직무스트레스가 소진 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Stress on Burnout and Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 카지노기업 종사원의 직무스트레스가 소진 및 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 실시하였다. 먼저 직무스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 직무스트레스 요인 중 이질성만이 정서적 탈진에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 역할모호성과 역할갈등은 정서적 탈진에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 역할모호성은 개인적 성취감 결여에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 반면 역할갈등과 이질성은 개인적 성취감 결여에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 역할모호성은 비인간화에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 반면 역할갈등과 이질성은 비인간화에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 역할모호성은 정서적 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 반면, 역할갈등과 이질성은 정서적 몰입에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 한편 유지적 몰입에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 카지노기업의 경쟁력과 인적자원관리의 효율성을 제고하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

간호사의 시간관리 행동 유형, 직무만족 및 직무몰입 (Time management behavior, Job satisfaction and organizational commitment in nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호사의 시간관리 행동 유형에 따른 직무만족과 조직몰입 차이를 파악하기 위함이다. 208명의 간호사를 대상으로 2012. 8 - 2013. 1월까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 서술적 통계, K-means 군집분석, one-way ANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 시간관리 행동 유형은 무관심형, 성과지향형, 조급형 및 선택과 집중형으로 분류되었다. 성과지향형과 선택과 집중형의 간호사들은 바람직한 시간관리 행동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 선택과 집중형과 성과지향형의 바람직한 시간관리 행동 유형에서 직무만족 점수가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타나 시간관리 전략을 통해 조직유효성에 긍정적 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

데이컴 (DACUM)기법을 이용한 의료급여관리사의 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Medical Care Client Managers based on DACUM)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to establish the standards for duty of Medical Care Client Managers and analyze the extent of accomplishment, importance, and difficulty according to the standards. Methods: The draft for duty of Medical Care Client Managers was formed by the method of developing a curriculum (DACUM) and data were collected from 185 Medical Aid Client Managers in 234 areas to evaluate the actual frequency of accomplishment, importance and difficulty in comparison with the standards for duties. Results: The standard duty draft for Medical Care Client Manager is composed of five separate groups of duties and thirty five tasks. The five duties are Case Management, Extension Approval, External Cause of Injury, Duplicate Claims and Other Administrations. Seven Tasks are allocated to each duty such as Case Management, Extension Approval and External Cause of Injury. Five tasks are allocated to 'Duplicate Claims' duty and nine tasks are allocated to 'Other Administrations' duty. Conclusion: From the results of analysis for duties, it was apprehensive about overburdened responsibilities and carelessness in professional duties. It was necessary to establish specific guidelines for duties because of redundent application or regional variation in frequency of accomplishing other administrative duties. It was necessary to relieve a regional disparity of business charge and also was necessary to propose an alternative plan to relieve the overburdened responsibilities.

호텔조리사의 직무 만족과 숙련 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on Skill Upgrading and Job Satisfaction in Hotel Cooks)

  • The purpose of this study is to illuminate the influence happened by the process of acquirement of professional cooking skills related to satisfaction with duty of hotel cooks according to the development and expansion of the food service industry. First, interaction with colleagues, working environment, accomplishment of duty, satisfaction of duty etc. have a big effect on improvement of cooking skills, that is, acquirement and accumulation of cooking skill. Therefore, it's confirmed that improvement of skill can be promoted if we focus on this kind of factors and meet more positively. Second, field education training should be operated professionally with systematic education training. Third, duty rotation has an effect on skill advancement. It can be interpreted that oppressive feelings caused by ability, skill, knowledge, human relations etc. which is required in new business related to frequent change of the business in one's charge can have an effect on duty satisfaction. It's considered that comprehensive and in-depth study should be accomplished in future concerning duty rotation, field training.

간호사의 직무이행도, 업무만족도 및 생산성에 대한 예측인자 (Predictors of Job Performance, Work Satisfaction, and Productivity among Korean Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the levels of burnout experienced by Korean hospital nurses (N=198), and to identify predictors of their nursing outcomes such as job performance, work satisfaction, and productivity. Method: Hierarchical multiple regression was used to identify predictors of each nursing outcomes. Included predictors were nurses' general characteristics, work- related characteristics (role stress and perceived control), and burnout. Results: Korean nurses experienced higher levels of burnout compared to the cutoffs suggested by Maslach and Jackson (1986) and to those in the USA. For each nursing outcome, predictor variables explained 39% of the variance in role performance, 30% of the variance in work satisfaction, and 38% of variance in productivity. Higher personal accomplishment, lower role ambiguity, being staff nurses, and lower emotional exhaustion were related to higher job performance, and higher productivity. Lower role conflict and role ambiguity were also related to higher work satisfaction. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, managemental interventions for nurses to reduce their burnout experience are needed. Further study in this area is warranted.

의료급여관리사의 업무경험 (On-the-Job Experiences of Medical Aid Managers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this phenomenological study was to understand the job experiences of the medical aid client managers Method: The data were collected through an in-depth interview from twelve medical aid client managers. It was analyzed using the phenomenological method proposed by Colaizzi (1978). Their feedback was categorized into five items such as 'settlement in the unknown place,' 'exhaustion from work,' 'difficulties in dealing with people,' 'achievement of professionalism and accomplishment,' and 'vision on the new aspect.' Conclusion: Medical aid client managers played diverse roles and they had a role conflict due to unstable position amid feeling proud with new vision on their roles. The results of this study suggested that systematic development of job training programs and description on the duty are needed. Moreover, appropriate legal basis for the duty of medical aid client managers is to be established. Finally, based on this research, more acknowledgement from the Korean nursing society is needed for the new emerging professional job.

유아교사의 직무만족도와 소진 (Job Satisfaction and Burnout of Early Childhood Educational Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences of early childhood teachers' job satisfaction and burnout by variables and to analyze the relationship between the two subject matters. Then this study will serve to improve overall quality of early childhood education through fair comprehension about them. We surveyed 333 teachers in total, 171 public/private kindergarten teachers and 162 preschool teachers. A questionnaire by ECJSS of Jord-Bloom(1989) and Fleischer(1985) was used to measure the degree of job satisfaction, along with the version MBI(Maslach Burnout Inventory) by Maslach and Jackson(1981), adjusted by An, youngkil(I992) and Seo, jiyoung(2002), to check the degree of burnout. It was found that job satisfaction was higher among the surveyees of old age or with more education/less working hours. Small salaries, however, was one of the causes of low job satisfaction. Emotional burnout was shown in the surveyees of old age or with good education/career records. On the other hand, exhaustion from a lack of accomplishment was shown in single, young and low paid teachers. Thus, burnout and job satisfaction had a highly negative coefficient of correlation, meaning that job satisfaction gets high when burnout gets low.

직장인의 시간관리행동 유형화 연구 (A Typology on Time Management Behaviors of Workers)

  • The purposes of this study were firstly to reveal the sub-dimensions of time management behaviors and secondly to group workers by time management behaviors. The major findings of this study were as follows. (1)Factor analysis of the 36 items on the time management behaviors instrument revealed three components: factor planning, relations-intention, and urgency. (2)Workers were categorized into four types by the level of those three factors of time management behaviors: 'accomplishment type'($28.31\%$), 'chronic-urgency type'($24.39\%$), 'valuing-job type'($23.73\%$) and 'valuing-human relations type'($23.57\%$). (3)The accomplishment type gained the highest points on the time management satisfaction score, and the level of important${\cdot}$non-urgencies was the highest score, indicating that the accomplishment type had good time management. However, the level of unimportant${\cdot}$urgencies was the highest score. Therefore, this type should try to reduce the level of unimportant${\cdot}$urgencies.

문화적응스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -국내항공사 외국인 객실승무원을 대상으로- (The Impact of Acculturation Stress on Job Satisfaction - focus on Foreign Cabin Crew working in Korea Airlines -)

  • 본 연구는 국내 항공사에 근무하는 외국인 객실승무원을 대상으로 그들이 서비스 업무를 수행함에 있어 서로 다른 문화차이로 인해 발생되는 문화적응스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 파악하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 외국인 객실승무원의 문화적응스트레스에 국적은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로, 근무년수는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무만족에 국적과 근무년수는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 외국인 객실승무원의 문화적응스트레스는 직무만족에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 자신의 나라와 다른 새로운 문화차이에서 오는 스트레스를 줄여줄 수 있는 방안과 조직 내에서 외국인 객실승무원과의 커뮤니케이션에 좀 더 다가갈 수 있도록 이들에 대한 좀 더 효율적인 제도가 필요하겠다.

우편원격훈련의 현업활용도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Application of Postal Distance Training)

  • When it comes to the training program conducted by company to improve job performance ability, it would be not a investment but a waste if the training contents is not practically applied to the business accomplishment. Even though some people raise a question on the job application of postal distance training, funded by employment insurance, the study on the job application of postal distance training shows that the components of the training program have a positive effect on it and the model has 60.5% validity. Moreover, its control effect on environmental support and individual characteristics has been partially established. The study has been conducted by questioning survey with the employees who completed a postal education 3 months ago. With the result, we can find that the postal distance training benefits employees to improve their job performance abilities and expect that it continuously plays a crucial role in the field of company training through the development of high-quality training programs.
