내부마케팅이란 외부고객의 만족을 위해 직원들에게 만족을 주고 서비스 마음을 갖도록 하는 조직의 마케팅 활동이다. 본 연구는 병원종사자들을 대상으로 내부마케팅이 고객지향성 및 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 구조화된 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 경기도 일개 종합병원 731명을 대상으로 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 선형회귀분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내부마케팅이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향은 리더십 및 커뮤니케이션, 교육훈련이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내부마케팅이 충성도에 미치는 영향은 리더십 및 커뮤니케이션, 근무환경, 보상 및 복리후생, 교육훈련이 충성도에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 셋째, 고객지향성이 충성도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났고 고객지향성이 높아지면 충성도도 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 고객지향성과 충성도를 높이기 위한 내부마케팅 활동에 구체적인 방안을 모색되기를 바란다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of the professor's image making (internal, external, social image) perceived by college students on instructional outcomes. The influence of the professor's image making on class satisfaction and class commitment was analyzed, and the mediating effect of class satisfaction and the relationship between class satisfaction and class commitment in the relationship between image making and class commitment was considered. First, it was found that the external image and social image of the professor had a significant effect on class satisfaction. The level of interpersonal relations, such as communication, manners, manners, and intimacy as well as the management of external expressions, clothing style, makeup, hair, gestures, postures, attitudes, voices, speech, and speech speed brings satisfaction to the class. Second, it was found that the professor's inner image, outer image, and social image had a significant effect on class commitment. In order to satisfy the students' immersion in class, professors are required to manage internal, external, and social images. Third, it was found that class satisfaction had a significant effect on class commitment. If the class satisfaction is high, it means that class immersion also increases. Fourth, as for the social image of a professor, it was found that class satisfaction had a completely mediating effect in the relationship between class commitment, and the external image of a professor was found to have a partial mediating effect in class satisfaction in the relationship between class commitment. It was found that the social image of professors perceived by college students improve class satisfaction, and this improves class satisfaction further enhances class immersion.

본 논문에서는 내부망과 VPN망을 유연하게 사용할 수 있는 보안망 NVR 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 일반적으로 내부망만을 사용하는 NVR 시스템은 외부에서 접속이 불가능하여 불필요한 점검이 필요하고 외부에서 접속이 불가능하다는 단점이 있다. VPN 보안망을 이용하여 외부 접속이 가능하도록 하였으며, 기존 내부망을 그대로 사용할 수 있도록 NVR 시스템 소프트웨어를 설계, 구현하였다. 클라이언트와 NVR 시스템을 통해 내부 네트워크에서의 NVR 시스템 사용 환경을 비교해 보았다. 또한, 모바일 APP을 통해 VPN망과 함께 사용 환경을 구현하였으며, 동일한 NVR이 동일한 기능으로 정상적으로 동작하고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 VPN 시스템 기반의 폐쇄 루프 네트워크를 통한 유연한 액세스를 위한 IP 기반 NVR에 대해서도 연구하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of marital communication, home management strategy and family life satisfaction, the data were obtained from 463 wives who lived lived in Seoul. The major findings were as follows: 1) The efficiency of marital communication showed a significant difference in their age, education level, work status, monthly income, number of children, internal-external controllabiltiy and perception of life level. 2) Time strategy and housework strategy were differed by their socidemo-graphic variables and psychological variables. But finance strategy was not affected by any variable. 3) Influential variables of family life satisfaction were the efficiency of marital communication, perception of life level and home management strategy.

In modern business conditions, the improvement of business processes cannot do without digitalization. Digital technologies allow businesses to conquer markets, quickly introduce new technologies not only into production processes, but also at all levels of economic activity. The rapid pace of development of information, communication and economic spheres determine the relevance of the research topic and the goals that digital management solves. Today, the use of digital equipment and platforms makes it possible to form the basis for the formation of competitive business advantages, minimize costs, and most importantly, respond in time to changes in both the internal and external environment..Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the digital management system in a business environment. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites for digital management system in a business environment were investigated.

In this letter, we consider a cooperation system with multiple untrusted relays (URs). To keep the transmitted information confidential, we obtain joint channel characteristics (JCCs) through combining the channels from the source to the destination. Then, in the null space of the JCCs, jammers construct artificial noise to confuse URs when the source node broadcasts its data. Through a distributed implementation algorithm, the weight of each node can be obtained from its own channel state information. Simulation results show that high-level security of the system can be achieved when internal and external eavesdroppers coexist.

본 논문에서는 사전 연구로 제작된 손목시계형태의 반사형과 투과형 PPG 측정 장치의 온도 변화에 대한 특성을 고찰하였다. PPG는 신체의 온도 변화에 따라 그래프의 모양이 영향을 받게 되는데 본 논문에서는 신체의 온도 변화가 아닌 측정 장비의 온도 변화에 따른 영향을 고찰하였다. 실험은 기존에 제작된 장치의 마이크로 컨트롤러의 내부 온도를 측정하면서 내부 온도 변화에 따른 PPG의 변화를 관찰하였다. 실험 결과, 사용된 마이크로 컨트롤러의 동작 시간에 따라 온도는 무리함수의 그래프 형태로 변화하였으며 온도 상승에 따라 투과형 측정 장치는 온도에 영향을 받지 않았으나 반사형 측정 장치는 PPG 측정 결과에 변화가 발생함을 확인하였다.

카메라 교정(Camera calibration)은 알고있는 월드 좌표계(world coordinate system)의 제어점(control points)들에 대하여 카메라의 내부/외부 인자(internal and external parameters)들을 계산하는 과정이다. 정확한 카메라 교정은 정밀한 측정을 위해서 반드시 요구된다. 본 논문에서, 우리는 3D 기하학이나 카메라 광학에 대한 특별한 지식을 요구하지 않는 신경망을 이용하여 간단하면서도 유연한 카메라 교정을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 내부/외부 인자를 요구하지 않는 응용 분야에 매우 유용하다. 또한 제안한 카메라 교정은 물체가 이미지 평면과 거의 평행할 경우에 발생하는 악조건(ill-condition)문제를 해결할 수 있는 장점을 가졌다. 이러한 악조건은 시각 시스템을 이용하여 제품 검사를 할 경우에 흔히 발생한다. 좀더 정확한 교정을 위해 획득한 이미지는 렌즈의 방사형 왜곡에 따라 두 개의 지역으로 분할하여 교정된다. 그리고 Tsai의 알고리즘을 이용한 결과와 제안한 방법을 이용하여 교정한 결과를 실험을 통해 타당성을 증명한다.

Most of the existing studies on functional safety testing for the railway signaling system software have focused on verifying the functional safety through the monitoring of internal memory embedded railway signaling system. However, the railway signaling system is one of the typical embedded control system in the railway sector, and the embedded software has a characteristic of generating an appropriate outputs through the combination of internal processing in consideration of the current internal status and external input. Therefore, the test approach of using the interface communication channel can be effective way for the functional testing for railway signaling system software in consideration of these characteristic. Since a communication interface specification of the railway signal system has a the properties of the sequence input and output signals, test-case for software testing is the most effective methodology by MSC (Message Sequence Chart) language, one of the graphic language. The MSC-based test-case generating methodology for signaling system software was proposed in this paper.

To achieve accurate and efficient extraction of the fractal feature, a progressive extraction method is developed. After establishing the boundaries of the targeted surface by enclosing it with internal and external covers, it determines the features of the surface by calculating the characteristics of such covers.
