teaching flow in path model 1. In path model 2, there was a positive correlation with resilience and teaching flow. Teaching flow was statistically and significantly influenced by resilience. Thirdly, there was the mediating effect of inner resilience and external resilience on the relationship between the job stress of early childhood education teachers and their teaching flow. These results can be used as the basic data for the improvement of early childhood education teachers' teaching flow in the future.

  • 2000년 이후 우리나라 경제 성장세는 지속적으로 둔화되고 있으며, 저성장 기조에 따른 고용창출 역량도 같이 저하되고 있다. 이러한 성장정체와 고용창출 역량의 부족으로 인해 청년층 일자리 문제는 더욱 악화되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 청년층 일자리 창출을 위해 co-creation적 문제해결 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 청년층 일자리 창출문제와 관련된 최근 1년간의 신문기사 자료를 수집하여 근거이론으로 분석하여 청년층 일자리 창출에 관한 패러다임 모형을 도출하였다. 이를 토대로 프로세스과정 요소, IT기술의 활용 및 지역 특성, 문화 등의 환경적 요소, 법적 행정 및 제도적 요소의 3가지 요소로 구성된 청년층 일자리 창출개념모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학문적으로 청년층 일자리 창출문제를 근거이론으로 분석함으로써 이 분야의 질적 연구의 확대에 기여하였고, 실무적으로는 청년층의 일자리 창출을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

간호사 감정노동의 선행 및 결과 요인을 포함한 모형구축 (Structural equation modeling on nurses' emotional labor including antecedents and consequences)

  • 본 연구는 Morris과 Feldman (1997)의 모형을 기반으로 선행요인과 결과를 포괄하는 감정노동 모형을 구축하고 간호사를 대상으로 이를 검증하였다. 자가보고식 설문지를 이용한 조사연구로서 상급종합병원 또는 종합병원에 근무하는 247명의 간호사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 모형 적합성 분석 결과 표준카이자승치 2.31, 표준적합지수.94, 비교적합지수.97, 근사원소평균자승잔차.07 등으로 나타나 설정한 모형이 간호사의 감정노동을 설명하는데 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 구조모형의 경로분석 결과, 직무자율성과 조직지원은 감정노동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 감정노동은 감정적 소진에는 유의한 정적 영향을, 직무만족과 조직몰입에는 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 간호사의 직무특성과 조직의 지원은 감정노동을 매개로 하여 결과변수인 감정적 소진과 직무만족, 그리고 조직몰입에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

사회복지기관의 조직문화와 조직시민행동의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Job Satisfaction on the Relationship between Organization Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Social Welfare Organizations)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지기관의 조직문화가 구성원들의 조직시민행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 조직문화와 조직시민행동 간의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 실시한 것으로, 조직문화는 Kimberly and Quinn의 경쟁가치모형(competing value model)을 바탕으로 네 가지 유형으로 측정하였다. 자료 수집은 사회복지기관 종사자 260명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 사회복지기관의 조직문화, 조직시민행동 및 직무만족은 모두 중간값 이상의 수준을 보여주고 있고, 회귀분석 결과에서 조직문화와 직무만족 모두 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 직무만족의 영향력이 더 높게 나타났다. 또한 직무만족의 매개효과가 유의한 수준에서 네 가지 조직문화 유형 모두에서 확인되었다. 이는 조직문화 수준이 낮더라도 직무만족 수준을 증진시킨다면 조직시민행동이 높아질 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 구성원들이 조직을 위해 자발적으로 헌신하도록 하기 위해 직무만족 향상이 매우 중요함을 알 수 있다.

직무스트레스와 근골격계 작업부담간의 연관성 분석 (A Study on the Association between Job Stress and Musculoskeletal Workload in the Manufacturing Industry)

  • A cross-sectional study was conducted to assess the association between musculoskeletal workload and psychosocial job stress variables from 100 employees from a cable making industry. It was found that the employees who had to do musculoskeletal hazardous tasks suffered higher psychosocial stress in 'decision latitude', 'job insecurity' and 'psychological job demands' also. The employees with higher level of psychosocial job stress in 'psychological job demands' and 'score of the "type A" personality' responded that they had higher 'physical job demands' from the task irrespective of its musculoskeletal hazardousness. These results confirm that musculoskeletal workload were associated with both physical and psychosocial work factors. Attention should be paid to psychosocial work factors along with physical workload to prevent musculoskeletal disorders in the manufacturing industries.
