  • The growth of the Exhibition Design Industry has been exponential both internationally and domestically since the composition and fusion of Artistic Culture and information. Since the introduction of various Display Techniques, such as, augmented reality, Virtual Reality, and 3D interactive applications, the Exhibition Display Industry has seen innovative development. Furthermore, this has transpired a new wave of change and globalization in social network and thru creative Exhibition Design this has become a turning point in the Exhibition Design Industry. The aim of this research is to find Influencing factors of domestic Exhibition Design Industry members. These factors thru self-efficacy and job satisfaction will study objectively to find what influences duty result and help members of Exhibition Design Industries to work comfortably and to increase productivity we are proposing effective and efficient development methods. To do this, we are suggesting a research model applied on variables of the mindfulness theory which is based on the emphasized unconsciousness which represents the existence of the mind. To objectively verify this research model, we have conducted surveys on Exhibition Design Industry workers and a Material Designer in Seoul.

보건소 간호조직문화가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Nurses' Organizational Culture on Their Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment at the Public Health Center)

  • Purpose: This study examines how the types of organizational culture at a public health center affect job satisfaction and organization commitment of nurses. Method: The study selected 139 nurses from six public health centers located in G city, J province as subjects. The data was collected from April 1 to May 31 in 2008. Result: In regard to type of organizational culture had significant correlation with both job satisfaction and organization commitment, job satisfaction and organization commitment also showed high correlation. Concerning type of organizational culture, two variables of affiliated culture and innovative culture explained 26.3% of job satisfaction and 29.3% of organization commitment. Conclusion: The job satisfaction and organization commitment of nurses varied according to types of organizational culture of a public health center, and showed high correlation. The more affiliated and innovative the organizational culture was, the higher job satisfaction and organization commitment turned out. Therefore, it is advisable to develop a strategy that systematically creates a affiliated and innovative organizational culture that pays attention to goal achievement of the nurse.

게임업계 종사자의 조직몰입이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 직무만족 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Impact of Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention of Gaming Industry Workers : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfacti)

  • High turnover and short tenure in the gaming industry has been a problem since the 2000s. Although high turnover can increase the flexibility of working hours, it has a negative impact on labor stability, and the negative effects of turnover outweigh the positive effects for companies, so efforts are needed to reduce turnover intention, an antecedent of turnover. Therefore, this study investigated the factors affecting turnover intention of employees in the game industry, focusing on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, which are factors that affect turnover intention through previous studies. The results of the regression analysis and mediation effect verification by conducting a questionnaire survey on 221 employees in the game industry showed that emotional engagement among the components of organizational commitment influences turnover intention through job satisfaction. Therefore, it is important to provide goals such as game release and rewards to keep employees emotionally engaged in order to reduce turnover intention.

간호사의 특성분노 및 분노표현이 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (The Relationships among Trait Anger, Anger Expression, Jab Satisfaction, Job Commitment, and Organizational Performance in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among trait anger, anger expression, job satisfaction, job commitment, and organizational performance, and especially to verify the effect of anger experience on organizational performance. Method: A descriptive study was conducted using a convenient sample. Data were collected by a self-report questionnaire from 671 clinical nurses in three university hospitals and analyzed by using SPSS 14.0 Win program with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Result: Organizational performance was significantly correlated with trait anger, anger expression-in, anger expression-out, anger control, job satisfaction, and job commitment. Multiple regression analysis showed that organizational performance was significantly predicted by job commitment, job satisfaction, educational level (university graduation), anger control, and working place (operative room), and 34.7% was explained by these variables. Conclusions: Out of anger expression, anger control significantly affected on organizational performance together with job commitment and job satisfaction. From this result, it could be concluded that nursing intervention for anger control have a positive effect on improving organizational performance. Further studies are needed to develop and test the effect of nursing intervention programs for anger control.

조경분야 종사자들의 직무환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Work Environment on the Job Satisfaction among the Landscape Architecture Workers in South Korea)

  • 본 연구는 조경분야 종사자들을 대상으로 직무환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 하였다. 직무환경요인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석한 결과, 직무만족에 근무여건(p<0.01), 대인관계(p<0.00), 보상체계(p<0.05)는 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 업무량(p<0.05)은 통계학적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 직무환경요인 중에서 계수 값이 가장 높은 것은 대인관계로 ${\beta}$값이 0.233이었다. 업무량이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 유의성 여부는 기존의 여러 연구에서도 엇갈리고 있는데, 이것은 '직무인식 상황에 따라 업무를 수동적으로 인식하든가 또는 능동적으로 인식하든가'에 따라 다를 것으로 생각되었다. 조경종사자들의 업무량이 직무만족에 통계학적으로 유의하지 않는 것은 조경종사자들의 경우에는 자신들이 하고 있는 일이 적성에 맞고, 의미 있는 일이라고 생각하며, 사회적으로 기여하는 바가 있다고 인식되면 어렵고 많은 업무량도 기꺼이 자기의 역량이 커짐을 보람으로 삼고, 자기발전과 자기실현의 성취감이 크기 때문일 것으로 추정되었다.

방사선사의 초음파검사업무 실태조사 (Investigation of Ultrasound Examination by Radiological Technologist)

  • 본 연구는 전국에 근무하는 방사선사를 대상으로 초음파검사업무에 대한 실태조사를 하였다. 연구의 측정 도구는 설문지로 2021년 02월01일부터 07월31일까지 전국에 소재하는 의료기관에서 초음파검사업무에 종사하는 방사선사를 대상으로 하였다. 코로나19 상황을 감안하여 비대면 방식으로 e-mail, SNS등을 활용하여 연구에 적합한 431부를 SPSS/PC Ver 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성과 초음파검사 업무특성 및 직무만족요인을 기술통계로 분석하였다. 초음파검사를 시행하는 방사선사의 직무특성을 전체 직무만족도로 분석한 결과, 전체 직무만족도는 3.30 ± 0.56으로 나타났다. 평균 3.0점 보다 높은 수준으로, 초음파검사를 시행하는 방사선사의 직무만족도는 평균보다 높은 직무만족 수준을 나타내었다. 초음파검사에 대한 보험급여화가 시작된 이후 많은 방사선사들이 초음파검사업무에 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 대한방사선사협회와 초음파검사업무에 근무하는 방사선사는 전문성 강화에 더 많은 관심과 노력을 하여야 할 것이다.

보험범죄특별조사팀(SIU)의 근무환경과 보험범죄에 대한 일반적 인식이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Relationship between Work Environment factors, Perception of Insurance Crime and Job Satisfaction among Special Investigation Unit(SIU))

  • 현재 보험범죄는 해마다 증가하고 있으나 정부차원에서 보험범죄를 적발하거나 방지하기 위한 전문조직은 미비한 실정이다. 이러한 보험범죄로 인한 피해는 인명과 국민경제 측면에서 매우 심각한 실정이다. 보험범죄는 보험회사의 경영수지를 악화시키는 것은 물론이고, 보험금의 부정유출로 인해 보험사의 손해율을 악화시킴으로써 보험사 부실의 원인이 될 수 있다. 이는 결국 보험사의 보험료 인상으로 이어져 결국, 보험가입자의 보험료 인상이라는 문제를 야기시킨다. 이러한 이유로 1996년부터 보험회사들은 보상조직 내에 보험사기를 전문적으로 조사하기 위한 보험범죄특별조사팀(Special Investigation Unit, SIU)을 구성하기 시작하였다. 하지만 현재의 SIU는 보험범죄의 예방을 위한 다양한 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기에는 아직 그 인력과 재원이 부족한 수준이다. 따라서 본 연구는 갈수록 심각한 사회문제로 주목받고 있는 보험범죄를 실제 현장에서 담당하고 있는 SIU 구성원을 대상으로 현재의 근무환경과 보험범죄에 대한 일반적 인식이 그들의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 알아보았다. 본 연구는 이러한 현장조사 분석을 바탕으로 현재 SIU 구성원들의 보험범죄 인식 및 근무 환경을 분석하고, 직무만족 향상을 통하여 구축할 수 있는 효과적인 보험범죄 대응 방안을 마련하는 데에 목적이 있다.

영남지역 방사선사의 초음파검사 직무특성 분석 (Analysis of Job Characteristics for Ultrasound Examination of Radiological Technologists in Yeongnam Area)

  • 본 연구는 영남지역에서 초음파검사를 담당하고 있는 방사선사를 대상으로 직무특성을 분석하였다. 연구에 사용한 측정도구는 설문지로 2021년 08월01일부터 11월30일까지 영남지역에 소재하는 의료기관에서 초음파검사를 담당하는 방사선사를 대상으로 하였다. 코로나19 상황을 감안하여 비대면 방식으로 e-mail, SNS 등을 이용하여 연구에 적합한 158부를 SPSS/PC Ver 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성과 초음파검사자의 직무특성을 기술통계, 신뢰도분석, t-test, 분산분석, 상관관계, 회귀분석으로 실시하였다. 영남지역에서 초음파검사를 담당하는 방사선사의 직무특성을 전체 직무만족수준으로 분석한 결과 직무만족수준은 3.24 ± 0.61로 나타났다. 평균 3.0점 보다 높은 수준으로, 직무특성요인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서는 전문적 지위, 자존감, 신뢰관계 형성이 높게 나타났다. 그러나 보상과 업무의 적절성에서는 불만족하는 요인으로 파악되었다. 그러므로 영남지역에서 초음파검사를 담당하는 방사선사의 직무특성과 만족수준을 향상시키기 위해서는 의료기관의 적절한 업무환경개선과 초음파검사를 담당하는 방사선사의 지속적인 전문성확보를 위한 노력에 최선을 다하여야 할 것이다.

대학종합병원 수간호사의 업무분석과 모형연구 (Analysis of the Work of the Head Nurse and a Work Model for the Head Nurse in University Hospitals in Korea)

  • When the head nurse who is pivotal in the nursing service administration of the hospital performs efficiently as a first-line manager, the effectiveness of the nursing unit, which includes the quality of nursing care, the jab satisfaction of staff members, and the cohesiveness of staff members is increased. With this point of view in mind, the researcher carried out a study to determine the actual work (the content of the work, the work process, the role of the head nurse, the activity media, and the purpose of the work) of the head nurse in a university hospital in Korea. In addition, this study was also carried out for the purpose of preparing an ideal model for the work of the head nurse. The research subjects were 39 head nurses. This included all the head nurses in two university hospitals except those who were working in outpatient care, operating rooms, central supply, nursing administration, in-service education and emergency care. Data were collected from September 24th to October 21th, 1987 and April 4th to 12th, 1988. A work activity record on which the head nurse recorded directly in a chronological narrative form, was used as the research instrument. The 234 work activity records, 39 head nurse's continuous recording over 6 days(from Monday to Saturday) were collected and analysed. The results were as follows ; 1. With regard to the work content for the total daily work of the head nurse, 45.2% of the activities were managerial activities but 58.1% of the head nurse' s time was spent in direct patient care. 2. With regard to the work process of the head nurse, specifically the location, the size and membership of groups contacted, the results were as follows : 1) Of the total daily work activities 92.4% were carried out in the nursing unit and this occupied 84.5% of total daily work time. Direct patient care was generally performed on the nursing unit and managerial work was performed in other areas. 2) Of the total daily work activities, 73% was with one or more persons and 51.2% of total daily work time was spent in groups. 3) A total of 51 persons, working in different capacities were contacted. These included 21 persons giving patient care, 19 persons working in nursing unit management, and 7 persons working in human resource management. 3. With regard to the head nurse's role in work activity, 53.3% of total daily work activities involved the informational role, 26.9%, the interpersonal role and 19.9%, the decisional role. With regard to time, 57.7% was spent in the informational role, 23.9%, in the interpersonal role and 18.3%, in the decisional role. When the head nurse performed managerial work, she gave nearly equal emphasis to all three roles when she gave direct patient care the informational role was increased. 4. With regard to the activity media, the number of unscheduled activities accounted for 27.1% of the activities, scheduled activities, 24.3%, desk work activity, 22.1%, rounds, 12.5% and telephone calls, made or received, 14.0%. In daily total work time managerial work related to desk work and scheduled activities were high, ranging from 29.8% to 29.9% but for direct patient care time, scheduled activities and unscheduled activities were high, ranging from 23.6% to 35.3%. 5. With regard to the purpose of the work performed, 54.4% of the total daily work was concerned with the team and 41.4% was concerned with the agency. The managerial work was concerned mainly with the team and the direct patient care was concerned mainly with the patient. When the frequency of an activity and time were compared no significant difference was found between the days for which the work was recorded for any of the variables : the work content, the work process, the work role, the activity media and purpose of the work. On the basis of this study the following are proposed as an ideal model for head nurse work in Korea : The managerial work should be increased to 70%. The decisional role activities should be increased to 40%. Twenty percent of the work activity should be allocated to agency, community and profession. It is believed that this model for the head nurse's work can contribute to guidelines for job description development. Finally, educational programs, organizational and structural devices, and administrative support are needed for the proper function of the head nurse in this proposed model.
