Ever since the open and reform policy in 1987, China has adopted the socialistic market economy system and has been moving forward in economic reform. This gradually expanded their market economy. The open and reform policy achieved the highest average annual GDP growth rate of 9% and helped the country maintain high growth. China's economic growth in recent years has a lot to do with the international trading and direct investment by foreign corporations. China's entry into the WTO dramatically increased their amount of capital and investments due to their aggressive investments with foreign corporations. It is quite amazing that investments in China has been constantly increasing while the direct investments worldwide is decreasing. Moreover, increase in such investments is contributing to China's job creation, as well as, the expansion of international trading. When international economic exchange started between Japan and China in the 1970s, it was in the form of aid for developing countries, hence the collection of the investment was out of the question. It was in the 1990s that Japan started the full-scale investments with China and it was mostly centered in transfer of the production base. Japanese corporations aim was to mass produce goods less expensively using abundant and cheap labor and to sell them to Japan and other countries. The amount of Japan's exports and imports compared with China is increasing every year but the trade deficit has gone into the red. The dollar amount has been decreased from $ 27 billion in 2001 to $ 18 billion in 2003. The problems and damages in the system of justice and administrative confrontation that Japanese corporations are facing are continuously at a stand-still even after China's entry into the WTO. It has been 20 years since Japan's advance in China and during that period, the Japanese corporations brought many changes ranging from exports/imports to direct investment. Although Japan's new corporations tend to be located in the mid-western part of China, rather than the coastal areas, the region itself is not the cause for the confrontation. The problem stems from the Japanese treating the Chinese as if they were Japanese because they look similar due to their Asian ancestry. In reality the Chinese have completely different ways of doing business. Here we will take a look at the international trading and direct investment of Japanese corporations in China and study the conflicts that occurred in business transactions with China through real examples.

The purpose of this study was to make a further analysis on potential correlations of male spouses' role performance (daily life assistance, sexual life satisfaction and marital conflict) and their marital stability in international marriage. In order to meet the purpose, this study used a questionnaire form to survey Korean men who married and kept a marital relationship with foreign brides (survey dating from Dec. 12, 2010 to May. 3. 2011). Out of total 300 sheets of questionnaire form distributed to a population of those men, 247 sheets of questionnaire form were collected from them. Then, total 220 sheets of complete and valid questionnaire form except incomplete 27 sheets were finally selected for statistical data analysis. Major findings of this study can be summed up as follows: First, in terms of role performance, it was found that group with more daily life assistances had higher marital stability than group with less daily life assistances. Accordingly, it was found that daily life assistance was correlated with marital satisfaction. Secondly, in terms of role performance, it was found that group with more marital conflicts had higher marital stability than group with less marital conflicts. Based on these findings, it is concluded that male spouses' positive role performance in international marriage has positive effects on marital stability in relationships with their foreign female spouses.
Medvedev administration has adopted new foreign policy line because of Obama administration's 'Reset' policy and Global economic crisis. The objectives of Medvedev's new foreign policy are the creation of a favorable external environment and the efficient use of external resources for Russia's economic modernization. To achieve these goals, Medvedev's government fleshed out such specific action plans as the avoidance of conflicts with other powers, the prevention of conflicts around Russia's borders, the activation of capital investment, and the introduction of advanced technology from the outside. This foreign policy line takes shape in the building of a foundation for strategic cooperation with the United States, the preparation for 'Modernization Alliance' with Europe, the management of cooperation and conflict with China and Japan, and the introduction of a dual strategy of strategic stability and economic integration in relations with post-soviet states. In Russia's new foreign policy line the strengthening of relations with the United States and Europe acquires highest priority. However, this does not mean a return to a 'pro-Western liberal line' in the early 1990s. The ultimate goal of Russia's 'modernization' program still lies in the rebuilding of a powerful Russia in accordance with the multipolar world order that was Putin administration's foreign policy line. In this context, foreign policy change under Medvedev administration could be defined as a 'program change at international level' that signifies a change in the means to achieve goals without changing them.

This study aims to analyze cases of drone psychological warfare in modern conflicts and examine their effects and limitations. Focusing on the cases of the United States, Israel, and Ukraine, the study investigates the impact of drone-based surveillance, attacks, and propaganda activities on the morale and combat will of enemy forces. The findings indicate that drone psychological warfare has a significant effect in pressuring the enemy psychologically and weakening their will to fight. However, it also entails serious side effects, such as civilian casualties and controversies over violations of international law, which calls for an ethical review. This study is significant in providing a foundation for in-depth discussions on the effectiveness and ethics of drone psychological warfare.
We are witnessing the growing maritime tension on the East Asian sea these days. Each naval powers in the region are competing each other to acquire more advanced naval capabilities. Based upon the rapid economic development, China is actively beefing up its naval capabilities and expand its boundary of naval activities all over the East Asian region. Chinese Navy already unveiled its expansive naval strategy replacing the traditional concept of 'Near-Sea Defense' with the new concept of 'Far-Sea Defense' strategy. In response to potential rival's naval build up, the U.S. is redeploying its naval forces focusing on the Asia-Pacific region. The U.S. enhances its joint naval exercises with the countries in the region, such as Japan, India, Australia and so on. In addition, Washington is devising new naval strategy under the concept of 'Air-Sea Battle' to deter Peking's so-called 'Anti-Access/ Area Denial(A2AD)' strategy. As a close ally of the U.S., Japan also disclosed its clear intention to strengthen the Maritime Self Defense Force(MSDF)'s capabilities by introducing the new concept of 'Dynamic Defense Force' in 2011. Under the new concept, JMSDF is pursuing the additional acquisition of submarines, quasi-aircraft carriers, Aegis-equipped destroyers, etc. Under the new president's strong leadership, Russia is also invigorating the naval build-up. Especially, Russia is fortifying the Pacific Fleet's naval assets by deploying new-type of naval ships such as the Mistral which was imported from France. In the midst of competitive naval build-up among the major naval powers in the region, we are observing the growing maritime conflicts on the East China Sea as well as South China Sea. Those naval conflicts can pose severe threats to our national interests. Maritime conflicts on the East or South China Sea can imperil our sea lanes which will be indispensible for national economic development. Neighboring countries' maritime conflicts also will cast an uncertainty on the path to mobilize international cooperation to resolve the North Korean issues. We should contribute to ease the maritime tension in the region by various ways. First, we should actively galvanize the bilateral maritime dialogue among the major naval powers in the region. Second, we also should take the lead to form a multilateral maritime cooperation mechanism in the region. Above all, we should set the aim to be a peaceful maritime power who can contribute to a building of stable maritime order in the region with a considerable naval power.
Becoming independent in 1956, Sudan has since experienced a number of coups $d^{\prime}{\acute{e}}tat$, religious conflicts between the Islamic north and the Christian south, conflicts between the north-south population composition and races, two civil wars for nearly 40 years due to a clash of interests over resources and others, and the Darfur crisis in which hundreds of thousands died. In 1983, as the Sudanese government forced Islamic laws on the southern region where many Christians lived, the civil war resumed and suffered heavy casualties. Although a brief period of tranquility is maintained at the present moment as South Sudan seceded, military conflicts continue to arise. The objective of this research is to understand the North-South Sudan conflict by examining its history and course. For this purpose, chapter 2 will make a theoretical and reality approach for conflict items and solutions. Chapter 3 will discuss the historical background and reasons for the Sudanese conflict by considering Sudan before 19th century, the Egyptian conquest of Sudan and the diverging North and South, Sudanese independence and other divisions yet again, and finally the North-South conflicts over religion and resources. In Chapter 4, there will be an analysis of the course of the Sudan Civil War by separating it into the First and Second Civil War. In Chapter 5, the consequences and future prospect will be presented in lieu of the conclusion.

In this study, the public sensitivity of the 'MZ generation' was examined through the social media big data sensitivity analysis method. For the analysis, the consumer account SNS text was examined, and positive and negative emotional factors were presented by classifying external sensibilities and emotions of the MZ generation. In conclusion, the positive emotions of liking and interest in relation to the "MZ generation" were 72.1%, higher than the negative emotional ratio of 27.9%. In positive sensitivity, the older generation showed 'a favorable feeling for the individuality and dignifiedness of the MZ generation' and 'interest in the MZ generation with new values'. In contrast, the MZ generation has a favorable feeling for 'the fact that they are a generation of their own boldness, youthfulness and individuality' and 'small growthism'. Negative sensitivity outside the MZ generation was found to be 'A concern about the marriage avoidance, employment difficulties, debt investment, and resignation trends of the MZ generation', 'Hate the MZ generation who treats Kkondae' and 'Difficult to talk to the MZ generation'. On the other hand, the negative emotions felt by the MZ generation itself were 'Rejection of generalization', 'Rejection of generation and gender conflicts', 'Rejection of competition worse than the older generation', 'Relative failure of the rich era', and 'Sadness to live in a predicted climate disaster'. Therefore, the older generation should not look at the MZ generation in general, but as individuals, and should alleviate conflicts with intergenerational understanding and empathy. there is a need for community consideration to solve generational conflicts, gender conflicts, and environmental problems.
Cyberspace, based on the dramatic development of information and communications technology, has brought enormous benefits to mankind. However, concerns over cyber terrorism and cyber attack are becoming serious. It is time to expand the global dialogue on international security issues in cyberspace. It is imperative to have a common understanding that cyberspace, the infrastructure for prosperity, should not be utilized as a space to create conflicts among states, and that all states agree to build confidence and peace in cyberspace. For this purpose, there are 3 tracks of international cooperations: 1)international cooperation such as UN and Conference on Cyberspace, 2)regional cooperations such as ARF and OSCE. 3)bilateral cooperations such US-Russia Cybersecurity Agreement, US-China presidential level dialogue. This paper will analyze the 1st track of international cooperations of UN and Conference on Cyberspace. With this, Korean government can prepare the forthcoming GGE activities and make our own strategy to deal with the global norms of good behaviour in cyberspace.
