The purpose of this study was to validate translated Multidimensional Assessment of Fatigue(MAF) scale. The scale is a 16-item scale that measures four dimensions of fatigue : severity, distress, impact, timing. Fourteen items are numerical rating scales and 2 items have multiple choice responses. Data were collected from the 137 patients with rheumatoid arthritis after content validation. Criterion validity was tested by correlation coefficient with Piper Fatigue Scale, which resulted in 0.7573(p<.0000). Construct validity was tested by item analysis and factor analysis. Corrected item-total correlation coefficients were 0.63-0.88. And factor analysis showed 2 factors : fatigue degree factor and fatigue impact factor. These two factors explained 73.5% of total variance. Reliability of internal consistency was 0.96 in Cronbach's alpha. Further validation study is necessary in each factor in other settings with other subjects.

The purpose of this study was finding selecting attributes of serviced residence and suggesting right direction of serviced residences. Research methods weresocial survey research with questionnaire and field survey. Field survey was conducted from September 20, 2010 to November 9, 2010 on 6 serviced residences. 106questionnaire survey data collected near by CBD. SPSS 18.0 program was used for Statistical analysis. Majorfinding were following; analysis methods were Frequency, $x^2$-test and ANOVA. Selecting attributes were divided into general attributes, facilities, services and individual units. First, pleasant atmosphere was the most important item amonggeneral attributes. Second, buffet restaurant was the most important items among facilities. Third, mail delivery service was the most important item among services. Fourth comfort was the most important item among individual units. In conclusion, serviced residences need more elaborate management, improvement of lobby lounge, provision of optional services and comfortable environment of individual units.

This paper considers the problem of optimally choosing the sub-process means of a mixture production process where two important ingredients are mixed. The quantity of each ingredient is controlled through each corresponding sub-process. The values of the sub-process mean directly affect the defective rate, production, scrap and reprocessing costs for the mixture production process. After inspecting every incoming item, each conforming item is sold in a regular market for a fixed price and any nonconforming item is scraped. A model is constructed on the basis of the selling price, production, inspection, and scrap and reprocessing costs. The goal is to determine the optimum sub-process mean values based on maximizing expected profit function relating selling price and cost components. A method of finding the optimum sub-process means is presented when the quantities of the two ingredients are assumed to be normally distributed with known variances. A numerical example is given and numerical studies are performed.

This study aims to present the effects of the introduction of the Compliance Program in Korea on real trade and its implication by empirical analysis. First, through regression analysis based on the data of the amount of permitted export by CP items (HSK10 units) during the period of 2010-2016 in Korea, it is revealed that the increase in export license of CP enterprises has a relatively greater effect on the increase in total imports by item. Second, since the introduction of the rating system under the optional CP in 2014, the increase in export licenses of CP companies has had a greater impact on the total export growth by items than before. Also, it is analyzed that the increase of export permission of CP companies has a relatively less effect on the increase of total imports by item than that of total exports. The results of this empirical analysis show that CP has a positive effect on exports and imports, but it needs to be supplemented in terms of efficiency.

This paper presents an efficient method for the problem of determining the spare inventory level of a multi-echelon repairable-item inventory system. We consider the system with two levels of inventory, two levels of service and with a general service time distribution. We propose an algorithm that determines the spare inventory level to satisfy the minimum fill rate with the minimum cost. Experimental results show that the algorithm is accurate and efficient.

As the inventory costs of repairable items in military logistics continue to increase, many studies for optimal inventory level of these items are being carried out in advanced countries, including the US, to reduce these costs. Research on inventory level optimization for repairable items aimed to achieve the availability goal of a system with a MIME(Multi Indenture Multi Echelon) repair policy structure first began with Sherbrooke's METRIC and developed into various types. This research is to analyze and compare recent V-METRIC related studies to search for another variation in this field. This paper mainly looks at how to determine optimum inventory level for each repairable item to achieve a specific availability target within a limited budget, and also how to minimize inventory cost while achieving its availability target by determining optimal inventory level of each repairable item.

This article is concerned with cost analysis in product warranty policy. The warranty cost can be different according to warranty rate and warranty renewal policy. In this paper the stepdown warranty is used. The warranty renewal policy is considered when the warranty is received upon free replacement period as item failing. Assuming the non repairable item as one item is sold, investigated manufacturer's cost in stepdown warranty policy. Also manufacturer's cost is calculated in the free replacement. pro-rata. hybrid policy. Numerical example is given over Weibull time to failure distribution, comparing stepdown warranty policy with free replacement, pro-rata, hybrid one in the manufacturer's point of view. The sensitivity analysis of warranty cost according to the number of warranty period step is included.

The main purpose of this study were; to determine the reliability and validity of evaluation tool administered to the nursing student in nursing management practice,；to identify the effective evaluation method of nursing student in nursing management practice. The subjects were 46 senior nursing students at Department of Nursing, College of Medicine, Seoul National University in 1983. The evaluation tool was analyzed according to evaluation method; self-evaluation. and head nurse evaluation. Also individual item of evaluation tool was analyzed by item analysis in order to determine the evaluation area, and appropriateness of the test item used. A Summary of the results is as follows; 1. The reliability and validity of evaluation tool were relatively high both in self-evaluation and head nurse evaluation. 2. In comparison of mean scores, there is no significant difference between head nurse evaluation and self-evaluation. 3. The nursing management activities which have the correlation of self-evaluation and head nurse evaluation were in the activity of interpersonal relation, independent activity and implementing nursing process. In general nursing practice and unit management activity, there was no correlation of self-evaluation and head nurse evaluation.

With the tunnel to case of the construction slope it executes the periodic maintenance due to an objectivity standard. But, the standard connected with construction slope is not integrated with the important public paper organic enemy and it is duplicated and the standards which conflict are being scattered. Therefore, there is a necessity which it investigates the problem point of the maintenance civil official and it improves rationally and it takes a triangular position a confusedly be standard system. In this research which it sees accomplished the fundamental research against the inspection item classified by reinforcement method for the construction slope maintenance.
