After the COVID-19 pandemic, a global economic downturn and a recession in the shipping market are expected, it is important for domestic shipping companies to establish appropriate strategy in response to the recession. Accordingly, domestic shipping companies should grow into integrated logistics companies that combine shipping and logistics in the future. And for this purpose, it is necessary to actively promote logistics integration with external shipping and logistics companies. This paper presents the direction of logistics integration for domestic shipping companies to develop as integrated logistics operators with competitiveness in the global shipping market, and presents detailed alternatives. Domestic shipping companies lack the infrastructure such as ships, port terminals, and warehouses, so they have a weak capacity to independently promote logistics integration. At the shipping company level, a logistics integration promotion strategy should be established, and accordingly, logistics infrastructure, service network, and logistics integration operating system should be established. The government should provide tax benefits for logistics integration, financial support for M&As led by domestic shipping companies, a standardized information sharing system, and preparation of educational courses for nurturing digital manpower.

GPS attitude outputs or carrier phase observables can be effectively utilized to compensate the attitude error of the strapdown inertial navigation system. However, when the integer ambiguity is not correctly resolved and/or a cycle slip occurs, an erroneous GPS output can be obtained. If the erroneous GPS output is applied to the attitude determination GPS/INS (ADGPS/INS) integrated navigation system, the performance of the system can be degraded. This paper proposes an ADGPS/INS integration system using the triple difference carrier phase observables. The proposed integration system contains a cycle slip detection algorithm, in which the inertial information is combined. Computer simulations and flight test were performed to verify effectiveness of the proposed navigation system. Results show that the proposed system gives an accurate and reliable navigation solution even when the integer ambiguity is not correctly resolved and the cycle slip occurs.

The Electronic Warfare Computer for the Aircraft Survivability Equipment will improve the ability for countermeasures by analysis about threat information. This paper suggests method that threat data integration of multiple sensors(Radar Warning Receiver, Laser Warning Receiver, Missile Warning Receiver). The algorithm of threat data integration is based on detected threat sequence and azimuth information. The threat sequence information is analyzed in advance and the azimuth data is received from sensors. The suggested method is evaluated through simulation under the environment like real helicopter.

One of important technology that must improve compulsorily on information-oriented society stores, search and transmit cultural contents data of great quantity in heterogeneous environment. SAN appeared by solution to resolve the problem such as integration management of heterogeneous system data, effective practical use of storage, data transmission limit is happened from here. SAN is system that manage and shares data of large quantity efficiently attaching directly to high speed network such as Fiber Channel that storage system has been attached to server individually SAN became more complicated than existent storage environment although offer much advantage such as decrease of storage expense and flexibility of system configuration. This study argues management way could consider in such environment that understand complexity and component of networked storage system.

이 논문은 시공간 데이터의 통합된 연산을 위하여 공간 연산자와 시간 연산자의 경합 접속을 연구한다. 시공간 연산을 위한 통합 연구는 시공간 참조 메크로에 의한 시공간 위상관계 연산자의공통 사용을 의미한다. 또한 이 논문은 지형 객체의 이력 정보를 검색하는 이력 연산자와 시간관계 비교 연산자의 통합 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 확장 알고리즘은 기존의 GIS(Geographic Information System) 공간 데이터베이스를 기반으로 구현되며, 아울러 시공간 질의표현의 예를 통해 평가된다. 여기서 연구된 시공간 연산자의 통합은 통일된 시공간 질의를 지원하는데 유용한 기반구조를 제공할 것이다.

GPS가 가지는 특징과 비선형, 비가우시안의 시스템에서도 강인한 특성을 지닌 파티클 필터(PF, Particle Filter)를 이용하여 위치 추정 성능을 향상시키는 방법에 대해 제안한다. 그리고 제안한 알고리즘으로 보정한 GPS 데이터와 관성센서를 저가형 시스템에 적합한 약결합 방식을 이용하여 결합하였으며 정확도 향상을 위해 자세에 관한 칼만필터를 추가시켜 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템의 성능확인을 위해 NovAtel사의 고정밀 GPS와 비교 분석하였다.

We have recognized that an organization should be viewed from a multifaceted perspective necessitating a sophisticated analytical and systematic approach to monitor and improve organizational performance. Although some performance measurement systems have been proposed and are currently being used in many organizations, no performance measurement system has presented a mechanism for integrating all of the information of performance measures in a way that considers relationships between them. This paper introduces the implementation of the performance information integration method(PIIM) which synthesizes all useful information of performance measures with consideration of the relationship and generates a single, global, organizational performance score. The PIIM was empirically validated by implementing in one of missouri Veterans Homes.

본 논문에서 기업의 내외부 경영환경요인이 관리회계시스템 특성에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 기업의 외부 경영환경요인으로 환경불확실성과 시장에서의 경쟁, 내부 경영환경요인으로 경영전략, 조직구조, 첨단 제조기술을 하위요인으로 구성하였고, 관리회계시스템 특성은 정보의 범위, 적시성, 통합성, 결합성 하위요인으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 기업의 환경요인 중 환경불확실성이 관리회계시스템의 정보의 범위, 통합성, 결합성에 상대적으로 중요한 영향요인임을 확인하였고 적시성은 조직구조가 가장 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 다만, 시장에서의 경쟁은 관리회계시스템 특성에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

With the recent growth in cloud computing, big data processing and collaboration between businesses are emerging as new paradigms in the IT industry. In an environment where a large amount of data is generated in real time, such as SNS, big data processing techniques are useful in extracting the valid data. MapReduce is a good example of such a programming model used in big data extraction. With the growing collaboration between companies, problems of duplication and heterogeneity among data due to the integration of old and new information storage systems have arisen. These problems arise because of the differences in existing databases across the various companies. However, these problems can be negated by implementing the MapReduce technique. This paper proposes a collaboration system based on Database as a Service, or DBaaS, to solve problems in data integration for collaboration between companies. The proposed system can reduce the overhead in data integration, while being applied to structured and unstructured data.

이 연구는 중소 SI업체들이 IT프로젝트를 수행하는데 있어 어떤 공통적인 특성을 보여주는가를 알아보기 위해 진행되었다. 이 연구에서는 2006년부터 2009년까지 중소 제조업체를 대상으로 수행된 194개의 IT프로젝트에 대한 388건의 감리보고서를 기초자료로 사용했다. 연구 결과 프로젝트 관리 분야에서는 일정관리가 가장 취약한(문제가 있거나 또는 관리가 잘안 되는) 것으로 드러났으며, 개발 및 구현 분야에서는 시험 계획과 활동이 가장 취약했으며, 운영 빛 유지보수 분야에서는 사용자/운영자판 위한 매뉴얼 작성이 가장 취약한 것으로 드러났다. 결국 이들 세 가지 취약한 항목들은 중소 SI업체들이 IT프로젝트를 수행하는데 있어서의 공통적인 특성이라고 할 수 있다.
