탈북청소년의 사회적지지 및 자아존중감이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Social Support for and Self-esteem of North Korean Adolescent defectors on their Problem Solving Ability)

  • 본 연구는 국내 입국탈북자들 중, 청소년 탈북자의 비율이 증가하고 있는 상황에서 탈북청소년에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점을 바탕으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 본 연구의 대상인 탈북청소년들은 한국 생활에서 경험하는 다양한 상황을 낯설어하고 소극적으로 대처하는 경향이 있고, 이러한 상황에서 적절하게 문제를 해결하는 것은 한국 사회 적응에 도움이 될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 연구대상 탈북청소년 213명을 대상으로 2017년 06월 14일부터 24일 동안 설문조사를 실시하여 탈북청소년의 사회적지지, 자아존중감, 문제해결능력 간의 관계를 구조방정식 모형을 통해 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 탈북청소년 사회적지지 유형인 정서적, 물질적, 정보적, 평가적 지지는 자아존중감에 정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 자아존중감은 탈북청소년의 문제해결능력에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 탈북청소년의 사회적지지 4가지 유형과 문제해결능력 간의 관계에서 자아존중감은 매개효과가 있는 것을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 탈북청소년의 사회적 지지와 자아존중감을 통해 한국 사회 적응을 위한 문제해결능력을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 개발이나 자기개발훈련 등의 실천적인 방안을 제안하였다.

진로멘토의 사회적 지지와 변혁적 리더십이 일반계 고등학생의 진로준비행동과 그릿에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Social Support & Leadership from Career Mentor on High School Students' Career Preparation Behavior & GRIT)

  • 본 연구는 진로멘토의 사회적 지지와 변혁적 리더십이 일반계 고등학생의 진로준비행동과 그릿에 미치는 영향을 확인하여, 사회적 지지원으로 진로멘토의 중요성을 확인하고, 고등학생들의 진로발달을 지원하기 위한 진로 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하는데 연구 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해 진로 프로그램(S리더십센터 관심전공 멘토 교류프로그램)에 참여한 일반계 고등학생 257명을 대상으로 진로준비행동 검사와 그릿 검사를 시행하였고, 프로그램에서 학생과 과정을 함께 진행한 진로멘토의 사회적 지지와 변혁적 리더십을 측정하였다. 변수 간 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 각각의 영향을 확인하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로 프로그램 사전과 사후로 나누어, 일반계 고등학생의 진로준비행동과 그릿의 변화량을 확인한 결과, 평균적 상승이 확인되었다. 둘째, 일반계 고등학생의 진로준비행동 변화량은 진로멘토의 정서적 지지, 정보적 지지, 개별적 배려와 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일반계 고등학생의 그릿 변화량은 진로멘토의 정서적 지지, 평가적 지지, 개별적 배려와 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로멘토의 정서적 지지, 정보적 지지, 개별적 배려가 진로준비행동 변화량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정서적 지지와 평가적 지지, 개별적 배려가 그릿 변화량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해, 부모와 교사로 제한되었던 사회적 지지원의 범주가 확대되어, 진로멘토의 관계성과 영향력을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 학생의 그릿 향상과 진로준비행동 향상을 위해, 프로그램에서 진로멘토를 적극 활용할 필요가 있으며, 이를 기반으로 한 체계적이고 구체적인 진로지도와 상담이 현장에서 이루어져야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 MZ·X세대의 사회적지지와 노후준비도의 관계에서 노인일자리사업 관심도와 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 본 조사는 D광역시와 G도의 G시, Y시, A시의 MZ·X세대 359명의 수집자료를 SPSS 27.0과 AMOS 27.0 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도 및 빈도분석, t / F-검증, 기술통계 분석, 상관관계분석, 구조적관계의 통계를 사용하여 분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 노인일자리사업 관심도, 사회적지지, 회복탄력성과 노후준비도는 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적지지와 노후준비도 관계에서 노인일자리사업 관심도와 회복탄력성은 부분 매개가 검증되었다. 따라서, MZ·X세대의 노인일자리사업에 대한 관심과 회복탄력성을 높이기 위해서 사회적지지체계로서 정서적, 평가적, 정보력, 물질적 지지체계의 마련과 보건복지부, 고용노동부, 여성가족부와 같은 정부기관의 노인일자리 사업정책의 현실성 있는 정책이 필요하다.

산부의 가족분만참여 요구 (A study on needs of women in labour to have family participation during the labour process)

  • This study was done to suggest modification in the present hospital policy for Labour and Delivery which separates women in labour from their families. The design for study was a descriptive study. The number of subjects consisted of 82 postpartum women who had delivered within 12 hours and for whom there were no complications either for the mothers or for the newborns. Data collection was done with a structured questionnaire which was analyzed using frequencies and percentiles. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Most of subjects (90.2%) wanted their family to participate in the labour process. Husband were chosen as the primary participant(79.3%). The number of subjects who wanted their family to support them through the whole labour process (35.4%) was the highest, followed by, during labour(32.9%), as contrasted to, during delivery (1.2%). 2. Support from husband during pregnancy ranged from 55.6%-87.6% for all items. Primary support was from husband during the pregnancy. 3. The subjects wanted support from their families in labour by way of encouraging(84.1%), consolidating(81.7%), changing position(43.9%), maintaining relaxation(35.4%) and helping with respiration control (29.3%). The results showed higher support on the emotional level than the physical and informational level (26.8%). 4. The subjects answered that they expected that participation by their family during the labour process would have the effect of increasing security for the women in labour(79.3%), providing a better relationship between the family and the women in labour (57.3%) and the newborns(34.1%), and making for an easier labour courses (23.2%). 5. The priority of family members that the subjects wanted support from was, the husband, mother and mother-in-law in that order. It can be concluded that nurses help to maintain a management policy in the maternity setting which ignores the needs of the women in labour. If consideration is to be given to these subjects, future programs should include participation by the family in the labour process.

학교 밖 청소년의 스마트폰 과의존에 미치는 영향요인 (The Effect of Smartphone Overdependence among Out-of-school Youths in Korea)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects on smartphone overdependence of out-of-school youths. Methods: This was a cross sectional study design using the out of school youth Panel Survey(2017). We conducted an empirical study consisting of 318 participants with using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, hierarchical multiple regression analysis to identify factors influencing smartphone overdependence. Results: Smartphone overdependence correlated positively with depression and carrier barriers such as lack of career informations, career development anxiety and financial difficulties. The main factors of smartphone overdependence in adolescents out of school were depression (β = .22, p = .002), gender (β = .21, p <.001), future anxiety (β = .15, p = .0.0), subjective health status (β = .13, p = .028), smoking (β = .13, p = .032). Conclusion: Smartphone overdependence management programs for out-of-school youths should be included emotional and informational support to alleviate anxiety, fear of failing in one's career, as well as mental and psychological interventions to reduce level of depression.

어린이 도서관 웹사이트 컨텐츠 비교 분석 (The Comparison Analysis of Contents on the Children's Library Websites)

  • 본 연구에서는 효과적인 어린이도서관 웹사이트를 설계하기 위한 방안을 모색하기 위해 31개의 현행 국내 어린이도서관 각 웹사이트의 메뉴를 통해 컨텐츠 구성, 구조 및 레이블을 기준으로 분석하였다. 먼저 메뉴를 통해 정보내용에 따른 컨텐츠 구성요소를 15개의 항목으로 분석하였으며 컨텐츠 구조 및 레이블 분석대상을 이용자의 정보이용 판단에 일차적으로 중요한 역할을 하는 메인메뉴와 1차 서브메뉴로 한정하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 효율적인 어린이도서관 웹사이트를 설계하기 위해서는 무엇보다 우선적으로 어린이도서관의 목적과 기능에 준하여 컨텐츠를 구성하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며 또한 구성된 컨텐츠는 적절한 구조와 표준화된 레이블을 통해 제공해야 해야 할 필요성이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

The Impact of Initial eWOM Growth on the Sales in Movie Distribution

  • Purpose - The volume and valence of online word-of-mouth(eWOM) have become an important part of the retailer's market success for a wide range of products. This study aims to investigate how the growth of eWOM has generated the product's final financial outcomes in the introductory period influences. Research design, data, and methodology - This study uses weekly box office performance for 117 movies released in the South Korea from July 2015 to June 2016 using Korean Film Council(KOFIC) database. 292,371 posted online review messages were collected from NAVER movie review bulletin board. Using regression analysis, we test whether eWOM incurred during the opening week is valuable to explain the last of box office performance. Three major eWOM metrics were considered after controlling for the major distributional factors. Results - Results support that major eWOM variables play a significant role in box-office outcome prediction. Especially, the growth rate of the positive eWOM volume has a significant effect on the growth potential in sales. Conclusions - The findings highlight that the speed of eWOM growth has an informational value to understand the market reaction to a new product beyond valence and volume. Movie distributors need to take positive online eWOM growth into account to make optimal screen allocation decisions after release.

지지간호중재가 암환아의 신체상 및 자존감에 미치는 영향 (Study on the Effects of the Supportive Nursing Intervention Program for Body Image and Self Esteem of the Child with Cancer)

  • The increased potential for the lifespan of a child with cancer is largely due to advances in drug treatment, radiation treatment, and surgical techniques. In this generation cancer has become associated with chronic illness. Therefore supportive nursing intervention for children with cancer is needed to promote normal growth and development. This study was designed to develop and test the supportive nursing intervention program for promoting body image and self-esteem of children with cancer The supportive nursing intervention program involved emotional, physical, informational, and social support. The subjects were 41 children with cancer(20 in intervention group, 21 in control group) in K city. Measurements were taken concerning body image and self-esteem from both groups during pre and post test The data were analyzed using Cronbach's alpha, x$^2$-test, paired t-test and t-test. The results were as follows : The intervention group had a more positive body image as measured by the Body Cathexis Scale (t=2.436, p=.020) and a more self esteem as measured by the Cpopersmith self-inventory (t=2.768, p=.009) than the control group at post test. According to this study, the supportive nursing intervention program was effective for promoting the body image and self-esteem of children with cancer. Repeated research is needed to develop a refined supportive nursing intervention program for children with chronic illness.

Audit Quality and Stock Return Co-Movement: Evidence from Vietnam

  • This paper aims to explore the relationship between the quality of the audit and the level of stock return co-movement in the context of the Vietnamese emerging market. The empirical study is designed based on the quatitative method and deductive approach. The panel dataset includes 256 listed firms from different industries,with 1115 firm-year observations on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange for the period from 2014 to 2018. In the research, we built the econometric regression model, using stock return synchronicity and audit quality as the dependent and independent variable, respectively. Some control variables are also added to the econometric regression models as they are well-documented in prior research to have an effect on stock price synchronicity. To improve the accuracy of the regression coefficients, beside the Ordinary Least Squares, we employ the Random Effects Model and the Fixed Effects Model for better statistical analysis of panel data set. The results show that the quality of the audit is positively correlated to stock price synchronicity. This finding suggests that stock returns of companies with higher quality of the audit are more synchronous with the market. Results for other control variables also support our reasoning for the main findings.

다양성 지각 정도가 팀의 성과에 미치는 영향: 갈등의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Perception Levels of Diversity on Team Performance: Moderating Effects of Conflict)

  • Purpose: The results of prior studies investigating main effects between diversity and team performance are neither clear nor consistent. This study seeks to provide more evidence for a direct link between these two. The present study also attempts to close a gap in the literature by examining conflict as a moderator of the relationship between diversity and team performance. Methods: As suggested by Williams and O'Reilly(1998), this study examines the effects of perception levels of three specific types of diversity (social category diversity, value diversity, and informational diversity) and two contextual moderators (task conflict and relationship conflict) on team performance. Results: The results show that perception levels of all three types of diversity are significantly related to team performance in the current sample of 313. Results also indicate that relationship conflict significantly interacted with the perception levels of diversity in relating to team performance. Results for task conflict, however, fails to support the hypothesis. Conclusion: The results suggest that the effects of diversity on team functioning depend on how diversity is perceived by team members, rather than actual diversity seen by team members. Theoretical and practical implications are reviewed, and limitations of the study and suggestions for future research are addressed.
