대학생의 현장실습교육 경험에 따른 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력 및 융합역량 비교 (Comparing Levels of College Student's Communication Ability, Interpersonal Relationship Ability, and Convergence Competency according to Their Field Experiences)

  • 최근 현장실습교육은 대학생의 직무경험과 경력개발을 하는 대표적인 프로그램이다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 현장실습교육 참여가 기업에서 필요한 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력 및 융합역량을 향상시키는지를 분석하는 것이다. 수도권 A대학교의 재학생 1,887을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 일원분산분석을 통해 비교하였다. 연구결과, 현장실습교육 참여 빈도에 따라 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력 및 융합역량 수준 차이가 유의미하게 있었다. 이는 현장실습교육 참여 빈도가 높을수록 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력 및 융합역량 수준을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석된다. 따라서 대학에서는 학생들이 현장을 경험하고 직무능력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 현장실습교육을 강화할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 국내 대학에서 증대되는 현장실습교육의 효과를 검증하는 기초자료로 향후 현장실습교육 설계 및 운영에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

초보간호사의 대인관계능력, 직무 스트레스, 스트레스 대처유형이 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 직무 스트레스를 중심으로 (Impact of Interpersonal Relationship Ability, Job Stress, and Stress Coping Type on Turnover Intention of Nurses in the Early Stage of their Careers: Focusing on Job Stress)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of interpersonal relationship ability, job stress, and stress coping type on the turnover intention of nurses in the early stage of their careers. Methods: Data were collected from 136 early stage nurses from two general hospitals and one tertiary hospital in Chungbuk province. An early stage nurse was defined as the nurse with a work experience of 3 to 36 months. The collected data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U test, Person's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: It was seen that turnover intention had a negative correlation with interpersonal competency (r=-.20, p=.020) and a positive correlation with job stress (r=.56, p<.001). Job stress due to work over load, inadequate compensation and working environment, interpersonal relationship ability, and length of clinical career were significant factors influencing turnover intention (p<.05). These variables explained for 50.4% of the variance in turnover intention. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an interpersonal relationship ability improvement program to decrease turnover intention among early stage nurses by helping them to successfully adapt to their job. Moreover, it is important to bring about continuous improvements in terms of provision of adequate workload and appropriate rewards, and creation of a suitable work environment to reduce the job stress of early stage nurses.

보건계열 신입생들의 분노조절정도에 따른 대인관계와 삶의 목적 (Health Allied College Students' Interpersonal Relationships and Purpose-in-Life depending on their Ability to Manage Anger)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference and correlation of interpersonal relationship and purpose-in-life in health allied college students depending on their ability to manage anger. Method: A total of 244 students were surveyed using structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and Pearson Correlation Coefficient with the SPSS program. Results: No significant difference of interpersonal relationship was observed between the anger controlled group and the anger uncontrolled group. Intimacy (p=.008) and understanding (p=.017) were significantly higher and openness was significantly lower in the anger controlled group (p=.024). Purpose-in-life was significantly higher in the anger controlled group (p<.001). There was no significant correlation of anger management and interpersonal relationship, however, there was significant positive correlation of anger management and purpose-in-life (r=0.15, p=.017) and interpersonal relationship and purpose-in-life (r=0.29, p<.001). Conclusion: An education program for freshmen who cannot control anger can promote interpersonal relationship and purpose-in-life.

인문사회계열 대학생의 자기효능감, 대인관계능력, 스트레스가 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Self-efficacy, Interpersonal Relationship Ability and Perceived Stress toward Resilience in Humanities and Social Sciences Undergraduate Students)

  • 본 연구는 인문사회계열 대학생을 대상으로 자기효능감, 대인관계능력, 지각된 스트레스가 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구참여자는 B시의 인문사회계열 전문대학생 330명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 회복탄력성 평균 3.34±0.45점이었다. 대상자의 회복탄력성은 자기효능감(r=.521, p<.001), 대인관계능력(r=.678, p<.001)과 정적상관관계를 나타냈고, 지각된 스트레스(r=-.234, p<.001)와 부적상관관계를 나타냈다. 대상자의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감(β=.280, p<.001), 대인관계능력(β=.394, p<.001), 지각된 스트레스(β=-.191, p<.001)로 나타났고, 설명력은 53.3%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 인문사회계열 대학생의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인할 수 있었다.

COVID-19 이후 간호대학생의 대인관계능력과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 정서지능과 자기효능의 병렬다중매개효과 (The Parallel Multiple Mediating Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Self-Efficacy in the Relationship between Interpersonal Ability and College Life Adjustment among Nursing Students since COVID-19)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 대인관계능력이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향에서 정서지능과 자기효능의 병렬다중매개효과를 확인하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 일개 대학 간호대학생 130명으로 선정하였다. 자료는 2023년 7월 24일 부터 8월 1일까지 수집되었으며, SPSS/WIN 27.0 프로그램을 활용하여, Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, PROCESS macro model 4로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대인관계능력은 정서지능, 대학생활적응, 자기효능과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 대인관계능력은 대학생활적응에 총효과(B=0.48, p<.001)가 유의하였고, 정서지능(B=0.20, 95% bootstrap CI=0.06~0.36)과 자기효능(B=0.17, 95% bootstrap CI=0.05~0.31)의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 대학생활적응 증진을 돕는 프로그램 개발에 정서지능과 자기효능을 함께 증진할 수 있는 다양한 훈련 프로그램의 개발 및 연구가 필요할 것이다.

유아의 대인관계형성능력에 영향을 미치는 변인 연구: 사회 인구학적 변인, 부부조망수용능력, 유아 대처반응 및 정서지능을 중심으로 (Impact on Interpersonal Relationship Skills of Children: Social Demographic Variables, Marital Perspective-taking Ability, Children Managing Responses and Emotional Intelligence)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the variable factors influencing children's interpersonal relationship skills and analyze the effects of marital perspective-taking ability, managing responses of young children and emotional intelligence on the interpersonal relationship skills of children. The study subjects were young children aged from four to seven attending private kindergartens or public day care centers in Seoul or Kyeongki-do and their mothers. The results are as follows : 1) First, marital perspective-taking abilities were indicated higher on boys than girls, children in a full-day program than those in a half-day program, university graduates or higher degree holders than collage graduates, single-income families than double-income families. In case of managing responses of young children, boys showed high avoidance of offensive disposition and girls showed high emotions dissipation. Also, young children in a full-day program showed non-responses on managing responses but high responses on emotions dissipation, and children of mothers with bachelor's degree or higher education showed support and children from double-income family showed no responses in high. Moreover, emotional intelligence of young children in a full-day program was higher than that of children in a half-day program, interpersonal relationship skills were showed higher on girls than boys, half-day children than full-day ones, children from single-income family than those from double-income family. 2) Meaningful relationships were indicated between these variables; managing responses of young children, emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship skills by partly showing correlations. 3) Children in a half-day program with low in emotions dissipation, non-responses, offensive dispositional managing responses but high on Avoid, emotional intelligence showed high interpersonal relationship skills.

의사소통 훈련 프로그램이 간호사의 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력에 미치는 효과에 대한 사례연구 (A case study on the effect of communication training program on nurse's communication ability, emotional intelligence (EQ), self - esteem and interpersonal ability)

  • 본 연구는 의사소통 훈련을 받은 실험집단과 그렇지 않은 대조집단 사이의 의사소통능력, 감성지능, 자존감과 대인관계능력의 차이를 비교하는 비동등성 유사실험 연구이다. 연구대상은 C시 소재의 D대학병원에 근무하는 21명의 간호사를 실험집단으로, 21명의 간호사를 대조집단으로 구성하여 2017년 4월부터 5월까지, 실험집단에게는 의사소통능력, 감성지능, 자존감 및 대인관계능력 향상을 위한 의사소통 훈련 프로그램을 주 1회 2시간씩 총 4회기를 진행하였고, 연구의 효과성 검정을 위하여 사전, 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS for Window 23을 이용하여 사전사후검사의 평균과 표준편차, 독립표본 Mann-Whitney의 U검증, 대응표본 Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 실험집단과 훈련을 받지 않은 대조집단에서 의사소통능력(Z=-3.361, p<.05), 감성지능(Z=-2.209, p<.05), 자존감(Z=-1.633, p<.05), 대인관계능력(Z=-2.577, p<.05)으로 나타나, 의사소통훈련 프로그램 후 실험집단의 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력 점수가 모두 유의하게 증가하였으며, 모든 가설은 지지되었다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 임상현장에서 간호업무 수행 시 의사소통 훈련프로그램을 활용한다면 의사소통능력, 감성지능(EQ), 자존감 및 대인관계능력의 향상으로 치료적인 의사소통과 효과적인 간호를 제공하여 환자의 만족감을 높이고 간호의 질 향상에도 기여할 것이다.

어머니의 상위정서철학과 아동의 대인 간 문제해결능력 및 또래 유능성 간의 관계 (The Relations Between Maternal Meta-Emotion Philosophy, Child Interpersonal Problem Solving, and Peer Competence)

  • Objective: This study examined the relations between maternal meta-emotion philosophy, child interpersonal problem solving, and peer competence among children aged 4-5 and their mothers and teachers. Methods: A total of 54 children from 24 kindergartens were assessed on their interpersonal problem solving and peer competence. Their mothers reported on meta-emotion philosophy. Their teachers were assessed on child peer competence. Results: The major findings of this study were as follows. First, maternal meta-emotion philosophy, child interpersonal problem solving, and child peer competence showed positive correlation patterns. Second, child interpersonal problem solving and peer competence was found to be influenced by maternal child-directed meta-emotion philosophy but not by maternal self-directed meta-emotion philosophy. Conclusion: Findings highlight the importance of maternal meta-emotion philosophy and that their emotion socialization play a significant role in identifying the mechanisms leading to child social cognitive ability and social adjustment. Furthermore, these results could lead to important basic studies in developing parent/teacher education programs.

의사소통과 대인관계 능력이 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Communication Skill and Interpersonal Ability on Clinical Competence of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the relationship between communication skill, interpersonal ability and clinical competence of nursing students, and to identify factors influencing clinical competence. Methods: Research participants were 172 nursing students in the nursing departments of 3 universities located in G city and J province. The students had completed over 2 semesters of clinical practice. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Results: Participants' scores for communication skill, interpersonal relationships and clinical competence were $3.81{\pm}0.42$, $3.74{\pm}0.43$ and $3.49{\pm}0.43$ respectively. Communication skill, interpersonal relationships and clinical competence had positive correlations. Factors influencing nursing students' clinical competence included communication skill, interpersonal relationships, subjective health status and satisfaction with nursing as a major. These variables explained 40% of the variance in clinical competence. Conclusion: The findings show that development and application of educational programs to increase communication skill and interpersonal relationships are important and will improve nursing students' clinical competence.

SNS에서 대인신뢰의 영향요인 : 트위터 사용자 경우 (Antecedents of Interpersonal Trust in SNS : In Case of Twitter Users)

  • SNS has been recognized as a means of expanding social capital by promoting interaction and efficient communication among users. On the other hand, there are serious concerns on negative side of social network which is often called epidemics. Trust plays a critical role in controlling the spread of distorted information and vicious rumor as well as reducing uncertainties and risk from unreliable users in social network. This study focuses on what the antecedents of interpersonal trust are in social network. We performed online survey from 252 Twitter users and tested candidate antecedents which are chosen from previous literature. As a result, propensity to trust of trustor, ability and sincerity of trustee, intimacy between trustor and trustee significantly affected to the interpersonal trust in Twitter.
