수평모래지반에서 측방변형을 받는 사각형 수동 열말뚝에 관한 실험적 연구 (A Study of Rectangular-shaped Passive Row Piles in Horizontal Sand-ground under Lateral Soil Movement by Model Test)

  • 본 연구는 측방변형을 일으키는 수평모래지반에 매설된 사각형 수동열말뚝의 모형실험에 대한 것이다. 말뚝의 형상, 열말뚝의 위치, 말뚝의 간격과 지반변형에 따른 열말뚝의 특성을 고찰하고자 하였다. 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 수평응력의 분포양상은 말뚝의 형상과 위치에 따라 삼각형, 사다리꼴, 사각형의 형태로 다양하게 나타났다. 휨모멘트는 B-type의 경우 outer pile이 inner pile보다 크게 나타났으나, H-type의 경우는 inner pile이 outer pile 보다 크게 나타났다. 수평저항력비$(R_f)$는 말뚝의 형상에 관계없이 열말뚝의 수평간격이 증가함에 따라 증가하는 경향으로 나타났다. 수평저항력의 작용점위치(Y/L)는 지반변위와 수평간격에 따라 큰 변화를 보이지 않으며, H-type이 B-type보다 조금 크게 나타났다.

  • Between 1890-1914, the fundamental changes of the housing in United Sates of America were provoked to attempt the housing developments to adapt modern social system. The worthy of notice is that F L. Wright's Prairie House had been tested and built during the period as 'the first and second era' Despite the transition period in America, this represents that Wright's Prairie House series were developed. There are possibilities that some of the reformers assertion for Housing Development, on behalf of Arts & Crafts Movement, led to Wright's early house inner space design. For this reason, this study is to examine Ideologies that Wright has been accepted between the turning point of America's Arts & Crafts Movement and Hull House Circle. In terms of the ideologies acceptance, the study is also to examine how to be represented his inner space design characteristics. As the result, between'Simplification'housing development and the traditional housing In America, F L. Wright sublimated his own architectural aesthetic as accepting all functional elements to consider inevitability in this period, such as the association between economical and rational space, the plan to led on free plane, the spatial side and the stability of family life and the community, through the unification space having the consecutiveness.

회전 원추형 마늘 쪽분리기 개발에 관한 연구 (I) -시작기 개발 및 성능시험- (Development of Rotating Corn Type Garlic Separator(I) -Prototype and its performance test-)

  • This study was conducted to develop a garlic separator which could to reduce the labor in preparation of seeding. After consideration of the design criteria of a garlic separator such as no additional conveying device, simple construction and operation, enhancement of separating efficiency, reduction of damage, degree a rotating corn type garlic separator was designed. The effects of design parameters such as height and angle of the inner and outer corns, rotating speed of inner corn on the separating performance of the prototype were estimated. In performance was compared with manual work. The results are summarized as follows. 1. Garlic bulbs were separated by a spiral movement in the gap between inner rotating corn and outer fixed corn. At constant feed rate of garlic bulbs, the capacity of garlic separation increased with increase of rotating speed of inner corn. Especially, the capacity was very high at the rotating speeds of 300 and 400rpm. 2. The damage degree of separated garlics increased with rotating speed of corn within 10%. Above 300rpm, separability of Uisung garlic was about 100% and incomplete separation of Namdo garlic was within 2%. 3. The capacity of prototype garlic separator developed in this study was 30 times as large as that of human being.

  • In the field of camera motion research, it is widely held that the position (movement) and pose (rotation) of cameras are correlated and cannot be independently separated. A new equation based on inner product is proposed here to independently separate the position and pose. It is proved that the position and pose are not correlated and the equation is applied to estimation of the camera exterior parameters using a real image and 3D data.

핀치형 내부로터의 제로터 설계 (Design of Gerotor with Pin-tooth Inner Rotor)

  • In the conventional gerotor design, the circular arc tooth of the outer rotor is first introduced, and then the inner rotor profile is generated by simulating the outer rotor motion while the inner rotor is fixed. The profile generation of tooth meshing exhibits relativity; therefore, the outer rotor profile can be generated by the movement of the inner rotor. In this study, we propose the design of a gerotor with a pin-tooth inner rotor. First, the pin-tooth inner rotor is devised, and then the outer rotor profile is generated. The profile of the inner rotor is simply composed of equally arranged pins along a circle. The root of the inner rotor is designed as a conjugated arc of two pins. The trajectory of the pin center is obtained by the inner rotor operation, and then the outer rotor profile is determined as a parallel curve of the trajectory. In this gerotor design, the inner rotor has a simple configuration, and contact occurs between the pin parts of the inner rotor and the whole profile of the outer rotor. This affects the material selection and machining process. The pin tooth can be used to design the outer and inner rotors, enabling a double gerotor mechanism corresponding to a planetary gear system.

헤드기어를 이용한 상악 제1대구치의 후방이동 시 응력분포에 관한 광탄성법적 연구 (A photoelastic evaluation of stress distribution during distal movement of upper molar)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 세 가지 형태의 헤드기어를 이용하여 상악 제1대구치의 후방이동 시 치아 주위 조직에 나타나는 응력분포를 광탄성법을 이용하여 관찰하는 것이다. 광탄성 상악모형에 장착한 헤드기어에 high-pull, straight-pull, cervical-pull의 세 가지 방향에서, face bow의 inner bow와 outer bow를 평행하게 한 상태에서 outer bow의 길이를 세 가지로 다르게 하여 적용시킨 다음 원편광기를 이용하여 응력분포를 분석하였다. 사진기를 이용하여 응력분포를 기록하고, 등색선상의 무늬차수를 이용, 응력분포를 분석하여 이차원적인 광탄성 응력분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. high-pull 헤드기어의 경우, 중간 길이의 outer bow일 때 치체이동에 유리한 응력 분포가 나타났다 2. straight-pull 헤드기어의 경우, 긴 길이의 outer bow일 때 좀더 치체이동에 유리한 응력 분포가 나타났으나, outer bow의 길이에 따른 응력분포의 변화는 적었다. 3. cervical-pull 헤드기어의 경우, 긴 길이의 outer bow일 때 치체이동에 유리한 응력 분포가 나타났다. 임상에서 헤드기어를 이용하여 상악 제1대구치를 후방으로 치체이동시키기 위해서는 facebow outer bow의 높이를 조정하지 않는 경우에는 high-pull 헤드기어에서는 outer bow와 inner bow를 같은 길이로, straight-pull 및 cervical-pull 헤드기어에서는 outer bow를 더 길게 하여 사용하는 것이 추천된다.

  • The L-bending of inner-structure bonded sandwich sheet metal is examined to reduce springback and defects of bent parts. The specimen is composed of top and bottom layers and a middle layer with dimple type-inner-structure and each layer is bonded by resistance welding. This specimen with hollow type-inner-structure shows different bending characteristics from the conventional sandwich sheet metals with solid type-inner-structure. The experiments were conducted for two kinds of working conditions, that is, clearance and movement of first bent specimen for second bending. The deformed profile, bend angle and springback were investigated and compared and then the proper working conditions for L-bending of sandwich sheet metal were prosed.

신체움직임의 창의성 이론과 요인분석 (Creativity Theory of Body Movement and Analysis of Creativity Factor)

  • 창의성은 문제인식과 해결방법으로 상상력을 통한 새로운 이미지의 사고능력과 표현이다. 이 연구는 신체움직임의 창의성이론을 탐구하고 창의성 요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 신체움직임의 창의성은 첫째, 움직임 자각 둘째, 신체움직임 디자인 셋째, 움직임의 발견, 넷째, 움직임활용이라는 단계가 필요하다. 자기지각과 자아개념을 통한 새로운 이미지의 활용은 문제인식과 해결기능에 대한 창의적인 향상을 가져온다. 결론적으로 신체움직임의 창의성은 상호작용에 의한 '제3의 힘'과 '흐름의 유연성'으로 신체움직임의 무한성을 의미한다.

튜링과 키에르케고어: 수학적 모델을 통한 이해 (Understanding Turing and Kierkegaard through a Mathematical Model)

  • This paper aims to compare and contrast Kierkegaard and Turing, whose birth dates were one hundred years apart, analyzing them from the perspective of the limit. The model of analysis is two concentric circles and movement in them and on the boundary of outer circle. In the model, Kierkegaard's existential stages have 1:1 correspondences: aesthetic stage, ethical stage, religious stage A and religious stage B correspond to inside of the inner circle, outside of the inner circle, the boundary of the outer circle and the outside of the outer circle, respectively. This paper claims that Turing belongs to inside of the outer circle and moves to the center while Kierkegaard belongs to outside of the outer circle and moves to the infinity. Both of them have movement of potential infinity but their directions are opposite.

  • The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of the autoclave inner pressure rate, heat-up rate, tool round angle, Thickness of core, height of joggle on defects, and to minimize the defects of aircraft sandwich structure reinforced with honeycomb core occurred in autoclave processing. The results showed that the geometry of aircraft sandwich structure and tool such as tool round angle, Thickness of core, height of joggle, and the autoclave cure conditions such as inner pressure rate, heat up rate strongly affected the core movement, core wrinkle, bridge phenomenon of prepreg and depression of core that occurred in autoclave processing.
