In this paper, The identity distinction of the moving objects using distance among hue normalization levels was proposed. Moving objects are detected by using difference image method and integral projection method to background image and objects image only with hue area. Hue information of the detected moving area are normalized by 24 levels from 0$^{\circ}$ to 360$^{\circ}$. A distance in between normalized levels with a hue distribution chart of the normalized moving objects is used for the identity distinction feature parameters of the moving objects. To examine proposed method in this paper, image of moving cars are obtained by setting up three cameras at different places every 1 km on outer motorway. The simulation results of identity distinction show that it is possible to distinct the identity a distance in between normalization levels of a hue distribution chart without background.

In the paper, several properties of geometric-arithmetically s-convex functions are provided, an integral identity in which the integrands are products of a function and a derivative is found, and then some inequalities of Hermite-Hadamard type for integrals whose integrands are products of a derivative and a function whose derivative is of the geometric-arithmetic s-convexity are established.

We aim at presenting an interesting result for a reducibility of Exton's triple hypergeometric series $X_2$. The identity to be given here is obtained by combining Exton's Laplace integral representation for $X_2$ and Henrici's formula for the product of three hypergeometric series.

In this paper the PID-B self-tuner[1] is extended to allow a less abrupt response to set point or plant parameter changes and to control a nonminimum phase plant. The proposed extended PID/ST derived from the direct pole-placement PID/ST is obtained with the Bezout identity as the underlying design method. And its control gains are normalized by the integral control gain. Although the integral control gain is normalized to 1 in our scheme, the so-called "set point and derivative kick" can be avoided sufficiently by normalizing the measurement vector and set point.

In this work, by using an integral identity together with both the Hölder and the power-mean integral inequalities we establish several new inequalities for n-times differentiable arithmetic-harmonically-convex function. Then, using this inequalities, we obtain some new inequalities connected with means. In special cases, the results obtained coincide with the well-known results in the literature.

We show amongst other that if $f,g:[a,b]{\rightarrow}\mathbb{C}$ are two functions of bounded variation and such that the Riemann-Stieltjes integral $\int_a^bf(t)dg(t)$ exists, then for any continuous functions $h:[a,b]{\rightarrow}\mathbb{C}$, the Riemann-Stieltjes integral $\int_{a}^{b}h(t)d(f(t)g(t))$ exists and $${\int}_a^bh(t)d(f(t)g(t))={\int}_a^bh(t)f(t)d(g(t))+{\int}_a^bh(t)g(t)d(f(t))$$. Using this identity we then provide sharp upper bounds for the quantity $$\|\int_a^bh(t)d(f(t)g(t))\|$$ and apply them for trapezoid and Ostrowski type inequalities. Some applications for continuous functions of selfadjoint operators on complex Hilbert spaces are given as well.

The present study aimed to examine the relationships between work-related support factors and attitude towards teleworking and explore the moderating effect of self-identity on that relationship. The present study collected data from 343 IT professionals in South Korea through a survey method and used hierarchical multiple regression analyses. In the results, first, the more supervisory or work-related supports participants perceive in teleworking platforms, the more favorable their attitudes towards teleworking. Second, the positive relationship between supervisory support and attitude towards teleworking is stronger for participants high rather than low in interdependent self-view. However, interdependent self-view was found to have no significance on the relationship between work colleague support and attitude towards teleworking. This study is the first to examine the integral model of work-related support factors of attitude towards teleworking and explore the moderating effect of self-identity in the teleworking process.

시장경제에 뿌리를 둔 아이덴티티 시스템 개발작업은 "분산으로부터 통합" 을 대원칙으로 삼아 지난 반세기동안 발전해 왔으며 , 그 필요성은 이미지 마케팅 측면에서 입증되어 왔다. 그러나 1995년을 기점으로 가속화된 정보통신분야의 발전에 의한 정보의 양과 속도는 과거와 비교할수 없으며, 따라서 정보의 수용자들은 자신들의 기준으로 정보를 평가, 선택할수 있는 기회를 가지게 되었다. 이러한 환경변화에 적절히 대응키 위해서는 새로운 방법을 모색해야 하며, 종래의 방법에 의존한 도입 효과는 불확실하다. 아미덴티티 시스템에서 허용되는 유연성의 정도는 경영과 마케팅전략에 의해 결정되어야 한다. 기업활동영역이 다양한 경우, 시대의 트랜드에 민감한 업종, 그리고 일반인과소비자들에 감성적 접근을 시도하는 기업들에게 FIS은 효과적으로 기능 한다. FIS은 성장 변화하는 운영체계를 가지므로 환경변화에 대한 적응력이 탁월하며, 기업의 이미지를 신선하게 유지시킬수 있는 것이 가장 큰 장점이다.

본 연구는 결혼 이주 가정 및 중도입국 청소년들의 민족 정체성 탐색 및 형성과 그 맥락적 조건들을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 연구자들은 일반 중고등학교에 재학 중인 13-17세 결혼 이주 및 중도 입국 청소년 17명과 심층 인터뷰를 진행했으며, 연구결과 참여자들의 민족 정체성이 다양한 차원으로 구성되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 구체적으로, 청소년들의 민족 정체성을 이해하는 데에는 스스로 규정하기, 규정의 근거, 정체성에 대한 개인의 정서적 반응, 그리고 정체성의 형성 상태 등 다양한 측면들이 중요하게 관여되어 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 청소년들은 자신의 민족 정체성과 관련된 다양한 사회 문화적 경험들을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이주 청소년 연구 및 서비스 제공을 위한 학문적, 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.
