사회복지 관리체제간의 상호작용수준에 관한 실증적 연구 (Empirical Study on The Interaction Degree between Social Welfare Management Systems)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지 기관 내부 구성원을 두 부류로 구분하여 대상자들을 직접적으로 관리, 감독하는 1차 조직과 이를 지원, 보조하는 2차 조직으로 분류하고, 양 조직을 조직간 관계이론 중 협력관계와 관련하여 양자의 상호작용 수준을 기반으로 하여 어느 정도의 협력수준을 확보하고 있는지에 대하여 실증적 연구를 통하여 분석하였다. 이는 사회복지 업무의 특성상 대상자와 관계인 들이 필요로 하는 궁극적인 목적에 효과적으로 도달하기 위해서는 양자의 유기적인 협력이 필수 요소로 추정되기 때문이다. 이 연구결과를 통하여 양자는 관리체제간의 협력의 필요성에 대해 모두 폭넓게 인식하고 있으며, 조직 간의 유기적 협력을 위해 조직 내부적인 차원에서 담당자들의 협력에 대한 가치관과 행태의 정립이 우선시되어야 한다는 정책적 시사점이 도출되었다.

공공기관 업무관리시스템 성과평가 모형 개발에 관한 연구: 청와대 업무관리시스템(e지원시스템)을 중심으로 (A Model to Measure the Success of a Web-based Information System at a Government Agency - the Chungwadae Case)

  • Introduction The e-government is concerned with using Internet and Web technologies to exchange information and services with citizens, businesses and other related organizations, and it centers on three functions, namely informational, interactive, and transactional [UN, 2001]. Many developed countries like the U.S. have been actively involved in e-government projects, since they enable both more effective public services for citizens and more efficient internal operations. Korea is among these leading countries that are planning to leverage computer and communication technologies to provide for integration of work processes and information as well as convenient access to information and services. For this reason, evaluating e-government projects is becoming a crucial issue for both researchers and policy-makers. However, most research to date has primarily focused on a model of success of an e-government system designed for citizens, overlooking internal systems specifically created for employees working in a public organization. This paper is intended to propose a model to measure the success of a Web-based information system designed for use by internal users at Chungwadae, the executive branch of Korea's central government. The paper is also aimed at applying the model to the assessment of the present system being used at Chungwadae in comparison with the preceding system. Evaluating an e-Government System The most widely cited model of information systems success today is that of DeLone and McLean[1992, 2003, 2004]. The original model states that the success of an information system can be measured using six dimensions, including system quality, information quality, use, user satisfaction, individual impact, and organizational impact. Although the ultimate success of an information system may be reflected in the impact that the system has upon individuals as well as an organization, aspects of using the system such as system use and user satisfaction can play an important role in determining the system success, because the system would be a sheer failure if users don't like and use the system. As a response to criticisms given by numerous researchers, the authors adapted their model to fit the emerging Web-based environment. The revised model[DeLone and McLean, 2003] they offered included an additional quality dimension, namely service quality, and combined individual and organizational impacts into net benefits which can also influence user satisfaction. The e-government system success model can be built around this updated model. Our model incorporates information quality, system quality, and service quality as in the DeLone and McLean model. However, the 'system use' dimension has been replaced by perceived usefulness, as suggested by Seddon[1998]. In addition, because the e-government systems that this paper focuses on are internal public systems used in government agencies, the 'net benefits' dimension has been replaced by perceived work efficiency. Based on the proposed model, a total of nine hypotheses have been formulated which we tested using an empirical analysis. Methods A questionnaire form has been created with items that are designed to examine the relationships among the variables in the model. The questionnaire has been handed over, in person, to 65 members of Chungwadae staff who are now actively using the E-Support System, the present information system created to support internal work at Chungwadae. We made arrangements to meet with each individual who agreed to participate in our survey, and helped to fill out the survey form with explanations. Of the 65 copies that were delivered, only 33 were returned, and 30 responses of these have been adopted for our analysis, since three were not valid. The extremely small sample size was due to the limited number of staff members who had adequate experience required of this study. Results We gathered data from the questionnaire survey and analyzed them using a regression analysis to test the hypotheses. As shown in the table below, the results indicated that all three dimensions of an information system’s quality are positively related to user satisfaction. However, information quality and system quality were found to be positively related to perceived usefulness, while service quality was not. In addition, perceived usefulness is not positively related to user satisfaction, implying that a user may find a system useful, but may not be satisfied with it. Finally, user satisfaction and perceived usefulness both are positively related to perceived work efficiency. This suggests that workers' positive experience with the system is important to guarantee favorable work efficiency. Conclusions We conclude that the proposed model proved useful in measuring the success of an internal information system used by a government agency. To demonstrate the applicability and usefulness of the model in the paper, we applied the model to the assessment of the present internal system used at Chungwadae in comparison with the preceding system. The results showed that the present system outperforms the preceding one in a statistically significant way. Future research will have to focus on applying the model to Korea's governmental agencies other than Chungwadae and examine whether it proves applicable in different types of governmental organizations.

간호기기 개발수요 조사연구 (A Study on the Demand for Equipent Development in Nursing)

  • The objectives of thes study were to identify the need for equipment development in nursing, and to determine the priorities for that development. The study was descriptive study done between March 2 and May 30, 1995, in which the subjects, including 421 patients, 223 family members, and 198 nurses from neurosurgery, orthopedic, rehabilitation medicine, internal medicine and intensive care units of nine general hospitals in Seoul, completed a questionnarie developed by the research team. The questionnaire consisted of 35 open and closed questions. Data was analyzed using frequencies and percentages. The results ware summarized as follows: 1) The average age of the nurses was 27.9 years, 48% of the patients were between 20 and 40 years of age, and 17% were over 60. The average lingth of experience for the nurse subjects was four years five months with 36.9%. having over five years experience. The most frequent diagnoses of patients were spinal disc(35.9%), internal medicine disease(26.0%), cerebral vascular accident(16.6%) and spinal cord injury(10%) 2) Many of the nurses(96.4%) reported deficiencies with existing equipment and 96.5% of the nurses, but only 79.8% of the patients, nurses' time. Further, 82.3% of the nurses and 75.8% of the patients felt that the development of new equipment would lead to a decrease in the cost of nursing care. 3) Nurses felt that the greatest areas of inconvenience were patient feeding(71.7%), hygiene(71.2%), caring for a patient confined to bed(70.7%), patient clothing(67.2%), mobility transfers(63.5%) and urinary elimination(52.0%). However, patients and family members listed the following as being the most inconvenient: urinary elimination(58.7%), Hygiene(50.5), feeding(48.4%), mobility transfers(47.1%) and bed care(45.2%). 4) Generally the nurses listed more inconveniences and patients and family members listed more demands for the development of equipment. These included utensils with large handles, and regulators for tube feedings; mattresses that provide for automatic position change and massage, which have patient controlled levers and a place for bed pan insertion; automatic lifts or transfer from bed to wheelchair; equipment to facilitate washing and oral hygiene as well as equipment that will allow patients with spinal cord injuries easy access to showers; a bed pan/urinal for women that is comfortable and effective from which urine can be measured and disposed of easily; disposable dressing sets and tracheostomy care sets and a convenient way of measuring changes in wound size; a safe delivery system for oxygen, a variety of mask sizes and better control of humidity, tracheal material than at present, as well as a communication system for patients with tracheostomies; clothing that will allow access to various parts of the body for treament or assessment without patients having to remove all of their clothing; and finally a system that will allow the patient to control lighting, telephones and pagers. Priority areas for equipment development reported by the nurses were, urinary elimination(58. 7%), hygiene(50.5%), feeding(48.4%), mobility transfers(47..1%), bowel elimination(40.8%). Those reported by the patients family members were feeding(71.7%), hygiene(70.0%), bedcare(70.7%), clothing(67.2%), mobility transfers(63.6%), urinary elimination(52.9%) and bowel elimination(50.5%) Altogether, nurses, patients and family members listed the following as priorities; clothing (178), bed care(144), urinary elimination(92), environment(81), hygiene(70). Further, a health professional forum listed urinary elimination, oxygen delivery, medication delivery, mobility transfers, bed care and hygiene in that order as priority areas. From this study it can be concluded that the first need is to develop equipment that will address the problems of urinary elimination. Revised Korean Cough Guidelines, 2020: Recommendations and Summary Statements

  • Cough is the most common respiratory symptom that can have various causes. It is a major clinical problem that can reduce a patient's quality of life. Thus, clinical guidelines for the treatment of cough were established in 2014 by the cough guideline committee under the Korean Academy of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases. From October 2018 to July 2020, cough guidelines were revised by members of the committee based on the first guidelines. The purpose of these guidelines is to help clinicians efficiently diagnose and treat patients with cough. This article highlights the recommendations and summary of the revised Korean cough guidelines. It includes a revised algorithm for the evaluation of acute, subacute, and chronic cough. For a chronic cough, upper airway cough syndrome (UACS), cough variant asthma (CVA), and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) should be considered in differential diagnoses. If UACS is suspected, first-generation antihistamines and nasal decongestants can be used empirically. In cases with CVA, inhaled corticosteroids are recommended to improve cough. In patients with suspected chronic cough due to symptomatic GERD, proton pump inhibitors are recommended. Chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, bronchiolitis, lung cancer, aspiration, intake of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, intake of dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor, habitual cough, psychogenic cough, interstitial lung disease, environmental and occupational factors, tuberculosis, obstructive sleep apnea, peritoneal dialysis, and unexplained cough can also be considered as causes of a chronic cough. Chronic cough due to laryngeal dysfunction syndrome has been newly added to the guidelines.

개인 창의성이 지식공유와 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 유통업 종사자를 중심으로 (The Effect of Personal Creativity on Knowledge Sharing and Innovation Behavior: Focused on Retail Workers)

  • Purpose - First, empirical research will reveal how personal creativity affects the knowledge sharing and innovation behaviors of organizational members. Second, self-management competency will be verified to explain the causal relationship between independent and dependent variables as a mediating variable and to reduce the time interval. Research design, data, and methodology - There are two major research models. First, personal creativity (professionalism, emotional intelligence, internal motivation) has a positive impact on knowledge sharing (creation of knowledge, organization of knowledge, use of knowledge) and innovation behavior (deriving ideas, implementing ideas, promoting ideas). Second, self-management competency (intellectual capacity, emotional capacity, personality capacity) plays a mediating role. In addition to descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, Cronbach's α was calculated for 259 workers in the retail industry. In addition, confirmatory factor analysis was performed using the AMOS 24.0 program, and the influence on the measurement model was analyzed to verify the structural equation model. Results - First, personal creativity had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. In other words, it was confirmed that the decision-making process accompanied by individual creativity can create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and continue to innovate. Second, personal creativity had a positive effect on self-management competency, and self-management competency had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Third, self-management competency was found to partially mediate the influence of personal creativity on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Conclusions - First, it is important for managers to recognize the value of creative talents who can be a fundamental source of organizational success and competitive advantage, and to attract talented people. Second, managers should be able to develop decision-making processes to develop potential creativity and encourage creative ideas, opinions, or solutions when organizing the work environment of their members. Third, managers should promote the sharing and integration of new knowledge that underlies the creative views and attitudes of teams and organizational members. Unlike previous studies, which emphasize the role of the work environment in which creative behaviors are promoted, this study shows that creativity of individual members, itself, is an important determinant of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior.

영국 록그룹 퀸(Queen) 4인 멤버들의 퍼스낼리티와 캐릭터 일 고찰 (A Study on the Personality and Character of the 4 members of the British rock group Queen)

  • 이 글에서는 영화 <보헤미안 랩소디>로 전세계에 '퀸(Queen) 신드롬' 을 일으키며 국내에서도 무려 1천만 명에 육박하는 관람객을 돌파했던 전설적인 록그룹 퀸(Queen)의 메인보컬 프레디 머큐리 등 4인의 퍼스낼리티와 캐릭터를 고찰하고자 했다. 문화콘텐츠가 대세인 오늘날, 이 논문은 카리스마 넘치는 목소리와 아름다운 대중음악 하모니를 남긴 퀸(Queen) 멤버 4인에 대하여 스토리텔링의 의미에서 그들의 퍼스낼리티와 캐릭터가 어떤 상관관계를 지니는가를 연구한 것이다. 이론적 배경으로서 밴드 구성과 역할 및 록 음악의 대중화를 위한 멤버들의 심리 및 인간관계 요인에 연구의 중점을 두되, 멤버들이 각자 태어나고 살아온 환경적 요인과 부모 등 가족관계 요인을 부수적으로 적용하고자 한다. 퀸(Queen)은 1970년대 초부터 1990년대 초까지 록그룹으로서의 탄생과 소멸에 이르기까지 대략 20년간 전세계를 다니면서 공연 흥행을 이뤄낸 밴드이다. 요컨대 개성이 강한 퀸(Queen) 멤버 4인들은 취향과 상상력에 따라 록 음악의 경계를 넘나드는, 즉 아카펠라, 발라드, 오페라, 하드록 등 전혀 다른 장르들을 조합한 실천적 구성으로 다양한 음악적 가능성을 보여주었으며, 대중과의 교감에서 탁월한 능력을 발휘하여 세대를 초월하는 전설적인 명성을 얻었다. 록그룹 퀸(Queen)과 그 메인보컬 프레디 머큐리 등 4인의 퍼스낼리티와 캐릭터는 내면적인 영향으로부터 외형적인 영향에 이르기까지 상관관계에 의해서 산출된 연계성의 발로였다.

한의학 관련 이미지 연구 (The Research about Image on Korean Medicine)

  • Objectives: Recently, the utility rate of Korean-Medical service has been a 6 percent of the domestic market share in medical service, so there is a lot of effort to increase utility rate of Korean medical service. However, in spite of the importance of image to promotion, there are still few studies about image of Korean medicine. Thus, the purpose of this study was to suggest ways to increase utility rate of Korean medical service by surveying and analysing recognition of image of Korean Medicine. Methods: People aged between 20s and 40s were targets of investigation. We divided respondents into three groups depending on relation approximation with Korean medicine (weak-related group, normal-related group, strong-related group). The questionnaire consisted of questions about images of Korean medicine, conducted through online and personal interviews. Results: In total, 282 members responded to the survey and the results of the analysis were as follows. The more a person was related to Korean medicine, the greater the tendency to experience Korean medical service. The most associated taste about Korean medical institutions was Bitterness, smell was smell of Korean medicine, color was yellow, feeling was warm, sound (instrument) was drum, and treatment pattern was Acupuncture, respectively. The most associated image of acupuncture was painful, and the most associated age of Korean medical doctors was 40s. The most associated general term of Korean medicine was physical constitution, and most associated pathological term was extravasated blood. Conclusions: This study can be very useful for future image marketing of Korean medicine because there have been no other studies about image on Korean medicine before now. But this study has also some limits like area, respondent selection, etc., so a more detailed and comprehensive survey is needed.

충북지역 교사들의 건강증진생활양식 (Determinant of the Health Promoting Lifestyle of the Teachers in Choong-Buk province)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing health promoting lifestyle of teachers and to provide the data for efficient health management of teachers. The subjects of this study were eight hundred nine teachers, who were chosen in Choong-Buk province. Survey Questionaires for data analysis were collected through visiting or mailing from September 1 to 30, 1997. The instruments used in this study were HPLP(Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile) by Walker (1987), Internal Health Locus of Control by Walston et al. (1978), Self Esteem by Rogenberg(1965), Importance of Health by Muhlenkamp (1985), Self Efficacy by Sherer & Maddux(1982), and Family Function by Olson & Schellenberg (1985). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, unpaired t-test, ANOVA, Pearsons correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS/PC(v. 4.01) program. The results were as follows; 1. The mean of health promoting lifestyle was total 2.53 on the average, self-actualization 2.97, nutrition 2.90, interpers 52, stress management 2.33, exercise 1.91, and health responsibility 1.82 in order. The index of total health promoting lifestyle was significantly influenced by the factors including sex, age, religion, marital status, duration of work, teaching load, education level and number of family members. 2. The health promoting Lifestyle was significantly positive correlated with Self Efficacy, Family Function, Importance of Health, Internal Health Locus of Control and Self Esteem. 3. Self Efficacy was the most influential determinant predicting health promoting lifestyle of teachers. Self efficacy, Family Function, Importance of Health, Internal Health Locus of Control and Age explained 42% of the health promoting lifestyle. Based on the above findings, it is suggested to develop nursing intervention to improve Self Efficacy, Importance of Health, Family Function of teachers enhance health promoting lifestyle. Further studies are needed to confirm these findings and to determine factors which significantly influence health promoting lifestyle of teachers.

  • 저자들은 만성췌장염으로 췌관결석이 합병되어 Puestow-Gillesby 췌관 공장 측측변형 문합술을 시행 받은 14 세 환아와 합병증이 발생하지 않은 만성췌장염을 앓고 있는 13세의 환아의 여자형제, 췌장암으로 사망한 외삼촌과 만성췌장염으로 배액술을 받은 26세 사촌언니를 가진 유전성 췌장염한 가계를 경험하였다. 또한 이들을 대상으로 유전자를 검사하여 R122H 변이를 관찰하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

한국 주심포식건축의 처마구조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Eaves Structure of Korean Jusimpo-type Architecture)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify types of the eaves structure of buildings with the Jusimpo-type structure and to analyze the characteristics of each eaves structure. For this objective, forty buildings were selected and investigated. The results of analysis are summarized as follows. First, the main members of framework which handle a load burden on the long-rafter(長椽) are classified as the Jusim-dori(柱心道里) and the Oemok-dori(外目道里). Based on the method of handling a load, the eaves structure is classified into three types; the Jusim-processing-type(柱心中心形), the Oemok-processing-type(外目中 心形), and the Oemok-processing-variant-type(外目中心變異形). The Jusim-processing-type is the set where the internal length of a long-rafter is longer than the length of the eaves on the basis of the center of a column. The Oemok-processing-type is the set where the external length of a long-rafter is longer than the internal length of it. And the Oemok-processing-variant-type is the set where the internal length of a long-rafter is longer than the external length of it, but it is shorter than the length of the eaves which includes the extruded length of a Buyeon(浮椽). Second, the Jusim-processing-type had been generally adopted in the Jusimpo-type structure of the Goryeo Dynasty. But since the 17th century, the Oemok-processing-type had the highest application rate. Third, the change from the Jusimdori-processing-structure to the Oemokdori-processing-structure means that the long-rafter is moved to the direction of outside of the building, and thus the Jung-dori(中道里) is gradually moved to the column center. And, the change of the eaves with the Jusimpo-type structure was not a process for increasing the length of the eaves but a process for adopting the advantages of the Dapo-type structure by changing the arrangement of purlin. Fourth, the change from the Jusimpo-type structure to the Dapo-type structure could be understood as a process for moving the main point for handling a load from the Jusim-dori to the Oemok-dori.
