시뮬레이션기반 실습 시 간호학생의 간호사정 및 의사소통 기술에 대한 표준화 환자와 교수자 간의 평가 일치도 (Comparison of Standardized Patient and Faculty Agreement in Evaluating Nursing Students' Assessment and Communication Skills)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the level of agreement between a standardized patient (SP) and a faculty member in the evaluation of nursing students' assessment and communication skills. Methods: Participants were 51 third year nursing students in a simulation practice of 'nursing care for a patient admitted with chest pain'. Using a 30-item checklist and a 16-item communication tool, a SP and faculty member evaluated the students' assessment and communication skills during the simulation. Results: The average values for percent agreement and kappa statistic for nursing assessment between the two evaluators were 85.3% and .48 respectively. Twenty of thirty items evaluating assessment skill had above moderate agreement (${\geq}.41$) by kappa between the evaluators. Seven of sixteen items evaluating communication and interpersonal skills showed above fair agreement (${\geq}.40$) between the two evaluators, which was measured by intraclass correlation coefficient. Conclusion: The findings show that the evaluation of the SP was consistent with those of the faculty member to a moderate degree. Clear guidelines for evaluating criteria and optimal time and effort for SP training are necessary to increase the reliability of standardized patients as evaluators in simulation-based nursing education.

문화사업 담당 건강가정사 양성 및 보수교육을 위한 직무와 역량 분석 (An Analysis of the Job and Competency of Healthy Family Supporter for Culture Work)

  • 본 연구는 건강가정 문화사업 담당 건강가정사의 주요 직무를 분석하고 핵심역량과 역량개발영역을 파악하고자 일정 경력 이상의 대상자를 조사한 것이다. 그 결과 문화사업 담당 건강가정사가 인지하는 주요직무 1순위는 프로그램 기획과 가족자원봉사 프로그램 기획으로 거론되었으며, 핵심역량은 의식주 생활문화와 여가문화의 이해, 대인관계 및 사회성 향상 기술, 창의적이고 독창적인 사고능력, 전문가다운 문제해결 태도로 나타났다. 개발하여야 하는 역량 영역으로는 프로그램 기획과 평가, 보고서 및 평가서 등의 서류 작성 기술, 창의적이고 독창적인 사고능력, 전문가다운 문제해결 능력인 것으로 나타나 현장에 투입되어야 하는 관련 분야 종사자들의 필수 이수교과목들과 종사자 보수교육 주제에 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

간호원이 근무중에 경험하는 스트레스 측정을 위한 도구개발 연구 (The Development of the Stress Measurement Tool for Staff Nurses working in the Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the baseline data for developing the stress measurement tool for staff nurses working in the hospital. Two hundred and fifteen stan nurses in Seoul National University Hospital were participated during the period from Feb. 28 to Mar. 10, 1984. Though the pretest and literature review a questionnaire was constructed with 63 stressors which were experienced by the nurses in the hospital. Subjects were given instruction to rate 1∼6 likert type scale according to the level of stress experienced by each stressor described. Reliability of the tool was tested by Cronbach's Alpha, and the result was α=0.94871. Factor analysis was applied to organize 63 items together. As the result, 15 factors were obtained and these factors explained 66.3% of variance. The 15 factors were: 1) Work overload 2) Role conflict as a profession 3) Lack of professional knowledge and skill 4) Interpersonal problem 5) Conflict in nurse doctor relationship 6) Work conflict with doctors 7) Emotional burden due to the limitation of medicine 8) Poor treatment 9) Unsatisfactory relationship with supervisor 10) Low reward 11) Unsatisfactory relationship with subordinate 12) Poor physical environment of unit 13)Responsibility for extra affairs 14)Unfamiliar situation 15)Night duty.

아파트 커뮤니티전문가의 직무와 역량 지표 개발 연구 (A Study on Development of the Job Components and Competency Indicators for Apartment Community Specialist)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop components of task and competency indicators for apartment community specialist who supports for community activations. The research process consists of three parts. Firstly, the direction of developing competency indicator set up by literature review related community, job components, and competency indicators. Second, analysing of job and competency indicators were developed and revised through focus group interview (FGI), and questionnaire survey on 6 experts in community area. Third, questionnaire survey from 20 community specialists in seoul was performed in order to analyze the importance of the competency components. As a result of this research, selected competency indicators were settled as followed : the competency indicators for apartment community specialist consisted of 3 competency clusters, 14 competency factors, 48 competency indicators. Community specialist recognized attitude and personal trait as the most important competency clusters, and understanding of community, interpersonal relations and communication skill, and vocational ethics and social responsibility as important factors in the competency indicators. The results of this study will used as tool for evaluating the job and competency of apartment community specialist, establishing professional identity of apartment community specialist, and providing an importance knowledge base for developing educational curriculum for them.

일부 치위생(학)과 학생들의 인구사회학적 특성과 대학생활 만족도의 관련성 (The Relationship Socio-Demographic Characteristic and Campus Life Satisfaction of the Dental Hygiene Students)

  • Purpose. This study was conducted for provide basic data to improve satisfaction of campus life that investigated survey on the socio-demographic characteristic and campus life stisfaction of the dental hygiene students in Gyeongnam and Busan region. Methods. The research subjects are the total 220 and it was analyzed with structured questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed by IBM SPSS ver. 20.0, a statistical program (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA) for the frequency and percentage, ANOVA, Hierachical regression. The result is as following. Results. It was investigated to affected campus life satisfaction by in case of female student(${\beta}=-0.232$), in case of employment preparation(${\beta}=-0.193$), in case of household economical poor status(${\beta}=-0.188$). Conclusions. As the results of the research, it is considered necessary the expansion of the systemized, in order to increase the campus life satisfaction, improvement to the university administration and welfare for the emotion of girl, development program for interview skill and smooth interpersonal relationship, support major costs and living expenses.

응급구조과학생의 첫 소방 실습 경험 (An Initial Practice Experience of EMT Students in Fire Station)

  • This study was conducted to identify an initial fire station experience of EMT students, so to better understand their' practice experience in fire station. The subjects were 28 EMT students of C department of Emergency Medical technology in C city, who were demonstrating at the fire station in C city. This study was approached by phenomenological method, collected data were analyzed by Colaizzi's method, the results were as a follows. From the protocol, 201 significant statements were organized into 93 formulated meanings. From the formulated meanings, 30 themes were identified, organized into 16 theme clusters, and then 7 categories. EMT students got experienced 'tension' in resulting from new training situation and at the field practice, 'comport and gratitude', in feeling of identity and a bond sympathy with senior EMT, in training environment and heartfelt care, 'stress' from lack of knowledge and skill, difficulties in field practice for 24 hours, in dealing with making interpersonal relationship with patient and staffs and from the insufficiency of instruction, 'confidence feeling' from the participation of field treatment, in improving of learning, in self-esteem of EMT job, 'confusing feeling' of conflict of the path in work, 'disappointment and doubt' by the discrepancy between learning and actuality, and disappointment of actuality, 'feeling of lack' based on the passive attitude. The results of this study are to use as basic data for students attending fire station experience for the first time.

치과내원환자의 치과만족도와 행동유형(DISC)에 관한 연구 (A study on dental patients' satisfaction at different type(DISC) of character)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to compare results of dental satisfaction at different type of character and provide basic materials for making the valuable strategies of dental service. Methods : Data was obtained from 256 patients using questionnaire from September 5 to October 13, 2007. Self-administered questionnaires was utilized to assess their types of personal psychological variable and find out its influential factors upon dental consumers and their intent of revisit. The data was analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and logistic regression using the SPSS 14.0 Windows. Results : There is no meaningful difference in dental satisfaction as for character types and factors. Considering the difference of dental satisfaction according to general characteristics, there was a meaningful difference between groups of gender. Also interpersonal relationship as well as level of skill is significantly high in periodical dental visit. Conclusion : The results of this study indicated that environment and facility, cost is the most important influencing factor in determining whether or not the patient will visit a dental clinic repeatedly. In the future, more precise and in-depth questionnaires should be developed to analyze dental consumers.

학령기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 「부모 참 역량」척도 개발 (Development of the 「Authentic Parental Competence Scale」 for Mothers with School-age Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the "Authentic Parental Competence Scale" for mothers with school-age children. Based on a literature review, the study found that 'authentic parental competence' could be divided into parenting comperence, self-system competence, and social competence. In addition, the scale comprised three factors consisting of 43. The study collected data through behavior event interview(BEI), focus group interview(FGI), and three times Delphi investigation. The scale for mothers of school-age children consisted of a total of 129 items, which included three different dimensions (knowledge, skill, and attitude), and four factors were extracted from factor analysis following a survey of 362 mothers. The factors were labeled as "ability of developmental positive parenting," "ability of playing a role as a citizen and making social contributions," "ability of self-understanding and interpersonal relations," and "ability of self-growth and self-determination." In addition, the results revealed that the "Authentic Parental Competence Scale" showed an appropriate level of construct validity, reliability of the scales, distribution of item response, and item discrimination.

네일미용·메이크업 산업체의 인력 요구분석과 NCS 교육, 국가기술자격과의 관계 (Analysis of Manpower Demand in the Nail Art/Makeup Industry and Its Relationship with NCS Education and National Technical Qualification)

  • This study analyzed the qualifications necessary and manpower required in the Jeju nail art and make-up industry. We aimed to investigate the relationship between NCS education and national technical qualifications. For this study, 164 participants were given a questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed via frequency analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Ver. 18.0. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Matching job seekers with available positions was more difficult in nail art businesses than in makeup businesses. The main routes by which practitioners found jobs were Internet job sites and acquaintances. In addition, experience was the first consideration in hiring employees. 2. Those in high positions had less intention of employing students who had received NCS education, than those in lower positions. Intention to employ NCS graduates was high in businesses that found their employees through Internet job sites, vocational training institutes, acquaintances, or colleagues. Nail art workers prioritized NCS educational units in the following order: nail care, nail shop hygiene, gel nails, cosmetic nail removal, and tips/wraps. Makeup workers had the following priorities: basic makeup, wedding makeup, makeup shop safety, and hygiene management. They also mentioned basic occupational skills such as communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills. Moreover, the new national licensing system was found to reflect competency in the most important skill sets.

도서관 사서의 역량가치 평가 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Librarian's Competency Value)

  • 본 연구는 정보전문직으로서 사서의 역량가치를 평가하고 분석함으로써, 사서의 역량 강화방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 그 결과로는 첫째, 도서관 인적자본으로서 사서의 공통 역량가치를 기량, 지식 및 행동과 태도로 구분하여 각각의 영역에 대한 A도서관 사서의 역량가치를 평가한 결과, '사서의 행동 및 태도' 영역의 평균이 가장 높았으며, '사서의 기량' 영역, '사서의 지식' 영역 순으로 분석되었다. 둘째, A도서관 사서의 '사서의 기량' 영역의 역량가치 평가에서는 '의사소통', '리더십', '기술' 평가요소 순으로, '사서의 지식' 영역의 평가에서는 '법률 및 정책', '마케팅', '학습 및 성장', '재무 및 회계' 평가요소 순으로, '사서의 행동 및 태도' 영역의 평가에서는 '윤리 및 가치', '대인관계', '고객 서비스' 평가요소 순으로 각각 평가 결과가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, A도서관 사서의 역량가치 평가 결과에 대하여 평가 대상자 특성에 따른 평균 차이가 존재하는지 분석한 결과, 전체 역량가치에 대해서는 '근무기간' 요인 만이, '사서의 지식' 영역에서는 '연령'과 '근무기간' 2가지 요인이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 사서의 역량가치는 평가 대상자의 특성에 따라 어떠한 영향을 받는지 알아보기 위해 분석한 결과, '사서의 기량' 영역의 역량가치에 대해 '최종학력' 요인 만이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 사서의 역량가치를 높이는 데 있어 문제점 및 바람직한 개선방안에 대한 조사에서는 '사서자격제도'나 '사서 양성체계' 등 시스템적 측면에서의 문제점 및 개선방안을 제시하는 비율이 높았다.
