The practical difficulties of construction will impose many restrictions on the structural design, and the construction method can also provide unexpected ideas for solving design problems. Through the discussion of three issues closely related to construction in the structural design of Wuhan Center, this paper illustrates the importance of in-depth consideration of the construction situations in the structural design stage. The topics of "Connection between Embedded Steel Plates in Steel Plate Composite Shear Wall" and "Connection Joint between Outrigger Truss and Core Wall" are about how to facilitate on-site construction by simplifying and optimizing detail design. The topic of "Adjusting Internal Force Distribution by Optimizing Construction Sequence" is about how to make the construction process a tool for structural design.

Given the intense competition and slowdown in domestic demands, there is greater pressure on Singapore contractors to seek overseas markets for revenue and growth. This impetus, coupled with emerging economic reforms in the regional developing countries, has invariably created numerous opportunities for Singapore contractors. However, mixed results were reported on their overseas performance so far. Consequently, this paper aims to formulate a framework that would assist Singapore contractors to successfully export their services into developing countries. The proposed framework comprises ten critical success factors (CSFs), which are identified from in-depth interviews with eight Singapore contractors. These ten success factors are subsequently classified under three different stages, namely initial, entry and operational stages. Preliminary results show that Singapore contractors are most focused on the entry stage, with the highest number of CSFs.

This paper presents development of a SEC(Solar Energy Concentration) utilizing the concentrated solar beam radiation for joining engineering thermoplastics such as Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene(ABS), Polycarbonate(PC) and Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA). In addition, to study the joining of the materials, necessary experimentation with applying primer was performed. Tensile tests were conducted to determine the bond strength achieved at the specimen Joint interface. Microscopic examinations of the fractured joints were performed in order to analyze the overall bond quality. Finally, the results in terms of bond strength achieved at the joint interface and energy consumed in the process was compared with those obtained with similar thermoplastic joining technique utilizing microwave energy.

Bolero Project initially had the support of TEDIS, and now is a joint-venture between SWIFT and IT Club. After the successful testing of an original pilot project, The Bolero Association was formed in 1995 by a group of interested cross industry companies. A Bolero Bill of Lading replicates the basic functions of a paper-based bill of lading via title registry service and core messaging platform. A Bolero Bill of Lading consists of BBL Text and Title Registry Record. A Tittle Registry Record carries out the function of a document of title and a BBL may be transferred by changing the roles of users in this Title Registry Record. TEDI Project had been conducted from the April 1999 to the September 2000 on the basis of the EDEN Project(Dec.97- Mar. 1999) and International Trade Guidances Project (Nov. 1998-Mar. 1999). Through TEDI Project, the RSP Model was introduced as e-trade solution like Bolero's Solution. The RSP Model Solution will be furnished through TC (Trade Chain) Server and RSP(Repository Service Provider) Server. The purpose of this paper is to study the problems and solutions in the pilot test of electronic Bill of Lading using TEDI's RSP and to promote the introduction of electronic Bill of Lading.

In this paper, different evaluation methods of Hot Spot Stresses (HSS) have been applied to four different welded structure details in order to compare them and to illustrate their differences. The HSSs at failure-critical locations were calculated by means of a series of finite element analyses. There was good overall agreement between calculated and experimentally determined HSS on the critical locations. While different methods and procedures exist for the computation of the structural hot-spot stress at welded joints, the recommendations within the International Institute of Welding (IIW) guideline concerning the 'Hot Spot Stress' approach were found to give good reference stress approximations for fatigue-loaded welded joints. This paper recommends and suggests an appropriate finite element modeling and hot spot stress evaluation technique based on round-robin stress analyses and experimental results of several welded structure details.

In this paper, we give definitions for common limit in the range property of mappings and obtain common fixed point theorem for a pair of weakly compatible functions in intuitionistic fuzzy metric space using the joint common limit in the range property of mappings(shortly, (JCLR) property). Our results improve and generalize results of Chauhan et al[1].

Recently, Carlsson, Full\acute{e}$r and Majlender [1] presented the concept of possibilitic correlation representing an average degree of interaction between marginal distribution of a joint possibility distribution as compared to their respective dispersions. They also formulated the weak and strong forms of the possibilistic Cauchy-Schwarz inequality. In this paper, we define a new probability measure. Then the weak and strong forms of the Cauchy-Schwarz inequality are immediate consequence of probabilistic Cauchy-Schwarz inequality with respect to the new probability measure.

When Korea develop a geostationary satellite (Communication. Broadcasting. Meteorology Satellite), it is more economical and effective to make as an international cooperation program from the first phase, because Korea doesn't have any experience of manufacturing a geostationary satellite. This paper discusses why Japan is appropriate for cooperating country, and suggests cooperation of space technology between Korea and Japan and setting up of the organization for Korea and Japan joint geostationary satellite development.

In this paper, PD-like visual servoing is modified in two ways: a sliding-mode observer is applied to estimate the joint velocities, and a RBF neural network is used to compensate the unknown gravity and friction. Based on Lyapunov method and input--to-state stability theory, we prove that PD-like visual servoing with the sliding mode observer and the neuro compensator is robust stable when the gain of the PD controller is bigger than the upper bounds of the uncertainties. Several simulations are presented to support the theory results.

This paper aims to propose a Comprehensive Decision Support Model to evaluate retail companies' financial performance traded on the Vietnam Stock Exchange Market. The financial performance has been examined in terms of the valuations ratios, profitability ratios, growth rates, liquidity ratios, efficiency ratios, and leverage ratios. The data of twelve companies from the first quarter to the fourth quarter of 2019 and the first quarter of 2020 were employed. The weights of 18 chosen financial ratios are calculated by using the Standard Deviation method (SD). Grey Relational Analysis technique was applied to obtain the final ranking of each company in each quarter. The results showed that leverage ratios have the most significant impact on the retail companies' financial performance and gives some long-term investment recommendations for stakeholders and indicated that the Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company (AST), Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG), and Cam Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company (CIA) are three of the top efficient companies. The three of the worst companies are Viglacera Corporation (VGC), Saigon General Service Corporation (SVC), and HocMon Trade Joint Stock Company (HTC). Furthermore, this study suggests that the GRA model could be implemented effectively to ranking companies of other industries in the future research.
