본 연구는 국내 간호단위 관리자의 변혁적 리더십 선행요인들에 대한 메타분석을 실시하여 이들 변인들의 관계를 통합하여 제시하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 PRISMA 지침에 따라 국내·외 데이터베이스를 통해 문헌을 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 선정된 23편의 문헌에 대한 변혁적 리더십과 선행요인간의 상관관계 효과크기를 산출하였다. 연구결과 23편 연구의 전체 효과크기는 ESzr=.54로 큰 효과크기였다. 변혁적 리더십 선행요인들을 개인·심리군, 직무관련 변인군, 조직관련 변인군의 세 개의 범주로 분류하였으며, 그 중 조직관련 변인군의 효과크기가 ESzr=.56으로 가장 큰 효과 크기를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 변혁적 리더십을 발휘하기 위해 선행되는 요인들에 대한 효과크기를 메타분석을 통해 검증하였으며, 본 연구의 결과는 간호 관리자의 변혁적 리더십 향상을 위한 중재 프로그램 개발 시 근거가 되는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the state-of-the-art solar energy system design cases among LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified school projects and to explore the feasibilities for their applications in domestic school design. Investigating the sold wattages in some kinds of buildings, the wattages per an educational facility is the second-largest after that per an industrial facility. That shows that our attention should be actively directed to the utilization of New and Renewable Energy in school facilities. Therefore photovoltaics systems, lighting systems and solarthermal facilities of solar energy systems were analyzed in the LEED cases. Findings demonstrate that applications of solar energy systems in K-12 educational facilities have been executed more than those in higher educational facilities. However, K-12 educational facilities and higher educational facilities by private funds are not categorized as Green Buildings by Support for Making Green Buildings Act. That fact is needed to be amended. Besides that, design developments are needed for building integrated photovoltaics systems and solarthermal facilities in domestic educational facilities.

Ten years have passed since Samsung SDI and LG Electronics introduced six sigma. Six sigma spreads on the wide industry areas such as service and public sectors as well as manufacturing industry. Six sigma speaks for Korean enterprise's management innovation now. Then, can we evaluate that Korean enterprise's six sigma has settled down successfully? This study compares Korean enterprise's six sigma with those of Japanese and American enterprises in the view of leadership, project, people, and methodology. We suggest five topics for the successful settlement of six sigma in Korean enterprises; 1) Role of executives and managers should be changed more actively, 2) Strategy-connected projects should be excavated, 3) Utilization and development plan should be made for black belt and master black belt, 4) Six sigma methodology should be advanced, especially DFSS methodology, and finally 5) Several innovation methodology should be integrated.

본 연구는 부산시내에 있는 병원에 근무하는 방사선사들을 대상으로 조직문화 및 리더십, 조직몰입이 조직만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 알고자 설문조사를 실시하고 분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 3차 대학병원의 조직문화, 조직몰입, 직무만족의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05, p<0.001). 이직경험이 없는 그룹이 조직몰입, 직무만족 및 조직 유효성의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 핵의학과의 직무만족 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05).위계적 회귀분석 결과 방사선사의 직무만족은 조직몰입이 가장 높은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β=0.564, p<0.001). 방사선사는 질병의 진단에 있어서 병원 조직에서 큰 부분을 차지하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 방사선사의 조직문화, 리더십, 조직몰입과의 관계를 분석하여 방사선사들의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 참여적 리더십과 창의적 행동 간 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 규명하고자 한다. 특히 심리적 임파워먼트의 단일차원과 다차원을 통합적으로 분석하고 이를 통해 이론적 방법론적 시사점과 함께 참여적 리더십의 효과적 실천방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 자기보고형 설문방식의 측정으로 나타날 수 있는 동일방법편의(common method bias)를 해결하기 위하여 종속변수는 시차를 두고 측정하였고, 직무상황에서의 정서 상태(긍정정서, 부정정서)를 직급과 함께 통제변수로 채택하였다. 국내 300인 이상 규모의 다양한 업종의 기업에 근무하는 직장인들로부터 획득된 283부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었고, SPSS PROCSS macro 프로그램(model 4)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 참여적 리더십과 창의적 행동 간의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트(단일차원)의 완전매개효과가 확인되었다. 둘째, 심리적 임파워먼트의 다차원별 분석 결과, 의미(meaning), 자기결정(self-determination), 영향(impact)의 완전매개 효과가 확인되었고, 역량의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 심리적 임파워먼트의 단일차원(1개 요인)과 다차원(4개 요인)의 매개효과를 비교한 결과, 단일차원의 매개효과가 다차원의 매개효과보다 큰 것으로 확인되었고 다차원별 매개효과의 크기는 비슷한 수준으로 나타났다. 이는 해외 연구에서 밝혀진 참여적 리더십의 동기부여모델(motivational model)을 국내 경영환경에서 입증한 사례로서 향후 연구의 기반이 된다는 점에서 그 의미가 크다. 이상의 실증연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의 및 한계점, 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

The broiler industry in Korea has been gradually changing its structure of independent operation into integrated and coordinated production and marketing system. It was in 1960s when the broiler industry first tried the integrated effort, but never succeeded as it was expected since due mainly to growers' attitudes favorable for traditional operation and agribusiness' passive response on structure change. Until mid 1980s, however, a bit of partially integrated system had been evolved by several factor suppliers. Recent years have furthered its progress toward completely integrated pattern, the ultimate goal of broiler integration. It is true that the external factors including the GATT Negotiations through the Uruguay Round stimulated the people involved in the industry to find the way of making it competitive to survive in the open, liberalized world economic system rapidly emerging through the process of globalization. Once the industry realized the necessity of reducing the cost of production and improving the quality of it, the conclusion tended to come to the point of an entire structural alteration by means of integration rather than an improvement of a certain segment such as marketing. It is very obvious. therefore. that the movement toward the complete integration will speed up in a coming few years under the leadership of not only entrepreneurs but also producers group. According to a report. there were three almost complete integrators and thirteen partial integrators as of December, 1990, all of which eagerly directed toward the completely integrated system in due course . Among others as an advantage of integrated structure. the cost saving must be pointed out as the greatest one In a survey, it was estimated that the cost of dressed and ready-to-eat chicken could be lowered by 31.8 percent and 41.5 percent, respectively, over that to be under the independent, non-integrated system. As long as everybody concerned about the future of the industry in the open market mechanism realizes the importance of the structure change through an integration, the broiler sector of Korean agriculture shall be moving toward the direction of vertically and completely integrated structure in order to make it competitive, even to export, hopefully before 1995 or by the end of this century in any case.

본 연구는 대학생이 개인 발달 단계에서 중요한 시기인 대학생활에 성공적으로 적응하고 나아가 학업적인 성취를 이룰 수 있도록 지원하는 주요 요인을 규명하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 개인 특성 요인으로서의 셀프리더십과 사회 환경적 요인으로서의 사회적지지가 학업성취에 미치는 영향력 및 그 과정에서의 대학생활적응의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 서울소재 4년제 S 사립대학교 재학생을 연구대상으로 하여 최종적으로 271개의 응답을 분석에 사용하였으며, 확인적 요인분석을 통해 측정도구의 구성개념타탕도을 확인하고, 구조모형방정식, 부트스트랩, 소벨테스트를 통해 변수 간 관계를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구는 개인 특성 변수인 셀프리더십 및 사회 환경적 변수인 사회적지지와 대학생의 학업성취 간의 인과관계를 확인하였다. 이는 대학생이 학업에서 성취를 이룰 수 있도록 지원하기 위해서는, 개인 특성적인 요인과 사회 환경적인 요인을 모두 고려한 통합적인 접근이 필요함을 의미한다. 둘째, 셀프리더십 및 사회적지지가 대학생활적응을 통해 학업성취에 간접적인 영향력을 발휘한다는 것이 검증되었다. 이는 대학생활적응이 학업성취의 중요한 선행 변수임을 증명할 뿐만 아니라 셀프리더십 및 사회적지지와 학업성취 사이에서 매개효과를 지니는 주요 역할을 수행하고 있음을 증명한다. 즉, 본 연구의 결과는 대학생이 새로운 교육환경에 잘 적응하여 학업적인 성취까지 이룰 수 있도록 지원하는 개인 특성요인과 사회 환경적 요인에 대한 대학차원에서의 지원 필요성의 타당한 근거를 제시하였다는데 학문적, 실무적인 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자아탄력성이 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 비판적 사고성향의 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 G도 소재 3개 대학의 간호학과 3,4학년 193명이며, 2021년 11월 1일부터 19일까지 자가보고식 설문조사를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 하였으며, 매개효과는 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 절차를 이용하여 분석하였고, 매개효과에 대한 통계적 유의성은 Sobel test로 검증하였다. 연구결과 셀프리더십은 자아탄력성(r=.43, p<.001), 비판적 사고성향(r=.51, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 자아탄력성은 비판적 사고성향(r=.58, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 자아탄력성과 셀프리더십과의 관계에서 비판적 사고성향의 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다(Sobel test: Z=5.05, p<.001). 따라서 간호대학생의 셀프리더십을 높이기 위해서는 자아탄력성과 비판적 사고성향을 향상시킬 수 있는 통합적 접근이 필요하다.

Preconstruction process in a lean project delivery system was studied in one large healthcare project working for a general contractor. Researchers joined a new lean delivery project for approximately six weeks and participated in preconstruction process including design coordination, management coordination, and target costing while concurrently interviewing other project participants and employees, recording activity in meetings, and otherwise observing the process. The preconstruction process in lean project delivery system, called integrated project design, showed many benefits such as brining expertise of downstream players (i.e., mechanical and electrical contractors) into the design phase. However, lack of leadership and lack of design-integrator blocked the successful application of a new concept of design process.

1990년대에 들어서야 개인 컴퓨터 시장에 적극적으로 참여하기 시작한 삼성전자는 반도체, CRT 등의 관련 기술에 대한 노하우와 가전 시장에서의 마케팅 경험을 토대로 1994년 시장 선두업체인 삼보컴퓨터를 제치고 시장 점유율 1위로 올라섰다. 1997년의 외환위기로 인하여 수요가 극도로 위축되고 동시에 환율 급등으로 인한 원가 상승요인 등으로 인하여 개인 컴퓨터시장은 매우 어려운 상황을 맞게 되었다. 이러한 상황하에서 삼보 등 업계의 주요 경쟁업체들은 "체인지업" 과 같은 저마다의 독특한 제품 및 마케팅 전략을 수립하면서 시장확보에 노력을 기울여왔다. 본 사례에서는 매직스테이션이라는 브랜드를 이용하여 개인 컴퓨터 시장에서의 선두 위치를 고수하려는 삼성전자의 전략을 살펴본다. 특히 각 세분시장의 특성을 토대로 제품, 가격, 유통, 광고 및 판매촉진 등의 마케팅 믹스 요소들 간의 시너지를 극대화하려는 삼성전자의 통합 마케팅 커뮤니케이션(Integrated Marketing Communication; IMC) 전략을 분석하고 향후 이 시장에서의 전략적 과제를 제시한다.
