In these days, the interest on medical industry is increasing around the world. This paper attempts to estimate the economic effects of the medical and measuring instrument industry through the Input-Output Analysis. Especially, 78*78 Sector Tables were used as the first analysis tool. So then, 79*79 Sector Tables adjusted were used for that industry. The main analysis tools of this study are comparing and analyzing backward and forward linkage effect, the induced effect of the self industry and other industries and the induced coefficients such as products, value-added, employee's pay, sales surplus, employment. According to the result of analysis, the medical and measuring instrument industry has great economic impacts which affects the major macroeconomic factors such as production and backward linkage effect. And the induced effects of the self medical and measuring instrument industry are significant compared to other industries in aspects of production, employee's pay and sales surplus.

We present two techniques based on lookup tables to reduce complexity of the well-known Schnorr-Euchner (SE) sphere decoder (SD) without introducing performance degradation. By the aid of lookup tables, the computational loads caused by the SE enumeration and decision feedback are reduced at the cost of higher storage capacity. Simulation results are provided to verify performance and complexity of the proposed decoders.

This paper presents the design method for multivalued logic functions using $I^2L$ circuits. First, the a비orithm that transforms delta functions into discrete functions of a truncated difference is obtained. The realization of multivalued logic circuits by this algorithm is discussed. And then, the design method is achieved by mixing discrete functions and delta functions using the modified algorithm for given multivalued truth tables. The techniques discussed here are easily extended to multi-input and multi-output logic circuits.

This study analyzed backward and forward linkage effects among Korea, China and Japan by International Input-Output(I-O) tables. Index of dispersion power and sensitivity degrees were measured after making 'Korea, China and Japan International Input-Output(I-O) Table'. The study showed that the inter-dependency between Korea and China was increased while the influences of Japanese was decreased among the 3 countries. Under the de-industrialization, the 3 countries decreased influences over their domestic industry but increased the inter-dependency over the other countries. In addition, backward and forward linkage effects was significantly high in some industrial sectors such as petroleum, transportation, machinery equipment, service and public administration in 3 countries. In the case of service, the linkage effects among the 3 countries increased which means that the roles and inter-dependency of service was also gradually increasing in 3 countries.

In order to identify the economic impacts of forest-related industry on the national economy in general and the linkages between forestry and its related industries, an input-output analysis was conducted using the 2015 Input-Output Tables of the Bank of Korea. Production inducement effects are relatively high in paper products, lumber, and silviculture and relatively low in other wood industries. Value-added inducement effects are relatively high in silviculture and log production. With respect to the wood products industry, forward linkage effects are higher and backward linkage effects are lower. A Ritz-Spaulding multiplier analysis revealed that the growth of wood products production has only a modest impact on the growth of forestry. How to increase the linkage between forestry and the wood products industry is one of the most important policy tasks in Korea, given that it affects forest ecosystem management and climate change mitigation efforts.

The aim of this paper is to analyse the impacts on domestic production, value added, employment and import substitution of national technological information activities, using the 1995 Input-Output Tables in Korea. The total output of technological information amounted to 4,167 billion won at current prices. The total domestic output of 2,318 billion won was generated directly and indirectly and the amount of value added totaled 3,773 billion won. 119 thousand new jobs were created and total import substitution amounted to 1,346 billion won. As an increase of 4,167 billion won in technological information sector led to an increase of 7,437 billion won in total socio-economic repercussion effects, the multiplier was 1.8 in 1995.

A Synthesis method for multiple-input change transition-sensitive asynchronous sequential circuits is proposed. Both internal states and output states are synthesized from primitive flow tables. It is Btown that cur realization is faster than that of Chuang's. It is pointed out that Chuang's realization of output states contains malfunctions. In this paper, output stales are easily realized from primitive flaw table by the method of controlled excitation.
