Modern society attaches great important to state of the technology, but, unconscious desire and subconscious are also discussed in an important value. In the social background of such madness is acting as an artistic inspirational to the many people. At such a time, fashion photographs also being used medium which speak for people's desire. Editorial fashion photographs with unusual stories or including experimental visual elements unlike fashion advertising have increasing. The subject of this study is the formative characteristics in recognition of madness from ancient times until now and find out new meaning of the unusual and informal form of editorial fashion photographs showed in Vogue Italia since 2000. The analysis data of this study, we used 36 photographs of editorial fashion photographs taken by Steven Meisel, Tim Walker and Miles Aldriege. The final process of analysis made in with agreement of 10 major people. We used photograph's basic visual elements as analysis to avoid arbitrary interpretations. The content of this study is drawing in editorial fashion photographs from the viewpoint of Michael Foucault's Madness theory, Deleuze and Felix Guattari's Madness as the aspects of desire. The madness images in the editorial fashion photographs were showed as Decadence, Blindness, Violence and Grotesque based on the analysis results from above. The formative characteristics of editorial fashion photographs enabled the awareness on the value and importance of madness in modern society. These editorial fashion photographs can be the source of our wider perspectives for changing recognition of madness.

In the 1980s, even though Italy faced economic depression, Italy (she), now, internationally became a strong nation with its best design by national unity and the developmental leap of industry through design. In Italy, especially, small and medium enterprises are accumulated by the same business in each area on the structure of a Cluster system. Italy has some characteristics that being the Italians' elastic way of management, family management and development of a consortium of small and medium enterprises, which have flexibility, imagination and decisiveness. We have to bring these intensified factors of design competitiveness to our country so that we should form the union in order to have a monopoly of specific enterprises based on the specialized technology of small and medium enterprises innovating the structure of a small quantity production having developmental flexibility. We also heighten the sense of designer and publics by achieving social opinion and cult! ural revival. Moreover, the mind of managers has to be changed more aggressively. Finally, the actual policy of design will be established and peformed, and design-company (enterprises) and the industrial economy will generally develop when we activate the structure of the industry centered on small and medium enterprises and design-related association that is united and participates in the establishment of design policy.

The oil consuming country, Korea is spending amount to 220bn barrel per day. It is higher-ranked as 8th country among oil consuming country. France, Brazil, Italia, Spain have recorded GDP than it of Korea. But, the oil consuming of Korea is more than it of them. The GDP of Korea is ranked 11th country, based on 2005. But Korea is higher-ranked as 8th country among oil consuming country. The new and renewable energy as alternative of oil is first measurement. But, the supply of new and renewable energy is inactive 2.13% among total energies. The economist prospects about 1bn job creation during the ten years through new and renewable energy. The merit of new and renewable energy is capital intensive and higher valuable industry.

A total of 16 species of the family Coleophoridae were recognized from Korea Of which 15 species are reported for the first time from Korea; C. melanograpta, C. quercicola, C. currucipennella, C. vibicigerella, C.therinella, C.versurella, C. yomogiella, C. juncivora, C. silenella, C. eurasiatica, C. koreana, C. cristata, C. granulatella, C. elodella and C. enkomiella. Most of species are illustrated by their male's and female's genitalia, with all available informations on host plants and their biology.

Traffic safety and vibration serviceability of a railway bridge set a limitation to the application of long-span cable supported bridges even though the design trend of the bridge becomes longer and lighter. In the case of high speed railway, it becomes more severe for the high speed of the train and resonance of the structure. Therefore, the cable supported bridge does not exist in Korea high speed railway until now. On the other hand, in recent, Italia, Japan and China do design and construct the long-span cable supported bridges for high speed railway recently with overcoming of traffic safety and passenger comforts. In the present study, prior to analysis of traffic safety and passenger comforts, a extradosed bridge for common railway is re-designed for high speed railway. The difference of member forces and displacements by design live load, the difference of impact coefficient and variable stresses of cables are investigated.

Our eyewear industry, the recent growing its position has been weakened because of Chinese low labor costs, Japanese quality and technology and Italian excellent design, brand and marketing. Investigate the recent trend for the trade balance of China and Italia, the largest importer of the eyewear market in Korea. Sunglasses are the most vulnerable sectors of the eyeglasses industry in Korea. Continued investment and attention is needed to the eyewear design for the improvement of the trade balance.

The microsporidian infection with Nosema bombycis, reconfirmed its high virulence and transovarial tranmissibility, however, the characteristic symptom of the spots like pepper grains on the diseased larval skin was no more recognized by present varieties of the silkworm. Transovarial transmission rate detected from moth was above 90% in dead eggs or dead larvae in the rearing by mulberry leaves, 80% in the newly hatched larvae starved to death. Transovarially transmitted N. bombycis was easily observed from dead eggs and larvae, and were suggested an individual inspection of a few of dead eggs for detection of the pathogenic spores. The progeny population provided indicative factors on the sampling of predictive and corrective inspection. The higher concentration of N. bombycis spores included in the hindabdormal part of infected moth, applicative on the simple method of indivisual moth inspection. For the predictive inspection of growned 5th-instar larvae, N. bombycis infection was detectable without microscopic observation by the unique symptom of turbid milky-white spots on the silk gland. Inspection of the meconia artificially discharged from silkworm moth, was also succesful of microscopic observation before crossing, without killing or homogenize the moths. The results provided a basis of rational methods for the inspection of N. bombycis infection of the silkworm.

Present experiment designed for the review of theoretical basis for the inspection system of infected insects by Nosema bombycis. A microporidian N. bombycis, known as the high virulence, produced at the average of 7$\times$108 spores per female moth of the silkworm, Bombyx mori, enabled transovarial tranmission. Detectability of N. bombycis spores in the mass inspection was varied by dillution level, the higher limit of dillution with healthy moths was 1:140 for 100% detection, 1:160 for 99.5%, 1:200 for 99.0%. For an efficient inspection under the microscopic observation (600$\times$), the lower limit of spore concentration was determined as 1, 000, 000 spores/ml, 60-80 moths could be applicable for a maximum sample unit of a lot. Following the present inspection unit conditioned 35 to 40 moths for a lot. N. bombycis spores were easily detectable from the preparation of crude homogenate with 2% KOH, even the step of contrifuge was omitted. The results suggested a new basis of rational mass inspection system of silkworm female moths to save the facilities, labor, and time.

The furniture industry in Korea is characterized by its 42.6% of concentration in Gyeonggi Metropolitan area. When taking a look at the representative furniture complexes including Maseok, Ilsan, and Eojeong, the furniture complexes and stores were spontaneously generated at the outskirts of a city whose land cost is relatively cheap. As a consequence, they tend to be jumbled up and face to be moved or contracted forcefully owing to the new town development plan of Metropolitan areas. In contrast, Italia that is one of the advanced country in furniture industry, cultivates and develops furniture complexes in Brianza district by supporting them oriented in the metropolis Milano while hosting large-scale furniture exhibitions. Such attempts have advanced the position of the italian furniture industry into the most leading figure. In this extent, the furniture industry in Korea that is a traditional industry of Gyeonggi Province has to device a political measure and systematic measure for its cultivation as a way to secure the foundation to develop a high value-added product and foster its competitiveness. Such movements are suggested for the development of the furniture industry in Gyeonggi Province.

The isolated rabbit gall bladder strips were prepared according to the technique described by Amer and Becvar (1969). The strips were placed in a bath containing 100 ml of Locke-Ringer solution maintained at $38^{\circ}C$. Oxygen was continuously bubbled through the solution. The tension of the muscle strip was initially adjusted to 0.7g. The contractile response was measured isometrically by a force-displacement transducer connected to a polygraph. The effect of a number of autonomic drugs were studied for their interaction with caerulein (Prof. V. Erspamer, F.I. 6934 Caerulein, Farmitalia, Italia), a gastrin or CCK.PZ like peptide, on isolated rabbit gall bladder strips. In this preparation caerulein produced contractions of CCK-PZ type, but the relative potency on a weight basis was 40 times that of CCK-PZ. The response of caerulein was not modified by either cholinergic or alpha or beta adrenergic blockade. However, the response of caerulein and of barium on the strips were prevented by papaverine or aminophylline. Isoproterenol, papaverine or aminophylline alone relaxed the preparation whereas caerulein, CCK-PZ, acetylcholine, serotonin, histamine or barium chloride contracted the preparation. In summary, it is concluded that caerulein on the gall bladder strip seems to act independently of the autonomic nervous system and mediated via mechanisms apparently similar to those involved in the action of barium chloride.
