디지털 신기술 인재양성 혁신공유대학 사업 실태 분석 (Analysis of Actual Condition of Innovative Sharing University Project for the Human Resource Development of Digital New Technology)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual condition of the innovative sharing university project. To this end, a focus group interview was conducted by selecting officials participating in the innovative sharing university project as study participants. The collected data was analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of the promotion system and operation dimension of project group, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in terms of the national promotion system and university-level project operation. Second, in terms of curriculum management dimension, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in content development and sharing, engagement support for professors and students participation, and securing and sharing educational infrastructure. Third, in terms of management of project performance indicators, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in managing core performance indicators, managing autonomy performance indicators, and sharing project performance. Based on these study results, suggestions for the use of research results were presented.

  • Under the fast technology changes and budget constraints, the organizations related to national defense face increased demands to develop innovative strategy and methodology to maximize performance with drastically reduced cost. In this context, the management of innovation and change in the defense acquisition area is vital to the Ministry of National Defense, related organizations and industries. In this paper, we discuss three comprehensive innovation strategies and methodologies for the defense acquisition area preparing for next-generation warfare; EVMS (earned value management system), PBL (performance based logistics) and SBA (simulation based acquisition). These collaborating innovative efforts enable us to tackle defense challenges for government and industries with a flexible and optimistic approach that maximizes productivity and performance with minimum cost.

지식근로자의 공유인지와 팀 효과성의 관계 (The Relation with Shared Cognition for Knowledge Worker and Team Effectiveness)

  • Attention has been focused recently on the concept of shared cognition which encompasses the notion that effective team members hold knowledge that is overlapping and complementary with teammates. This shared cognition is expected to improve team effectiveness. In contrast to the continued efforts in developing theoretical approach of shared cognition, empirical studies are meager. Thus, we conducted an empirical study to investigate the role of shared cognition on team effectiveness. This study classifies shared cognition into two types, team mental model and transactive memory system, by shared meaning. A total of 121 new product development teams in the IT industry were surveyed for the data collection. The results of analysis can be summarized as follows: first, team mental model has a positive influence on team performance, team innovative behavior and team learning effect. And the relation with team mental model and team performance is moderated by the similarity of knowledge structure among the expert. Second, transactive memory system has a positive influence on team performance, team innovative behavior and team learning effect.

  • This study aims to examine how entrepreneurs' international entrepreneurial orientation and digital orientation affect business networks, innovative product development, and internationalization performance in a digital environment. For this purpose, data were collected from the CEOs of 192 domestic start-up venture companies. The causal relationship between the variables was analyzed through confirmatory factor analysis and structural model analysis using AMOS(18.0 version) for the collected data. It was confirmed that international entrepreneurial orientation and digital orientation have a positive effect on business networks. And the business network was found to have a positive effect on innovative product development and internationalization performance

중소벤처기업의 스마트팩토리 기술적용이 품질과 혁신성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Smart Factory Technologies on Quality and Innovation Performance in SMEs)

  • 본 연구는 중소벤처기업의 스마트팩토리 기술적용이 품질과 혁신성과에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 실증분석 하였다. 연구 결과 중소벤처기업에서의 스마트팩토리 기술적용이 품질과 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에서 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설은 부분 채택되었다. 스마트팩토리 기술로서의 디바이스와 어플리케이션 기술이 정보품질과 시스템품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 플랫폼 기술은 정보품질과 시스템품질에 유의하지 않아 기각되었다. 또한, 스마트팩토리 기술이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에서도 디바이스 기술은 유의한 영향을 미치는 반면, 플랫폼과 애플리케이션은 유의하지 않아 기각되었다. 시스템품질은 혁신성과에 유의하지만 정보품질은 혁신성과에 유의하지 않은 영향을 미쳤다. 스마트팩토리의 디바이스 기술이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향에서 품질은 부분 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 중소벤처기업의 4차 혁명시대 스마트팩토리의 핵심으로서의 상호 연결을 통해 수준 높은 정보 품질관리를 구현해야 한다. 또한, 제조설계에서부터 실행, 분석에 이르기까지 상호 컴포넌트 연동과 중소벤처기업의 필요에 따라 디바이스로부터 수집된 체계적인 정보를 통합 관리함으로서 기업의 성과를 높일 수 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가할 수 있다.

주요국의 혁신적 의료기기 관리제도에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on Innovative Medical Device Management Systems in Major Countries)

  • As new types of medical devices are emerging through convergence with advanced technology, innovative technologies are becoming hot issues in health policy because of their disruptiveness. This study analyzed the innovative medical device management systems in the US, China and Korea. Innovative medical devices have been defined differently depending on the country's management system, but in common, they are defined as products that do not exist or have dramatically improved performance compare to existing products by applying innovative technologies. Innovative medical devices have been supported by regulatory authorities during product development and approval processes. While the US and China have more than 300 products designated as innovative medical devices with diverse functions, application fields, and manufacturing countries considering the initial situation of the implementation for the system, Korea has only 16 products, mainly radiology and diagnostic devices and made in Korea only as innovative medical device. In addition, Korea shows the highest market approval rate of innovative medical devices compare to the US and China, and it is necessary to prepare the approval process in consideration of product diversity.

노인체육지도자의 변혁적 리더십이 조직성과와 직무열의 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Influence of Senior Sports Instructors' Transformational Leadership on Organizational Performance, Job Engagement, and Innovative Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 노인체육지도자의 변혁적 리더십이 조직성과와 직무열의 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 서울, 경기, 인천 지역의 스포츠센터와 노인체육센터 6곳의 노인체육지도자 236명을 대상으로 연구하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인체육지도자 리더의 변혁적 리더십은 조직성과의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 변혁적 리더십은 직무열의의 모든 하위요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 변혁적 리더십은 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과, 리더의 변혁적 리더십은 조직원들의 조직성과와 직무열의 및 혁신행동을 높여주는 중요한 변수임을 확인하였고, 변혁적 리더십이 조직원의 근무환경에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 효과가 있음을 입증했다는 점에서 큰 의의가 있다.

신제품 혁신 성공요인과 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Success Factors and Performance of New Products)

  • This paper aimed to exam core factors of the success factors of new products and analyze their effects on success. To accomplish this purpose, this study examined previous studies and summarized core factors of success factors of new products. From previous studies, we drawed core factor. Core factor is technology factors(marketing skills, technical skills), specific of new product(more innovative, less innovative, cost advantage, competitive advantage), the process of product development(crossfunctional integration, staff involvement). Except for more innovative factors, the others factors affect on success. To be winner, companies must be consider these key factor(less innovative, cost advantage, competitive advantage, cross-functionalintegration, staff involvement).

Networks and Innovative Performance of the Korean Manufacturing Firms

  • This paper estimates the effect of networks on innovative performance at the firm level , using Korean Innovation Survey (KIS) dataset Product innovation, product improvement , and process innovation are used as proxies for innovative activity. The explanatory variables such as firm size, market concentration ratio, lagged profitability, foreign ownership, export ratio, firm's age, formal R&D activity, and industrial R&D intensity are yet other considerations. With two year-long (2000 and 2001) data from 1,124 Korean manufacturing firms, we estimated the logistic regression model. The research finding indicates that the external networks have a strong positive effect on innovative output regardless of type of innovation. However, the network effects by partner (other firms or research institutions) vary across the type of innovation. Especially, we found that the user-supplier linkage plays an important role in product ion innovation, product improvement, and process innovation.

R&D조직의 창의적 팀 특성이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향 : 창의적 풍토의 매개효과 (The Effects of Team Characteristics on the Innovation Performance in R&D Organizations : The Mediating Effect of Creative Climate)

  • This study aims at analyzing the relationship between team characteristic and innovation performance. The mediating effect of creative climate on the team characteristic and innovation performance is also measured. Based upon literature review, individual creative characteristics, team diversity, team cohesion, task characteristics are presented as antecedents of team characteristic. Creative climate affects the creative behavior and innovative performance. Creative climate is measured as the Team Climate Inventory (TCI) proposed by Anderson & West (1998) including goal, participative-autonomy and innovative-support. Data were collected from 186 survey responses (54 Teams) out of total 462 (69 teams) from the R&D department of a major ICT firm in Korea. Empirical results show the diversity, cohesion, job characteristic, individual creative characteristic have a positive effect on the creative climate and innovation performance. The participative-autonomy climate factor appears to mediate the relationship between team characteristic (diversity, cohesion, job and individual characteristics) and innovation performance. However, the mediating effects of goals and innovative-support factors were not significant statistically. It was confirmed that the organization can contribute to improve the team innovation performance by facilitating a autonomy and participative climate as well as fostering the team characteristic.
