A Study on Infant Attachment Classification and Maternal Attachment Representation (영아의 애착 유형과 어머니의 애착 표상 유형에 대한 연구)

  • This study investigated intergenerational transmission from mother's attachment representation to infant's attachment pattern and the associations between maternal attachment representation and their childhood experiences. Subjects were forty 12- to 15-month-old infants and their mothers. The Adult Attachment Interview (Main & Goldwyn, 1984) was used to assess mother's attachment representation. The Strange Situation (Ainsworth, 1978) was used to classify infant's attachment relationship. Mothers were classified as autonomous (F), dismissing (Ds), preoccupied (E), or unresolved/disorganized (Ud). Infants were classified as secure (B), insecure-avoidant (A), insecure-resistant (C), or insecure-disorganized (D). Exact A/B/C/D and Ds/F/E/Ud agreement was observed in 30 of 40 dyads(75%). Maternal childhood experiences were related to maternal attachment representation.

Effects of Working Fuel Temperature on Injection Characteristics of Bypass Type Piezo Injector (작동 연료온도가 Bypass type 피에조 인젝터의 분사 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • Diesel vehicles suffer from poor starting and running problems at cold temperatures. Diesel vehicles have the characteristic that CO and PM are reduced or similarly discharged when going from low temperature to high temperature. In this study, a bypass type piezo injector for electronic control based common rail injection system was used. Numerical analysis using injector drive analysis model was performed to analyze injector drive and internal fuel flow characteristics according to fuel temperature change. The results show that the rate of density change due to the fuel temperature is proportional, and that the effect of the kinematic viscosity is relatively large between $-20^{\circ}C$ and $0^{\circ}C$. Comparing the results of temperature condition at $0^{\circ}C$ and $20^{\circ}C$, it is considered that the viscosity is more correlated with the needle displacement than the pressure chamber of the delivery chamber.

A Study on the Impact of Hotel Internal Marketing Practices on Culinary Staff Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (호텔기업 내부마케팅활동이 조리종사원들의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study seeks to determine causal relationships between hotel internal marketing practices and job satisfaction, and ultimately on organizational commitment, to contribute information enabling hotel management to better understand employees working in hotel culinary departments. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were employed for the statistical analysis (e.g. frequency statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structure equation model). Results revealed that the formulated model showed proper model fit (${\chi}^2=227.154$(df=179), p-value=0.009, CMIN/DF=1.269, RMR=0.013, GFI=0.931, AGFI=0.911, NFI=0.906, CFI=0.978, RMSEA=0.031), and confirmed construct reliability and convergent validity. Three factors (benefit package, educational training, work autonomy) were extracted based on the results of the factor analyses. Specifically, benefit package and work autonomy exhibited an effect on job satisfaction with benefit package asthe most significant factor (t-value 3.311, p<0.001), partially supporting the first hypothesis of this study. In addition, job satisfaction has found to have a positive influence in organizational commitment, confirming the second hypothesis of this study.

  • This paper proposes an automatic facial expression generation system of vector graphic character using gaussian process model. Proposed method extracts the main feature vectors from twenty-six facial data of character redefined based on Russell's internal emotion state. Also by using new gaussian process model, SGPLVM, we find low-dimensional feature data from extracted high-dimensional feature vectors, and learn probability distribution function (PDF). All parameters of PDF are estimated by maximization the likelihood of learned expression data, and these are used to select wanted facial expressions on two-dimensional space in real time. As a result of simulation, we confirm that proposed facial expression generation tool is working in the small facial expression datasets and can generate various facial expressions without prior knowledge about relation between facial expression and emotion.

  • Numerical analysis information will be very useful to improve fluid system. General information about an internal gas flow is presented by numerical analysis approach. Relating with hydrogen compressing system, which have an important role in hydrogen energy utilization, this should be a useful tool to observe the flow quickly and clearly. Flow characteristic analysis, including pressure and turbulence kinetic energy distribution of hydrogen gas coming to the cylinder of a reciprocating compressor are presented in this paper. Suction-passage model is designed based on real model of hydrogen compressor. Pressure boundary conditions are applied considering the real condition of operating system. The result shows pressure and turbulence kinetic energy are not distributed uniformly along the passage of the Hydrogen system. Path line or particles tracks help to demonstrate flow characteristics inside the passage. The existence of vortices and flow direction can be precisely predicted. Based on this result, the design improvement, such as reducing the varying flow parameters and flow reorientation should be done. Consequently, development of the better hydrogen compressing system will be achieved.

Reliability and Validity of the Korean Version of Nurses' Attitudes and Preparedness towards Delegation (한국어판 간호사의 위임에 대한 태도 및 준비성 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and test the validity and reliability of the Korean version of nurses' attitudes toward delegation and preparedness to delegate (APD). Methods: The Korean version of APD was developed through forward-backward translation methods. Internal consistency reliability, criterion validity, and construct validity using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 19 and AMOS 20.0. Survey data were collected from 161 nurses working in 2 general hospitals. Results: The Korean version of APD showed Cronbach's alphas of .68 and .85. Factor loadings of the 8 attitude items on the 3 subscales ranged from .60 to .86 and the 15 preparedness items on the 4 subscales ranged from .47 to .90. The model of 3 subscales for the Korean nurses' attitude toward delegation and the model of 4 subscales for the Korean nurses' preparedness to delegate were both validated by confirmatory factor analysis(NC<3, CFI>.90, RMSEA<.10). Criterion validity compared to job satisfaction showed significant correlation. Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrate that this modified Korean version of APD is applicable for measuring Korean nurses' attitude toward delegation and preparedness to delegate.

The Risk Factors Influencing Turnover Intention of Nurses (간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 예측 요인)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the risk factors influencing turnover intention of nurses. Method: The participants in this descriptive survey on causal relations were 756 nurses who were working at a tertiary university hospital in Seoul. The data were put in to multiple regression analysis to build a prediction model. Results: Turnover intention according to general features were shown as following.: Age, Clinical careers, Educational level, Marital status, Economic status(Yearly income). The relationship between turnover intention and job stress had positive correlation. But the relationship between turnover and other factors that job satisfaction, internal marketing, and organizational commitment had negative correlation. The causal factors of turnover intention were organizational commitment, the factors of organizational support and patient/caregiver relationships among subcategories of job stress and the factor of professional position among subcategories of job satisfaction. Conclusions: The findings of study suggest that board intervention program should be provided to prevent problems of turnover. It is also recommended that a program be developed that can help control the variables identified in this study along with follow up study to verify the model.

Mediating Effect of Self-Esteem on the Relationship between Attachment and Depression in Adolescents (청소년의 애착과 우울 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of self-esteem between attachment and depression in adolescents. The study specified theoretical assumptions based on internal working model and vulnerability model. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling. A total of 2,058 adolescent data from 2015 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey was used in this study. The results showed parent attachment, peer attachment, and teacher attachment did not have direct effects on adolescent depression, but have indirect effects. Self-esteem had direct and mediating effect on depression. The implications were discussed in relation to interpersonal relationships and self-esteem of adolescents for depression prevention.

  • The purposes of this paper is to draw a conclusion on the impact of the characteristics of economic cooperation between china and south korea on customer value and enterprise performance in the korean electronics industry. In this paper, product reliability and product innovation are especially used as analytical factors, and this paper used a survey of 293 internal employees working in the electronics industry for analyze, and structural equation model(SEM) was used to analyze the data. The results of the research analysis are summarized as follows. First, it was found that the characteristic of economic cooperation in the research model has a significant effect on the product reliability. Second, it was found that the characteristics of economic cooperation have a significant effect on the products innovation. Third, the products reliability has a significant impact on customer value, while the products innovation has not affected customer value. Finally, it was found that the customer value of the korean electronics industry also has a significant impact on the Enterprise performance. As a good development alternative to this research, there is the ultimate goal of hoping that corporate managers will help to create new good values. To this end, we hope it will be helpful as we have made necessary suggestions to establish the desired direction of the Korean electronics industry operator.

Effect of Green Transformational Leadership and Organizational Environmental Culture on Manufacturing Enterprise Low Carbon Innovation Performance

  • Previous studies stated that low carbon innovation performance could be influenced by government regulations and the green market, which is the new trend of consumer consumption in the present time, mainly focusing on external factors. Before study augured that low carbon innovation performance could be driven by internal and external factors of cooperation such as institutional pressure, stakeholder pressure, and innovation resources. However, the study of green transformational leadership and organizational environmental culture on low carbon innovation performance is rare, especially in Chinese manufacturing, as well as the effect of influencing factors of TPB model: environmental attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior capability on low carbon innovation performance. Previous studies mostly used the TPB model for predicting individual behavior. This study established a theoretical model combining the TPB model with green transformational leadership and organizational environmental culture of Chinese automobile manufacturing on low carbon innovation performance. This study consists of two sections of research methodology: section 1 related to questionnaire design and data collection. We established a questionnaire and distributed it online, targeting responses from the managerial level working in Chinese automobile manufacturing. Eventually, 155 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. Section 2 involved data analysis using statistical software. Reliability and data validity was examined by reliability analysis and factor analysis. Correlations and convergent validity analyses were applied, and structural equation modeling was conducted to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicated that green transformational leadership, organizational environmental culture, and essential factors of TPB model; environmental attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior capability positively affect low carbon innovation performance. In addition, the indirect effect of green transformational leadership was tested and found that organizational environmental culture and TPB factors mediated the relationship between transformational leadership and low carbon innovation performance.
