  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the reality of verbal violence by leaders in the sports field to inform the seriousness of the damage suffered by athletes and to prepare a starting point for social interest and intervention. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with seven players who experienced verbal violence by the leader, and a qualitative case study method was adopted for a multifaceted analysis of verbal violence. As a result, 14 detailed areas and 5 categories were derived. Taken together, the verbal violence of the leader experienced by the players occurred in ambiguous, repetitive, and closed situations and had a structure of passive response. Since verbal violence affects the victim's personal and social problems without leaving evidence against trauma or perpetrators, a close understanding of the atmosphere and environment of the site is considered essential for preparing fundamental measures. Based on the results of these case studies, attention and intervention should be urged through understanding of secretly conducted verbal violence, and close policies should be prepared to supplement the blind spots of verbal violence.

Using the data from the National Health and Nutrition Survey in 2020, cross-analysis and logistic regression analysis were conducted through data of a total of 400 respondents, and the analysis showed vulnerability in physical activities that could affect obesity if the education level was low, and risk factors such as eating out and sodium intake were high. As a result of comparative analysis of influencing factors through the classification of education levels, sedentary time was a risk factor in the low-education group, and sodium intake was a risk factor for obesity in the high-education group. Through this, it was discussed the need for healthy nutrition and physical activity education for middle-aged and elderly single-person households, and differentiated intervention according to the level of education.

For the analysis, the data of 3,773 persons from the employment panel for the disabled were used for the analysis, and as a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the decrease in leisure and social activities further reinforced the decrease in life satisfaction, and consequently the decrease in happiness also increased. In addition, it was found that the effect of leisure social activities on life satisfaction increases according to living alone. In other words, the decrease in leisure and social activities of the disabled led to a decrease in life satisfaction and decreased happiness. Through these results, although social distancing is important, support such as online gatherings, participation in cultural and artistic activities, and education is necessary as an intervention in reducing leisure and social activities, which can be an important protective factor in the lives of the disabled. Furthermore, it was suggested that screening for mental health and intervention for persons with disabilities living alone are necessary in case management of persons with disabilities.
