Language and letter are represented by a combination of its signifier and signified. All symblos are commonly calling direct attention to people who are living in the physical world. However, in cyberspace, the image takes control once inhabited by the language. Cyberspace with anonymity and deoent physical nature has something with physical laws. In this space the statue transcends the imaginary realm. Ideology gives a greater connotation by giving a series of regulation to images floating in cyberspace. Even if various media have the same image, the meaning of the image changes depending on which ideology is used. The impact of this on the public is great. In this study, I discuss the ideology in cyberspace where is supposedly wide open to who visits and spreads all the thoughts without suppression and the human body. The main ideas would be who owns the ideology and what does it want to control and how the people would react to the ideology. This paper would eventually head the prototype that visualizes above ideas. Though the interactive media it will also show the subject in the real world is accept the images floating in the cyberspace without any doubts.

인터넷 사용자와 정보서비스 제공자 사이의 권리 침해 행위의 예방을 위해 행위자들의 본인확인제와 활동에 사용된 개인정보의 수집이 이뤄지고 있다. 하지만 인터넷 사용상의 익명성 보장을 요구하는 개인들의 권리와 규제 법률의 집행 사이의 논쟁은 지속되고 있다. 다양한 기술적 목적으로 사용되는 프록시 서버(Proxy Server)의 특성을 이용해 인터넷 상의 익명성을 확보하려는 우회접속 사용자가 늘어나고 있지만 이에 대한 제도적 관리체계나 사용자들을 보호할 제도적 장치는 미미하다. 본 연구에서는 프록시 서버를 이용한 우회접속 서비스가 갖는 사이버범죄 위협과 프라이버시 보호를 위한 필요성에 대해 논하고 비례성 고찰을 통해 공익과 제한되는 개인의 권익 사이에 균형을 위해 필요한 제도적 보완책을 제안한다.

The European Union recently established the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for secure data use and personal information protection. Inspired by this, South Korea revised their Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Credit Information Use and Protection Act, collectively known as the "Three Data Bills," which prescribe safe personal information use based on pseudonymous data processing. Based on these bills, the personal data store (PDS) has received attention because it utilizes the MyData service, which actively manages and controls personal information based on the approval of individuals, and it practically ensures their rights to informational self-determination. Various types of PDS models have been developed by several countries (e.g., the US, Europe, and Japan) and global platform firms. The South Korean government has now initiated MyData service projects for personal information use in the financial field, focusing on personal credit information management. There is also a need to verify the efficacy of this service in diverse fields (e.g., medical). However, despite the increased attention, existing MyData models and frameworks do not satisfy security requirements of ensured traceability, transparency, and distributed authentication for personal information use. This study analyzes primary PDS models and compares them to an internationally standardized framework for personal information security with guidelines on MyData so that a proper PDS model can be proposed for South Korea.

Environment, price, regulation, and other factors influence the price of agricultural products, which is a social signal of product supply and demand. The price of many agricultural products fluctuates greatly due to the asymmetry between production and marketing details. Horticultural goods are particularly price sensitive because they cannot be stored for long periods of time. It is very important and helpful to forecast the price of horticultural products which is crucial in designing a cropping plan. The proposed method guides the farmers in agricultural product production and harvesting plans. Farmers can benefit from long-term forecasting since it helps them plan their planting and harvesting schedules. Customers can also profit from daily average price estimates for the short term. This paper study the time series models such as ARIMA, SARIMA, and neural network models such as BPN, LSTM and are used for wheat cost prediction in India. A large scale available data set is collected and tested. The results shows that since ARIMA and SARIMA models are well suited for small-scale, continuous, and periodic data, the BPN and LSTM provide more accurate and faster results for predicting well weekly and monthly trends of price fluctuation.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 카페와 홈페이지의 어문저작물 불법 전송 실태를 조사${\cdot}$분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 저작권자의 권리를 보호할 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 구체적인 연구 내용은 각 사이트별로 어문저작물 불법 복제 및 불법 전송이 이루어질 수 있는 개연성을 지닌 카페나 홈페이지의 메뉴들을 조사하였고, 전체 자료수, 어문저작물 자료수, 최고조회수, 평균조회수를 파악한 후, 어문저작물의 유형을 시, 소설, 기타 등으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 결과, 정부나 저작권 관련 기관이 이를 법제화하여 통제를 하는 경우에 국내 어문저작물에 대한 순기능적인 인식의 확산을 저해할 요소가 있다. 하지만, 카페 및 홈페이지 운영자와 여기에 올리는 이용자 모두가 저작권에 대한 인식이 거의 없는 상황이므로 법제화 이전에 국민 계도 차원에서 단계별 교육 및 대국민 홍보를 강화할 필요성이 있다. 즉, 각각의 포털서비스 사업자가 사이트별 카페 및 홈페이지 운영자 및 이용자에 대한 저작권 관련 교육 및 시스템적 지원을 강화할 수 있는 방안을 강구해야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 임상실습경험이 있는 간호대학생을 대상으로 인터넷 윤리의식, 자기통제력, 간호전문직관 및 환자개인정보보호 인식간의 관계를 살펴보고, 정보화 시태의 흐름을 반영하여 환자개인정보 보호 인식 향상프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 자료수집기간은 2023년 11월 20일부터 12월 15일까지이며. 대전광역시와 청주시 소재 D대학교 및 C대학교에 재학중이며 본 연구에 참여 동의한 간호대학생 142명의 설문지가 분석되었다. 분석결과 간호대학생의 환자개인정보 보호인식에 미치는 영향요인은 간호전문직관과 자기통제력으로 나타났으며, 이들의 변수에 대한 설명력은 24%였다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 환자개인정보 보호인식을 향상시키기 위해서는 인터넷 윤리의식을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 간호전문직관을 높일 수 있는 교육 프로그램개발이 이루어져야 할것으로 생각된다.

이 글은 SNS의 보편적 이용이 늘어나고 그것에 대한 규제논의가 증가하는 것을 배경으로 해서, SNS 표현물에 대한 현행 국내 규제체계의 문제점을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 규제대상으로서 SNS표현물의 성격을 살펴보고, SNS 표현물에 대한 국내 내용규제체계의 문제점을 법률적 측면과 규제기관적 차원에서 검토했다. SNS 표현물에 대한 규제체계를 살펴보면, 법률과 행정기구 중심의 국가주의적 규제경향이 강하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 5가지 측면의 규제법률이 SNS 표현물 규제와 연계되어 있으며, 규제의 주체로서 행정기구가 내용심의를 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그로 인해 민간영역의 자율기능은 상대적 약한 것으로 판단된다. SNS와 같은 인터넷공간에는 최소규제의 원칙이 적용되어야 하며, 규제에 적용되는 불법의 정의도 명확히 하고 그것의 판단주체 및 규제대상을 최소화해야 한다. 현재의 행정기구로서 방송통신심의 위원회 구조에 대한 본질적인 고민이 필요하다.

국제전기통신연합(ITU)은 2012년 12월, 세계국제전기통신회의(WCIT-12)에서 24년 만에 국제전기통신규칙(ITR)을 개정했다. 이번 회의에서 가장 관심을 집중시킨 것은 '인터넷 규제' 관련 조항이었다. ITR 개정에는 193개 회원국 가운데 89개국이 서명하고, 55개국은 서명을 거부했다. 서명을 주도한 국가는 러시아, 중국을 비롯해 중동, 남미 지역 국가들이며, 한국도 포함된다. 반면 미국, 영국, 캐나다를 포함, 유럽 국가들은 서명을 거부했다. 결국 서방 국가들의 반발로 개정 조문에는 인터넷 규제 관련 조문은 삽입되지 못했고, 정보 보호나 스팸 방지 등의 문제에 회원국들이 공조할 수 있다는 선언적 의미만 들어가게 되었다. 따라서 당장 인터넷 규제 방식에 큰 변화는 수반되지 않을 것으로 전망되며, 인터넷 규제에 관한 논의는 2013년 서울 사이버 스페이스 총회, 2014년 부산 ITU 전권회의 등의 국제회의에서 지속적으로 논의될 것으로 보인다.

On increasing a computer network, internet usage, it has been created for Electronic Commerce to place a cyberspace. This cyberspace is limited to apply for contemporary usage and law because it have distinct characters now. Therefore, it is predicted that dispute will be happened in these cyberspaces. This article examines the disputes cases related the computer network intermediary's liability and studies a reasonable improvement ways for developing Electronic Commerce. It has been limited to apply the usage and law the network which can be happened a dispute and has not involved usage and law using computer network yet. Therefore, we should make a self-regulation each other who use network and improved the usage and law involved the network through these methods. We should also establish Alternative Dispute Resolution and try to settle dispute in the cyberspace
