Clinical applications of stromal cells obtained mechanically from adipose tissue are quite popular methods. However, generally accepted protocols still do not exist. In this study, three new delivery methods using different protocols are presented as innovative methods in accordance with an approach called "Indication-based protocols." In mechanical methods, before cutting the fat tissue with ultra-sharp blades, which we define as "Adinizing," mixing it with different liquids such as saline or plasma provides the stromal cells in liquid form with high number and viability as a final product. At the same time, since stromal cells and extracellular matrix are preserved by mechanical methods, it was deemed appropriate to use the term total stromal cells (TOST) instead of stromal vascular fraction for this final product, unlike the product obtained with the enzyme. TOST can be combined with plasma and used for dermal filling in "solid" form. In addition to this filling effect, it will also cause a change in the tissue regeneratively. Finally, the stromal cells obtained from liquid can be applied clinically in aerosol form with the help of nebulizer. We believe that three innovative delivery methods can be used successfully in the treatment of many clinical situations in the future.

The creative industry has an important role in economic development, but creative economy entrepreneurs still face many problems in business development and sustaining their businesses. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of entrepreneurship orientation, innovative product advantages, and social network quality on business performance to help companies stay competitive. The research uses a quantitative approach with the population being the owner of the creative industry in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling, obtained as many as 126 creative industry owners. Data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study show that entrepreneurial orientation, innovative product advantage, and social network quality have a positive effect on the business performance of the creative industry in Semarang City, Central Java, Indonesia. According to the study, a company with superior resources can win the competition and achieve business sustainability. When compared to competing organizations, the benefits of resources and competitive ability will create a competitive edge. As a result, stakeholders such as the government, the corporate sector, and universities are expected to play a larger role in accelerating the growth and development of creative industries.
This study explores the influence of Taiwan's high-tech manufacturers' innovative strategy and innovation motivation concerning the implementation of innovative activities, as well as the influence of innovative activities implementation on business performance. The two intermediate variables, industry group and enterprise scale are also considered. Through a review of the relevant literature, a theoretical model of the influence relationship is developed, while an empirical analysis is simultaneously conducted on Taiwan's high-tech manufacturers. The research result shows that the internal driving force of innovative activities has a significant impact on the level of implementing technological innovative activities and cultural innovative activities. The external driving force of innovative activities has a significant impact on the level of implementing market innovative activities and management innovative activities. Companies adopting self-developed technology and purchased as well as self-developed technology strategies, perform better than those adopting purchased new technology or those with neither purchased nor self-developed technology strategies, at implementing technological innovative activities and cultural innovative activities. The level of implementing innovative activities has a significant influence on business performance (cost reduction and product/service differentiation). For the intermediate variables of "industry group" and "enterprise scale", it is proven in this study that they have no significant influence on the level of innovative activity implementation or business performance.
Far greater than ever before is the present industrial demand for skilled professionals in innovative product design and development. Yet there is an apparent lack of a sufficient curricular provision for training design professionals in almost all engineering schools. The present study is to propose a systematic procedure for developing a strategy for building an innovative product design curriculum and demonstrate its application. The procedure consists of three major steps: strategic element derivation, task formulation, and task execution roadmap construction. The proposed procedure was applied to develop a modular curriculum (a cluster of several related courses) covering various subjects in relation to innovative product design and development. The procedure seems quite effective and useful for developing a curriculum that is strategically well differentiated based on the unique characteristics of a particular educational institute and its applicability seems not limited to a specific domain.
Purpose: There are lots of efforts to increase the revenue of on-line travel agency due to the extreme competition in the hospitality industry. One of the way to improve the revenue is applying new concepted service for their business. In this study, it is introduced an innovative system design of hotel reservation for the on-line travel agency using the concept of an opaque product. Methods: By adopting the opaque product at the hotel reservation system, the reservation requests can increase because the customer tends to feel that they purchase the hotel service with relatively cheap price. The overall process for an innovative hotel reservation system is presented and the core algorithm to implement this system is also suggested through a mathematical model based optimization method. Results: To validate and to examine the proposed process and core algorithm, a numerical example is provided with the modified data of the hotels in Seoul metropolitan city. The discount prices and the overall revenue of hotels are generated according to hotel grade. Conclusion: It is confirmed that the revenue of the hotel tends to increase according to its grade. This is because that the customer want to use the new service which applying the concept of opaque product when the higher discount ratio are decided for lower grade hotels.
Combining prior theories on innovation newness with information processing style (imagery vs. analytical), this study presents a theoretical framework; develops hypotheses; and makes predictions on how analytical versus imagery ads influence consumers differently depending on the newness level of products. The study shows that consumers are more likely to evaluate RNPs (radically-innovative new products) positively when they are advertised with imagery cues. Compared with analytical advertisements, imagery advertisements increased advertising effectiveness, product evaluation, and purchase intention of RNPs. These effects were demonstrated by using stimuli from two product categories consisting of washing machines and cars. In particular, in advertisement for RNPs, verbal description that induced imagery processing, such as "picture yourself using this product," was more effective in generating favorable responses, compared to verbal description that induced analytical processing, such as explanation of product attributes. This difference was present for RNPs, but not for INPs (incrementally-innovative new products). INPs are continuous innovations that are easier to understand, thus imagery ads do not provide additional advantage for consumers in understanding the innovation, compared to analytical ads. In RNPs, imagery ads can highlight new benefits that may have been neglected or undervalued by consumers, leading to greater message persuasiveness. Implications for marketing of RNPs are discussed.
The Innovation Procurement Policy was introduced as part of the strategic public procurement policy to improve firms' innovation capabilities and enhance the public sector's ability to solve social problems by designating and purchasing so-called 'innovative products.' The pilot procurement project for innovative products was first introduced in 2019, and the policy system for designating and discovering innovative products by government departments, as well as the priority purchase system, was established in 2020. Hence, this study conducted a quantitative analysis focusing on the effectiveness of the innovation procurement system in supporting firms after it was fully implemented. For this purpose, corporate financial and employment data from 2017 to 2021 were used, and propensity score matching(PSM) and difference-in-difference(DID) methods were utilized as analytical tools. The study found that the innovation procurement system contributed to corporate growth and employment and created additional public and private sales channels. Moreover, it is necessary to enhance the innovation procurement system, such as matching innovative product-producing companies with existing SME support policies, for companies to become self-sustaining after the innovative product designation ends.

Consumer innovativeness is a force that leads to innovative behavior of consumer and it is crucial for companies to understand the innovativeness in association with the new innovative product adoption. The purpose of this paper is to examines the influence of Consumer's inherent innovativeness, product involvement, and product expertise on consumers's vicarious and adoptive innovativeness. For this purpose, the model has been set and examined the influence of consumer innovativeness, product involvement and product expertise on vicarious and adoptive innovativeness. The results revealed that 1) consumer innovativeness would not influence vicarious and adoptive innovativeness, 2) vicarious innovativeness had affect on adoptive innovativeness 3) product involvement had a affect on both vicarious and adoptive innovativeness 4) product expertise had a affect on vicarious innovativeness and yet had no affect on adoptive innovativeness.
Using data from 2008 and 2010 Korean Innovation Survey, this study estimates the impacts of non-technological innovation activities on the performance of technological innovation. The study estimates the effects of the two types of innovation, organizational innovation and marketing innovation. The estimation results suggest that both organizational and marketing innovations are closely related to the success of innovative products. In particular, non-technological innovation has significant positive impacts on the share of sales with market novelties. Among individual practices in organizational innovation, only the introduction of new business practices contributes positively to the sales of innovative products. In case of marketing innovation, new marketing methods in product design, product promotion and pricing increase the share of sales from new products.
