This study is a second paper of the re-structuring strategies of healthcare facilities in Kwang-ju and Jeon-nam province for it's competition power in the emerging global health care market. Kwang-Ju city and Jeon-nam province have had difficulties in building a balanced healthcare system because of rapidly declining population, weakened healthcare infra-structure and geographical problems of healthcare supply by numerous islands. This paper presents the new approaching process for re-building healthcare network in the regional healthcare facilities planning. In addition, it analyzes health planning index, healthcare system, the concept of health care networking, etc. Finally, this presents the case study of regional healthcare facilities planning in Kwang-ju city and Jeon-nam Province.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristic of planning of Living-Hanok which bases on inherited and developed traditional lifestyle in Jeon-Nam province. After that arranged the characteristic in order which was divided by 9 items such as pattern of developed Hanok, type of floor plan, structure, pattern of using inside space, number of bedroom, the exist of private bathroom in the each bedroom or not, number of bathroom, the exist of storage space in the house or not, style of entrance and the exist of Utility Room or not. Additional, there was interview with resident who have been lived in Living-Hanok since after completion due to investigate resident's concerning of the Hanok. As a result, the last goal of analyze and interview is to presentation of more developed planing factors for Living-Hanok.

This study is an objective research to verify causality between social worker's social capital and OCB in Jeon-nam province including Kwangjoo. Survey was done directly from 255 social workers working in social welfare facilities. Study methodology was the structural equation to verify the influence of social capital on organized citizens' activities and the mediator effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Using Fornell and Locker's two-step approach, this study verified the similarity between direct effectiveness and indirect effectiveness through bootstrap. I hope that the result of this study will be used as objective and academic material for social workers who work hard with sense of duty at field and expect that there will be a intensive follow-up research which can make social workers' social capital and make it stronger.

This paper introduce a satellite image based blog system built by JeonNam local province. Main goals of this system are as follows : (1)Overcome the static aspect of traditional Web-GIS, (2)Providing a geoUCC generating platform by combining multimedia technology and GIS in a single web environment, (3)Building a two-way Web-GIS through user's participation, (4)Creating a new communicative way between government and citizen by using this system. As a result of the system building, this system enables users to create his/her own UCC(User Created Contents) on high-resolution satellite image and enables users to share his/her own UCC with other system using Web2.0 technology.

At the Seoul first slaughter house, 2,964 heads of swine were examined for the infection and distribution of Cysticercus tenuicollis. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The Cysticercus tenuicollis were detected from 106 heads of swine and the infection rate were 3.58 percent. 2. Incidence at each province were 5.7% in Jeon-ra-puk Do, 4.4% in Chung-cheong-nam Do, 3.83% in Kyong-sang-nam Do, 3.57% in Jeon-ra-nam Do, 2.52% in Kang-won Do, 1.75% in Kyong-sang-puk Do, and Kyong-gi Do and Seoul City were not recognized. 3. The monthly variation of the infection of Cysticercus tenuicollis were not found nearly through a year. 4. The usual habitat of Cysticercus tenuicollis were recognized the omentum and liver, but unusually one case was found around the rectum.

As the needs of wind energy increase, the more sites for the wind farm are required. As a part of searching for the prominent wind farm site, specially for offshore wind farm, we chose 4 sites along the southern part seashore of JeonNam province based on the analysis of the data gathered by meteorological observatory ud have gathered wind data for more than a year by use of 40m Met masts installed in the representative locations, ie. small islands of 4 different bay area. The siting for the Met masts were very limited by the geographical circumstances The wind data of those areas show a little lower annual average wind speeds, for the wind farm development, of 4m/s to 5.5m/s at the height of 40m above the ground level of the respective islands. The detail figures of one year wind data of those area are presented in this report.

This study was carried out to obtain the basic information for quality changes according to degree of exposed sunlight after harvest of aerial part in Saururus chinensis Baill. Top part harvested was exposed to sunlight from 0 to 3 hours with 1-hour interval, and was dried at $50^{\circ}C$ hot air. The values were higher at shorter time of sunlight exposure, while the opposite is the true to the a values. The b and c values were high at 2-hour exposure before drying. Those were higher at shorter time of sunlight exposure after drying, but showed opposite tendency in tang-jeon. The contents of rutin and quercitrin, and astringency were greater at shorter time of sunlight exposure. Preference of quality and tang-jeon showed similar tendency with those.

Purpose: A number of reports about the intoxicated patients have been introduced, but there were few multicenter studies. The purpose of this study was to analyse the patients with toxic exposure in the Daejon province. Methods: The patients who were presented to the four academic emergency departments in Daejon with toxic exposure were enrolled from January to June 2003. The collected variables were according to the form which modified from the Toxic Exposure Surveillance System (TESS) of the American Association of Poison Control Centers. Results: The toxic exposure patients were 362 cases which is $0.78\%$ of total patients presented to the emergency department. The most common exposure site was home ($84\%$). Eighteen percent of cases were exposed by two or more substances. The most common substance was the pesticides ($34.8\%$), and the non-prescription drugs ($32.6\%$) was followed. The suicidal attempt was the top reason for exposure ($67.1\%$). The route of exposure other than ingestion was $3.6\%$. Although the most patients left the hospital within a day, the average treatment period was 4.4 days. Thirty-one patients ($8.6\%$) were expired, and 22 among them were exposed to the paraquat. Conclusion: We reported the current status of toxic exposure in Daejon province by modified TESS style.

The results of the first demonstrative project of photovoltaic power generation system for the remote islands (Hahwa-do, Jeon-nam Province) were reported. The optimum design of a 25 KWp PV system and a 5 KWp diesel backup system were discussed.
